I am relocating from the Gold Coast to Canberra in mid November to start full-time work. A couple of years ago I moved over from Colombia and I recently finished my Masters in Accounting at Bond University. I’m a clean and friendly person that respects each other’s space. In my spare time, I enjoy walking along the beach (which I will miss), going on hikes, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places.
Hey! I'm 24, and work full time for a professional services consulting firm. I'm friendly and easy going, love to have a chat, but also respect others need for space, and expect the same in return. In me, you will find a very kind flat mate who doesn't mind sharing all the good food that I can cook ;) I actually enjoy cleaning so you won't to worry about mess with me! I don't drink or smoke. I am not a "party" person so do not worry about noise with me in the house.
***Looking for a room from mid-late November Working full time in my own business. I spend most of my time at work or at the gym. I am a quiet person who prioritizes my health and sleep. Forsee spending a lot of time during 2020 in Sydney, where my girlfriend will be living. Living with tidy housemates is important to me.
I'm looking to move to Canberra around mid-January from Wollongong. I'll be commencing a APS graduate role in February. I'm looking to move into a share house with people who either know Canberra well and can give me food/drink/life recommendations or to move in with people looking to explore Canberra in their spare time.
I'm a Canberra born and bred girl about to start as an intern pharmacist after four years of studying in Sydney. I'm very well housetrained and have lived in a wide variety of homes over the last few years. Clean, responsible and respectful is me. I also love to socialise, but enjoy my own time to relax and study during the week. My parents have very kindly looked after my beautiful cat whilst I've been away from Canberra. Ideally I would love to find a home for both of us to move into! If you have any questions or would just like to get to know me a little better please don't hesitate to get in touch :~)
Hello! My name is Zina. Ideally, I'm looking to share a place with one other roommate or two if I can have my own ensuite. I am clean and tidy and respect other peoples belongings and space, but also sociable and friendly. I'm looking to share a place with people who share my values in maintaining a tidy environment and who are conscious of not making loud noise at night (for example, throwing parties all the time or playing loud music).
I am working as an APS around Forrest. I really enjoy nature and exploring the outdoors, going on hikes and to beaches. I also love artistic films, listening to music and reading. I am looking for walking distance to Forrest or a maximum of 20 minute drive to Forrest. I am very flexible and do not require a personal bathroom. Additionally, I am a neat and tidy person who enjoys socialising but respects others' space.
I am currently a nurse. I am a non smoker, fitness and health orientated. I'm clean and tidy and respectful of personal space. I value independence but am more than happy for chats :) LGBTQIA friendly.
I work in the public service as a research assistant. I work full-time hours Monday-Friday and study/train during nights and weekends so I'll likely be out most of the time. I'm pretty laid back and sociable but also appreciate having my own space. I'm fairly tidy and clean up after myself - I like to keep my space squared away. I'm mainly interested in longer-term rentals as I hate moving. My moving date is flexible, though I'd like to be into a place before the New Year. I have a car so I need a parking space, either on/off street parking is fine. Decent internet/Wi-Fi and heating/cooling is ideal.
Hi there, This is Raju, I'm a doctor at Canberra Hospital. A little bit about myself, I usually leave early for work and occasionally have late/night shifts. I prefer housemates who are clean and tidy. I enjoy outdoor activities and play tennis once a week. I often read and keen to go out for brunch/coffee when I've time. I'm a big fan of stand up comedy and watch a lot of TV shows. I would like to move in next month if possible. I'm keen to find a new home. Cheers.
My names Michael. Im a Young professional who will be joining APS in February and hoping to move to canberra in December. Im a quiet person who will like their personal space. - Im likely to stay with the place for a minimum of 18 months (I'm not an apartment jumper). - I'd have a car and would be willing to give you a lift to places if im also headed out. - I like a good chat, but im a very quiet person (you wont be hearing loud blaring music from my room disturbing you) - Id be down to clean with you or split the cost of a cleaner (whichever is your preference) - I've held numerous leadership positions throughout my career and university (as testament to my considerate personality) and would be very respectful to ensuring that we share a good relationship. - I never leave dirty dishes around and will take the initiative to bring out trash if its full. - I always pay rent on time. Hope this helps to illustrate that I would be a good roommate. Looking forward to your reply!
I am an easygoing professional about to start work in the public service. I'm moving from Melbourne. I've lived in share houses for a long time and am very respectful of others and very independent. However, I do enjoy sharing the odd glass of wine or dinner with housemates as well.
I’ll be starting a graduate program with the Attorney General’s Department in 2020 and will be moving from Perth. Looking to find a social place with other young adults. I’m pretty eco-conscious and would love to start a new indoor plant collection! I’m a very considerate person to live with.
Hi folks, I'm Eddy and having lived in Melbourne all my life, I'm finally branching out a bit! I'll be working full time as a public servant but also be studying at the same time at Canberra Institute of Tech. I'd say I'm an agreeable person who makes sure to keep a clean space. I love to meet new people and am always down for a nice hang out, but I also make sure everyone has their own time, space and privacy as that is something I value as well. As for things I like to do, I'm a fan of fast cars, motorcycles and stretching that cardio on some great runs while some of my more sedate hobbies are writing stories and going stargazing.
I'm currently studying IR at ANU and am looking into moving off-campus into an already established sharehouse. I would prefer a smaller place, maybe only 1 or 2 other people if possible. I love to just chill out and read (I'm a giant bookworm and spend 90% of my time reading) or watch Netflix (aka I'm a huge homebody). I'm fairly quiet and not the most social person, so the chances of me ever having more than one person over at a time is slim to none, but I love a good chat and movie/trashy TV marathon. I'm very tidy and will always keep up my end of the cleaning deal. Pretty flexible with move-in dates and can do any time between the first of December to the 30th of Jan :)
Mahalia and myself are both shift workers. Mahalia is a nurse at The Canberra Hospital and I work in Maritime Radio. We love our dog and 2 cats to bits and ensure that they are suitably spoiled. We are a bit nerdy, with a love for video games, dungeons and dragons, and a good netflix binge. I used to be a chef, so a place with a sick kitchen and somewhere for my smoker is a must. We like our personal space, but also love a banter and a few bevvies in the sun.
Looking for something that’s suitable for a fun loving, clean, easygoing, down to earth gal. I work full-time and study part time therefore I’ll be out of your hair. I’m more than happy to help out and do my share 😁
