I am an easygoing and happy girl. I am a Master Student at Monash. I am looking for a place within walking distance of Clayton campus, supermarkets, and transportation. I consider myself a very friendly and energetic person. I like to run and eat healthily. I am trying to keep a balance between my Uni routine and a healthy life's style. I am very social but at the same time, I enjoy my own space and my solo time. I am a great person to share your space with! Thanks! Jen
Hi, we are a German couple. We want to find a long term accomodation as we are planning to stay three to four years in Melbourne. We both have been living in shared flats for many years and are looking for a relaxed rather than a party place. Let me write a bit about us so you get a first impression. We both have studied in the beautiful little town of Heidelberg in the South West of Germany and have been a couple since 2010. We decided to go to Australia a year ago and Andrea found a job as a postdoctoral researcher at Monash University in Clayton. Before her job starts in March we took the opportunity to travel throughout New Zealand. Now the real adventure begins, we have to find a place to live and get settled into our new lifes. We both enjoy nature, outdoors and like to go for walks or day hikes. We cook a lot and like to invite friends for dinner every once in a while. Arne: I have studied cultural anthropology, political science and psychology. I like to travel and I have seen my share of the world: I was one of the countless backpackers in Oz after my civil service in 2005. Later I went to Chile for an exchange year. The university there was not so good, so I rather started travelling throughout Latin America from Fireland to Mexico. I took my time to finish my studies and read some more interesting books about world history, philosophy and the global financial system. After university I tried to get a job in an IT company and was more than surprised when they actually hired me. I did a crash course in IT & project management and really liked it. In 2014 my company sent me to work for one of the big banks in Zurich, Switzerland, and I have stayed there until moving to Melbourne. Once we are settled in I will start looking for an IT job again. I have been playing indoor volleyball for my entire life and want to join a team again. But let's find a new home first... Andrea: I grew up in a German city close to the Dutch border and did my bachelor in Nijmegen. I moved to Heidelberg for my master in molecular biology and to Uppsala, Sweden, for an exchange semestre. I got my PhD in 2015. I had a great Ultimate Frisbee team in Heidelberg and am really looking forward to join one in Melbourne. So please let us know if you think we would fit in. Happy to come over to get to know eatch other in person.

I am a 22 year old male living in Tasmania. I am moving to Melbourne in mid March and looking for accommodation in South Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. I currently have two part time jobs here in Tasmania, at Woolworths and at a yoghurt factory. I also have full time employment organised for when I arrive in Melbourne. I am an easy going, tidy bloke who enjoys relaxing, martial arts, music and coffee. I also LOVE dogs.
I am a 25 year old New Zealander living in Melbourne working at Monash University. I am a biologist with an interest in mosquitoes! I thrive on outdoor adventures (rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, yoga). Meeting new people is something I really enjoy doing and have been described as very easy going, caring and courteous by my friends. I am courteous and respectful of people's space and time. I strongly believe in creating a positive atmosphere in which people are free to express themselves in doing so we can learn and share from one another. Living In communal settings I know the importance of having a clean and tidy environment, of which I endeavor to uphold. I can also make a legendary butter chicken dish! :)
Two English, 21 year old girls on a working holiday visa. Working in the city Monday- Friday. Laid back, tidy and friendly. Active individuals.
I am well disciplined when it comes to keeping the place clean (ex ADF) and paying bills on time. I am a friendly person who likes having people around, especially at meal times, however many of my interests are those of an introvert. I intend on working in the CBD so am considering different locations with reasonable commute. Some of my interests include science, reading, playing in brass bands, hiking in national parks, going to the movies.
I'm a final year medical student on rotation from rural/regional Victoria looking for a furnished room between Dandenong and the CBD for 12 weeks. I can be as social or as invisible as you would like, and would love a place with a piano if it exists, though it is not essential.
Hey there! I am moving to Melbourne in March and am looking for a place to stay. I am a mechanical engineer, Indian by passport but grew up between India, England and Malaysia. So its my first time in Australia. When I am not working I am generally reading a book, watching a movie, or working on my music (singing). Huge F.R.I.E.N.D.S fan. I cook decent pasta and Indian food but only when I am in the mood for it. Vegetarian by choice, And I tend to keep my room, kitchen (if i do cook) and bathrooms clean.
