Hey Everyone! My name is Yann, I'm a 31 y.o. male, working in IT. My spouse Audrey, 29, is a quality engineer. We are looking for a nice place to move mid august ONLY IN NORTH SYDNEY SURROUNDINGS. We are respectful, well-mannered, non smoking persons. We like to live in harmony with people, respecting others is essential. We are very open minded and enjoy sharing a drink :) But as we'll work, we need to find a place where we can rest and be peaceful when needed. Searching for roommate(s) that is/are also working and share the same open minded attitude! Looking for a fully furnished private room for 2 with own bathroom and floor board (NO CARPET). It must located where it's convenient to commute to Macquarie park and CBD. Ideally, a view on the bay from the apartment! Up to 700$ budget ALL BILLS INCLUDED. Don't hesitate to contact us if you you have something that matches our criteria!
Hi I'm looking for a private room for myself to move in on 30th September. Prefer where its close to train station and close to city. I'm quiet, tidy and clean. non smoker, not a party person.
Hi my name is Michael and 29 years old. I'm clean and respectful of other peoples belongings. I like to think that I'm sociable, so I'll be up for a drink, chat or meal every now and then. I've been working as an architect for the past couple of years. Before that, I was doing internships in Europe and Asia. I'm quite handy around the house and would be happy to help fix things up.
Consider myself quiet neat and tidy, someone who takes pride in themselves and there things and appreciates others and there property with respect.. I work 12 hour night shifts 6pm-6am 7 days a fortnight in the Macquarie Park North Ryde area..i consider myself a cool character whom many would say has the ability to get along with just about anyone
Two fun working-professionals are looking for 1 FEMALE to share a place with us. We're always down for a wine & cheese session and would love a housemate who'd also want a space where we can share ideas and cook for eachother on some nights (but also isn't necessary). We also are very respectful of personal space & are clean and tidy. I'm a firm believer in beautiful design playing a crucial role in creating a comfortable home, so we've already been on the hunt for furnishings, appliances and home decors for the place*...alll we need is a body to fill the space! *Actually scratch that. Except a fridge, so if you've got one that'd be great.
I am a social friendly girl from South Korea. I currently going to the college studying travel&tourism. I love artworks, music, movie, writing and dancing/singing too. I am a part-time student and also have a part-time job. While I lived in U.K. for a few years, I met a lot of international people. I am planning to stay in Sydney for a few years and looking for the okay place where I just can consider it as my home. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Very sick of failure of inspection because of the wrong information/different pictures. -No one in the living room please. If you don't write all the information honestly, you really waste someone's time and effort. -Please show the realistic pictures, guys. I don't mind to live in little old house, it doesn't bother me much. Just try to avoid to put the pictures of the brand-new house 2 years ago. That's illegal! 😂 -Not for the people who think they can rule the house. Remember that we pay the rent just like you. There are a lot of flatshare in Sydney. -As long as I like the place, I can pay more deposit or pay more in advance whatever, I always pay the rent on time. By the transaction, by cash, by paypal whatever, I am Very flexible with that.
Multi-racial. I do not discriminate people. I am not a bigot. I do have strong beliefs about some things, but I do not impose them on people. Considerate person. I do not make noise or leave dirt. I clean everything I can. No dramas. No vices! But a very boring person overall. Almost always out because of work. I travel on weekends to explore NSW. I am both a grad school student and a full-time software engineer. Currently studying MBA and Computer Science. I would prefer a quiet place in Northern Sydney. Lived for over 6 months in Lane Cove North, but I have to move out for various reasons. There are too many people where I live now. Fast internet is IMPORTANT for me. Thank you!
We are two female study abroad students from University of Augsburg (Germany), going to study at Macquarie University. We are open minded, properly mannered and trustable. Futhermore, we enjoy being active and go for a run, to the beach or just to explore the city. Nevertheless we also enjoy a quiet night on the couch, as well as going out for a drink every once in a while. We will be in Sydney for 4-5 months.
