Hi! :) I'm Sofi, a spanish 23 years old girl who have just arrived in Sydney with the working holiday visa. I want to stay long term in the city, for 6-9 months. I love this city and I can't wait to start living here! I finished uni in June, and I thought it was the perfect moment for coming to the country. I love music, art, meeting new people and travelling. I am always in for spending time and having some beers together, going out for a concert.. and at the same time I respect each one's space and privacy. I take care for having a clean and peaceful house that you can call home. I shared house before in Germany and in Spain, both fantastic experiences where I did great friends. I would love to hear from you! Have a good day. Cheers, Sofi
I'm a civil engineer, currently studying and working, soon to be just working full-time. I appreciate private space, I like to spend time on my own, reading books, watching movies, or sometimes working at home. I'm a calm, tidy, easy-going person looking for friendly, clean and well-organised home.
Hi I’m Emily, I’m English and I’m 25. I’ve been in Australia since January this year and need somewhere to stay short term before I go to travel the east coast. I am really easy going, clean and tidy. I like going to the gym and hanging out at the beach to relax in my spare time. I am socialable and like to go out for dinner and drinks with friends at the weekend and love meeting new people. I do temp admin work in the city so will be out most of day, chilling in the evenings and at the beach or shopping at the weekends.
I'm a 27-year-old immigration lawyer from Brisbane who will be working full-time in Sydney CBD. I have a ten-month old kitten Mimo who is fully toilet-trained (never had an accident with her toilet habits) and the most affectionate cat you will ever meet. I love cats and would expect my housemates to be mammal-friendly. (You don't necessarily have to be cat-friendly, as I have had numerous friends who considered themselves "dog people" instantly fall in love with Mimo when they stayed over at my place. My current housemate of 1.5 years in Brisbane is also one of them!) As I have a busy work life, I prefer time to myself to relax after work. I care a lot about maintaining a quiet household and environment. I prefer gated apartments and accommodation that is ideally not carpeted. Your place would also ideally not have leather couches or anything leather that you care about; or if you do, be open to my putting a couch cover on it at my expense. Whilst Mimo has always been trained not to scratch anything other than her cat tree and scratch toys, she can leave the occasional faint marks on the leather surface when she prances around. I am friendly, considerate, will respect your personal space and expect the same from others. I would not mind occasional chats and drinks on the weekends. I have a zero tolerance policy for persistent evangelism, racism, bigotry or homophobia. My move-in date will have to fall in between the last week of November and 2nd December 2017. I am on the lookout for short-term 3-month leases at the moment but will be happy to extend if I like the place. I am also open to taking up places that are available short-term for at least 3 weeks.
Currently living in Bondi (lease ending) and looking for a share house ideally close to the beach and/or Junction. Love the beach so will spend a lot of time there over summer. Work 9-5 in the city, like a beer, sport, the gym and getting out and about. Very neat and tidy and always respectful of my housemates privacy.
Hello, we are a French couple (25 yo) just arrived in Australia for one year at least in Working Holiday Visa. We are looking for a flatshare with great people in Sydney. We are easy going, quiet, social and love meeting people from everywhere. We would like to enjoy beach, surf, and activities in Sydney. We are a nurse and an engineer looking for a job. And we are also good french cookers !
Neat, friendly, animal lover. 19 year old female working part time, looking for a room. I have 2 dogs (Maltese and Maltese Shih Tzu) who are both very friendly and cuddly that I guarantee you will fall in love with.
I'm an outgoing and friendly person that loves to meet new people and discover new ways of living. I currently work in promo work and marketing, and really enjoy discovering new parts of Sydney. I'm a highly considerate person and very respectful of other peoples space, and enjoy keeping things clean and tidy. For fun I love to go on adventures, read, cook, gym, dance, and Netflix of course. I am finishing up my degree this year so I'm looking for a new place to live (currently in student housing), and would love to find my own little place to call home.
Hi everyone! My name is Juan and I'm from Chile. I arrived in Sydney a few days ago and I'm looking for a place to share from November 1st. I consider myself an easy going guy, I like to cook, play some online video games, to ride a bicicle and get lost in the city, to pet dogs, to laugh and have good conversations! I also like gardens, so if there's one in the house I can be in charge :D Actually I'm living in Newtown and attending English classes. I have a WH Visa and plan to work in something not related to my usual job as scriptwriter. Important aspects of myself: tidy, hygienic, responsible and respectful about your own space. Let me know about you and your place!
