Hey! My name is Melita, I'm 22 years old and about to move down to study composing at the University of Melbourne. I am essentially the aloe vera plant of housemates - zero drama. So if you're looking for someone who pays the bills on time but is also a good ear and a solid friend, swing me a message. I love: writing music for film, going to gigs, steamed pork buns, playing guitar, getting lost in books, cheeky beers, new stationary, earl grey tea, midnight maccas runs, people who are unapologetically themselves. (Don't worry I write music electronically, so you won't have to listen to my B grade piano playing haha). Not too fussed about: country music. I'm looking for a homely, relaxed place to live and make some quality friends, so if you think I'd suit your vibe, please let me know ;)

I'm an outgoing person from the Philippines who loves to travel and learn about different cultures, places, and meeting new people. I'm an incoming student at RMIT taking up my Masters degree in Communications. I'm very easy to socialize with as I'm a good listener at the same time have my own stories I can share. I'm adventurous and eager to try new things may it involve having an adrenaline rush or as mind-boggling as learning a new board game. I love pets! Even if I don't have one of my own but still adore them a lot. Looking forward to meet new flatmates who can show me around my new second home.
I am a 25 y.o. accountant working in South Melbourne. I tend to keep to myself but I am always up for a bit of banter over beers. I do enjoy my night life but did someone say games night? I cook and clean and I am pretty handy around the house (usually fix technological issues around the house). I love to binge on TV shows whilst smashing my dinner and sitting there until I realise I have achieved nothing tonight. I attempt to be active regularly by playing basketball once a week and trying to get into the gym a few times a week. Although I am shy at first, I am very easy to get along with. I am quite chilled and usually up for whatever. Looking for flat mates that are sociable but don't intrude. Looking for a place preferably with a parking spot. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

I don't have a job yet but plan to find a part time job after finding a place since I am currently with family friends. I am a very artistic personality and you can expect many many diys and projects. I'm not a big party-er or big drinker although I'm down for anything. I'm very mature for my age and quite funny If to toot my own horn. Also I am vegan, so preferably a vegan or vegetarian kitchen would be better but I'm open for suggestions.

I'm clean & tidy etc. (insert good housemate qualities). Looking to join an existing house or start a new one in South Yarra/the inner east.
Canadian gal on my second working holiday visa. Looking for a private room for the next few months in a house or apartment. I've just arrived in Melbourne but lived here for 4 months last summer and fell in love with the city. I'll be looking for full-time work and enjoy cooking, a nice glass of wine, being active and a good laugh! I'm a clean, respectful and quiet person who enjoys socializing but also my own space. I love animals so would be a bonus if you have fur babies!
Architect recently moved to Victoria and working part-time for a local university. Clean, tidy and considerate of others in a shared space. I have a car (pref off-street parking) and a bike and looking for a reasonably quiet, friendly inner-suburban place not too far from civilisation. Looking for 3 to 6 months initially with possibility to extend if all good.
Hi I'm Chelsea I'm interested in the room you have available. A bit about myself; im 20 and working full time in the city as a chef. I'm very organised so bills and rent won't be a problem at all. I'm hoping to move into somewhere asap and I'm looking to stay 6 months +. I've had experience in share houses before so I understand the responsibilities of cleaning up after myself, my room and the rest of the house. My hours are a bit all over the place so I'm in and out of the house at different times during the week but I'm not loud and very respectful of others at night and early in the morning. I'm very easy going and easy to get along with, I like to socialize and chat away about how the day has gone but also like my alone time to chill out. Hope I fit the part and hear back from you, thanks!
Hi! I'm a 19 year old woman starting a Medicine Degree at Monash Clayton campus this February. I'm moving from my home on the Gold Coast and looking for somewhere convenient and close-by to live! I have just returned from a gap year travelling Europe and working in the UK and am now more than ready to find a place where I can enjoy some quiet when I need and focus on my studies. I have no allergies and am happy to live with pets! My hobbies include painting (badly), playing music, and reading. I love travelling and am super excited to see all that Melbourne has to offer.
Hi, Bradley here. Im studying an arts degree at RMIT. I like to produce music on small studio speakers/headphones, read philosophy, psychology, and other cool stuff. Hey! We've just moved down to Melbourne from North Queensland and are looking to find a friendly home to settle down. We're both open minded, relaxed, fun loving people. Would love like minded people to hang out with, play a board game or have a couple of drinks, but can live with anyone and are respectful of space and downtime. We love cooking, playing games (PS4 or board games), exercising and going out and about exploring. We are clean and tidy, respect communal spaces and have lived in great share-houses before. :) Our ultimate place would have a gym and swimming pool to save on memberships and have the freedom to exercise whenever we need. Please let us know if you've got somewhere to suit or would like to team-up! Would love to hear from you. Cheers!
I grew up living in rural Victoria, recently graduated from a boarding school in Ballarat. Wanting to move to Melbourne for 6-7 months before my Uni course in Adelaide starts in July 2017. Living in a boarding house has allowed me to grow respect for other's belongings, space and needs, so I feel I would be a valuable asset in a prospective share house. I enjoy cooking, reading, watching movies, hockey, netball and swimming.
-first year monash student -studying bach primary education/bach music -performer -clean -friendly/easy to get along with
My name is Matthias, I am 36 years old and originally from Germany. But I spent the last 7ish years mainly in Melbourne and got permanent residency. I am running my own business as consultant for 3D-printing and mechanical engineering but I am also tinkering on another start-up. So I am doing the usual 9 - 5 (+ X) hours in the CBD. I am a social person who loves to have a laugh and enjoys a good banter over a glass of wine. I do like cooking, so a gas stove is a must-have. On the weekends I like to give my bike a spin, catch up with friends for brunch or dinner. At home I am also more of a quiet person. Not much of a party person...anymore. I am interested in technology, sustainability, product & interior design, good food and wine. Over the last 13 years I have lived in multiple share flats in four countries. Respecting others peoples private sphere and the shared spaces should be an mutual understanding. I consider myself as a neat, clean, tidy and a well organised professional...no dishes in the sink. So I am looking for people with similar preferences. To me sharing is about that everyone respects the other, making an effort to keep the shared space clean and tidy to keep it enjoyable for everyone. Last but not least....I do pay my rent and bills on time. Looking forward to meeting you, Cheers Matt
Looking to live near the beach and city South Eastern side. I'm currently renting my own place but wanting to move closer to the city. I am easy going, quiet and clean and tidy up after myself, into conscious living, music, like to read and explore art. Mostly vegetarian. Love to get out to visit markets, cafes, go for beach walks and meditate. I work in a busy retail store with varying hours and like to chill out when I get home. Enjoy catchups with share mates and also really enjoy time to myself writing or working on my photography so you will have your own space. Have had home stay guests so I know the deal about sharing and respect and have shared before. Not the partying type but enjoy some social nights and sharing a meal now and then. I have a car so I need a parking space and would love a home with a back yard so I can catch some sunshine and perhaps grow some potted herbs we can enjoy. Hope to hear from a positive minded flatmate thanks!
HI there! My husband and I are moving to Melbourne from Texas, USA on 24 January and are looking for a furnished apartment/share. We are avid travelers (Australia will be continent #7!) who love good food and good coffee - both of which Melbourne is known for! We have both lived in shared houses in the past and love meeting new people. We are flexible with term and would like to stay in one place at least 3 months up to 11 months or a year. We prefer a private bathroom and keep our rent and bills to less than $300pw

