I'm a 22y/o international student from Singapore who's going to commence my first semester in Monash Caulfield this coming February. English has always been my primary language with Mandarin as a second one. Ideally, I'd like to find a furnished 2-bedroom apartment with ensuite/individual bathrooms for each person, and also have a/c & heating. I'm a neat and organised person, so no worries with keeping things clean and tidy! In my spare time; you can find me reading, listening to music or going for a run.
I'm a 23-year-old recent Swinburne Graduate. I was born in Poland and moved to Melbourne about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, my flatmate with whom I have been living ever since I moved to Melbourne is now moving out and I have to find a new place to stay. I'm young yet mature, very easy going and respectful. I'm interested in art and design, enjoy going to art galleries and exhibitions in my free time. I usually cook at home every second day, I'm very tidy and rather quiet. I don't own a car so I would prefer to stay in a place located relatively close to public transport. If you own any animals it's a massive bonus cause I love pets, especially dogs :)
I’m Yvette and I’m 27. I’ve just moved from Brisbane to Melbourne for work. I’m working in the funeral industry and my schedule will be 12 hr shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off. Night shift every 10 weeks and I’ll likely be flying home to Brisbane every 2-3 months on my week off as well. On my weeks off I’ll likely be keeping myself busy, running errands, exploring, socialising, going to shows, etc. I’m pretty quiet; I like to keep busy so I’m not around a lot, and when I am, I like to use my time at home to unwind and relax. I like keeping things clean and tidy. However I don’t believe in rosters for chores. We’re all adults and if something is noticeably dirty, you should just clean it because you care about your home. I’m pretty deligent when it come to managing my finances so paying rent/bills on time is never an issue. I also have a cat, her name is Vengeance. She is such a sweet girl. She’s gorgeous and very needy. Despite her name, she’s extremely friendly and she’s a very chill cat. I would prefer she be the only cat in the household, but I would be open to her meeting other cats first and see how they get along. Ultimately, she’s my best pal and I want her to be happy and comfortable in our new home. I’m ideally looking to share with one other person in a place that has 3 bedrooms. I feel as though having a third bedroom as a storage room/guest room/study/whatever will make the place seem less cramped. My main requirement is that the place I’ll be living in must have a bath. Extremely important. I was living alone in Brisbane so I have a lot of furniture/appliances to contribute to the place. I have a fridge, washing machine, dryer, portable air con, heater, vacuum cleaner, iron etc, sewing machine/overlocker, lounge suite, coffee table, bookshelves, a telephone chair? (Idk why. Impulse antique purchase but it’s pretty), a cabinet, probably too many clothing racks, standard kitchen stuff (toaster, kettle, blender, juicer, food processor, microwave, plus cookware, glassware, crockery, utensils, etc). I can store/sell/donate things that aren’t needed.
I'm a PhD student (Psychology) at Monash, and I'm very clean, organised, a huge animal lover, and always up for a nice chat. I am looking for a place within walking distance to Clayton campus, and preferably with one or two housemates. Would also like to move in early Feb (current lease ends on 9th Feb). Finally, I also have 2 netherland dwarf bunnies (super cute & clean) who will live in my room :), so I prefer a spacious room. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hey Flatmates! I am an easy going, fun and bubbly Indian girl! Loves to socialize and have some good conversations. Kindergarten teacher by profession back in India. Ready to hang out, have a drink, binge watch Netflix or up for some adventure. Will be studying Masters of Teaching at Monash Clayton this coming February. Going to be a Newbie in Melbourne, so looking for Room mates/ room mate who would love to explore Melbourne and go on spontaneous trips with me. Big foodie, love to cook occasionally. A dog lover as i will be leaving my dog behind in India, i don't mind someone with a dog, would make me feel better. I promise to not let you have a dull day. Feel free to message! Much Love :)
