Hey guys, Looking to move into a share house. I work full time as a nurse. I like to keep myself busy- I enjoy cooking, stay fit and healthy and socialising. I'm very considerate of other people, clean and tidy. I'm very much used to the whole house share thing!
Hi there! My name's Arundhathi and I currently study Arts/Law at Monash University. I'm a Melbourne local and am generally quite quiet but very friendly! I love reading, playing ping pong with my friends, socialising and watching documentaries. I currently work in hospital administration as well and volunteer in the community legal sector.
Hey! I'm making the move to Melbs relatively soon, and would love to find a fabulous home to move into, or some equally fabulous people to team up with and start a new share house. I live the 9-5 life, working in marketing (quite often get tickets to cool shows/ exhibitions/ events and may need a +1 to accompany me). In my spare time, I like to attend dance classes, eat delicious food, watch movies, go for walks etc. Would love to live with friendly, positive people, willing to share stories about our days over thai takeaway and cheap wine.
Hey everyone, The name is Sherry, 26, full time worker, South African born but raised in sunny Northern Ireland, and now hoping to settle in Melbourne as I come here all the time as my Dad is here :) Im a law graduate who now works for a bank in the city, I like to think I’m normal, I’m definitely a comedian and will have you laughing 24/7. Looking for a housemate/housemates who don’t just say one word on a daily basis. I’m a chatty person ;) So someone who I could hang with here and there, maybe even go out drinking with or whatever, but also someone who is okay with me watching Netflix all day by myself. Don’t worry I’m not clingy. Also be great if the person isn’t against my friends coming over here and there. Ideally looking for a furnished double bedroom. Not looking to be tied into a lease but I also do want to stay for at least half a year or more. Need to be located right by the city and all the good going out spots. I am a good cook, I am clean, always on time with bills and rent. I am definitely reliable. Okay I’ve basically just wrote a dating profile... but if you like what you hear holla at me :) Oh and being able to move into somewhere ASAP would be awesome!!
I'm a full time student studying Engineering at Monash University. I'm a friendly, easy going and clean person who enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and doing film photography in my spare time! I'm always happy to chat and have a laugh with my housemates whenever I can. At the same time I like to keep quiet during my time at home. Having lived in a share house, I'm respectful and considerate of people's privacy and space. I'm also pet friendly as I've grown up with animals :)
Very easy going & looking for a chill home environment. Working professional, do like quiet times but also like to socialise and looking for a place to call home. Tidy and responsible as I've housesat for many years caring for peoples homes and pets. Originally from Brisbane, now call Melbourne home
Hi, my name is Niki. I work full time so i am pretty low key during the week maybe i have a glass of wine at night, i do go out quite a bit on the weekend. I am clean and super easy to get along with.
Hi, I'm Alex. I am currently completing a Master of Architecture degree at The University of Melbourne, with one semester to go (Semester 1 2018). I also work part-time at the uni as a digital fabrication technician. Being the last part of my degree, I do tend to spend a fair amount of my week there. I have been living with my parents the last few months after getting back from exchange over in the Netherlands, so I'm ready to move out again! I am a super tidy and organised individual (almost to an OCD level) and enjoy keeping the place looking trendy, so It'd be great to find like-minded people to live with. I'll get along with pretty much anyone though, and overall just looking for a chilled out place to live with people who enjoy a good coffee in the morning and a cold beer in the arvo!
HI! we are an English and Italian couple in our late 20s, super easy going and friendly, enjoy a good dinner and a glass of wine, exploring the city, visiting galleries, getting outdoors and hanging out with friends. We have lived in a share house, and are respectful and tidy, looking for like minded people to share with. We both work full time, I am an illustrator and Jacs is a floor layer. Looking forward to meeting you, miranda and jacs
I’m a professional musician moving from Adelaide, Sydney girl from Bondi moving to Melbourne by Jan 2018. I can be in Melbs in December to look at places with the right housemate. I’d like to team up with someone to find an entire home, three bedrooms would be ideal. Ideally I would love to live with a driven professional, artist or musician. I’m professional but know how to let my hair down. I have high standards for keeping the house beautiful and a safe haven. I also have a recruiting business which I runs from home. I’m social, fun, extremely driven and motivated. Fit and active. I enjoy a glass of wine at home but don’t throw parties, we can go out for that. I respect boundaries and need privacy and space, I don’t want an apartment I want a home big enough for quiet autonomy. I have a shitzu called machete, you’ll adore him. I want a warm beautiful fun creative home. X Text me for a team up ..
I am starting full time work in Melbourne in December. Clean and tidy, good fun, active, love the outdoors, enjoying life, make a lovely home made pizza. Will be working/playing sport during the week but always down for a 10 pint Saturday.
