I am currently studying full time and working part time seeking share accomodation in the Port Stephens area. I am clean, tidy and easy to live with. I am good with finances and generally keep to myself but enjoy good company, music and the beach.
Very easy going. Happy to talk if you are up for a chat and also know when people need space. Every 3rd or 4th weekend I will be travelling back to Adelaide to see my kids. Other than that, enjoy a beer or two at the local to wind down. Any questions, please ask
I currently work at the Hog in Horsley as a barman/waiter. I've recently moved to full time and am looking for a place to live as my parents are moving to France which is something i'd rather not participate in. I don't want to move too far from my current residence (Nailsworth) as I want to keep my job and friends in the area. I am neat and tidy and am happy to contribute and help out in anyway possible
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Im a 26 year old male personal trainer I keep to myself and keep thing clean Im moving to newcastle to start a new job so looking in and around that area I dont mind have a quiet drink or to just chill I love going to the gym so the 3 places you would find me would be work gym or bedroom im easy to get along with and just a happy go lucky guy
Hello!! My name is Jess and myself and my cat Gizmo are needing a place to call home. Sadly my house has been sold and poor Gizmo and I have to pack up and leave our wonderful home. We have give or take 6 weeks to find a new home. :( We are looking for a friendly environment with 1-3 housemates around my age. Unfortunately I can't drive so I need to stay fairly close to work or at least close to a train station. Hoping to find something no more than $180 a week, preferably with bills included. I am a 25 year old woman who works casual at The Hub, Waratah. Even though I'm only casual, I work three to five days a week. I am a very bubbly person who loves to have a good chat and socialise but is also respectful of privacy and sometimes needs her own. I take pride in living in a clean environment and am always cleaning up after myself. I also have all of my own bedroom furniture. When I'm not working, you'll find me cooped up in bed reading a good book or watching TV shows, or going out and about. I love movies and love going the the movies. Gizmo is my 10 month old cat. He is very well behaved and quite social. He loves attention. Gizmo is an indoor/outdoor cat who has been neutered, is toilet trained and microchiped. Sadly, I cannot part with him. If you have anything accommodating to mine and Gizmo's needs, or would like to know more information, please feel free to shoot us a message. (:
Hey Guys, I have recently rented out my apartment and am living in a share house although its a bit out of the the way. Just looking for something closer to town. Pretty easy going altbough not looking for a party house.
Hello! I'm 19 yo professional and am pretty tidy, quiet and like my own space but I would like to have friends over for dinners/drinks etc. I also shift between Newcastle and Byron, so I probably won't be home for a few weeks at a time. I enjoy going out to gigs when not at work. I also enjoy drinking beer and go to the gym when I can be bothered to! I have a 5 star rating on Uber too!!!
Hello ! I am french and I obtained my bachelor's degree in management this year and now I travel in Australia for one year. I arrived two days ago in Newcastle and I am searching for a room or a flatsharing here. I am friendly, sociable, easy going and I love meeting people !
I am mature and have had lots of experience living with people. I am currently living in northern NSW and am moving down to Newcastle area to be with my friends. I cook, clean and quiet and very independent but don't get me wrong I can be very social if I need to be. I am currently smoking but that's because of where I am and my situation but in a non smoker place I don't smoke so I am flexible about that part. I don't have anything so I need a furnished place with Internet to keep me happy. Cos I grew up in qld I am laid back and love the beach. If you have any questions ask me cos I am an open book.
Sporty guy keen to get out and get involved. Call me a beachy person :-). I'm social and will often sit around for a chat while cooking dinner. I work 7am-5pm as an engineer at the Newcastle Airport. Happy to maintain a clean house and do my share of the duties.
I'm very easy going, love to socialise and have a laugh but I'm respectful of people's personal space. Looking to move in with like-minded easy going people that are fun-loving and all-round friendly. Hoping to team up with a few people and move into a house in town, I have a few mad places saved online so if you're looking to move ASAP and easy to live with message me :)
Hello ! I am french and I obtained my bachelor's degree in management this year and now I would like to travel in Australia for one year. I arrive in Newcastle in less than a month and I am searching for a room or a flatsharing in this city. I am friendly, sociable, easy going and I love meeting people ! I don't have an Australian phone number yet, so i put my french phone number.
I work the classic 9-5 job, so you won't see much of me throughout the week. I'll spend most weekends with my family in Sydney as this is where I'm from originally, so in essence I'm just looking for a place to sleep throughout the week with myself and my cat Suki
Hey guys! We are two sisters in our early/mid twenties who love to exercise, cook, watch netflix and listen to/play music. We are both easy-going and love a laugh, and are looking for a social house where we can share meals or a drink sometimes, but definitely not a party house! Liz works full-time as an occupational therapist and Sarah is finishing her International Politics degree and working part time. We're looking for a 3 bedroom place in the inner-Newcastle area (Cooks Hill, Bar Beach, Newcastle West etc.) and need an extra roommate to fill the 3rd room. Our budget is $200 a week or less per room.
Want a pet without the responsibility? Make me your housemate and get a dog! I'm a 23 year old who works part time (most nights) and studies two days a week. My pup is a 7 year old female who doesn't lick, isnt destructive, and loves a good snooze. We're looking for a place that Evie (pup) is allowed inside as she's a sucker for company. She's gotta be the only animal in the house as she's a fan of humans but not other critters. We want a family vibe so if you're after two new family members hit me up.
Hi I'm a 40 year old nurse and part time university lecturer. I've lived in a lot of share houses with plenty of diverse people and enjoy the social aspect of seeing housemates at the end of the day and occasionally having a meal together. I'm tidy and relaxed and have never found it too challenging to accommodate other people's needs in a share house. I don't spend much time in the kitchen and while I'm a social guy, I'm pretty quiet. I don't tend to watch much tv or listen to loud music. I am definitely into the craft beer scene and enjoy going out with friends regularly. I don't work any night shifts or weekends so keep pretty normal hours. The most important thing for me in a share house is the people. I'm looking for a house where there's a good, happy vibe, age and gender not important. I've worked everywhere from trades, to hospitality, healthcare and academia and get along with all types of people. I'd be psyched to come and meet your household and see if I'm a good fit.
