Hey guys! :) We are Katie & Matthew, 26yo and here in Melbourne over from the UK on a working holiday - we would love to find somewhere that we can call home for over the summer months and would like a base to be able to explore from, make friends and relax after a long day (not looking for a party house). Back home we would be considered working professionals (Matthew is a graphic designer and I usually work in administration) and we would like to do the same here! Drop us a message if you have a room you think is suitable! Room must be lockable for security and peace of mind :) We look forward to hearing from you :)
I am a work and traveller from Germany. I came to Melbourne two months ago and enjoying it so far since Melbourne is a great city. What I love doing: healthy cooking (preferably vegetarian), doing sports especially in nature such as climbing or doing yoga, going out with friends for dancing and drinking every now and then, reading books and trying out new things in life. If you have any questions about me feel free to message me. Miriam :-)
Hi all! I’m Eva, I'm a Nordic/USA citizen and been living in Melbourne for last 2 years. Australia is the 4th country I’ve lived in spanning 3 continents. I work as an artist in the film industry which means I often have long hours during the week (normal hours 9-6), sometimes even the weekend. I’m looking for a nice, quiet place, so no drinking or parties - when I want to have fun I go out. I’m very independent, don’t smoke, rarely drink, love travel, hiking, art, photography, weightlifting, yoga and very much into fitness and living healthy. I’m an artist at heart so I might be pretty quiet during the week working on personal work. But I’m definitely up for the occasional movie night or trying out a new place for dinner. I'm vegetarian but could not care less if you're not. I'm respectful of other people’s privacy and personal space, very aware of not wasting energy and keep things clean and tidy (no dishes left in the sink). I can also understand a bunch of languages, including Danish, some German, and some Spanish just to name a few. I work on St Kilda Road so looking for a place in the surrounding areas. Only looking for a 6 month lease and preferably furnished as that is how long I'll be in Melbourne. Any questions feel free to drop me a line!
Hi there! I'm a 27 year old easy-going guy who has lived in sharehouses for several years. I work in marketing in St Kilda, and am keen to really make the most of the area by moving there! I'd ideally like to live with a cool crew who are happy to chat and/or watch movies/have a drink together, but am well past the rager house-party stage of my life. That being said, I'm also very respectful of peoples privacy when they want to unwind or just chill by themselves. I clean up after myself, and generally try help the house stay clean too. Plus, I'll also always buy toilet paper or olive oil before it runs out!
I'm a 22 yo student from South of France, working in communication and marketing. I was in Sydney for a bit and now moving to Melbourne. I'd like to work for a moment in Melbourne to get a better English and meet new people, and then travel a bit. I'm always smiling and easy to live with. I'd be glad to share dinner and moments with my future flatmates sometimes. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have a place in your flatshare, and like to meet me :)
Hi there! My name is Jasmine, and I’m in a bit of a jam. Due to unforeseen circumstances my current housemate has to move to Sydney in a month, which leaves me with the delightful task of finding a new home! Ideally I’m looking for someone to apply for and sign onto the lease of a new place with me. So if you’re looking for a new home and don’t have anyone to share with, I’m your girl! A little about me - I am a 25yo masters student, studying teaching. I’m a quiet, introverted, bookworm-y kind of person for the most part, but I do like to have wine-induced chats and fun as well. I tend to be a bit of a homebody - I keep things neat and clean, I like to share home-cooked meals, and just generally do all the things that make a ‘house’ a ‘home.’ I also have a pet rabbit who is precious and precocious and non-negotiable as I love her more than life itself. 😛 I also have an entire apartment worth of furniture that I’m happy to share/provide for our new home. Especially as it’s currently in a storage unit that I’m paying extra fees for! I’ve lived in quite a few share houses in my time, and at this stage in my life I’d really like to find someone who can be a friend as well as just a housemate. Someone with whom I can share meals, chats, movies, brunch, gossip, and invite out to join my other friends too. So if that sounds like the kind of house you’d like to life in then please do hit me up!
My name is Marley, I'm 22 and I'm currently studying and working part-time at Monash Uni. I'm really easy going and very friendly, I love to bake and I get along with people really easily. I'm looking for a place full of other interesting people to live with and hopefully become good friends with too!
Hey Hey! I'm a retail assistant and receptionist, looking for a lovely home to live in with some awesome people. I'm a very outgoing individual who likes to have a drink or two but also likes to kickback. I'm happy to hangout with potential room mates if my schedule isn't hectic. I also have a motorbike, not too fused about parking. Huge tennis fan, foodie, a bit of a movie geek, play baseball and a gym junkie. I clean up after myself and above all, understand the importance of personal space of fellow housemates.
Hello future roommates! I am an outgoing drama graduate (not your typical drama student dont worry) from London who has been travelling around australia for the last year. I have lived in Melbourne before, and am back after living in the outback for nearly 7 months! I can be very sociable and love a good chat, maybe over a glass of wine or beer, but also enjoy my own space. Which is why i need to escape hostel life! I think people would say im quite mature for my age so whilst I enjoy a good night out with friends, I also love being able to stick a movie on and enjoy some good food. I am tidy, respectful and just looking for somewhere to call home for the next 6 months or so. I am also looking forward to meeting some lovely new and interesting people!

I am a Uni student full time at Swinburn uni in Hawthorn, I am super clean and quiet, I stick to myself but I am always about communication and team work... Hey guys! Hey 👋 I’m Yianna, 23 years old, fully house trained and independent young woman! I’m very respectful of the spaces of those around me, always cleaning up after myself and keeping quiet considering everyone’s working hours. I have lived in share apartments for 5 years now and currently have been living on my own this year which I find to be incredibly lonely! Even though I keep to myself quite a bit it’s always nice to have another energy around :) I like to live with somebody who’s clean, reliable, friendly and definitely not somebody who treats it like I’m living in a short stay rental if we’re splitting the rent! I believe the space should be shared equally to create a space that represents everyone with their own unique bits and pieces! I love plants and art and vintage items! 😇 I come with a washing machine, a low quality fridge haha, awesome bamboo love seat, bedroom furniture and some other household stuff but I’m happy to not bring everything if the place is already furnished! I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL CAT THAT WILL BE WITH ME 🐈 I’d love to find one or two house mates and check out some places together and create our own little home. I am very trustworthy and honest and expect nothing less from those around me! :) I don't mind if it's a house, townhouse or apartment as long as it's modern and it would be amazing to have my own bathroom. I've seen plenty of 2bd 2bth on realestate for 500pw and under. :)
I am a fun very outgoing sociable person. I respect other people's space and I like to keep a good level of tidiness when sharing a place. I have been working in England and Scotland in banking previously. I enjoy going to the gym, trying new foods, going out for social drinks and I also enjoy going on random adventures as I have an open mind to trying new things. Originally I am from a small town close to Liverpool and Manchester in England.
Recently moved to Melbourne after living in the UK for two years. Have started a full time job down St Kilda Road in Communications. Looking for a short term lease 1.5/2weeks until I can move into my own place at the end of the month.