Hi there :) I've just moved to Melbourne to start a job with a publishing company and am looking for a a place to call home. I'm from Brisbane originally but have spent the last 2 years living and working in Edinburgh.I am really easy to live with and get along with pretty much anyone. Am very tidy (but never a dick about it). I love travel, music, books, and having a pretty active life, always want to be out doing different things/trying something new. Would love to find a place that feels like home, and although I have my own things going on (I like to keep busy), would be great to live with people who would like to have a glass of wine and a chat every now and then. So much better to live with someone you can call a friend! Cheers, Alice :)
Hello I'm Arturo from Mexico. I've been living in Australia for more than two years now. Recently graduated from The University of Queensland where studied my masters degree. Somehow new to Melbourne and in love with the city, I work full time in the digital industry as UX Developer from 9 am to 5:30. I must admit I'm a geek, unfortunately I don't know how to fix computers. When not at work, I enjoy reading, watching interesting shows and movies, long walks, big fan of concerts of my fave bands, techno music and peaceful and lazy Sundays. I'm looking for a place (preferably furnished) with no more than 3 people living in it and that I can call home. Besides all the common trades a good flatmate should have, like, cleanliness, friendliness, calmness, pay on time and be respectful, I've also mastered to keep the bathroom floor dry after showering :) same goes with the toilet seat. I am an introvert, sometimes you'll find me in my inner world even with people around me. I like to live in balanced places where we are not strangers and we can share a meal, drinks or a night out from time to time, but where I can also have my space and privacy when I'm tired. If you like to keep things to yourself it's ok too I won't bother you at all. If I sound like someone you'd like so share a place to live in, get back to me! Cheers!
Looking to move out ASAP. Originally from Perth I have been living in Melbourne for almost 2 years and am currently studying full time at uni. Hello Earthlings, I'm looking for private room in or near the City (preferably Docklands). I'm studying at Melbourne University and as social as an IT student can get. I'm into sports and a little bit of fitness. To balance out, I also like to cook and am a foodie(I'm happy sharing my food). I'm still exploring Melbourne and wouldn't mind if someone tags along. I'm open to the idea of leasing a new apartment together in Docklands. If you think I'm your guy, message or text me. Cheers ^_^ PS: non smoker, would prefer to live with the same..

I am living in Rye on the Mornington Peninsula and completed a Bachelor of early childhood end of last year. I have got full time work in Parkville so cannot wait to move up to town. I enjoy movies, music podcasts and art.
We're a laid back, easy going couple, who like to keep a tidy space, cooking good food and drinking good beer. Were both very active, Emma enjoys roller skating /derby and I am an established street/mural artist.

Hi there! My name is Emma, I am 19 and have recently relocated to Melbourne from the Mid North Coast and I am in need of a place to stay. I've just landed a full time job and am soon to pick up study again soon so I wouldn't get in your way. I am very tidy, a non smoker and have no pets (although would love it if you had one!). I have rented a complete house before so I understand the care and maintenance involved when looking after you own home. To keep this short and sweet I'll say I'm super friendly and outgoing and am happy to look at any offers!
Hi everyone, This is Ali. I teach International Business at RMIT University and also do research.
