I am a recent graduate from Perth, looking for a permanent (up to 9 months) accommodation in Sydney. I am clean, responsible, tidy and I am also an enthusiastic and adventurous. I often do basic chores, prepare meals (and dessert!) and have a special heart for pets. Please feel free to message/contact if you have a suitable place for me. I work full time 8-5pm on weekdays in the Chatswood area, so it'd be best if your place is accessible to public transport!
Love good conversation, quite intellectual, enjoy sharing a meal and some heady discussion, mature minded, LGBTI friendly, clean up after myself. I have a cat as well, and am an animal lover. Work part-time in mental health, but will happily work elsewhere if someone's prepared to pay me for my time (lol!). Keen to move in as soon as possible.
I'm a working professional. I enjoy other's company and like music. On Wednesday's and Saturday's I'm either travelling in the company of friends or outing on my own. I'm looking for a big room with an ensuite.

I work full time and hangout in weekends. So, feel free to text me if you think we can team up or if you have a spare room to rent.

I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 50 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and silence. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
I am 30 years old originally from Germany but been living in Australia since 8 years now. I work full time (mo-thu) long hours as a nanny in Mosman and I also run an online business. I am into self development, healthy living, spiritual growth/events etc. and love to spend time in nature. I am very clean and tidy, rather quiet, will spend most nights at home during the week, watching interesting documentaries , read etc. but also happy to share a chat/ meal with my new flatmate :-) I don't have a pet but I am looking to get a medium sized dog.... so a pet friendly home would be awesome but not a must right now. Looking forward to hearing from you! Angelique

*3 month minimum, but can stay longer :-) Hi everyone! I'm Lucy - I am currently studying at uni and I teach pilates. I love pilates, yoga, cooking, running and coffee. I am positive, outgoing, and very respectful of personal and shared space. I'm the smiliest person you'll ever meet and I love cooking for people, seriously! My boyfriend Chris is a pilates instructor as well. Chris is crazy - he loves rock climbing, trampolining, slacklining, obstacle courses of any kind however he is super organised and disciplined (having served in the Army for 7 years). He is the most hardworking, caring and most genuine guy you will ever meet. A really good handyman too- if ever something needs fixing, he will fix it in a heartbeat! We love animals heaps so if you have a pet we would consider that a bonus! Please contact us if you have a room around the lower north shore area of Sydney accepting couples and we sound like a good fit for your home! I've put 3 months just as rough minimum, but happy to stay for as long as the agreement works for you.

Hey there. Myself and two other housemates (a couple) have one room in a three bedroom flat / townhouse up for rent on Alfred St North, Neutral Bay. We're all pretty relaxed and enjoy each other's company but all have pretty different schedules so don't see too much of each other. We've got a locked underground garage with one vacant spot so that would be yours too. And lastly, we've got a dog who's 11 and loves to snooze during the day but perks up quickly when you mention food, walking or the park! He is a Lagotto (Google it!) and doesn't smell or shed hair. If this sounds like it'd suit you please message me and we'll T up and inspection time.
I am 26, work full time as a lawyer in Martin Place, and dabble in personal training on the side. I live a pretty busy, active lifestyle. I am looking to start a new apartment with one other person. I want to create a new home where we can enjoy a chat or quiet relaxation. As I work relatively long hours I love coming home to a tidy, friendly, and warm environment. I am incredibly tidy, and always happy to pitch in with chores. I come with a gorgeous outdoor cat who is perfectly content to be left alone, or to have a snuggle if you're a cat person. It means a ground floor apartment, or one readily accessible from outside would be ideal for me. I am looking for a like-minded person to start a new place with. My only requests is that you are tidy, normal, and pay bills on time! Sarah
