Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
I'm moving to Brisbane from Gladstone to begin my studies at UQ. I'm a clean, friendly and quiet housemate. I also have a lot of available furniture to bring with me if interested (but can sell it if the house is furnished). I am flexible on the moving date, as long as it's before July. I am also still 17 until the end of the year therefore may be unable to sign an official lease.
Hi my name is Shelly and I’m looking for a place for myself, my 2 cats and my Tibetan Spaniel Puppy. I grew up in Brisbane and am now coming back after living in Melbourne for the past 4 years. I’m polite friendly and a bit of a home body.
I am an easy going, quiet professional. I studied Chartered accountancy but landed in the IT industry. I have lived with flatmates all my life and am easy to get along with. I am respectful and clean, no fuss and no issues :) I don't drink or smoke and am not a party animal. I am a cat lover. I'm looking for a place in a quiet suburb where I can come home after work and relax.
Hi my name is Annie, im 21 years old. I work full time in childcare and also am studying to further my qualifications in childcare. I am very friendly and tidy person, who is always up for a chat but also respect other privacy. I send most my time at work and if Im not at work im most likely studying or at the gym.
Hey! My name is Blake. I'm currently working a part time job at Subway and really need a career change but I can't do that whilst I still live at home. At the moment, I have been living with my girlfriend, Jacquelene, for 6 months and we both pay 100 dollars a week for our boarding. I'm currently on a dependent job seeker youth allowance payment and I can't claim any more until I've moved out of home. Jacqie and I are like one. We share everything together as we are each other's better half. We're quiet, respectful, humble and always uphold to the house rules. We love to meet new people and make friends, we just really need a place we can call home.
I'm a 24 year old student studying my degree in Business/Entertainment at QUT. I also work part time for a bank looking for a room furnished or unfurnished is fine. I have a good rental history and pay rent on time. i’ve lived in share houses for over 5 years so am familiar with the dynamics. I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person. I enjoy the odd glass of wine when i get home and a netflix binge every now and again (I am a genuine whiz kid at useless movie trivia!). I caught the travel bug early in life so I’ve done a lot of jet setting but have plenty more to explore! Most days I’m either at work or uni but if im home you can usually find me with a cup of tea and a book
Hi there, My name is Jess. I am 18 years old and am looking to move out of student accommodation in the Gold Coast and into a new home in Brisbane. I am an aspiring musician and hope to share a place with people who share this interest. I also enjoy making art and having new experiences. Moving to Brisbane, I intend to find a new part time or full time job, so I will not be in the house constantly. I am also planning on getting a dog and will take full responsibility of it. Despite my age, I have had previous experience paying rent and have lived with 4 house mates at a time (ranging in ages 18-25). I am a very clean and organised person, and will always pitch in to keep the house clean and make sure we're happy. Thanks for reading this and please feel free to send me a message :)
Although I am 18 (turning 19 in May), I am independent and like to keep everything clean. I like to think that I'm quite quirky, I love music and am outgoing. At home I'm very laid back and usually spend most of my time in my room, but will still socialise if I see someone. I'm looking for a room to stay at while I study at UQ and work part time. I have been brought up in Perth and have only just recently moved to Brisbane, so I'm a newbie to this whole process really. I have one female cat named Millie (3 yrs old), she is an indoor-only DSH grey tabby and is the sweetest thing. Although she likes to do her own thing most of the time (sleep!), she is very well behaved, has never scratched the carpet, has never done her business anywhere besides her own toilet and is no where near a demanding cat, so she will be completely hassle free! :) If you have a room that would suit the both of us, please hit me up with a message! Can promise you, I (and cat) will be one of the best house/share mates you've ever had!
Hi there, I am Deb, easy going, clean and tidy and young at heart. I have two beautiful fur Kidz, one a lovable Maltese dog and the other a sooky Rag doll cat. They sleep in my room at night and are outside during the day sleeping in their beds. I have my own bedroom furniture which I would like to bring with me, so I would need a large room/garage/granny flat. I have a large refrigerator and washing machine which can be used or go into storage. I have stable work, pay bills on time and into healthy living and a positive outlook on life. I am interested in living in a NON SMOKING home with clean and respectful house mates who like to live in a homely feel but like their own space as well. I enjoy getting out and about on weekends and after work and gym during the week I enjoy chilling in my room watching videos or chilling with housemates. I am interested in moving into a home with others or teaming up to rent a property with like minded people in April. It is important for me to have a well fenced court yard as I don't do indoor litter trays, the fur kidz are kept well groomed and I clean up after them every day. If you think you would be interested in teaming up or have available space you can message or call me, cheers Deb

Hi there, my name is kristy and i'm a student studying naturopathy in the city, and working part time a well. i'm pretty easy going, not a huge partier, but enjoy being social :) i'm ideally looking for at least a 6 month lease.
