Easy-going Belgian master exchange student who looks for cool flatmates during his stay in Melbourne. I have lots of positive experience with flatsharing (in Canada, Germany, Belgium). I‘m a clean, guy who takes its studies serious, but who is also open to do cool things with flatmates (cooking, having wine, playing cards, etc) from times to times. No real exceptations or requirements from my flatmates, I‘m quite easy to live with.
I’m respectful, friendly and very social. Usually quite busy with my course & job (waitress/baby bartender) but try to keep healthy and fit. I love spending time with my roomies and having people over for a few drinks occasionally but otherwise I stay pretty quite and sleep the few hours I am home. Ideally looking for 1-3 others of a similar age & lifestyle, girls and/or guys/couples all good, to find a nice place to call home together :) x
im a full time student and don't work, but am able to pay rent on time. I'm pretty flexible- don't mind mess, might even start cleaning up after you haha. I'm a really quiet person and like to keep to myself, so I won't be a noise hazard or bother you too much. but I do like to make new friends and meet new people and have a good time too.
Hi, I'm a PhD student from Queensland currently studying at Monash University. I'm looking for a place until late 2019. Currently I live in Caulfield North but would potentially like to move within the next month or so (around April). So I'd be happy with a 6-12 month arrangement. I'm not looking for a party house, I'm social but prefer a quieter home life with respectful tidy people. I really like the Caulfield area so I'm looking for something close by. I have my own bed and a few other small things. Definitely prefer housemates that I can get along with and chat to instead of strangers that just occupy the same building.
A somewhat quiet guy from India, who's starting Uni at Monash, Caulfield. Into photography, gaming and a tonne of tv shows. I'm looking for a roommate who isn't too loud and respects my space and vice-versa.
We are young guys from India coming to pursue our postgraduate degree at Monash University, caulfield campus. Looking for an apartment which we can call home for a group of 2-3 people.
My friend (Sarthak, M, 26) and I (Abhishek, M, 25) are from Delhi, India and are currently in Melbourne, pursuing masters at Monash and RMIT University resp. Would that be okay if we come for a visit today? Could you also confirm the number of people that will be accommodated in a single room? Could you also give your contact number and the address of the property? Regards, Abhishek
G'day Potential Flatmates, The current lease with my housemates has unfortunately come to an end, and has left me venturing back onto the market for a room or house. I am a full-time commercial property valuer who works in the Melbourne CBD from Monday to Friday. I have been living in Melbourne for about 8 months now as I moved over here from Perth. I am an outgoing person who doesn't mind a few social drinks on the weekend, or a even a relaxing couch binge of netlflix. I like to keep healthy when I can and go to the gym a few times a week. I also wouldn't call myself a Masterchef in the kitchen, but its not my first rodeo. I am very easy going when it comes to living arrangements too (i.e. cooking/cleaning duties). I am looking for a room or even open to teaming up for a house. Would love to meet new people and hopefully become your future house mate! Feel free to flick me a message and I will respond - Cheers Jason.
I currently work full time as an analyst/software engineer in the financial industry, and I'm going back to uni in March to finish the final units of my last year studying computer science at Swinburne. I'm currently looking for a place to call home, as my housemates (also good friends of mine) and I have had to go our own separate ways to follow different goals. I'm pretty easy-going and friendly. I give a great deal of respect to my housemates' needs for peace and quiet, as I generally won't cause much noise at home myself. That said, I like to socialise with my housemates and maybe share a drink or two, but if you're someone who usually likes their own space, that's fine too. In my spare time, I like to travel, catch up with friends, go to an occasional music gig, and relax at home.
Hola! I’m a 28 year old international IT grad student from Argentina who is studying at Monash (Caulfield campus). I’m super chilled, easy-going, and clean and would prefer to live with like-minded individuals. I enjoy going out for runs, socialising, sharing food (I’m a lousy cook but don't mind following instructions) and having a drink. I will provide excellent coffee and “mate” (sort of a bitter tea from Argentina) for all to try. Would love to share a relaxed environment with a flatmate with whom I can have a good conversation but also a comfortable silence. I want the place to feel like home since I’m very far away from mine. Other hobbies include doing outdoor activities, reading, watching TV series, movies. You know, the usual stuff! I definitely want to avoid party houses but would happily attend a couple if friends are having one. I would like to meet you for a house inspection and to see if we’re a good match. I look forward to hearing from you, Pedro B
Hello :) My partner and I are looking to rent a room (preferably unfurnished as we have bedroom furnishings) with like-minded people. Somewhere near Caulfield South and close to public transport into the city for work. I do have a cat, unfortunately she doesn't get along with other cats, but seems to be somewhat fine with dogs. She is litter trained if need be, but she does prefer to us the toilet outside if that is accessible. Me - Works fulltime in the city, 29, likes reading, binging Netflix, getting out and exploring VIC. Michael - Works full-time, 30, likes playing games, reading, getting out and about whenever he can. We love living in a clean and tidy household. Don't mind having a chat or hang out with the people we live with. In the past we have developed some amazing relationships with the people we lived with and got some great friendships out of it. I like to think we are respectful, clean, comprising, and sociable. If you would like to know more, please hit us up :)
Fitness adventure and beers That sums me up lol Very easy going guy Easy to get along with I’m a full time Coach I love what I do and I love helping others! I love video games Netflix and anything outdoors lol
Hi potential housemate (with no pets) I'm friendly, down to earth and just a regular Jo, which also happens to be my middle name! My interests are veered toward artistic pursuits such as singing, card making, scriptwriting and volunteering as a FOH member for amateur theatre. I like to walk a lot and keep healthy though do enjoy a good wine! I have a lovely friendship circle spread across Melbourne and supportive family. I'm keen to meet someone who likes to chat from time to time but likes their free time too. I'd like to meet someone/sometwo that I can be myself around and to forge a companionship of sorts that has mutual respect, care and appreciation. I'm looking for a home not just a house that is shared and where both parties might communicate well so they both know where they stand. Basically someone who is kind and honest would be great :)
Hi guys, I'm Paula, an international student from Guangzhou, China. I've lived in Perth for the last year and a half for my undergraduate study and will be starting my Master of Social Work in Monash. I like art, reading, food, traveling, quirky things and am a potterhead. I'm excited to start this new journey in Melbourne and meet new friends!:D Cheers
Hi, I'm 34-year-old Thai man. You can call me Rex. I'm a master student at Monash Caulfield campus. I'm a respectful, friendly, non-smoker, clean and tidy person plus the handy-man and IT skills. I'll back to Melbourne for study in the middle of Feb 2019 and my partner will move to stay with me in May 2019. So, I looking for a place that can fit for 2 of us.
Hi Everyone :-) I am a 31 year old long term full time employed worker looking to rent a room. I have shared before and am respectful of other housemates space and privacy. I am clean, laid back, very easy going, and positive. I love to cook and share meals, but also like to get out and explore Melbourne eateries, and I respect housemates personal space. I'm quite active, and tend to spend weekends out and about catching up with friends
Hey guys! I'm a 22 year old full time student starting at the University of Melbourne. I'm moving to Melbourne from New Zealand where I have been doing a combination of hospitality work and technical research. I'm really easy going and looking for a flat fam of ideally young professionals that are tidy, love to cook (with a few wines on the side ofcourse) and are down for some adventuring every now and again. On top of my studies I intend to work hospitality and outside of cooking and cleaning at home, will likely spend minimal down time at the flat.
