Hi, I have been in Bundaberg QLD for 6 months and I am looking for places on the Gold Coast, Brisbane City or both North and Southside for better work opportunities, I have lived on the Gold Coast my whole life I am a 23 year old male who is somewhat OCD with cleanliness and I respect other people’s belongings. I work in the construction industry. I work 38 to 40 hours each week on day shifts. I have 1 Bullmastiff puppy And I have 1 son who lives with his mum in Bundaberg so occasionally I visit on weekends. Other than that i do boxing 3 times a week. I do not do drugs, smoke, and having a nightlife doesn’t interest me.
Hi, I’m Jenae and I’m looking for a cute new place to call home with the perrrrfect housemate, preferably in the suburbs I’ve listed. I currently work full time, Tuesday-Saturday, in retail. On my days off I like to have a few drinks, go to the beach or even just relax at home. I’m pretty easy going and I’m always up for new adventures. I’m looking for a place that i can share with a couple or another girl that are sociable and fun to be around but also enjoy time alone :)
I'm a 21 year old female studying a Bachelor of Education (Primary) at QUT KG, while also working full time at St Pius OSHC, Banyo. I keep a clean kitchen, and bathroom but don't mind if you're a little messy. I love fun nights out or easy Netflix nights in. I'm a fun loving friendly person who is looking for nice, friendly people to move in with :)
I am very reliable when it comes to paying rent. I am considerate of others and their privacy. I am not into partying and keep pretty active during the week. Let me know if you have any questions :)
I'm a friendly, calm, creative, adventurous, nature loving person. I own my own graphic design and illustration business so I work from home some days, others I work in-house for clients. I'm originally from England and have now been living in Australia for 9 years. I have all my own furniture, which includes a keyboard. I love to play music but I do wear head phones so i'm quiet ;) I also love to draw and paint. I have travelled a lot and definitely love to adventure and explore new places and cultures. I have a small dog named Lola. She is a maltalier, so doesn't shed hair. She is very cuddly, friendly and relaxed.
HI There. I'm currently looking for a room to rent over the Northside :) At the moment I'm working full time in the CBD so I'll be out of the house during the week. On the weekends I like to socialise with friends and get out as much as I can but equally enjoy a chilled night in with Netflix, good food and a glass of wine. I consider myself to be a tidy person and have no problems assisting with household chores. More than happy to answer more questions if you want to contact me :) Thanks!
Hey, I'm Nina! I'm 22 and currently working as a barista. My current lease ends on the 14th of Feb, so I'm looking to move into a place as close to that date as possible :)
Hi, I am a 23 year old Biomedical Science Student studying at QUT. I also work part time for the Blood Service, so I am often leaving the house early and coming home late. I like spending time at the beach, seeing live music, trying new cafes, and I love animals. I'm looking for a tidy, comfortable, and safe place that I could share with someone who is easy going and considerate. A great room mate is top of my list! But I would love air-con and maybe my own bathroom
I recently started my full-time job as a radiographer at a hospital in Chermside (I graduated from QUT at the end of 2017). I'm 21 and from Toowoomba originally (but have rented in Brisbane for the last 4 years). I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom place with friendly housemates, that’s easy to maintain and keep tidy (probably preferably a townhouse or apartment). I will be doing a lot of shift work (late nights, weekends and on call) throughout the year and so would like a place with 1-2 girls/boys who are also are studying/working, would be keen to occasionally chill/ have a drink but also enjoy time alone to unwind and are cool with me being out of the house a lot. I'd be keen to move into an existing sharehouse or find somewhere new with you (I have a fridge, couches, dryer, etc I could bring to the place). Feel free to shoot me a message if you're interested (my current lease ends 30 Jan, hoping to find somewhere before then). Thanks!
Hi! My name is Ashleigh, I'm 25 and a full time working professional. I'm looking to find someone like-minded, tidy and fun to find an apartment with in the above suburbs to move in February. I am looking at 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments that have a weekly rent of anywhere from $500-$600, therefore maximum $300 each. I would be looking to have the master + ensuite. I live a fairly busy lifestyle between work, exercise, sport and socialising. I am a very social person but also enjoy time to myself when I'm at home, relaxing, particularly during the week after work. I like to get out and about on the weekends, especially for a wine with the girls! I'm looking for someone (male or female) similar to me, preferably working full time and a non-smoker. I intend to sign a 6-12 month lease so I'm hoping that suits the person I end up sharing with. If you think we might be a match, send me a message.
