Hey, I'm moving to Sydney and looking for private/single room - LONGTERM. My UNI is somewhere at Ultimo, so I'm looking for something near(don't want to spend hours of traveling). Something about me: I'm 21y old from Czech Republic, I'm web designer and will be studying mobile app development at AIT - Academy of Information Technology. +NO drinking +NO smoking +NO partying +Tidy +Friendly +Responsible -My english is not perfect :( almost all of the time I'm spending with coding websites. My budget is +- $300
Very courteous, easy to get along with, social, energetic and enjoy life. I've been working on cruise ships for the past 7 years so very eager to have a permanent address. I love the beach, enjoy cooking, spending time with friends and going for walks. Also love binge watching tv shows or having movie marathons.
I moved to Sydney from NYC in April to work in marketing. I'm friendly, adventurous, and have a serious sweet tooth. During the week, I'll be working pretty long hours but still enjoy socializing after work. On the weekends I like to spend my time brunching, exploring the city, hiking, and relaxing. I enjoy long distance running, cooking, binge watching TV shows, and discovering new music. I'm always on the lookout for new restaurants and hidden city gems. I'm hoping to find flatmates that will make fun of my American accent while being dragged on a journey to find the "best ice cream" in the city. If you're looking to fill a private room in a house/flat share beginning in July, please reach out! :)
Hello, I'm Minh, young mature busy individual looking for a decent size unfurnished room ideally with my own bathroom for a long term.. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me.. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised- very clean and tidy, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers :)
Professional, friendly, really easy going, liable and tidy guy. I am looking for a place that I can call home, always open to have a chat or organize activities with my flatmates. Also, I like to respect others people space and privacy.
I do digital marketing in a tech company. I enjoy coffee, yoga, reading, watching movies, occasionally going on a road trip, quick comfort food and new experiences. y Hablo un poco Español. Luke works in finance and teaches piano during the weekends. He likes basketball, gaming and music. We have been together for about 5 years. Previously we have been living in Kensington. I hope if we (hi reader) do become housemates, don't be a stranger. let's enjoy a cup of tea/coffee, watch a late night movie, hang out a bit. and of course at the same time, we respect your privacy and boundaries. Let me know if you are interested in being housemates.
I'm moving from my lovely little apartment in Paddington as our lease is up. I can cook, I can clean and I like wine. I enjoy living in a busy house - I'm quite social. On weekends I'll be out and about or travelling to visit friends. Essential - walking distance to decent coffee :) Would prefer close to the city, don't mind East or Inner West I love animals so a pet would be amazing!
clean n friendly, lived in Japan 17 years in shared accommodation so know how to live with people. Working professional near central in a call centre for a bank various hours. late 40s young at heart. Originally from Sydney. very quiet not into parties at home. Enjoy a laugh. University level education.
New Zealander moving across the ditch for working opportunities, as finished university last year. When I'm not at work I enjoy going to the gym, the beach or hanging out with friends. Also thoroughly enjoy sitting down and binge watching Netflix.
Hello! I am looking for a new HOME in Sydney. I have lived in Coogee for 3 years with fellow performers and loved my time with my friends there. However, they are all leaving the nest and my career needs me here. I perform in musicals and am about to be a part of a STC show which starts rehearsals in September. I will barely be home, but when I am I love chatting, having a glass of wine or taking trips to the beach or a local pub with live music. I do sing. It is my job. So from time to time I will need to practice and warm up. I come with some furniture and other bits and bobs. Love animals, love children. I work at Fitness First and do children's entertainment and corporate gigs for casual work when I am not in a show.
I'm super laid back, friendly and I know how to clean up after myself! During the week I hit the gym, work full time then come home and relax. Definitely love to be social and would like to find housemates to enjoy a glass of wine with! :)
I was born in Shanghai, live in Singapore and relocating to Sydney in July for work. I'm a consultant at one of those big accounting firms, considerate, easy going, sociable, enjoy good food and wine, do a lot of sports - running, swimming and weight training. I'm looking for a place with own bathroom, clean and definitely a good housemate(s) I can have an odd chat/glass of wine with!