I'm clean, friendly and quiet. I like board games, TV shows and shopping. I study BComm at Deakin full time and work part time in retail. I'm looking for a private room and my own bathroom. Thank you
I'm a friendly guy with a healthy sense of humour who works full time at Monash Uni. I wouldn't mind living with people who are down for a chat, or to hang out and watch netflix
I`m a 17 year old female studying full time in the city the reason i don`t live with my mum is cause she lives in the country were there is no transport for me to get to the city. I`m a very down to earth outgoing person with a bubbly, caring, honest, helpful, loving personality I am very neat and tidy i do like to have time to my self now and again i`m very good to talk to or have a laugh with
I´m a sociable, tidy, responsible and easygoing student looking for a nice and clean flat to live. I have a full time job and I study evening classes so, during week days I´m really busy. I´m looking for a flat which I can find a good rest and sleep. So a calm and a quiet place would be perfect for me. At weekends I like to wake up late hours to have a good rest and hang out with friends or just enjoy around the table with some glasses of wine.
I am a trustworthy, kind, understanding person. I take pride in where I live and everything I do. I work a part-time job. I am easy to get along with and I respect property owners and their wishes. I am looking for a temporary place to stay in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs while i arrange for more permanent accommodation.
I am from India, I will be studying Master of Management (Project Management) in La Trobe University City Campus. I am extrovert and open-minded.I am a non-smoker and non-drinker ( not even occasional), I don't mind smoking or drinking unless I'm insisted so please take a note of it. Also I'm quite possessive to my religious aspects (like eating non-halal food, drinking and others) but not extreme. I respect privacy and never do something that will embarrass or disappoint my fellow roommates. Apart from this I like to go out, play games (indoor or outdoor), gym, cooking, reading, helping the fellow roommates the best from my side, being clean and hygienic, taking care of myself and little OCD to few things :P. I don't mind sharing room with people from any background. If you are from India or Muslim, we would love to be with you. So either way I will be fine. If you have pets like cats or dogs, that will also not be a problem ( I'm cat-lovers :P but wouldn't mind a dog. ) Also, If there is any accommodation like Paying Guest (PG) or Homestays in the city or suburbs I will also consider that. :) P.S : Once again, I am great to live with.
Born and raised in the Northern Territory and am here studying a Bachelor of Science (Major Psych/Physiology Minor Pharmacology) at Monash. I have a variety of interests which include rugby union, gym (although it doesn't look like it), a bit of gaming, beers and I don't mind a movie or two but I'm also always interested in picking up new hobbies and interests. Coming from a small town I've learnt how to get along with almost anyone and because of that I think I am able to easily slot into a house dynamic. I am generally a clean person but am not a clean freak and to be honest I'll probably just try and match the cleanliness that everyone else in the house has so long as it isn't too bad.
I'm a 20yo student studying an undergraduate degree in science at monash uni that's been living out of home for a few years. I'd prefer a place where people are relatively clean and tidy as I am myself. I'm very sociable at times, but also need my own space and time to myself as we all do. I'd generally spend a lot of time out of the house due to being at uni 4 days a week and also keeping a busy social life. That being said I am not the type to throw house parties, but I'm usually fine with others doing so. I'm a non-smoker and I also enjoy cooking :)
I'm Brit I am 24 years old. I am moving from adelaide to Melbourne for work. I am fun loving but I also appreciate some down time. I have a tiny pupper Nacho who is excited to meeting you! I own my own place here which I will rent out and I have a full time job so you don't have to worry about getting rent each week. I am neat, tidy and respectful to others.
Hey guys! We're a young couple looking to move out of our current accomodation to somewhere a little closer to our respective schools, and where we can bring our furkid-family members with us! Gemma is a 19 year old psychology student at Monash University in her second year, and works part time as a sales assistance and puppy school instructor in the pet industry! (Which means her amazing pet product bargains are yours too! 😉) Brad is a student at Holmesglen TAFE studying his first year of Networking, is a whiz at all things technical, and would be happy to deal with any totally annoying technical failures with WiFi or your computer if a housemate ever needed a hand! Together we're hoping to bring our two furry friends - Gemma's greyhound, Bellatrix, who I assure you will have you weak in the knees within seconds, and Brad's indoor cat, Mia, who is a little princess. 🐱 (Gemma is also hoping to apply all her certified dog training skills into bringing a new puppy into the mix sometime in the near future.) We are not too picky on our new home other than friendly, fun, and carefree housemates who are happy to have a quiet night in (maybe watching horror movies, if they're up to it!) but also respect each others privacy and keep a comfortable home environment. A backyard is also pretty essential and whilst it doesn't have to be huge, you might get a bit tangled in Bellatrix's zoomies if it's small! 😸 *Our moving timeframe is from late March/early April. ☺️ *We'd also be interested in teaming up with someone who had already found/had a house and was just looking for roommates to split the rent and the fun with them! If you feel like you might have something that suits, please get into contact with us! We can't wait to hear from our new housemates. ☺️
I am a quiet reserved responsible female studying at Monash Clayton. I am a non smoker, like to mind my own business and expect the same. Looking for a studio / granny flat. Strict about hygiene and cleanliness. Please don't message me for a house share.

