In short we are 43yo, have been happily married for 5 years with no plans for children, love coffee/food/wine and anything that involves all three, we enjoy movies, live music/shows (especially blues), bike riding, skiing, picnics, walks in parks/gardens and well, being outside generally. We live a quiet lifestyle (i.e. we're not party goers apart from the occasional), but enjoy great conversation over a meal and glass of wine or sharing time in front of a movie with popcorn and treats. Brian is a photographer and owned his own business in the USA for many years. Upon returning home for good though has been enjoying his other great passion - hospitality (because again, it involves coffee/food/wine). Although he's currently working in two establishments, next year he hopes to return to drumming up his photography business and adding Physics tutoring to the mix. He's also a massive cat lover, even though we sadly have no pets at this time and probably won't until we buy our own home. May is a mobile dog groomer, so no guessing as to the animal she loves! It is based in the Caulfield/Caulfield South area, hence our desire to live in the region. She has a big blue dog grooming trailer that will need to be parked either on the property or at least have space to park it freely or with a permit on the street. We are currently saving for a deposit on a home, but that is way off yet, so we're looking to meet flatmates who are mature, fun, respectful, responsible and willing to take in a married couple :) and if we click, are in for the long term. If you would like to meet us or know more you can contact us via the message service, we would love to hear from you! Brian and May Jenkin
We are a couple of students who spend most of their days on placement. We cook a fair bit and are super happy to share food. We like to have a drink or two of an evening and go to bars or gigs on the weekend. We like sport - playing and watching, music and PETS - but we don't have any of our own at the moment. We have both lived in share houses for two years and are clean, easygoing and respectful. We are both med students, but don't judge us too hard for that :P Hope we suit what you're looking for!! (LGBTIQ friendly) **We're willing to live in other suburbs close to the Frankston line ***Also we both have placements in the country, so for 2.5months there will only be one of us living there.
We are two funky friends looking to team up with some new pals to form a share house, hopefully in January ! Georgie has been living on campus at Monash for the past three years studying Physiotherapy (gives good massages), and Austin is making the move up to the big smoke from Tassie in 2017 and hopefully going to start studying at uni here too. Georgie also works a few different jobs, and Austin be finding part time employment too. Georgie and Austin are a couple so would be sharing a room ($$$ off rent!!). We are all really fun and easy going people, love to have a boogie but (especially Georgie) love to buckle down and get some work done. We are all super clean and have good rental histories and references. We love going on nights out, hanging out at home with some bevs, watching tv and doing all the usual stuff you'd expect. We hope to find some like-minded folks to hang out with, cook family dinners and have an excellent year together!!

Single, never married, no kids. I'm healthy, balanced, friendly, clean and responsible. I'm funny too. Well, I think I'm funny. I'm into exercise, meditation, writing, animals, cooking, TV series', socialising. I love down time too though and have been known to binge watch and not leave my bedroom for awhile. I don't drink or use drugs. I like to travel and get away for the weekend sometimes. I'm friendly and open but I also like as much space and privacy as the average person and offer the same to others. I earn enough to be fully self supporting and pay my rent/bills.

I'll be in Europe in January/February and am looking for a place for when I get back to Melbourne at the end of February. I've spent nearly 2 years out of home so I know how to survive by myself. I love going out and being social but I also like to have some quiet time occasionally. I'm studying Commerce/Journalism at Monash and work part-time so I lead a pretty busy life but I still need people to be able to relax and destress with. I'm clean, organised and will always pay my bills on time. I'd love to find a great bunch of people to live with so get in touch.
We are a quiet, respectful English couple who have a passion for adventure, outdoors, travel, sports and great at cooking. We are clean, tidy and easy to get along with. We are social and love sharing our stories but also enjoy our own time. We look forward to hearing from you!

Tidy, clean and pretty friendly :D I like to do my own cooking; pastas and curries mainly but also enjoy eating out too! I'm a shy, retiring type who enjoys staying busy through out the week. Enjoy staying active and my qualities include looking out for others. I work during the week and volunteer during the weekends, and like to work around the house during my downtime. I am a person who has a hard time sitting still ... my work colleagues say it's a gift, but my family say it's a curse ; depends who you ask! I am honest and reliable, and respect other people's property and privacy. If you require any further information about me, please do not hesitate to contact me. Referees provided upon request.
PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE MESSAGING I've been renting for about a year now, and my time at my current home is coming to a close. Looking for a new home in the east/south east. I am a casual stocktaker with a reliable income, and I work at various times on different days. I don't drive or own a car so I would prefer to be close to public transport. I clean up after myself, am careful in my usage of home utilities and respect others' privacy and personal space, so I hope to expect the same from those I share with. I'm pretty quiet but happy to socialise, and I'm open to house events and the like. In my free time, I tend to keep to myself as I'm a bit of an introvert. I like to play games, read, watch movies and learn things to cook. I don't often drink or go out, but I don't care if anyone else does. I'm also non-vegan (don't mind if you are), non-smoker and am happy with LGBT+. I'd prefer to live with other non-smokers, and people who aren't fussed about my sexuality. My boyfriend sometimes comes over for a visit, or to stay the night, and other nights I stay at his place (we work together so it depends). He is 21, quiet and respectful. We mostly keep to ourselves, playing games and watching stuff on my computer. If there is anything you need to know, please feel free to message me. :)

