I'm clean, professional, full time employed, great cook, open minded and like to be social when the time and situation suits
I am a responsible working female looking for a neat 2 bed unit if possible with a small courtyard and plenty of cupboard space. I can provide references from work and personal. I have one months bond and one months rent in advance ready. Your unit will be very well cared for and garden looked after. I have very helpful parents and a wonderful boyfriend who will help me with any small gardening or maintenance issues ( I wont need to call the landlord to fix a tap or prune shrubs etc) If you would prefer to save yourself an agents fee and deal with your tenant direct and meet me in person please contact me. Thank you.
Hi! I'm Rachel, I'm 26 and I work full time as a Relationship Manager in the city. I'm looking for somewhere fully furnished for a while but can purchase my furniture if need be. I'm very tidy and keep to myself most of the time but do like a chat. Love the coast, coffee and getting out of the house on the weekends. I'm easy going, laid back and love cooking and looking after myself. The love of my life is my 2 year old Labrador Benji. He's a stage 5 clinger and just wants to love and snuggle everyone around him. At 35kg he still thinks he's a lap dog. I am 100% committed to Benji and he my full responsibility so I will in no way ask you to do anything for him. Let me know if you've got anything going :-) Rachel
My name is Mac, and I’m a 22 year old apprentice carpenter. Like to be social and have a beer but also keep to myself at times. I have a 2 year old mix breed dog named oak. He’s very friendly and laid back but most importantly, he’s well trained. I’ve got all of my own furniture and household appliances that I can contribute to the household as well as the necessary equipment to maintain the garden. Oak and I are currently looking to find a place to live due to our current lease ending. If it suits we are looking to move in by the 30th of November.
Im looking for a room for only 3 NIGHTS per week starting 1st week of March....until July...And then 2 nights per week from july to end January 2019. i live out of Melbourne and commute for work... Im easy going, quiet and tidy.
Hey my name is Anna, i am currently looking for team ups to find an amazing home in the area's of brighton, malvern east, bentleigh, brighton east, highett, cheltenham, st kilda east or caulfield. i am a single 31 year old professional. i work full time in Albert Park as a head chef, so i can be quite handy in the kitchen ;). my job can be quite hectic at times, i work a lot of weekends so i usually get my days off during the week, but i do get the odd weekend off too :) i have 2 small adorable dogs aged 4, a pug & a frenchi. The pug is female and her name is pickles. The frenchi is male & his name is Pedro, they make the best housemates and are the best company, so teaming up with people who love dogs is a must. On my days off i love heading out to discover the newest of Melbournes cafe culture to keep up with Melbourne's ever growing food trends, i love a wine when out for dinners too & taking the pups out on their daily walks, any other spare time i get i'll be out at the farmers markets or South Melbourne market, i only work 2 minutes from their so i am there quite often too. i enjoy my fitness, i love training boxing/ kickboxing. i have been doing this for 6 years now and love it. i only do it for the fitness aspect though so no professional fights for me haha. i am looking for professionals aged between 25-35 non smokers & sorry no couples my budget is around the $300 i am looking for 2 other people to share a home with, with a budget of minimum $275 onwards would be good. i am looking for nice big types of homes that are 3-4 bedrooms with possible 3 bathrooms. i enjoy living with housemates but it's nice to also have your own space so getting a house with privacy and separate living area's is important too. the places i am looking for are around the $800 - $950 (big places) i am currently living in cheltenham in a 3 bedroom place with my best friend but she is moving into a one bedroom place. i have a whole house of nice furniture that i have collected over the past 3-4 years. so i have everything we would need for the home. i am a very house proud person, i enjoy nice things, so looking for a place we can call home, not a party house. if this team up sounds like the type of home you would like to live in, i would love to hear from you :)
Im a 30yr old male. Chef took a job offer up near Melbourne which i start in late December. Just looking for a place for a few months my be longer. Im neat tidy. Respectful of people not really into the partying seen but dont mind going out and having a few drinks.
From SA but currently living in Melbourne for work. I am a quiet person who is a bit of an introvert, loves to clean, very respectful of others space and spend most of my free time studying. I go back to Adelaide as often as I can to see family and friends. My biggest fault is that I am a little bit fussy about bathroom and toilet areas. I don't mind sharing these facilities but expect people to be an adult about it and clean after use. Where I share at the moment I am having to clean up after two others and a bit over it. I would love my own bathroom. I need a car space and would like somewhere where I can walk to public transport as I work in the city. Love animals and don't mind if you have a furbaby.
I'm a friendly, easy going person who generally prefers my own company. Not a party person. I like to take pride in a general household and would love to have a space as my own. I work steadily and am looking for further employment, am reliable.
Hi I'm Lucas, I work full time and looking for a shared place closer to work. I am a very clean person who is respectful and quiet but also like the occasional chat and beer together. I am after a place where I could move in with my doggy Cody, who is friendly and trained.
Hi there, I am a working professional and recently moved over from NZ for work. I am looking for a great bunch of people to house share with or be part of an existing house share. I would say I'm considerate, tidy and very easy to get on with. Preferably, the place I move into is an unfurnished room as I have my own bedroom furniture. I am looking for a place in the south-eastern end of Melbourne. I enjoy going to the gym, taking my road bike out for a good ride and exploring new places or restaurants.

35 yrs old Italian male. Australian P.R., living and working around Melbourne since 2013. I am a professional Pizza Chef / Cook working in a Peninsula' s winery on a stable day shifts job. Straight, clean, easy going, open minded peaceful person, non-smoker. Pay bills in time. Keen to make new friends, cook and share a meal and have a vino together sometimes. Looking for a peaceful, clean and safe environment to share with like minded people, possibly a furnished room in a Not crowded house ( to share with 2-3 people max..). Not a party house, in a nice location, well connected to facilities, close to natural areas, where to both relax and be active enjoying surroundings. Thank you. Cheers, Mickele
I work full time in Box Hill but I've lived in Cheltenham for the last 4 years and I don't particularly want to move suburbs, I enjoy having the NBN and I'm a tremendous nerd. If I'm not working, I'm usually playing games on my computer, or doing general household chores. I'm not a big party person, and would prefer most nights at home or with my partner, I'm always up to hang out most of the time. I'd like to start a new share house however I'm up for moving into a house. I own a massage chair (Like the ones in shopping centres), and have furniture that I will either need to put in storage or do something with. It's likely that you may not even realise you're living with me unless I'm gaming with friends, which is where I usually perk up a bit and can sometimes get a bit loud but I'll re frame from being too loud if someone is sleeping.
I'm a 25 year old school teacher newish to Melbourne and originally from Sydney. I keep the common areas clean out of respect for others and do my share of household jobs. Teaching has been pretty hectic and so I'm looking for a quiet place where I can relax and keep focused on my career. In my spare time, I like playing cricket, reading and bush walking.
I work in the IT industry so free tech support on site if you live with me. I am a transgender female. I don't smoke, don't do drugs or drink alcohol. As long as you're not harming anyone I won't judge. I am very understanding and accepting. I don't party. I am rather quiet most of the time and spend most my time in my room. My hobbies include computer repair, gaming, making games, seeing what I can do with technology and playing Yu-Gi-Oh. My current lease ends on the 31st of December. I would prefer a room for me to keep my bed, two desks, and filing cabinet in.