I'm moving from Adelaide to Melbourne to do a PhD at Monash Clayton so most of time will be spent in the lab during the weeks but on weekends you can find me down at the beach or at a gig. I enjoy drinking a glass of wine and relaxing with a good TV show after a long day at the lab. I will be at the lab and studying most of the time however, I'm still a quite social person and would love hanging out/making a good meal (I'm italian so it will be very carb-heavy/like a warm hug) for you too.
Hi! My name is Lauri and I'm a 28 year old multimedia designer from Finland. I have been in Melbourne for about four months and working full time (weekdays 9 to 5ish) doing digital marketing and design. I'm looking for a nice place thats close public transport and the city. I like to spend my free time going to gigs and other events around the city or just hanging out with friends, watching movies and etc. I have plenty of experience sharing apartments around the world and can appreciate a nice community as well as privacy. I'm also responsible, clean and reliable, so I'm happy to do my bit around the house and will take care of the rent and bills without a hassle. Not too interested in a party house, but a friendly and easy-going share-house environment. Feel free to contact me if you have a spare room that I might be interested!

Hi! My name's Ricky, and I'm looking for a place in the Noble Park/Dandenong/Springvale area! I'm 27 years old, pretty easy-going and relaxed, love my quiet time but also fairly sociable as well, and I love going to the footy (I'm a big Richmond Tigers fan haha!). I'm usually always up for a chat, and I always keep my space very neat and tidy! :) Two very important things about what I'm looking for: 1) I'm after a room with an ensuite, or at the very least my own bathroom, really not into the "Shared Bathroom" thing haha! :P 2) I'm after a long term place I can settle into for at least the next 6-12 months, and potentially longer. :) If you think your place would fit what I'm after, please give me a buzz, and we can have a chat! :) - Ricky
I am a laid back housemate to live with. I have been living in shared accommodation for the past 3 years so I am pretty on top of the shared living etiquettes. I love pets but sadly dont have any of my own. Usually wound up wth work uni and the usual social. I dont usually have people over much as I am more outdoorsy and would rather hang at theirs. Anyways I do have a long term boyfriend whose place I spend quite a bit of time at. I have a car so living near PT is not top of the priorities atm. I am a great listener, love reading. Thats about it!
I'm looking for a nice place, preferably close to train station on the Clayton line. I'm very clean and tidy. Do not mind living with pets if you have them. I'm basically a less neurotic monica. If you get that reference I think we'll get along perfectly!
Hi there, I'm Shalveen born and bred in Sydney. I moved down roughly 3 years ago to undertake my childhood ambition of becoming a pilot. Since then i have completed most of my studies, my commercial pilots licence and my flight instructor rating and now work full time at my Flying School as a flight instructor teaching others how to fly. I'm very clean and can be very social, at the same time I'm also one to respect everyone's privacy. For the most part i cause very little footprint around the house as i get stuck in my playstation or some studying. I do work weekends with my day's off being Thursday and Friday. I also DJ on the weekends at some nightclubs as it is my part time hobby but I'm not a party person at all. I literally go in and do my work and leave straight away due to working Sunday mornings at the flying school. I rarely drink if ever, but more than happy to join in on social things with flatmates. I'm a pretty chill guy who respects everyones opinions and views. I'm not one to bring a party to the house or anything like that ... Happy to join in on home chores etc and i'm not one to argue. Would preferably like my flatmates to be young professionals, trustworthy and positive fun people. Thanks for reading my profile! ps: I've been getting an influx of calls since creating this ad and it feels like i'm getting spammed, please message me through here, I don't like a call unless i've seen the room - most importantly i'm looking for a room between the city and moorabbin airport and has its own ensuite or own personal bathroom.
Hey there, studying my Bachelor's in Audio Engineering. Just moved to Melbourne. A little something about me, I am a very chill, laid-back and friendly. I'm very responsible when it comes to committing to agreements and I also try to maintain a pretty clean and tidy space. Also love a few drinks over the weekend.