Easy-going and tidy, looking for someone to share a two bed/two bathroom apartment around Parramatta! Non-smoker but enjoys a beer or six. Grew up near the area and work full-time between the Hills and North Sydney. Love playing sport (up to three nights a week). Perk of living with me is a ton of free hommus due to the nature of my work! Looking for someone dependable and friendly to share the rent with. Prefer a newer apartment with a car space/street parking with easy access to shops and restaurants. I have a fair bit of furniture and appliances (including two leather couches, fridge and freezer, washing machine, etc.) that I'm happy to share usage of. My move date can be anytime between now and mid-December, so get in touch today if you want to know more!
Hi Guys, my name's Matieu and I am a French mate who decided to fly to Sydney for a new Challenge. I am an easy going guy, funny and always ready for good conversation, drinks, and food! I'm pretty nice as well. I do love traveling, exploring, food, movies, music, sport and healthy life. I am very respectful and clean. I am looking for nice, open-minded, crazy, funny, respectful and clean people. 👑 I just arrived (October 15th) and don't have a job yet but I should find one pretty soon (I am working in Hospitality).
We prioritize cleanliness very much and we are friendly and easily get along. We do not smoke and rarely party as our purpose here is to focus on our studies. We will be willing to help out our housemates who are having problems as we are currently staying away from home which make us independent and mature enough to care for others.
Hey!! I'm an argentinean girl looking for a place to stay in Bondi Beach!! I speak fluent english and I've been in Sydney in 2015 and have experience living with other people (lived in Bondi Beach in a house for 5 and also 2 years in Miami in a shared flat- I was a grad student there-). I'm really easy going and love to meet new people! I'm also very flexible and adaptable. I'm a scuba diver and I love traveling (I've been to Jamaica, Mexico, the Bahamas, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and many places in the US)..Please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hi there! My name is Bailey and I’m looking for somewhere to move into for the long term. I am only 20 but I am very mature and independent for my age. I’m a professional and working the usual 9-5 full-time as a paralegal in a small family law firm in Bondi Junction. I’m hoping to go back to Uni next year to continue with my degree part-time while continuing to work full-time. I’ve grown up minutes from the beach so I would love to stay close to the beach as I really love it. I also enjoy reading, walking, live music, the occasional wine and socialising. I know I am young but I’m definitely not a huge party animal. I do enjoy the occasional social drink with friends but would never bring the party home. I would like to find people to live with that I can have a chat and really become friends with but at the same time I am very conscious to give people space if they want it. I’ve been living in share accommodation for the last year so I know all the ins and outs of cleaning up after myself and respecting others and their privacy. I can also provide a reference from my current flatmate if that is something you would like.
My name is Lizzy and I'm a 26-year-old Coffs Harbour girl locating to Sydney after one year travelling abroad. I've recently secured work in Surry Hills with an environmental company. Besides my new position, I'm a freelance writer who studied journalism and Spanish. I'm interested in women's right, social politics and the environment. I grew up surfing, and love organics/permaculture, reading, yoga and sharing bottles of wine with legends. Highly organised, respectful and approachable, I'm looking to share a property with positive, like-minded people, possibly within my age group. I have extensive experience in share houses and understand the etiquette, cooperation and attitude required for a harmonious household. During the week I make an excellent hermit – yoga, comfort food, reading, glasses of wine, music. On the weekends, I imagine I'll be exploring Sydney as a newbie, surfing, attending shows and going out. I look forward to meeting you :-)
Hi! Fate has determined we are to find a new home in Sydney soooo, we're fully employed, super-clean, considerate, fun and can either be amazing friends or some of the most unobtrusive flatmates you've ever had...or both! Chris is originally from Wales and a tradie so leaves the house very early in the morning and I'm originally from the NT and work as a freelance makeup artist. We're very relaxed but at the same time very reliable and of course trustworthy. Definitely over our partying years but very partial to a nice home cooked meal and a glass (or two!) of wine on the weekend.
Hi everyone! I'm an energetic guy looking for a room where to stay about 3months. I've been the past 2 years working in projects around Queensland and Melbourne last. Now I'm heading back to Sydney for a 3 months project then not sure where I will be going. I'm outdoors person but I also enjoy a quiet night home maybe with my lovely flatmates and a glass of wine.
Easy going guy, I like to have a chat about mostly anything, and do love a good movie. Currently working 7-6 (ugh) but also learning to code in my "free" time. I did play basketball, but had to stop due to hours. I also make the effort to take occasional hikes, and enjoy casual games of whatevers going. Also moderately handy, have built tables, etc. Also fairly techie, built my desktop a few years back and did my thesis in Geotechnical automation. Ask me about it if you can't get to sleep. I finished Civil and Mining engineering 6 months ago, now working as a grad engineer for an environmental remediation company, tending toward the civil side of things.
