Hi :) - Looking for either just myself or with my boyfriend. - We’re both quiet, relaxed & love travelling. Not social animals but happy to watch TV & have a drink together. - Will keep the room/house tidy. - We have 2 cats. They’re sually outdoors during the day & indoors at night (will have a small cat litter box in our room that we’ll change daily so there’s no smell, & vacuum daily so no hair build up). - Both shift workers so hours coming & going will vary. Adam works full-time, I dropped down to part-time as am going back to uni July 2018. - Hoping to stay somewhere for 1-2 years from May 2018. - Happy to share with anyone regardless of age/race/gender/religion/etc. Only musts would be non-smoking house due to asthma. - Both have cars but can park on the street.
Quite busy during the day on weekdays and would love to have a chat or drink in evenings with people around. Respect and appreciate privacy. Selectively social and adjusting.
Hello :) I'm newish to Sydney for work and looking for my next abode to call home. I'm well travelled, open minded, positively orientated and into conscious living. I love my home to be my retreat space where I can relax and regenerate. I try my best to be clean and tidy, respectful and considerate to live with. I love to swim, run, dance, meditate, do yoga, be with nature, experiment with raw food and permaculture. Would love to share with folks who are similarly minded. I'm working in the CBD and looking for accommodation with good transport links. .
Both of us are working professionals, I am a banker with NAB. Katie is a school photographer and works with bunnings. Most of the time we keep to ourselves, watching netflix and gym after work. We also do basketball and dodgeball on the weekends, so you will barely see us. We were looking for an ensuite big enough for 2 people or looking for teamups to get the whole house at any of those locations. Cheers
I like to think I’m a pretty easy going guy who understands the basics. E.g. be respectful and don’t take the piss. I’ve found if you follow those 2 rules it’s hard to go wrong and there are rarely any dramas:) I’m studying and working for my mate at the moment and in the middle of a career change. I speak 3 languages, I’m a reasonable singer and am getting back into the gun and tennis:) don’t be afraid to drop me a line. Cheers jack
Hi! I consider myself easy going, friendly, organised and responsible. I like to respect each other's privacy and space but at the same time always open for a chat or casual light drink. I’m a very neat & tidy person and enjoy to share accommodation with someone who is like minded. I often work 6 days a week and usually out of the house by 6:30am until late afternoon or evenings. Well on weekends (Sunday's), if I’m not catching up with my sleep, you’ll find me occupied watching some NetFlix 😊
Looking for a place to share with one or two others which has a decent sized room and preferably an ensuite/own bathroom and off street parking. Work full time as a primary teacher in the Ryde area. Clean, tidy and friendly. Flexible moving date.
We are married couple from India and I am working near Macquarie Park and my wife is non-working. Looking for a studio apartment or share accommodation with another family, in near by areas to my office like Epping, North Ryde, Chatswood, Carlingford, Honsby, Waitara, Pennat Hills etc.
Hey there! I am Marcel from Germany and I will be doing my Phd in Finance at Macquarie University. Usually I am a rather quiet and tidy person. In my leisure time I enjoy road cycling and running. Would be happy to life with other relaxed flatmates. I am not all that much into the party stuff.
Update: I've just got my own 3 bed house half way between normanhurst and waitara train stations. About 10 mins walk to both. It's a large home and I'll have 2 bedrooms available for rent with off street, out of view parking for everyone (not garaged). I just moved in 24/02/18, so need a week to setup the house. One bedroom is really large with full wall mirrored built-ins and the other a bit smaller with a small cupboard but no built-ins. I'll put up a listing once I've got the house setup. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere less than 10 mins walk to a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom - minimum of off street parking plus secure storage for my bike and car things). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
Hi! I'm friendly, clean, don't take up much space and i'm house-trained. I work full time as a nurse, and I often work weekends. I am mostly looking to team up as I have an apartments worth of furniture. Looking to move around the end of April/ beginning of May. I would prefer a more long term living situation. I like my own space but I also dont mind spending time with housemates if the time calls for it.
I'm from Manila, Philippines but will be moving to Sydney in July to take my Masters in Macquarie. I would love to live in a clean, modern and secure house with friendly and accommodating housemates. I would prefer to have my own ensuite, or at least share it with just one other person. Since I don't have a car, a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk will be ideal. I am very organized and I like to keep things neat. I'm very conscious of other people's personal space and belongings and I hope to be extended the same courtesy. I like to cook and bake and wouldn't mind sharing my skills for nice housemates. :) I love dogs so I wouldn't mind living in a house with pets! I am a sociable introvert so I would love to have a glass or two of wine, or eat with friends, but will need some personal time after. :)
Hi future roommate person/s! How weird is it to write about yourself? I'm a 25 year-old male slave working and studying full-time. I’ve just moved up from Melbourne to Sydney to study at USYD. With whatever time I have spare I love to chill with video games, watching anime and having the odd Mario Kart competition to assert my dominance (Fkn shotgun Peach bruh). I also part take in the masochistic activity of learning Japanese 😭. I'm a bit of a dork, love to make people laugh and find the humour in almost anything. The more dark and sarcastic your humour, the more we'll get along swimmingly. I’m pretty flexible with locations, so open to anywhere in the city (though, I’m not keen on moving to Penrith).
Hi! Im Nancy and I am from India.I am looking for a decent place to stay near Macquarie University.I will be doing my post graduation at Macquarie University.I like socializing and would be a wonderful roommate to live with. I'm very friendly and love meeting new people and i also am respectful of others and their privacy.
Hey there, I'm James. Moved up from Melbourne just over a year ago to give the Sydney life a go, lease running out on where I've been staying, so looking for a change of scenery and a new place to call home. Easy going, sociable and relaxed, which may occasionally come across as if I'm sedated. I'm reliable and keep things tidy. Happy enough to chip into the cooking together or manage my own thing. Looking for a nice spot with friendly housemates who can enjoy each others company, that still offers a little personal space too
Independent, self sufficient and clean. I don’t like to get in any bodies way, I’m a very understanding person and get that everyone needs their space. I’m a busy full time worker and student of a weekend and am very driven towards succeeding. I hold a very professional state of mind, but can have a laugh. I’m looking to move closer to work, as my commute is extremely long everyday working in Chatswood current living out west. I’m looking for an easy, clean accomodation with possibility of car covered parking, also abit of room to store some stuff also. So a spacious room would be desirable, with own bathroom. Also somewhere to keep my bicycle as I love riding!
I have just returned to Australia after several months travelling Asia and Europe, and I have just moved to Sydney from Adelaide to study arboriculture. I am looking for a fun and friendly sharehouse around Eastwood. I am polite, tidy, and sociable. I love nature, gardening, cooking, hiking, hanging out and watching some films or listening to vinyls. I am respectful of space and privacy but I am also usually up for a chat and a casual beer or glass of wine. I look forward to meeting some like minded folk and exploring what Sydney can offer.
I'm a 29 year old electrician from the UK, recently moved to Sydney and looking for a place to stay 6+ months. I work full time, enjoy reading, gym and movies. I try and get into nature on weekend and am quite active. I'm looking for like minded , sociable people to live with.
Im a chill person to live with, I'm clean and tidy....and yes that means two different things. I'm relaxed and enjoy most things. Movies, food, chats, a bit of sports and even the outdoors. I'm completing my masters and working studying so I’m usually busy.
