My name is Michael Chu. I currently work at a call centre in North Ryde and looking to find a place closer to work. I am friendly but mostly stick to myself. I would spend most of my time in my room on my computer or in the kitchen. I don't party much and if I do i'll be out and about. I don't smoke or do anything illegal (pretty nerdy/geeky). I'm pretty upfront and straight forward and understandable so if there are any issues, come talk to me and we can work it out. Willing to offer help wherever I can but otherwise you won't hear much from me.
We are both full time professional workers. I’m working in finance at Norh Ryde and Mani is working in administration in North Sydney. We run a 9-5 routine along the weekdays, and always go out to friends at weekends. We are quiet, clean and respect others, not party people. We would like to share some relaxing time with housemates, have a chat or a simple drink together, maybe after work or weekends. We are looking for some like-minded flatmates to share and also respect each other's space. If you are looking for the same, please let us know. Also, we are open to team-up.
Hi I am working full time in Mac Park as an engineer. Looking for sociable room mates who a tidy and keen to do activities together or just chill out and watch tv. Would prefer room mates under 26, dont mind which gender as long as your tidy.
Hello! My name is Johannes and I am from Norway. I am coming to Sydney as an exchange student, and I am looking for a place to rent during the semester down under. I like to keep the apartment clean, and consider myself as a relaxed person who enjoys a workout, a hike, exploring new areas, having a good meal and hanging out with friends! I am going to study at the Macquarie University. It would be very nice if I could find a place in a maximum of 40-50 minutes of travelling time to the university campus. Looking forward to meeting new people and explore the city of Sydney!
Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - I will move in on 11th of August’18. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Thank you! :)
Hello! I am 28 years old and a Masters student, doing MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University. I am looking for a private room in a flatshare set-up. A six month stay period is best, although am open to the idea of a full year stay. I am a friendly guy and love meeting new people and learning about their lives and their culture. At the same time, i respect people's boundaries and their privacy. I am well organized and like to keep things tidy.
25, male from Mumbai, recently relocated to Sydney for work. The silent kind with a respect of people's privacy but fun to hang out with once opened up! Soccer fanatic! Looking forward to meeting a great bunch of people.
I'm an easy going and friendly girl who loves to make new friends! Looking for a place to stay for 6 months. I love to cook and go out for a few drinks with friends during my free time! Full time student in Sydney :)
We’re an English couple, both 25 on a WHV for another year. Both work full time and looking for a great place to stay for a few months. Both non smokers, both social but also happy to be left alone and probably sleep most of the time! Up until this point We have been lucky enough to house sit and we are now looking for something to cover us for a longer period whilst we are both work in the CBD. We do have a car so off street parking would be ideal.
Hi my name is Kajani aka KJ. I'm a working professional, moved from NZ 6 months ago for work and loving Sydney. I'm looking for a flat or someone to share an apartment with. I'm quite an easy going person love being active and out and about. I love watching sports and have been playing tennis for a while now, would be great to find a flattie to have a hit with here and there :) Looking for a place for 6 months or more.
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
I'm an 22-year old international student from Belgium, who will study at Macquarie University between the end of July until the first half of December. I am an easy-going, tidy and sociable person who enjoys having dinner together and maybe going on little getaways during the weekend. I am not a hardcore party-goer, but do enjoy a night out every once in a while. I like a rather quiet environment and would love to have flatmates that are students too. I prefer to share a house with at least two other people. I'd like to have a private room, but would not mind sharing the bathroom with a tidy person.
Update -> I am in Sydney now! I have changed my settings for who I want to live with: -> Only other students -> no couples -> no families -> I don't want to live alone with a hetero single man -> I prefer women I am a sweet and nice :) sociology student from Copenhagen university of Denmark - I am on exchange for one semester at Macquarie University. I am a social person and therefore I think it is important to have a good relation to the people I live together with - hopefully we become friends. I will use a lot of time reading, going around exploring the city, parks, museums, beach and shops. I will probably like to go out and get a drink or party sometimes. I respect your privacy and give room for time alone. I like the idear of saying hi when we meet in the morning, evening, when we are going out and coming home ;) I think it could be nice if it is aloud to dance and listen to loud music sometimes, when it dosn't disturb others. I have a free spirit, I am very tolerant and I think it is okay to drink, dance and flirt, have a partner and much more, but I would not like to live with abusers of alcohol, drugs, marihuana, sex or so. - and I would not like to live with a person who has a new sexpartner home every other day. My most importent value is tolerance and respect of others, but I do not accept people who does not treat others with dignity and respect ;) I clean up after myself and expect it from my flatsmates. I like to live clean and nice - probably with some plants or flowers. I would enjoy to chat, cook, eat and go out together sometimes - if you are cool with it? ;)
I am polite, respectful, friendly, open-minded, and always happy for a chat. I love sports (all kinds but specific interest in futsal and badminton), and music. Also, I am into game nights and Netflix binging, but also need and understand the need for some space and alone time.
Hi I'm Casey and I'm a full-time government worker from Perth WA, moving to start a similar full-time permanent role in Sydney at the start of September. I am highly flexible with move dates, can move in as early as 26th July if required. Looking for a long-term rental preferably 6 months at least. I'm a bit of a foodie, enjoy going out with friends to explore new culinary delights, or to catch the latest movie. I like to exercise regularly with fitness classes at the gym, but also love cooking and the occasional binge with netflix:) I'm not a big party person but I'm outgoing, clean, tidy, friendly, quiet, courteous and super respectful of others' space, property and privacy. Also happy to share a meal and enjoy chats over the occasional glass of wine. I also love animals so I would get along great with pets if you have them:) Ideally I would like a spacious private room (enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe and drawers) , with air conditioning in the room and/or throughout. Preferably own bathroom or ensuite. I also have a car but I'm flexible with any sort of parking. Highly flexible with areas, looking for somewhere quiet that is within a 5 minute walk to a bus stop or train station (or 5 minute drive to a train station with commuter parking) and within 45 minutes of the CBD by public transport. Overall looking a for a place I can call home with a/some great flatmate(s)/housemate(s). If you have any other questions, feel free to ask:)
I work full time from 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. I go to the gym after work and come home around 8 -9 pm. I enjoy my weekends by doing more intensive exercises such as swimming, cycling (yes, I have a push bike) and running. I'm clean, quiet and well organised. I prefer to live with someone respectful as I reckon that's the key to get along well, and consequently, I will pay respect to my room mates.

Current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so I am looking for my next housemates! I work full time in the finance industry and have been living in Sydney for 1.5 year. I am pretty easy to get along with, enjoy the outdoor and hanging out with friends on the weekend. Not too fussed about where I live as long as it is within 30-40mins transport to the city.
I'm Allan, 30-years old, work full time in video production in the CBD. I'm pretty laid back, and I usually keep to myself after work hours, but I do enjoy having chats on the couch over a drink, or sharing dinner round the table. Weekends I might be out half the time or at home relaxing/reading/playing games. If you have a movie night I'll be there. Also if you have any board games I'd love to try them out. Room would need to have a built-in wardrobe. I have bedroom furniture as well as a small desk & computer so it would be great to squeeze these in my bedroom. I also recently bought a brand new fridge and washing machine, so I'd love to bring these if possible. I have other furniture if need be (couch, dining set), but that stuff I'd be more willing to part with.
I work in the city and always clean up after myself. I have a small female shoodle dog who I adore and I love listening to my records. I am from the Northern Beaches and Enjoy the company of others as much as I enjoy downtime
