We are both very clean and outgoing. We have lived with roommates before when in university so we understand the dynamics of sharing a place with others! We are both have full time jobs so we won't be home too much during the day.
Clean/tidy and responsible 23 y.o. female with a one year old (indoor) cat, looking for share accomodation in Sydney. I currently work as a typist and assistant for a psychologist - much of my work is done from home, which involves quietly typing in my room. In my spare time I enjoy walking, going out to cafes, and reading or watching movies. I'm easy-going, friendly, and would very happily get along with other nationalities and/or LGBT+ housemates. I love animals so other pets are not an issue. I don't drive so nearby access to public transport would be ideal. Move in date is flexible - I'm hoping to move by the end of May.
Hello! I'm originally British and moved over to Sydney pretty recently (September!) and I'm loving everything it has to offer. I have a permanent job that will keep me pretty busy in the days - along with a nice long commute - and I enjoy keeping fit through going to the gym or playing netball in the evenings. I'm very easy going, have flat shared in London for 5 years with no problems. I'm looking for a place that is a home rather than just a place to sleep. I have a good amount of friends in Sydney already so won't be around all the time, but would love to have a glass of wine with my new flatmate(s)! As any 20 something, I of course love going out for dinner/drinks with friends, but I'm respectful of others space and privacy so won't have an spontaneous, wild parties! If you think that I'd be a good fit - I'd love to hear from you! Tamsin
In desperate need of a bug-free place. One-bedroom apartment/standalone/NO ROOMMATES. I get that this is *flatmates* and I am concentrating my efforts on real estate sites, but I figured it was worth also listing on here just in case. Highlights: * Move in: ASAP * Area surrounding CBD. Hopefully no more west or south than Newtown, no more north than Crows Nest - 20 minutes or less via train to central * I have my own furniture but honestly don't know how to move it, so furnished, unfurnished, or flexible furnishings is a-okay * Needs complete, real kitchen. No kitchenettes. Also need complete separation between kitchen and bedroom, no open plan * Preference to NOT being on ground level * Again, budget of 500/week * Again, no NO FLATMATES. No sharehouses. I can't live with other people. I'm Sarah, a recent graduate from a university in New York where I studied microbiology, but I'm from the midwest of America. I studied a semester abroad here last year which further confirmed my desire to leave America for the good ol land of Oz. I'm on the tail end of a work and holiday visa, but already have a student visa lined up and fully approved. I'm looking for a clean place. Please. I've been traumatized by this place. Misled. Hoodwinked. I thought this place was great. It's horrible. There is a terrible cockroach infestation. And then there's a giant crack in the front entrance between the door and actual floorboards. So tons of those big cockroaches creep in and go straight to my room. Oh did I mention that the guy in the room next to me is basically a hoarder? Yeah. I would love a place with hard wood floors instead of carpet, but it's not always a deal breaker. A place walking distance to a train station, but not too close, is also ideal. Or a short bus ride away from central. Basically I just want easy public transit to CBD. Please help me. I'm about to rip my hair out. I'm a clean, quiet girl, who likes to avoid issues. Don't con me into a bug-infested place. :(
Looking for a private room MAX rent $200! I'm Camilla, 24 years old and moving from Brisbane to Sydney for a new job in Digital Marketing. I'll be working full-time in the city so I'm looking for an awesome place to call home close to the city and/or beach would be preferred. I'd like a chilled place to relax during the week as I'll be fairly busy working. I'm pretty easy to get along with, I like being out and about on weekends and into boxing. Love a good chat over a coffee or glass of wine. If you have any questions about me, let me know!
I have been living in Australia for 10 years but I am from Venezuela. I speak Spanish :). I am looking to move with someone as I have been living alone for too long plus I am starting a new job on the north side. So originally a place over the north side of Sydney will be good but I don't mind to share a flat around Bondi junction where I live now. My preference is to find an apartment without carpet as I am a little allergic. I am allergic to animals also unfortunately.Even when I think they are lovely. I am an honest responsible and respectful hard working person who likes to have walks around the park or the beach, meet friends for coffee or a meal outside, like Pilates and also to relax over a glass of wine sometimes after work but I do not like to lose control :). I love cooking. Thus, I enjoy cooking and watching My Kitchen rules and Master chef programs. Dancing makes me happy so It is something that I look forward to do more in the future as well as playing tennis :) but not really a priority right now. As I would like to finish my PM Diploma so I think I will be a little nerdy the rest of the year just to get.it out of the way. But I like the outdoors and I like to socialise. As I mentioned before. I live on my own at the moment so I have pretty much everything. If you think I can fit something in your apartment that would be great. Basically, a red 2 sit sofa, TV and medium fridge. My ideal flatmate is someone who is also professional, honest, reliable, reasonably clean and tidy, respectful, non-smoker person who likes to socialise but also respects people privacy :). And of course, it has to be someone to get along well :)
:) Hi there, Im a full time student at Macquarie Uni, and i also work part time for Sephora. Im looking for a new place to live as my lease is about to end and I'm currently too far away from uni. Im a bit of a perfectionist so the house is always clean with me around. Hey there! I'm studying nutrition full-time and looking for a place to call home for the rest of the year (flexible). I'm respectful and understanding of people's space, my home is a sanctuary. I prefer a night in over a wild night of partying, so I keep to myself but love a good banter every now and then. I'm a lover of herbal teas, good reads, cooking nourishing food (to share!) and mindful conversations. I'm reliable, organised, clean and happily contribute to common areas. I love animals and all for respecting our mother nature, looking to live with kind, open minded people.

Hi, This is Rahul, and I came across this ad on Flatmates.com. I live with my wife and looking for a 3 months stay in Sydney. I know you have mentioned that the place is not for couples, but I am just checking in if you can make an exception for us, given its for 3 months only. We are a peaceful couple, both of us are working. We don't have parties over the weekends because we both are pursuing studies at the same time. Let us know if you are willing to share this flat with us. We are looking to move in right away. Thanking you. Regards, Rahul
Hey! I'm 21 years old looking for my first place to move in to. I'm neat, tidy and self sufficient. I would love to find housemates that would become friends as I'm easy going and enjoy socialising. I'm hopefully starting college in August studying a bachelor of Naturopathy and I volunteer at Black Dog Institute. I have a little black cat I'm hoping to bring with me but if it's a definite no to pets, I can arrange for her to continue living with my parents. Fingers crossed I sound like someone you might like to live with. Warm regards, Emily
Hey there! My name is Dani, I'm moving from Newcastle as I have just secured a full time job in North Sydney. I'm hoping to find accommodation close to work but also to the CBD. I'm looking for housemates that are in their early twenties and are working professionals. Hopefully the house will be social as I love meeting new people. I'm clean and respectful of my housemates and would love to hear from you. If you flick me a message tell me a bit about yourself and your housemates and we can see if I'll be a good fit. :)

Prefereably furnished with a double bed and avalible mid-late May. I'm not sure how long I'll need the room for but will most likley be between 3 months and 1 year+