I am 24 years old, from London and looking for a fun and friendly house to live in and get involved with for the next 6 months. I work in the city full time, go to the gym most week 'school nights but Thursday to Sunday I am always keen for a bar/club/restaurant/trivia/you name it! Please message me if you have a sociable/fun/active house and are looking for someone to fill your spare room. Thank you :)
Hi there! I'm looking for a room to rent! Let me introduce myself quick. I'm a soon 23 year old guy from Sweden down in Sydney to work as a Fire Engineer during the winter. Working 5 days a week and on the weekends I will try to see as much as possible of Sydney. Really like Manly and its surrounding, really enjoy the ferry every day. Other interests are training in all its shapes, soccer or just hang around for a beer. Hope to hear from you! Thanks, Anton
Hi my name is Claire and I am a full-time professional who enjoys getting out and about during the weekends. I might go out for dinners during the week, otherwise I tend to come home and relax after work with dinner and catching up on tv shows. I also like to keep pretty active but do enjoy a bit of quiet time at home occasionally. I'm clean/tidy but also pretty relaxed and sociable.
I'm a 25yo working gal. I work as a substitute teacher as well as part time teaching. I have a 4yo staffy x who is super friendly and loving. I like to socialise over a drink or a meal. But also enjoy my own space.
I'm flexible (metaphorically and sometimes literally). I love keeping fit, documentaries, veging out, dining out, keeping social but giving myself Linda time also. I work full time in the CBD for Commbank and kept very busy Monday to Friday. Weekends I am out and about and also in and relaxing pending my social calendar. I am very spiritual and live my life with the aim to do and be good but also if I f$:*> up then I'm conscious enough to know I'm not perfect and sh*t happens. I would describe myself as kind, funny and a good person to know. I'm looking for a place that is a peaceful space yet fun. I really do love my personal space so am keen to broaden the social network and take advantage of an inner city lifestyle and have a flatmate/buddy to share a home with but Monday to Friday it's usually a rinse repeat kind of situation. Once in a while partying ticks the box plenty for me. I am also keen to find flatmates that would like to start up a share home. My preferences are Paddington and Surry Hills and my taste is quite "chic" so would be good if budget is on the higher scale around $400 per person. I ❤️ a gorgeous home and want space so no tiny bedrooms 😊 Oh and I'm vegetarian, no meat, no fish, just eggplant and cake 😉. Wish I was allergic to sugar 😒. Peace x
Hey hey all, Looking to move out ideally somewhere on the Northern Beaches or there abouts if theres someone out there whod take me! By day Im a full-time horticulturalist in a retail nursery on the lower North Shore. Im very easy going and love a good laugh and a chat. Im happy chatting to anybody about anything and do enjoy meeting new people. At the same time, I could easily go for days quietly going about my own business and respect others needs and wants on all accounts. I love being outside (not so much in the winter) and going to the beach and bush walks, soaking up the sun and eating; lots of eating. Guilty pleasure, Im also a bit of a gamer haha, sometimes happily spending my free time in front of the screen nerding out. Not a party animal by any means, I love to bake goodies I enjoy going for runs/training when I have the motivation. Overall Im just a generally normal person! I appreciate when things are neat and clean and in order but at the same time am not pedantic about things. Im currently trying to work my life towards being very minimal and simple, and focusing on work and good times. All about the good vibes and smiles :)
I work full time in marketing, am interested in music, politics and taking photos. I'm vegetarian, clean and reliable and looking for a long term place to call home where we enjoy our own space but can catch up for a chat (and drink) every so often.
Hey guys, I'm seeking other Vegan/Vegetarians who would like to House share - I have all brand new furniture (except for the other bedroom) and need to move in mid July, alternatively move to an unfurnished bedroom in an established house with one other. I can team up with someone also to establish a new home. I'm leaving my old place to move closer to the city for work and am open to different areas. I'm happy for a $650pw- $800pw house to rent between 2. I work full time, am pretty relaxed and active on the weekends., and just like to Chill when at home. Interests: Poker, climbing, outdoor stuff, socialising, reading, yoga, wine and environment and animals. Thanks.
I am a super bubbly and friendly person who works two full time jobs in Chatswood and Crows Nest (hoping to find a place close to both). I love to cook and bake so my roommate/mates will always have treats around. I am looking to live with people around my general age who are friendly and social too. I'm Australian but have been living in Canada and just recently moved back to Sydney so I don't know many people so having nice room mates would be great. Looking for a long term lease. Ready to move in ASAP
