My move out date is set late coz I'm flexible anytime from now till then. I am Melbourne raised, currently working full-time in as a UX Researcher. In terms of house stuff, I am a minimalist, enjoy socialising but value my downtime, am respectful of others and clean up after myself :) Looking for positive vibes, respectful peeps, clean and easy going place to call home. I'd prefer somewhere with an easy commute to Richmond/City for work purposes. Prefer an apartment, but open to other options.
Friendly, self-sufficient, likes a clean home, loves baking, always makes too much food, capable of fixing mechanical issues, can definitely fix your bicycles and maybe motorcycles/cars (though I'm short on tools at the moment). Non-smoker and non-drinker so I'll never bring home a giant party or steal your beer. NON-NEGOTIABLE: my home must be completely NON-SMOKING. I physically do not tolerate cigarette or 420 smoke at all.
I'm not a partier, but do enjoy socialising with a good group of friends. I am passionate about science, tech, and learning new things. I enjoy cooking, and sharing the results; I'm also quite handy at repair and fixing computer problems. I'm happy to live with all sorts of people, though being open-minded, honest and respectful of each other and the shared spaces is essential. A strong social and environmental conscience, along with the willingness for the occasional chat are definitely pluses.
I’m Bec, 24, working full time as an accountant in the city. Newbie to Melbourne having arrived early September on a WHV. I’m very sociable, out a lot with friends for a vino or food, recently joined the gym as those takeaways have taken its toll on me so pretty busy weekdays. Love festivals and travelling! I’m looking for a house share to move in immediately 🙂
I love to cook, clean, put on some music, enjoy a glass of wine and can entertain you with terrible puns! I have just moved back from London, and started working full time on Saint Kilda road. Somewhere within cycling distance would be ideal.
Hi guys! My name’s Carla and I’m a 22 year old Spanish chica 💃🏻 I just graduated in Modern Languages. I’m on a working holiday visa so I work full time. I’m tidy, hardworking, respectful and funny (at least I think I am). I love fashion, cycling, music and books. I'm always happy to hang out, have a chat over dinner and share the occasional glass of vino. I’m looking for a private room, preferably furnished and close to the city. Feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to have a chat.😊
I am really interested in what makes the world go around, different industries and ways of approaching life. I'm really into investing and finance and I like to keep up with world politics. I exercise often, don't smoke, drink occasionally. I speak English, Chinese, Japanese and Czech in fluencies that go in that order. I lived in China for three years so I know that country relatively well. I'm pretty much always up for a coffee and a chat and really enjoy getting to know different people.
I’m studying at RMIT City campus start of 2019 Looking for somewhere with bills included in rent price per week. I’m clean and tidy Not a party person but enjoys being social Healthy lifestyle - outdoors, gym etc I have a Spoodle she’s just 1 year old and she’s great - she has other living arrangements
Hi there, I am moving to Melbourne (from Sydney) in January 2019 to undertake postgraduate study. I am pretty quiet during the week. On weekends and in my spare time I like running and socialising. I’m also looking forward to exploring Melbourne and understanding AFL. I am a tidy housemate, I clean up after myself and contribute to routine cleaning. I like spending time with housemates over dinner/drinks and am respectful of personal space :)
We are a quiet, very clean, reliable and responsible couple. Looking for a room in Melbourne for the next 5 months, as we're going to work here til the end of our visas in mid April. We travelled around New Zealand, France, Argentina and now Australia, sharing houses and apartments without any problems. We would like to find a place that is clean and tidy, and with nice and easy going flatmates who are keen to have a chat and who also respect the privacy.
My name is Marco, 27 from Florence, Italy. I'm a PhD student with a scholarship at the University of Melbourne. I am a friendly person, I like cooking, meeting new people and having fun together. I like sport. I do not smoke.
Hi! I was recently accepted into the National Institute Of Circus Arts in Prahran, so Im waving goodbye to sunny Brisbane and heading down to Melbs this January Im clean, kind and super chilled. I like the occasional beer in the afternoon but Im mostly more of a cuppa tea sorta person. Im all about swimming at the creek, eating lush food and having a good yarn. I will be studying full time at NICA so am looking for a chilled, healthy home close by so I can make the most of my studies. Look forward to hearing from you :)
We are two girls from Sweden in our early 20s who just moved to Melbourne with Working holiday visas. Both of us recently quitted our fulltime jobs at home and are now looking for new jobs here and ofcourse for a place to live. We are both easy going girls who definitely don't mind a few beers with friends or a night at the bar. But we also value relaxing nights at home and taking it chill. We're basicly just looking for a place where we can feel at home, with similar minded people who are fun and easy going! We're primarily looking for two bedrooms. Cheers, Evelina and Emma :)
Hey future housemate! I'm easy going, neat, sociable and love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. Currently studying Arts/Law and Monash and just finished my 4th year (woohoo!) I love a good boogie and practicing yoga. Cheers
I am a tidy individual and make effort to clean up after myself, be considerate and respectful towards others, ensuring I do my best to not be disruptive. My personality is a quiet, friendly, ambivert who is ambitious and motivated having a strong focus on my work and studies. However, I equally take pleasure in downtime or going out for a social drink. I currently live in Adelaide where I rent my own place, work full time and am a first year Bachelor of Science student at The University of Adelaide (PT) I have been planning to move to Melbourne, however, it is now essential I find a suitable place that will accept my indoor cat as she can no longer be cared for short term by family or friends. She is a little bit "special" as she was a stray found out in a delirious state from malnutrition out the back of my old share house. She is as adorable as cats get but can still be on edge at time. For the most part spends her time sleeping, giving me cuddles or reminding me is food time and is happy doing her own thing.
Hi Guys, I am looking for a place for long term in Melbourne. Prefer to be close to Fitzroy street or Chapel. I am easy going person. I love good food, wine, coffee and art. I am active, like outdoor sports and go to gym. I also love people but am busy so wont be around as much. I am working, building my businesses, go to school, do some “art” myself and exploring galleries and anything weird and funky what is on :) I am from Slovakia. I live in Australia 6 years. I am looking for place from 10th of January 2019. I am planning to stay in Melbourne for couple of years.. I am currently in Sydney so we could potentially FaceTime to meet each other and to see the room. I lived in Melbourne before. PS: I enjoy sharing a bottle of wine ( or two) but I am not a “party” person :) Sabina
Hey Im Oliver, 26, I just graduated architecture bachelor and will work over the next year. Quite active in sports, play piano, and enjoy to cook, having a chat or do something easy after a day at work. Easy going and tidy :) Intend to move in by Dec 21 but flexible
Hi, we're Till and Lea-Sophie, backpackers from Germany, and looking for a cozy place to live during our stay in Melbourne :) We arrived in Australia only last week and are both already looking for jobs. I (Till) have been traveling New Zealand before and consider myself somewhat experienced with flatsharing. Our previous living situation in Germany was a shared flat as well. We're easygoing, generally quiet, clean, like cooking, and are always open for new adventures.