As a person, I would think of myself as quiet and peaceful, very caring and respectful of others, polite, well-mannered and considerate. Full-time, long-term employment. Part-time university student (external - online)
Hey, my name is Jason and I'm a 25-year-old full-time shift worker at a medical alarm company in Eagle Farm. For the past 6 months, I've been living on my own in Griffin with my dog named Gambit but want to cut down my expenses so I can start saving again! I've lived in various different suburbs of Brisbane including Bellbowrie/Moggill, Taringa, Fortitude Valley, Herston & Graceville so I'm not too picky about the location of the share house but would like to be somewhat close to Auchenflower so that my sister doesn't have to drive too far to visit the dog! A little about me. I really value my alone time but want to meet some new people so wouldn't mind a place where everyone hangs out every now and then but not against everyone doing their own thing. For work, I do both afternoon and night shifts so the days I work, which includes weekends & public holidays, you probably won't see me around much. I'm also a bit of a casual gamer (don't really play much these days) so I need to be able to fit a desk in my room for my PC unless there is an extra study/space somewhere else in the house (would be happy to negotiate increase in rent for the extra space). A little about the dog. He is a 14-year-old King Charles Cavalier/Poodle (or so the breeders told us) but looks more like a young labrador. Medium sized, sleeps all day (except for at food time) and loves attention. Very friendly towards people but a bit iffy towards other dogs. He did stay with a family and their dog when I went on a cruise a couple of months ago for about half a week and apparently had no problems with their dog or other dogs at the dog park but would prefer the household to not have a dog. If needed I can provide pictures. Deal breakers would be places that wouldn't allow the dog to be inside when I'm at home as well as places with steep staircases as due to his age, he's not as nimble as he used to be so preferably a downstairs room with easy access to the garden or a single story house. Anyway, if you think I'd be a good fit for your place or want to know more, don't hesitate to hit me up. I'm looking to move sometime in the next month as my current lease is ending mid-May! Also have a LG washing machine, 3-seater chaise couch, coffee table, TV stand, bottom mount LG fridge and LG microwave (all purchased 5 months ago) plus a 55 inch Hisense 4K TV (which I purchased from my mom and step-dad when they upgraded) and an old tumble dryer (which I've had since I moved out) if the house needs any furniture or appliances.
Hello, Angie here, Amanda and I are two 4th year uni students, who both work part-time. We communicate well and are super tidy. Fair warning, living with us may lead to Doctor Who marathons. Amanda is from Toowoomba, I used to live in Melbourne. We both study Archaeology, and know where to get the best pancakes in Brisbane, so there's that. I have a cat (Felix), he's friendly and fluffy, but if pets are a problem, we can negoitiate leaving him with my parents. We are looking for 2 rooms, and can afford to pay $175 pw each (totalling $350). So, hey, just get in touch if you're interested. Thanks
I'm a retired business owner with multiple degree. I was a Management Consultant and built companies for people from a small Ltd Liability Company up to a multinational Corporation. My Son lives with his Mother fulltime who is an awesome person, we just can't live together lol. I've got a great sense of humour, if your feeling down I'll have you laughing in 5 minutes. I'm very clean and tidy and pick up after myself and expect the same. If your a lazy pig don't respond to this ad please. I'm a great cook and love cooking for small groups. Love a b.b.g. and a few beers, wine and bourbon, what Aussie doesn't. I'm financially secure and pay rent fortnightly and always 2 - 4 weeks in advance. I'm very respectful of others and expect the same. Number 1 deal breaker, if I don't invite you into my room stay out, that's my personal space and will not tolorate my personal space being violated. I train daily and take it seriously, been training on and off since I was 12. I'm mainly looking for an unfurnished granny flat, I pay a rediculous amount of money on dtorsge fees and want to get did of that monthly bill and put it towards a granny flat or very large room with ensuit. If this sounds like it will work for you please don't hesitate to contract me.
Hi, I am Alan and originally from Taiwan. I have been in Brisbane for over 5 years. I first came to Australia to study and now I am working at an IT distributing company in East Brisbane. My work schedule is generally pretty busy during the week, but I like to just relax and chill out on the weekends. I am into fitness, e.g. weight lifting and yoga, and I also enjoy healthy lifestyle. So not a big drinker or smoker for me. I like to go hiking and going to the beach, just to explore different places around Brisbane when I am free. I am looking for a quiet place with respectful housemates. An off-street parking place is a must. I have been sharing accommodation for a while so I know what details needed to pay attention to. Therefore, please let me know if there is any opportunities. I look forward to hearing from you and thanks for taking time reading my profile. Cheers, Alan
I work a full time corporate job in the city. I'm easy going, tidy and active, so I'll often be out on weekends. I enjoy getting a coffee out, being active, seeing music live, catching up on netflix. I'm friendly, and always up for grabbing a coffee or a drink on the weekend.
