Imagine living with a recently arrived Mexican and have a house full of delicious quesadillas all day. Sounds good, right?. I've recently moved to Melb to start my PhD at Monash and I'm looking for a room in a nice relaxed house with great flatmates. I have a regular Mon to Fri working schedule at the Uni either working at my project or doing some teaching assistantship, so I keep myself busy. I have shared flats with all kinds of personalities, so I can asure you I have experience sharing flats and I'm very easy-going. You can be sure I'm very clean, tidy, respectful of your time and space, but I'd also love to go out and explore Melb with you if you are keen. Expect good musical taste, always a clean bathroom and good dinner cooked at home to share after work or during weekends. I'm looking accommodation for the middle to long term, say from 4 to 6 months up to 1 year.
Hi, my name is Simone. I'm 31 years old. I work full time in the city for a start-up tech company. I’ve been living in Melbourne for almost a year, originally from Sydney. When I'm not working, I really appreciate my downtime. I have a good group of friends here, we are all health-conscious, frequent gym goers - however, I do love a glass of wine whenever I can. Weekends consist of going out for breakfast, dinner, drinks, the beach. During the week, I'm quite a stickler for routine. I'm an early riser, so I tend to head to the gym before heading off to work. I love to cook and will often prep meals so I can relax after work. I prefer to be outdoors whenever I can and love a good local road trip. I’m hoping to lease a place for 6 months, in which then I plan to secure a place of my own.
Hey guys I'm Glenn! I'm a professional, working as a sales manager in an IT firm and also a social entrepreneur. I love traveling, SCUBA diving and meeting new people (since I'm also new here in Melbourne). Relaxed, clean and respectful and down for a chat :)
We are very tidy, organised and clean people who are looking for a 1-bed apartment while working in Melbourne, ideally somewhere where we can travel into the CBD in approx 15 minutes by public transport, and somewhere with a train station close by. We are not open to room/house shares, only entire properties (1/2 bed apartments). Please don't hesitate to contact me for any further details :)

Hey! I'm a 23 yo full time carpenter looking for a room around the inner south/east! Move in date flexible but around the start of July or after. I spend most of my free time at the gym, cooking, watching/playing sport and just drinking with mates. Very chilled out and sociable but also enjoy being alone and respect that with others, looking for people to be friends with as well as roommates Have lived in share houses previously so responsible with cleaning, noise etc.
I'm Tom, a 19 year old British guy living here in Melbourne. I'm currently on a break from education before I return to London to start university. Looking for a flat share type arrangement whilst living in Melbourne/ suburbs with good transport links. I work full time during the week so only expect to be home evenings and weekends. I'd prefer outgoing flatmates since my best friend that I was travelling with has had to return home I'm now flying solo. So I'm looking to make new friends who'd enjoy a friendly atmosphere, a few beers, or even going out in the evenings. I'm a pretty sociable guy, but equally respect other's space. I'm very clean and tidy too. In my down time, I enjoy keeping fit, playing most sports. I'm interested in politics and languages, already speak French fluently. All in all, I'm easy going, enjoy a laugh and just looking for like-minded people. (p.s. sorry if this sounds like a dating ad)

Hi, my name is Julian. I work full time with Olinda Springs in Rowville (mon-fri) and on weekends I work from home with the hotels I have in Florence Italy. I moved from Florence 5 years ago and live here for good now. Looks like all I do is work but in fact it's not, I play soccer every week, go to the gym at least 3 times a week, like to explore the city, new places, cafe, restaurants, wineries, hotsprings etc.. I like to do some trips during the year like Byron Bay especially, and overseas for a month, mainly Florence every year as my whole Family lives there. I am a very entrepreneur minded person and obsessed with trying to improve all the time, I have finished two Universities of Architecture, one in Izmir Turkey and one in Florence Italy and recently finished a Real Estate Course here in Melbourne. Super easy to get along with, experienced in living with others and I believe there is something to learn from everyone so definitely enjoy interesting conversations over a glass of wine, coffee, lunch, dinner whatever and wherever. I am a father of two beautiful girls 4.5 and 2.5 yo, they mean the world to me but at the moment they live with their mother in Byron Bay (if you think I hate my ex-wife, you're wrong) and the reason I travel there often is to see and spend some time with my beautiful daughters. Looking forward to meet and team up with like-minded people and hope that a healthy togetherness will bring some power. Cheers, Julian
Hi! I’m looking to move first week of June. I’m working full time in the city, 5-6 days so I’m pretty busy. I’m looking for a place which is ideally close to public transport, and unfurnished. I enjoy watching footy and cricket, going to the gym and also travelling. I like going out on the weekends but also don’t mind staying in and sharing dinner/watching Netflix with housemates. 😉 I do work Saturdays so can do inspections after 6pm or sundays. If you have a room that you think would be suitable for me, please contact me- I’ll try to get back as soon as I can. Thank you! 😊

