Are you looking for a clean, reliable and lively housemate?! Aren’t we all? I’ve lived in Sydney for a year now and have fallen in love with the Newtown area ❣️ I’m going into my second year at Sydney uni for Architecture and work part time as a personal care worker so you won’t see a lot of me during the week but when I am home I love to spend time with my housemates (watch Netflix, drink cheap wine and eat cheese and avocado). I’m very respectful of people’s space and also appreciate my me time. I’m looking for a relaxed, creative and supportive household with mutual respect and lots of love 💛
Simple, smiles alot, enjoys laughters and conversations, easy going, considerate, respectful, environmentally responsible, takes cooking and kitchen rules seriously. Does charity and not calculative by nature believing in a harmonious give and take culture, loves food, appreciates whiskey by the sips, not an alcoholic binge, plays tennis 2-3 times a week, chess throughout the week. I listen to conversations, indie tunes during my travel to work and love a cosy jazzy vibe over coffee on the weekends. I ask myself "What impact or how will I create value in society today?" I do not enforce my preference or culture on others. I speak openly, favour solutions over arguements, maintains a positive and healthy share relationship living environment. I respect a different opinion, being adaptive allows me to try new methods(influenced by MasterChefs), attempts to understand the view of the different standpoint. Small dinner parties from time to time (countable by fingers yearly)
I've been living by myself in Sydney for 4 years, and I'm ready to enjoy avocados once again and try the housemate scene. I am a full time musician, so I sing a lot but I am a quiet tenant. I don't smoke, I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. I enjoy sleeping and me time, and also enjoy the occasional drink or two. I'm the worlds fussiest eater so I won't eat your food. I'm looking to live with someone who isn't too noisy, doesn't smoke, and who won't eat my food. Ideally I'd like the main bedroom & ensuite (I have a lot of stuff) and I need a wardrobe and washing machine. I also need a secure car space in the vicinity of the building. My lease ends in March so I can be ready to move in just before Good Friday.
Hey there! :) My name's Sam, I'm 28, currently working full time in the city as a creative producer in publishing. I'm very easy going, creative and friendly. I love cooking, going to live gigs, latin dance, yoga, beaching with friends, BBQ's, brunching etc. I really value down time with good friends/music/books or indulging in a netflix binge! I normally lay low during the week, out and about on the weekends! As a housemate I'm very reliable, considerate + tidy, always up for a chat, movie nights, shared meals and the like! Holla if I sound like a good fit for your home! x
Hi my name is Rhyall, I am 21 years old. I am looking to share a house with some fun easy going people! (females only please). I love good wine, cheese platers and netflix nights so i will be down to have some chill nights like that arranged from time to time :) i am a social easy going person, i am neat and i love cooking! I currently work full time at the Downing Centre District Court for the NSW Sheriff's Office as a client service officer. I am also a full time university student, which i complete online so i am a fairly busy person, i have a decent and very steady income so bills wont be a to much of a worry! I do have quite a few pets, which i understand will not be ideal for most people. I have a very very calm and gentle Maltese x Shihzu named Sookie, her name is Sookie for a reason! as she is very shy and quiet. Sookie is 15 years old, so she is very old. She sleep most of the day, she is blind and partially deaf but she is extremely friendly, she does not bark and is fully trained! My next one is a minature dapple dachshund named Reuben, he is 3 years old. Reuben is extremely friendly and playful, he is very gentle but also very calm. Reuben does not bark and does not chew, the only time he will bark is if someone who he does not recognise approaches the house at night, which is great for security. Both dogs are very children friendly, they are gentle and associated with children a lot. Both of the dogs live outside, although i may bring them in from time to time if its too hot or too cold at night, but both of them are happy to just chill out in their beds. I am very anal about their cleanliness and health as i used to be a veterinary nurse. I also have two cats. One is named Moses, he is 3 years old and the youngest one is Zeblin who is about 2 years. Both cats are purely outdoor cats, they come in maybe twice a day for food but go back outside afterwards. Both cats have their own routine that they are used to, and are both trained. All of my pets have grown up together, they are all very gentle, children friendly and used to being around each other and other people. I know my pets aren't ideal for most people but i have worked hard on training my animals and making sure they are kept in the best condition. I am looking for house mates that are neat, tidy and considerate. I hope to live with people who like a bit of fun and who are social :)
Hello! Ryan and Sou here. We are an Australian-American couple that just moved down under this year! Sou (22, Aussie) is a master's student in speech pathology at the University of Sydney. She loves cats more than anything in this world. Ryan (27, American) is here on a working holiday, has previously worked in journalism and consultancy, and is an absolute sports junkie. While we are both quite serious about our work and studies, and tend to keep it quiet during the weekdays, we also recognize the need to unwind and have a good time. Big fans of Gin and Tonics, Netflix and traveling/exploring new places.
Hello! I'm looking for a private room in a sharehouse. I just moved to Sydney this month and ill be working as an Account Manager in an Ad agency. I'm originally from the U.S. but have been in Australia for the last year and a half. I'm really looking for a long-term place to call home. :) I'm very clean, respectful and easy going! Always down for a night out but also enjoy staying in and hanging out. I don't really know many people in Sydney so I'm looking for a house with not only housemates but friends. With that said, I like to keep quite busy so I probably won't be hanging around the house too much. I'm very much into health and fitness as I'm a yoga teacher on the side so it would be great if you enjoyed that as well. I love the beach, being outside and traveling. Feel free to ask me any questions! :)

Hey guys! Myself, my girlfriend Madeleine and our best friend Adam are all relocating from Brisbane for permanent full-time jobs. We are looking for 2 bedroom apartments in the lower north shore or inner east/south regions. Our preference would be a lease transfer for an entire 2 bedroom apartment however we are also keen to hear from anyone looking to team-up or with two spare bedrooms in these areas! Both myself and Adam work in banking and Madeleine is in economics consulting. We all love health & fitness, cooking, reading and great conversation. We are also respectful, super tidy and mature (this is certainly not our first time living out of home). We would make great flatmates / tenants and are very keen to hear from anyone interested as we are looking to move immediately.
I am a respectful and clean 24yo Australian male who's looking to stay in Sydney for work opportunities. Just came from a 6person shared house situation and looking forward to meeting up with someone who will suit living with little old me. I'd admit I was the 'clean and tidy' member of the house, but I'm also quite sociable and enjoy adventures in the city!
Fun, Socialable and banterous people. We are clean tidy and work full time. Looking for like minded people. Love saving up and going to large festivals with friends. Love family dinners and outings in the free time.
