I'm a friendly and sporty guy that loves to socialize. Known around the office as a nice guy thats friends with everyone. I'm a Full-time Finance professional working in NSW Government that has me busy next to my daily gym session. I can sometimes be quiet, however, i'm just very busy! I have been living in Sydney but have completed university studies in Newcastle. Looking for a minimum 12 month arrangement close to King St, Newcastle city (for work). Thanks :)
I'm a newly graduated optometrist from New Zealand starting my first year of work in Newcastle. I'm generally relaxed and tidy, looking for chill, sociable people of similar age to flat with. If you think I'll fit well into your place then flick me a message!
Hi, i like to watch entire series on Netflix in a day, being social with my friends, and enjoy the occasional glass of wine or two. I like to cook, read and find new hobbies to to get into. I like to keep to my self but am always up for a chat. I am just looking for a few genuine people to share a house with.
Emma and Kieran here! We are your standard description of a fun, friendly and easy going couple, who are welcoming and like to make new friends. We are both full time professionals working Monday to Friday as environmental consultants. We have one currently unemployed, awesome and low maintenance dog called Willow who is a 3 year-old small Corgi X (?). Current landlord can provide reference for us as well as for the dog. We are hoping to find a new place to jump into when our lease ends in February. Can provide any further details upon request. Thanks! ☺️
Hi there ! My name is Clara. I am a French girl, but I am currently studying in Montreal, Canada. I will be coming to Newcastle in late January for about 4 months, for an exchange program with my home university. So I am looking for a flatshare where hopefully I can meet new friends from all over the world :) I am a very friendly, calm and tidy person. I enjoy hanging out with friends, go out, but I also know how to respect each one's personal space, and I need mine sometimes ! Hope to see you soon on the East Coast!
Relaxed, social uni student/worker looking to move closer to the city. Pretty tidy, love to cook and have a good chat over a few beers. I like to socialise but also recognise the importance of alone time and personal space. Keen to share some family dinners and a few drinks with some good future roommates. Shoot me a message if you’re interested in teaming up!
I'm a student from Cardiff University, UK, studying Biomedical Sciences. I will be doing a placement year at the University of Newcastle, doing research 9-5 Monday-Friday, hoping to start near the beginning of September 2018, although the exact date is not yet known. I intend to do some travelling during my time in Australia. I am good to live with as I am tidy and always clean up after myself. I am a sociable person end enjoy getting to know new people.
I'm quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I don't smoke and I'm financially reliable. I'm an admin assistant at the University and have a second (retail) job in Warners Bay. At the moment I work casual hours but I'm looking for full-time work now that I've finished uni and have more time on my hands. Bit of a nerd/perpetual student. Recently finished my degree in politics and international relations. Love intellectual banter. I mingle well with people from diverse backgrounds. I'm friendly/sociable but also spend a lot of time in my room reading / studying. (Actually that's a lie — I'm probably bingeing Netflix). What I'm looking for: I need to find a new place ASAP due to a change in family circumstances. I'm looking for a large-ish room with a decent amount of storage space. I can purchase any furnishings that aren't already provided with the room. The place must be close to public transport. It might be a couple months before I'm able to drive, so I'll be travelling to Warners Bay and Callaghan by bus. Air-conditioning is strongly desirable but not essential. (I tend to get migraines in extreme heat / humidity). I'm looking for mature, responsible housemates. Not interested in student 'party houses'. No preferred age/gender.
I’m Ashley, 19 year old female 20 next month. I am currently studying childcare full time and I am looking for a room and somewhere comfortable to live and study until I began working and eventually find my own place. I am quiet, clean and respectful to everyone’s privacy. I am looking to sign a lease for a year or more and move in ASAP :)
Heyy name is Taylor, I am a Newy girl. 22 &amp. Recently graduated from Newcastle Uni yipeeee with a Bachelor of Business degree. I'm a young professional working full time Monday to Friday at Charly. I am friendly, outgoing with a relaxed easy going nature, reliable, tidy. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy watching movies, hanging out and going on adventures , going in town, movies, festivals, beach and spending time in the outdoors. I love animals, chilling out listen to music and having a chat. I would love to meet someone who wants to become friends, not just small talk but want do stuff together either chilling at having at chat, watching movies or going on adventures. However I also know everybody needs their own space and totally understand!.
I’m a full time hairdresser so when I come Home I just like to chill out and relax. On the weekends I like to go to the beach. I’m not a loud person, I stay to myself quite a bit because I’m around people all day at work, although I’m always up for a chat. I’m very trustworthy and honest and always pay my bills on time 😊
We are actively looking for a two bedroom, two bath apartment/house at the moment, and are looking for either a person or couple to share this with. We are very tidy, respectful and enjoy a good laugh :) Hi! I, Luke, am a recently graduated electrical engineer who is now working full time. Love the outdoors and having a look about new places, especially in my camper van and on the bike. I could move out with mates but I love making new ones and what’s a better way than living with them! Merran is a easy going Support Worker who likes to come home, have a chat and chill. She likes camping, ciders, beach time, picnics and a good movie/tv series.
Hi there. Currently and for the last couple of years, I rent on my own after many years of share housing. However, for financial reasons, I'm considering looking to 'team up' on a new rental property preferably (mainly seeing as I've got a house worth of furnishings). I'm not in a desperate hurry to move and would only look to do so with the right housemate basically. About me; I work full time, play sport a couple of times a week, non-party animal, enjoy reading, listening to music and the beach in summer. I've been living in Newcastle just over five years now and don't mind playing tour guide if you're new to the city! Around the house, I'm easy going, tidy and respectful. I enjoy good company and conversation, but also enjoy a bit of quiet time too. Weekends are pretty quiet and laid back but in saying that, I like to get out of the house (not a lounge lizard). An ideal housemate would fit into similar criteria hopefully or at least think this sounds a bit like them. Similar age bracket too would be good. Let me know if that's you.
My name is Ryan, I’m a 27yo full time professional who works on the central coast. Recently moved to Newcastle for a change in scenery. I’m neat and tidy with furniture to fill a unit if required. I enjoy a laugh and watching the footy with a few beers. Keen to get involved in a few sports aswell. I commute down to Tuggerah on the train and cycle to work. So station access is a priority. Looking to rent a newish 2 bed place around Broadmedow, Hamilton or Honeysuckle.
I'm moving up from Canberra to study at UoN, so looking for somewhere to live. I'm not too concerned about the where, what matters to me is that I'm living with kind, chill and friendly people.
Hey, I'm Em. I'm social but I also enjoy my own company and respect other people's privacy. I'm very tidy and clean. I'm also a animal lover I have no issue with any. Little bit about me, I’m 36, professional, hard working and a traveller at heart. I'm originally from Queensland, but have spent the last three years in Sydney. In my downtime I enjoy hiking, exploring new places, travelling, binge watching a good TV series, volunteering at my local animal shelter and being active. But I also enjoy a few wines after a long week of work. I do spend time away mostly on the weekends either in Sydney, Brisbane or house/pet sitting around the place etc ** For room/house, I'm looking for short term from mid January 2018 for till possibly mid May 2018. The room to be furnished, parking available (either on or off street) $200 includes bill. Most of all, it feels like home :)
