Hello! My name is Sarah and I'm searching for a new home with my cat, Sunny. I'm an American expat looking for a place to move into that’s conveniently located in the Chatswood Area. Both me and Sunny are clean, and she's a beautiful, curious kitty who would love to meet you! About me: I'm freshly 21 and have moved from America on my own to start my nursing studies here in Australia. I work in retail currently and love my job as I get to work with animals! I love music, and I am constantly listening to something. I have a large speaker for communal music, but if you’d prefer me to keep it in my headphones i’m happy to do so. I have my own furnishings and would prefer an unfurnished room. I also have a fair bit of furniture that we can use, but not necessarily! Ideally, I’d like to group up with a couple of girls and find a house to move into together, but i’m absolutely not opposed to moving into an established house either! My minimum stay length would be around 4 months, but the longer the better as I’ll be here for the next three or so years. I like a clean house. Mainly the living spaces but I don't care what your room looks like. Your room, your space. I value my space and privacy as much as the next person. I would prefer to find a sharehouse but am happy living in an apartment as well. Lastly, I really miss having a bathtub. I love unwinding and meditating in the bath, and it sucks not having one! Not a must but I'll keep my hopes up! I prefer an all-female house.

I am a young professional who works as a paralegal in the finance sector. Normally, that would mean I’m in Martin Place from Monday to Friday, full time - however am currently WFH. I am a package deal- so not only do you get a respectful, clean and amazing housemate to live with, but you also get my gorgeous golden retriever best friend. He is house trained, doesn’t bark , dig or cause issue, and is basically attached at my hip 24/7 (unless of course, you show him any affection whatsoever, and then he loves you automatically). I’m very active - am currently training for a half Ironman, and love to go on weekend adventures (with my pup, of course). We are looking for a place to call home, with someone who loves affectionate pups, who is respective and easy to get along with. Happy to have shared dinners and a wine, if that’s what you’re into, otherwise I am quite self sufficient and love my own space :)

I love the idea of making great relationships using collaboration , radical transparency and authenticity . I work for the government in the property sector and I am out of town quite a bit . I love to go shopping for food daily and cook fresh from scratch ingredients . On the weekends I will muck around on a little sail boat I still maintain or might head up to my families rural property . Looking for a nice sunny place that is warm in winter but happy to compromise for something in walking distance to food shops .

I'm Brian, an information security consultant in a remote work-from-home roe and the odd CBD meeting. I am a neat, clean and considerate person that would like to live with people who share these qualities and am more than happy to contribute to the maintenance of communal areas. I'd like to live in a welcoming "home" atmosphere. In my spare time, I like to socialise, read, and stay active via sports, gym etc. I'm primarily looking to teamup with 2-3 others on a house in the area.

Hi!! I'm a 25 year old Australian girl born & bred in Sydney. I'm looking to move in alone- however, my partner will be with me for the first 2 weeks after I move in. (He will soon be going back to his home country after that) I'm a cheerful non-smoker who loves animals- so if you've got a pet I could probably help you look after them sometimes! I like going outdoors, hiking, climbing. I love meeting new people and learning new languages. I've also taught a little bit of ESL, so if you're from overseas and need help with English, I could probably give you a hand :) I would enjoy hanging out with my flatmates- though if you prefer to have more privacy, I would respect that too!

I’m a pretty laid back person, enjoy good food and glass of wine, being outdoors, going to the gym and yoga. I have a 4 yr old Golden Retriever called Daphne who is very friendly, chilled out, toilet-trained and well looked after. She is friendly with other dogs and cats too. I work in Marketing, two days in an office and three from home but obviously all form home at the moment. I’m generally quite clean and like time to myself, but also would like to be able to socialise from time to time.

Hi! I’m a recently qualified mechanic embarking on another career pursuit. I’ll be starting a psychology degree part time in August with the view to study full time next year. I like to cook most of my meals and don’t watch much TV. I’m a social dancer and before COVID would spend several nights a week at salsa classes and clubs; I’m also training to teach classes. When restrictions are lifted, this is where I’ll spend most of my free time outside of work and study. If I don't get enough dancing in and need more exercise, jogging and bush-walking are my go-to. I like to party a couple of times a year but it’s not a priority for me. Most weeks I just have a drink or two with housemates or at a dance event. I like to get to know the people I live with and meet their friends too. I'm currently searching for a small house or townhouse to rent in the lower north shore area and would like to share with one of my existing housemates, Iain, and one more person (that could be you!) Iain is 28 and works for the same company as me. He's a laid back guy and doesn't mind a yarn with a beer. Otherwise, he mostly keeps to himself and is very quiet. With over 6 years’ experience in shared living on the northern beaches, I’ve lived with all kinds of guys and gals. I enjoy living with both extroverts and introverts. My ideal flatmate is tidy, respectful of others and doesn’t have difficulty communicating clearly and frankly. This is more important to me than the perfect location, so I’d like to feel comfortable with the right person before moving in together. That said, I'd like to be walking distance from a train station if possible. We come with living room and kitchen furnishings so there’s no need to be concerned if you’re looking for an existing property or don't have much to bring with you. The gas, electricity and internet accounts for my current share house are all in my name so they can be transferred easily when I move – these costs are shared evenly. Happy to provide references on request and looking forward to meeting you!

Hi, I'm a local psychology student at Macquarie Uni that works as an nursing assistant and support worker part time. I'm looking for a place to stay long term until I graduate in about 2-3 years. I'm looking at mostly granny flats, studios or otherwise private/independent arrangements at this point. Teamups/sharehouses would be considered if the other housemates are ok with me having a small group of friends over at times. I prefer to mostly keep to myself while at home and will be spending the bulk of my time out, either working, volunteering or running an ad hoc cosplay circle.