Hi guys, a bit about us: Jing - Mid 20's, working full time in Funds Management, enjoys cooking good food and eating good food (of course, that's the whole point of cooking right); also trying to get in free cardio by cycling to and from work. Kelly - Mid 20's, full time Masters student, also works part time as a freelance writer. She is a really good Chef (Trust me I have pretty high standards when it comes to food), and enjoys dragging Jing around doing various things outdoors. About the place: Looking for a place in the east or south east and within 15kms of Melbourne CBD. Would like a master bedroom with own Ensuite and walk in robe. Most important thing for us is Cleanliness, applies double for the Kitchen. Common sense and respect are also very nice qualifies to have in house mates; we are always happy to make new friends as long as everyone also tries to consider others as well as themselves.
Hi, I'm Isabella, a 23 year old student from Germany working on my degree in psychology. I'll be studying at Monash (Caulfield) for a semester as an exchange student starting in February :) I'll be staying until mid July, so I'm looking for a place to stay at for about 6 months, but I can be a bit flexible . A bit about me: I love art (museums, exhibitions, doing some of my own, you name it), music, reading, exploring and being outdoors. I'd describe myself as chatty, very open-minded and easy-going. I've been sharing an apartment for 2,5 years now and it's always been great getting to know new people, maybe going out together for a drink sometime or doing other activities together. I've spent some time living in different countries and it's always been a great experience so far. If you're looking for a friendly, down-to-earth and fun roomie, I'd love to hear from you! Isabella :)
I work 30 hours a week in a pharmacy. I have a passion for makeup. I'm often found out on weekends and catching up with friends when I'm not working. I consider myself a fairly outgoing person. I would love to live with someone who is easy to get along with and have a laugh. I also appreciate alone time.
I am clean, respectful, fun and friendly.I love being both at home chilling out but also getting outside and doing cool stuff. I like exercise, trying new activities, exploring and being outdoors. I also love chilling at home with a glass of wine and catching up with my flat mates with some TV or a movie and dinner.
Hi, I'm Trung, 23 years old. I'm going to start my master's study at Monash Caulfield this February (major Business, Marketing), but I'm gonna show up on 3rd Jan, 2016. I'm an matured guy (comparing to other guys in my hometown haha), interested in reading, music, baking and cooking. I'm quite social, sometimes would like to drink, always enjoy a deep, meaningful and a little bit sarcastic chat. I would love to live with someone who loves social life, books, movies and music. has big sense of humor. I usually keep myself busy with study, work (I'm a freelance copywriter, remotely working for a Vietnamese advertising agency) and a social life. Besides, I'm keen on housework, would love to share houseworks to keep common and hygiene.
My name is Petrina, 26, I'm very easy going, friendly. bubbly, love socialising and a real people person. At the same time I like my own space and down time. Like to keep fit, enjoy cooking and I like to have a clean and healthy environment around me. I'm quite organised and manse my time well. I work for the City of Kingston Council in Maternal & Child Health and Immunisation as an admin support officer based in Parkdale. Been there for 6 years. I work Tuesday to Friday and one Saturday a month. I'm also studying a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) through Swinburne. I love to travel and I'm one of the worlds biggest foodies! Basically I make sure I try to make life as fun as possible! Looking to move out in the new year but will also be traveling for some of 2017
My current lease finishes at the end of this year and I'm looking to move sometime in January or February. Next year I will be going into my 4th (managed to stretch 2 years into 3) and hopefully final year of my bachelor of commerce at Monash (Clayton Campus). Currently I am working two jobs (St Kilda and various CBD locations). At present I'm living in Ormond but am ideally looking to move somewhere a bit closer to the city and that will cut a bit of time off my commute to work or uni. My ideal area is Richmond/Burnley/Cremorne, but I'm pretty flexible on that. Quite happy to trade off location (to an extent) to find somewhere that's better value for money. Primarily I am looking to team up with 1 or 2 people rather than join an existing place. I have quite a bit of furniture so moving into an already furnished place would be a bit of a hassle with regards to storing that. What am I like to live with? I'm a bit of a neat freak so only interested in sharing with people who like things very clean and tidy (Don't mind raising my standards, but I struggle to lower them). In general I'm fairly quite and keep to myself. If we get along well I'm happy to hang out sometimes, but that's not a requirement. With regards to the kind of property I am aiming for, I tend to prefer apartments over houses. A reasonably modern kitchen and is also a big plus. That one firm requirement that I have is that it is warm and for dry during the winter (admittedly a little difficult to tell during the middle of summer). Feel free to send me a message if you would like to team up or have a suitable room.
Hello, I'm Yuka! I am a well-seasoned traveller from Alberta, Canada. I love skiing up in the mountains, but also enjoy staying in to just chill with friends. I have lived in share houses back home, a student residence in Tokyo, and have lived with others during my Europe trip, so needless to say, I am a people-person and used to living on my own and with new people! I am currently looking for a long-term place to call home for my next study abroad in Melbourne, Australia. I will be a law student at Monash starting January 2017 and eager to meet with other university students, as well! Thanks for dropping by :)
I'm happy, friendly and easy going. Very helpful domestically. Will be a full time student, studying a great deal but am also open to try new things and am always up for fun.
I'm a science student who currently lives in Warragul and is looking for a place closer to uni. I am a really considerate person and I keep my belongings organised and clean. I'm fairly quiet, bubbly and comfortable to be around. When I'm not at uni (or working) I like to read novels/comics, watch movies, chill out and have some chats. I have put 6 months but am flexible, same with the moving date - it's just an estimation.