Hi all! My name is Alberte, I am 25 years and from Denmark. I am in Melbourne to study at Monash Uni, Clayton. I am looking for a place to live between the 15th of June to 29th of July (1,5 month). I am very focused on my studies but I also like to go out or staying at home watching movies. Hi I'm James. I'm originally from England, but have spent the last 10 years in New Zealand. I've decided it's time for a new adventure, so I'm moving to Melbourne in mid-June. I'd love to find a great place to live in the CBD or an inner suburb. I'm a lover of sports, going out for dinners/drinks and watching an entire TV Series in one day. I'm looking for a clean, friendly place to call home. I can move in from around the 18th June, but am flexible on this. Cheers, James
Easy going, chilled, friendly and professional South African guy, well traveled, fit and active, easy to live with, enjoys a good conversation. Lives clean and tidy. Have been sharing on and off for few years both in my own apartment and more recent with others. Enjoy the company of a share even if its just a morning hi as I prepare the coffee on the stove. Desperate for a comfortable room 1 June after return from overseas.

Hey I'm Reece, Originally from Brisbane but after 5 years living in London I decided there isn't enough happening in Brissi so I moved to Melbourne two years ago and haven't looked back. I work full time as an Account Manager in the CBD and Richmond which keeps me busy. I also lead a pretty active and healthy lifestyle with gym most days. I am a huge lover of the outdoors. Most weekends are spent exploring the best vic has to offer hiking, camping , beach trips chasing sunrise/sunset and all that outdoorsy stuff. Also a keen photographer, amateur but its something I am working on as a hobby. If you don't find me doing all of that I will be out and about with mates eating and drinking my way around Melbourne's great bars and restaurants. You'll very rarely see me on the couch all weekend watching Netflix. I am looking for a house to call a home and not just a spare room. I am a very neat and tidy person some say ocd I say neat. I enjoy my own time and appreciate we all have our own friends and life but I also want a house where we share the occasional dinner and red wine / movie night together. After years of living in share houses I would say I am pretty a custom to sharing and whats acceptable.... in other words I am a bloody good housemate !! send me a message and we can chat more. Looking to move at the end of June but I am flexible. Cheers, Reece
Hi, I'm Mike and I'll be relocating to Melbourne in July to pursue graduate studies. I'm from the U.S, and I will continue to work remotely for the software company I currently work for. I have lived in a house share or cooperative many times. (I even once lived with nine other roommates!) Needless to say, I have learned the subtle art of not just living with others but living well and contributing positively to each other's lives. That in mind, privacy and personal space are also equally important to me. I am looking for respectful, responsible, and fun roommates. I speak French and a little Spanish and German. I love learning new languages and sharing in the culture of others and would like to find those of a similar mind. I'm straight but very LGBT+ friendly and only want mates who are as well. I look forward to hearing from you! Mike Foster
Hi future flatmate(s)! I'm Ashley. I'm a 21 year old Economics student from Malaysia. Currently doing my bachelor's degree in Monash University. I'm friendly and pretty chill, tidy, enjoy cooking and baking (if I'm feeling up for it), and I respect people's privacy, but I'm up for the occasional wine/beer night too! Generally, I'm quite quiet during the semester so I won't get in your way much, so that's probably a plus! Some stuff to note: I'm looking for a place in the city, preferably near PT. My budget is quite flexible as long as I'm feeling the place! Also, my move-in dates are pretty flexible too - my current lease is ending end June but I don't mind paying extra for a week or 2. Looking forward to hearing from you!