Hi, The lease on my current apartment has ended and i'm jumping at the opportunity to live with some interesting new people and make my commute to work a little easier. I work as a designer at a local garment printer four days a week and fit in some photography work on the side for an online journal. I'm interested in living with professional creatives, but I would honestly enjoy living with people who are productive and passionate about whatever they're doing in life. I like to keep a clean communal area (which shouldn't even have to be said) though my own space will fluctuate from cluttered to ocd clean. I spend most of my weekends with my girlfriend and/or catching up with friends. In my downtime I read, take photographs, take care of my plants, play games or draw. - Patrick
Hey! My name is Darcy, 22, working full time at Flight Centre in the city. I am looking to move in around the 31 January, a friendly comfortable home to relax. I spend a lot of my time up at the Sunshine Coast and I've just started getting into this working out thing so I'm not home a lot, but when I am I like pop corn, netflix, wines.. The usual. Let me know if this may suit you! Thanks
Hey! I'm an easy going, enthusiastic and positive guy working full time. Looking for some cool, like-minded people to live with. I love to get out and explore and am always down for a few social drinks. I'm laid back, reliable, love to cook, and enjoy the company of others.
Hi! I'm easy going, love to have a dinner out, quiet drink during the week, or just chill and write. I live at my home in Noosa Heads from Thursday night until Monday usually, when I drive down straight to work. So you'll probably only see me 3 nights a week, sometimes staying for a night out on Friday with friends. No kids, single, no pets. Professional, respectful, very funny haha, and tidy and clean. My only love (break out the violins :) ) is my Lotus Elise sports car and she needs to be sheltered at night (carpark). I'd like someone that is relaxed, chilled, professional, tidy and respectful..that is all.
I am a working professional I am nearly non existent as I work then train and I usually don’t get home till 8-9pm most nights. I am friendly and socialable but understand personal space. I do have kids who I have once a fortnight over the weekend but they are cruisy and I usually go out for the day with them. I am looking for somewhere anywhere between 6-12months towards the end of March!
Hi future housemates! I am moving to Brisbane in February. I'm a physiotherapy student studying my 4th and final year! I will be working as a physiotherapist in hospitals around Brisbane finishing my uni clinical placements, as well as a gymnastics coach. I am a friendly, upbeat person, always up for a chat, a Neflix/Friends/Grey's Anatomy sesh, a casual glass or two of wine and maybe a fun night out, but I also like my personal space. I like going to the gym, cooking, shopping, exploring, or going to the beach. I am always respectful, mindful of my fellow housemates, clean and tidy. Nonsmoker, no children or no pets (but I love dogs) I have a great previous rental history and have done the whole house share thing so the do's and don'ts. Looking somewhere to live somewhere $200-250 close to the CBD/North of the River with a nice homely feel. I would prefer a housemate/s to be of similar age, female or co-ed. I will be moving to a new city so and don't know anyone so being able to build a friendship and a home not just somewhere to sleep would be an added bonus! Furniture wise I have a fridge, some bedroom furniture, TV and a heap of kitchen stuff. The ideal place would be a nice apartment/house, with my own room big enough to fit a Queen bed and own bathroom, AC, parking, close to public transport, a balcony perfect for drinking wine on and a supermarket nearby.
I'm an easy going person. I have a son but he lives with his dad in NZ. I'm looking to meet some nice people and just have my own space again minimum 6months. I love to cook and relax. I work a lot and I'm trying to go to the gym more so I'm not around too much so when I am -I'm pretty quiet.. Not saying I can't have a good laugh...
Hi Everyone! I'm a Single Straight guy looking for a place to call home. I work in construction so my days can be fairly long but I still like to make time for paying the Gym a visit as I try to live a reasonably healthy lifestyle. I enjoy going out for a feed, movies, sports and maybe a scotch or two or whatever random thing maybe on the cards. I'm a quite easy to get along with and happy to have a chat about the day had and watch movies or whatever but I also respect ones privacy if that's what they prefer. I'm also good with pets though have none of my own. Also a little bit of storage for a couple took boxes and fishing gear would be great if possible otherwise I will put them in storage. Please if you are into drugs of any sort I ask you do NOT contact me. Well I hope to hear from you. Take care and talk soon! Trent :)
I am currently looking for a place to move in to around mid Feb, flexible on move in date and location. I’m from NZ and have been in Brisbane for nearly a year. I work full time Monday -Friday so I tend to have a quiet week, and like to be out and about most weekends :)
EDIT: Just cancelled my lease and will be available to move by 7th Feb 2018.. I am 28 yo male, living on me own and after a shared accommodation relatively nearer to city. I am full time working professional (engineer in constructions) and moved in Brisbane 5 months ago but settled in Northern suburbs because my work place is also in north. Now, I want move nearer to city as now has my own car. So distance now no more an issue. Furnsihed / unfurnished, I am fine with both. My preference is to have own room but hopes, will find an very friendly atmosphere in a place I could feel home. After work, I am usually up for chat and love too cook food (occasionally not regularly). Food I cook tastes more if cooked on gas stove. Place with a garage or reserved parking would be an additional plus. Place somewhere nearer to expressway that can get me to northern suburbs easily. Yes afterall, need a good night sleep, so a relatively quieter place in working days. Weekday, I don't mind noisy nights. I don't smoke at all, so would prefer a non-smoking place. In short, after a place, where we can meet friends and experience the life of this very cultural city. If you think we can group up for leasing or already have a space for me, please get in touch...... We can get to talk further details from there. Thanks Shojat