Hi I'm Griffin, i'm a first year apprentice and from the local area. In my spare time I enjoy watching films, going to the gym, experimental cooking and hanging out with friends. I'm looking for a nice room for me and my cat Odin in the local area.
Hi, I'm a young Asian professional who is discreet, polite and a little quiet (I love having good conversation though, I'm just not talking-too-much type). I like cooking and sharing the food, too. You can trust me when I say I'm quite good at cooking ;) I know how to respect the privacy of others and expect the same from my flatmates. I am a bit obsessed with being clean and tidy; messy flat drives me nut. I don't party much, some beers would be good but a crazy party is just not my type. I consider myself as a honest friend who is able to listen and give other a sense of ease when talking with me. My major is Marketing Communication, it'd be great if the future flatmates have the same occupation. Drop me a line if you are one. Kan
Hi,I'm originally from Indonesia currently studying at Monash South Africa, I will go to Monash Australia for an exchange program around January- February. Hello guys, we are looking for a nice room to stay my boyfriend and me. We both are passionate travelers and in Australia since almost a year and would like to stay for the rest(2-3 months) of our time here in Melbourne. We both are working full-time so we wound be at home to much. If you are looking for friendly, responsible and nice people that treat your home with respect then we are the right ones :-) We are not home-party people but like to have fun maybe by a dinner all together or 1-2 drinks any day. The most important thing that we are looking for is that the place has to be near a tram or train station. I hope this gave some information about us and please call me if you have any other questions Best regards Liron & Pascale
Hey! I'm Bronte, I'm 21 years old. Currently studying Youth Work, previously studied Fine Arts- both at RMIT. I am a super easy going person and like to keep stuff clean! I am 32 year old looking for shared accomodation. Currently living in Caulfield, looking to move somewhere around it. I am relaxed and easygoing and get along well with all kinds of people. My hobbies are generally watching and playing sports and fitness. I am currently working as Test Analyst with Amdocs. I don't smoke and rarely drink, and enjoy the quiet life when I'm at home, but I'm always happy to socialise.
I'm a tidy and clean person. I moved here from QLD recently. I'm working full time at the Docklands area. I enjoy tv series, yoga, exercising and socialising. I have no pets and am ready to move as soon as I find somewhere. I drive but I'd like something close to public transport. Ideal place has shops and tram/trains nearby and is around 200 inclusive of bills. I'm very mindful of using minimal energy and water!
I'm a 28yo chick who has spent the last few years studying nursing in Ballarat (so I don't mind the cold and have a fairly good sense of humor) but I am flying into the city life and full time work in Caulfield South. Studying nursing full time hasn't left much time or money for hobbies lately but I'm a bit crafty (think crochet and watercolour painting) and love to ride my mountain bike and head off camping. My most prized item is my guitar that I still can do no more than strum a few on but love no less. I am fully house trained and love the idea of sharing an occasional meal, though neither of my current house-mates can cook so it's not been a thing in this house. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Originally from Perth, I'm currently studying teaching at Monash. I'm a quiet, low-key person at home, and when I'm not studying, I'm either baking or watching the footy. I've been living in a 4-person share house this year and definitely appreciate the need to be quiet, clean and tidy!
Hello, we are from Italy, I'm a pastry cook and Alex is a gelato maker. We both are easy going clean and tidy and respectful. We are looking for a nice house and room very close to a train station, and for easygoing flatmates.
I'm, 25 year old guy working part time (3-4 days pw) from Melbourne and am leaving to go traveling shortly. I have been living in share houses for couple of years and i'm clean and tidy. I'm normally busy during the weekdays but really love to share a meal on the weekends or a drink.
Moving from Townsville to study at Monash (and get away from the heat!). Not a neat-freak, but don't like mess. I'm pretty laid back and always up for an adventure :) I will mostly likely be busy during the week between uni and work but keen to explore the city and surrounds on weekends and in my spare time. Love all animals, coffee and the ocean. Would rather more of a home environment where everyone talks and is keen to catch-up after a long week rather than an impersonal homeshare where people don't speak- but open to anything. I don't plan to move down until mid-late January but flexible with times.
I am a friendly person who enjoys hanging out with friends, but occasionally likes alone time. Initially reserved but once we are close enough, I'm not that reserved anymore haha! I am from Singapore and just graduated from Monash University with a bachelors degree in Interior Architecture.
