Hi! I am a busy 31-year-old female professional working and studying at uni part-time. I've gone back to uni for a second time to pursue a career change and I'm graduating at the end of 2018, so I'm looking for a share for the coming year, or for a shorter period (e.g. six months or nine months) depending on what you may have available. A little more about me: - Fitness enthusiast that loves keeping fit; - Quiet, non-drinker, non-smoker... partying days are long behind me! - Away most weekends studying and visiting family; - Enjoys Netflix, travelling and running when I have the odd bit of spare time; - Tidy, clean, reliable, mature, respectful of others' personal space and privacy - I'm also happy to help take care of any plants or a pet that you might have. My budget is $220 per week (inclusive of bills), but I can be a little flexible around this if you are closer in to the CBD. More than anything though I'm looking for the right person. I understand that finding the right flatmate can be stressful (we've all been there) so I’m keen to find someone with similar personality and interests, and someone doesn't mind that I might not be around very much except for evenings - if you don't mind a fairly independent flatmate, I just might be for you. In return, I’ll be a helpful and tidy housemate who you can rely on :) What I'm looking for - - trustworthy and mature flatmate who is preferably of similar age, but anyone with a sensible outlook is okay; - furnished bedroom (study desk is a bonus); - someone who also prefers a non-party house; - ideally close to public transport, but I don’t mind walking a distance for a good express bus or train; - someone who is understanding of my schedule and doesn't mind having an independent flatmate rather than one who is home a lot - anyone who is studying and working as well I would love to hear from! Please note - I do require a furnished bedroom with a bed, as all of my things are in storage. I can't accept offers for unfurnished rooms at the current time. Sorry, also no outer suburbs please as I need to keep my commute time down). Please also note: I am taking a break from real estate agents so I am not looking to either sign on to a lease or take over a lease, apologies. Please feel free to ask any questions if you'd like to know more!
I'm a full time Creative Director for my own animation studio needing a place in/near the city for work. A room with a bed and a decent sized desk for my computer and my drawing is all I need. Otherwise you want home made pizza and party games on the Switch I've got you covered.

HI There. I'm currently looking for a room to rent over the Northside :) At the moment I'm working full time in the CBD so I'll be out of the house during the week. On the weekends I like to socialise with friends and get out as much as I can but equally enjoy a chilled night in with Netflix, good food and a glass of wine. I consider myself to be a tidy person and have no problems assisting with household chores. More than happy to answer more questions if you want to contact me :) Thanks!
About me: Hey guys, I'm a 22 year old barista who works 4 or 5 days a week. Pretty easy going and don't mind a chat. Looking for some rad new people to take me in as part of their household. I'm down for movie nights and housemate dinners too. As well as being a mean coffee maker, I have a background in cooking so I'll whip up a mad feast every now and then and am happy to share. In my spare time I like to chill out at home and watch Netflix (attenbro or some murder docos/series) or play some games. What I'm after: A room with atleast a ceiling fan so I don't perish in Brisbane heat. Looking to move in somewhere between the 18th-20th ish of Feb. I drive so ideally would like easy parking. If you have pets, I definitely don't have a problem with getting to live with adorable doggos and kitty cats as long as you respect my need to pat them :)
Greetings! Happy Pensioner; active, quiet, tidy - not a party animal - seeks to share a quiet place close to City and public transport. I am not a homebody, who gets in your way all the time. Attend U3A classes, Yoga, Pilates, Walks, meeting Friends, Concerts. Please note: Future flatmate/landlord needs to co-sign a Centrelink Rent Allowance Form Thank you, Peter!
Easy going, friendly. I will be out most of the weekdays as I'm a full-time research student in QUT. Appreciate respectful housemates, considerate and no party.

Hi there, I'm currently building my private practice in Fortitude Valley as a registered counsellor. I've lived in shared housing since I was 19 so I'm okay with taking care after myself and doing what needs to be done for the house to run smoothly. Basically looking for a home in nearby suburbs close to direct train or bus routes. I'm very much a quiet homebody, content at working on my goals and keeping to myself. I don't drink alcohol, smoke, go clubbing or to church, and try my best to follow a vegan lifestyle. I'd say I'm a frugal health nut but in saying that I respect how other people choose to live as long as they show the same. Generally I'm up early around 6 am and head to bed at 10 pm. When I do make the time to watch TV I like shows such as House, Vikings, True detective and South park. In my other free time I like to exercise, research and enjoy some peace. Looking for other mature and respectful people to live with.

Hello! My name is Georgia and I am a 18 yo uni student. I tend to keep to myself, but can be fun and social! I spend a lot of my time studying during the uni semester, and the rest watching movies, being active, having a few drinks and what not. I am a very respectful and clean person, so you won't have to worry about any mess etc. Typically looking for no more than 3 housemates (negotiable). The max budget of $210 includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, internet etc.), and I am not looking to share a room with others... So I kindly ask that you don't message me if this is the case. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Have an adorable desexed boy Shar-Pei named Chester. Very clean and organised. Respectful of people’s privacy but also like have the occasional wine and chat. Pay rent respectfully. Stable employment in Finance industry. I go to gym and do some classes and walk my dog most mornings. Looking for somewhere with a decent back yard and secure fencing. My boy Chester gets along well with cats and dogs and stays outside during the day while I’m at work and sleeps inside on his bed at night in my bedroom. Am preferably looking for somewhere with utilities included in rent.
My name is Rochelle, I am 20 and I work full time as a Purchasing Officer at Arana Hills. I have never lived with flatmates before but am hoping to develop new friendships. I have a 2 year old indoor Ragdoll cat - he gets along well with dogs but not so well with other cats. He is a lovely natured cat - very placid and thinks he is gods gift to the world. I am very social but respectful of private space. I am easy going and clean. I am home most afternoons from 5pm and venture out on weekends - but also enjoy netflix marathons on the couch with ice cream. Would like to share with similar minded, honest and friendly people who I can have a drink with.
Hiya! I’m Ellie - single female, 28, working full-time as a Speech Pathologist in schools. I’ve just come back from living and working in London for 2 years and am ready to settle back into Brisbane life! I’m looking to team up with someone to find a place with at least 3 bedrooms, so we have a spare room for us to use for guests, etc. Ideally I’d like the Nundah/Northgate/Toombul area. I’m a friendly and social person, who enjoys cooking, watching TV and movies (especially science fiction and fantasy), playing board games (I’ve got quite the collection!), having a drink on the weekend (gin or red wine please!), entertaining friends, going out to explore new places, going for brunch, etc. My friends and I also go to lots of gigs all over Brisbane. I’m a respectful and tidy housemate, looking for someone likeminded. It would be great to find someone who I can call a friend as well as a housemate! My move in date will be around mid to late March. House requirements: - at least 3 bedrooms with 1 as a spare - reasonable/queen size room - housemate around the same age as me (25-35, non-smoker is a must) - back verandah if possible - close to shops/cafes etc Let me know if you’re interested in teaming up!