Hey! I'm Jules, I work full time Monday to Friday at a software company. I enjoy spending time with my family/friends, I'm tidy and also very reliable. I'm looking for somewhere that feels like home.. preferably an unfurnished room with a built-in wardrobe and ideally my own bathroom. Please feel free to get in touch
Hello, I am Chris. I work full time, 5 days a week 7:30am - 4:00pm. I am happy to chat and share a meal or a drink and I also prefer quiet time. I try and stay active, running and going to the gym, seeing friends and on the occasion having friends over. I am tidy and respectful of personal space. I enjoy my own space. I am also a vegetarian.
Hello! I'm a full time digital illustrator who works on children's storybooks and television, looking to room in an apartment or sharehouse. As such, most of my work is freelance and I often work from home, so my only requirements are a space to put my work computer that won't be in the way. I'm quiet and clean-- and while that's not much fun at parties, it does make me good at living with other like-minded introverts. My favourite dishes to cook are curry and stew. I'm definitely looking to move into a place with flatmates who want to live together as a community and talk to each other over dinner from time to time, rather than being four different people living separately in the same house who never see one another. I'm fine with animals, though I love cats the best :). My hobbies (when I'm not drawing) are reading, writing, and pilates! Gotta keep that core strength up. I also have my own Netflix account and love a good movie from time to time-- anything from arthouse to blockbuster popcorn flicks. My favourite is Star Wars, though. Nerd pride :). I also have a car and am more than happy to drive non-car-owning flatmates around, but I do need a space to park it. I'm also very handy around the house and can build/fix most (non-electronic) things, and I'm good at sewing and fixing up clothes. Look forward to hearing from you! Peace :).
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I work in IT company in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 40 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. We are not party/noisy people. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I showered there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 3 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I come from Thailand and I will be working in company in Australia at Epping Road so I am a friendly, tidy, clean, don't smoke and no pet. and like to exercise like running, play badminton or play table tennis. I can a little bit cook.
Hey future flatmates, my wife and I are friendly and hard working people. Unfortunately right before we received our notice to move out of our current share home, we adopted a kitten (i hope it wont be an issue :(. ) My wife Shaz is a floor manager in a restaurant and works generally 6 days per week 10.30 am - 10.30 pm. I am (Adam) a operations manager for a removalist company. We are both very sociable, clean and tidy. We enjoy an occasional drink and a game of monopoly haha. I am a bit of a computer gamer, so when i am at home, im not really at home. Which helps to keep a peaceful household. I used to manage cafes and therefore am very clean and can't stand a dirty kitchen (this may benefit you, ill clean it every day). I hope who we are as people and our situation suits people looking for a young married couple. We really are just a nice, friendly newly weds who just need a nice home to live in. Thank you so much for reading :)
Vicky from Taiwan. Working (admin) at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia. Full time, 9am to 1730pm, Monday to Friday. Sports lover. Easygoing. Love to keep things clean. Happy to share house chores. Can move in anytime.
Well, for a start I'm clean and tidy. Also pay my rent in time and am very social. Always happy to join in and have a laugh but am mature and sensible enough to know when to mind my own business. I'm a bit of a sports nut and love a good Netflix binge. And I can cook!!!!
New to the city. Student at ACU. Football coach. Looking for a shared room anywhere near Manly, Chatswood or Central area which makes travelling easy for me. Fun loving, up for a drink on weekends, into social dancing, working out and learning to surf! Cleanliness freak and would mind my own business.
Only up to 3 nights a week and away weekends. I am a 55 year old male, non-smoker, professional that needs a room for 0-3 nights a week to sleep. I have company related business in Sydney and fly in from Melbourne. I fly up almost every week except during holidays, christmas, etc. or when ill. Today I rent a room in a flat, however the owner is getting married, so its time to move on. I can pay you $180 cash per week. I have my own bed.
I'm Evelyn, 26, generally quite busy juggling full-time work, keeping social and active - whether it's yoga or going for a hike, I'm always up for trying something new. I am health conscious, cook a little (mostly vegie) but also spend some nights a week out at dinners, gigs, or enjoying a glass of wine with family and friends. I'm clean, tidy, easy going and considerate of others space and happy to take responsibility for my share. I'm looking for a new light-filled home with like-minded housemates that are clean and genuine.
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