Hi I'm Terrence, who is from Mongolia and studying communication as a graduate student in Monash now. I used to live in Clayton and Carnegie, and now I want to live somewhere between CBD and my Uni. According to my former hosts' words, I'm quite clean and easygoing. I have three years experience on renting so I totally understand how to respect others' properties and culture. I'm not a party animal though I enjoy grab some drinks with my friends sometime. Most of time I prefer study at home or library and recently I've invented by my Uni to attend a leadership programme. I love animals but I don't have a pet because I don't think I settle down and prepare enough to have one. When i get some free time I usually cook or clean my room, or go to galleries and museums to appreciate Melbourne's advantages in art resources. As I earn money to cover my daily life cost (my family just pay my tuition) by writing articles, I prefer a reasonable price around 200 AUD including some rents. BTW as my height is 185 cm I prefer a Queen or King sized bed. Feel free to message me and I can send you a video about the last room I lived if you're interested. Hope I can bring you some wonderful experience just like one of my favourite TV series Friends : )
Hi! I am originally from Brisbane, currently a student at Monash Uni. Looking to find a friendly share house or start one up anytime before next semester starts in late February. I have lived in a share house before, Love all kinds of music and arts, and always up for a chat :)
Hello! I'm studying my 2nd year of Engineering at Monash University. Having lived in a share house, I'm respectful of people's privacy and space, and pay bills and rent on time. I also enjoy chatting and having a laugh with my housemates whenever I can! I'm a sociable, independent and clean person who enjoys quality banter with friends, video and board games, Netflix, and doing film photography in my spare time! I'm also pet friendly as I've grown up with animals :) I'm looking for 2 rooms as my Friend Pauline who is studying Science at Monash University is also interested to rent. Feel free to message me as we'd love to meet and get to know you :)
Hi! I'm Ashna from Bangalore, India. I am a psychology student doing my Master in Counselling at Monash University, Clayton. I am a clean and tidy person to live with and I like my own space, for the most part. I like to explore new places, so I hope to travel as much as possible in my free time. I am learning how to cook and would love to meet new people from different cultures who share similar interests!
PhD candidate. Trilingual Barista. Friend. My research is about sexual health and sexual health risks in minority groups. I've got a bachelor's in Psychology too so, you know - free counselling (not really, please contact a real professional if you need counselling). And I'm a Barista - so, look forward to homemade lattes and 'chinos. Also, I'm bi, and of east asian descent so if you're the narrow-minded sort maybe go throw back a shot of draino and leave me alone
Hi, I’m Johnson. Short intro about myself first, 29yo, grew up in Beijing and lived / living in multiple places for years. I have just spent my 3.5 years in Singapore and now about to move to Melbourne. Engineering educated but working in marketing in a German company, also meaning to say I’d like to talk. I like sports and being outdoors. I’ve done quite a lot of cycling events and half marathon, and I play soccer often too. Hope to find a place tidy with nice and spontaneous vibes for my first place to stay in this new city.
Hi, I’m a 20 yo student of IT and Arts at Monash. I’ll be doing my second year of uni after a gap year working at a Council in regional Victoria. I’m a pretty quiet housemate but I enjoy a chat or meal when there’s time for it. As for interests: I love dogs, play games (mostly on console) and watch TV (infrequently).
Hi I am Sharon, an international student of Monash University, I am studying Master of Data Science. I've had my bachelor degree in Melbourne some years ago. I am keen in study (so call "nerdy") and outside of studying time, I'd do cookings and hangout with friends!
Hey Guys, My name is Devagya. I am moving to Melbourne from India. I'd be taking up post-grad at Monash University. Which is why I am looking to live in nearby places. I do not have any major specification about how the house or the flatmates should be. Just need a comfortable and clean space, with easy going flatmates. Open to having any discussions with people about available rooms or even team-ups, in case you have any questions or doubts about me, feel free to message. Looking Forward! Thanks!

Hi! I'm a 25 year old Norwegian who studies Master of International Development Practice at Monash University. I'm easygoing, friendly and tidy. Looking for a long-term room in a share house with a good and sociable atmosphere :) I love travel, photography, movies and books, as well as going out with friends. I'm 'Share-house trained', considerate, and also an animal lover, especially dogs, so that would not be a problem at all. Currently living in Oakleigh South, but would like to live more central. Message me if it seems like a good fit!