I’m a laid-back 26 year from England on a WHV currently working in a Bank. Love playing and watching sports (mainly football and basketball). During the week I’m pretty chilled generally going gym after work but usually out for beers come the weekend. Keen to hang out with my housemates but also happy in my own space. I’ll be staying in Melbourne until March next year so ideally looking for somewhere until then.
Hi there, I have just come back from overseas and am currently looking for a place that I can call home! I enjoy a relatively neat and comfortable place, with people that are responsible, mature and friendly :) I have lived in share houses for several years, so I am aware of the expectations in regards to sharing and respecting spaces. Ideally, I'd love to live with young professionals and/or students, as I am a student myself. I am studying a degree in early childhood education, as well as working in a children's centre, and in hospitality on the weekends. I do enjoy my alone time, but of course more than happy to spend time together for dinner, chats, board games and other housemate activities!
Hi, me Nindya. I'm holding working and holiday visa for 1 year ahead. I'm a friendly, humble, nice, have great sense of humor, very neat & clean person. Currently working as freelance writer. also, talkative kinda girl! :) Didnt drink or smoke. Fluent in English, understand hindi (a bit) hehe :) I'm looking for a private room in a share house/flat/condo. I get used to make friends from any part of the world, so I can say, I get along easily with people. Thanks
Italian guy just arrived here in Melbourne looking for a place where to stay, but not looking for a room, looking for a Home, where to enjoy spending time with my flatmates and have fun with them. Im a chill guy that likes to party and to get loud as well! Anyway Im also a respectful guy which understands that noise is not welcome if the day after other people are busy with work and that don't mind to keep things quiet during the week! Im Clean and tidy, I love music, sports, open air activities, watching movies and tv shows, streetwear clothing and sneakers, going out, going to clubs and music festivals, and traveling. I like as well to have house dinners and have a couple chill chats with the roommates in front of some dish I might have cooked, or just watch tv! It'd be great to share the house with Australian people just to live an authentic Aussie experience! If you want to know more something about me, not only you’re welcome to ask, I want you to ask me!
Hi, I'm Luke, 22, and currently in my 3rd year studying at Monash Uni Clayton. I'm semi-local (originally from regional Victoria), and have lived on-campus since moving to Melbourne. I'm a fairly easygoing person; I enjoy casual socialising with other easygoing people, but also enjoy peace and quiet. Aside from studying, I also work 20 - 30 hours per week (doing admin), so I can be fairly busy, but am usually up for a chat. When not studying or working, I enjoy games and Netflix /TV /movies, with a bit of interest in cooking as well (though I won't pretend I'm all that great at it). I'm also interested in / pretty handy with tech. I'm looking for a good house to join, with nice housemates and a relaxed atmosphere. Minimum of 6 months would be preferred, but I'd definitely be more than happy to stay longer if I enjoy it.
I'm 22, recent graduate from the UK (Scotland, but don't worry you will understand the accent) I have been working here at a Richmond based consultancy firm in Melbourne. My visa lasts till August 2018 and I would love to stay out my visa and then either stay on or head back to the UK - We shall see what happens!! :) I'm very chilled out and an easy going character, bit of a clean freak but do love a chilled environment, and of course a beer after work. I don't take myself too seriously and get on well with anyone who can have a laugh and a joke. Music and sport in general (golf mainly) are big parts of my life and i'm rarely found not listening to music! I love to cook so if your a foodie......then we will get along ! (I'm a non-smoker too)
Hi, I'm Jake from Charlotte, North Carolina, USA and I am on a working holiday visa. I've been traveling since August 2016 and have been in Australia since March 2017. I've traveled most of western Europe, Morocco, Israel, and Vietnam prior to coming to Australia. I've lived in Sydney and the Gold Coast and have now moved to Melbourne to spend the entire summer. I am looking for a lease at least until March 1, and maybe longer, as I am trying to stay in Australia permanently via a sponsorship or a work visa, and Melbourne already seems like a great place. I am a great roommate to have as I am clean, considerate, and respectful. I am social and active, and I will have a full time job while here in Melbourne. I enjoy working out at the gym, playing soccer, riding bicycle around Melbourne (yet to be purchased), THE BEACH, movies (of course), with the occasional night out on the weekend. I'm also a pretty good cook. I worked for Lion Nathan (XXXX/Tooheys) in Sydney for 4 months, and then got a more casual job at The Coffee Club in Gold Coast. Here in Melbourne, I will likely do construction work of some sort or work an office job. I am looking for jobs now, but I can ensure that I have no money issues as I worked for a large mortgage bank for many years back in North Carolina. Thanks and I look forward to meeting you.
