I’m an exchange student from London. I’m in my penultimate year studying chemistry at the University of Sydney. In my spare time, I practice yoga and love to read. I enjoy being social and like to hang out on the weekends, but I also value my own time. Normally I like being quiet during the week so not looking for a party house. But I love good food and I’m always up for sharing a bottle of wine over dinner. I’m a clean and tidy person and I think it’s fair to say fairly low maintenance.
We are both 2 outgoing Canadian girls. We are friendly and super easy going to live with and respect our fatemates space and do our own cleaning. We both work in hospitality so our hours are long but not your typical 9-5. In our spare time we love going to the beach, adventuring around the city and going out for drinks. We are calm cool and collected but can also have a lot of fun. Like everyone one here, we love a good weekend in drinking beers or wine on the couch watching Netflix.
I'm a writer and freelance journalist with a background in literature and languages, currently working in copywriting and marketing. Music and writing are my two great passions. I'm single, love animals, like to get out as much as I can and have drinks with friends, but am just as comfortable being at home reading or chilling out with some good food and wine and having a chat. Love to have a laugh, share, and exercise as much as I can. I'm clean and respectful, and keen to have a good relationship with the right flatmate/s, even if we don't see each other much during the week. I also love gardening and am more than happy to help out around the house, fix stuff... that sort of thing!
I am a business owner with a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in business administration who works from home in the IT space. I am young at heart and enjoy going out with friends, keeping fit, skiing and karaoke. I am easy-going, open-minded, non-judgemental, reliable, clean and tidy, intelligent and respectful. I have a great sense of humour and love a good conversation. More than willing to share domestic duties. And since I work from home, I am prepared to make a bigger contribution to rent and utilities.
Hi! I'm a native Sydnean well sorta, I am back now working as a strategy and business consultant. I lived overseas in the EU for a couple of years, prior to that I studied politics and law in Australia at various universities and worked here for a while too. Ideally, I am looking for a house with like minded people who understand what its like to live in a place where everyone is busy with their own projects yet live as mates? hope that makes sense! Also a caveat, but I am allergic to cats! so its a deal breaker :(
I'm 27, initially from NZ and work in the Corporate Strategy and M&A team at Telstra. Have been in Sydney for 4 years. I enjoy socialising with friends on the weekend over a drink and meeting new people. I am also a tidy and respectful person to live with and have been in share house situations for 5 years. During the week, things are usually pretty chilled for me due to work commitments. On the weekends however, I enjoy relaxing and socialising with friends over a few drinks. Ideally I would like to be part of a sharehouse that is more than just a place to sleep, but a place to call home. Thanks, Mark
Hey there! I'm 25 and an all round clean and considerate guy to live with. I've lived in a share house for the past 3 years. I 'm a paramedic based at Marrickville and work 4 on 5 days off, while i'm working I'm pretty busy as the shifts are long. Days off are spent catching up for a drink or just chilling. I'm flexible on suburbs too. Feel free to message and ask anything else Ash
I'm Libby, I'm 25 and I'm currently studying post-grad psychology after having had a stint in marketing. I currently work 3 days at a psychology clinic. I really love to travel and try to get back to Europe once a year if I can, with a particular fondness for Scandinavia. I like to go to a gig or two occasionally but also have nights when I chill out at home with a glass of wine and Gilmore Girls. I'm pretty open-minded and respectful of others' privacy but ideally would love to be in a house which catches up occasionally for drinks or dinner.
Hello Future flatmate(s), Here is a little about myself: I am 21 years old, have been living in Sydney for most of my life, but I have done a lot of travelling. I am now studying art history and journalism at Sydney Uni, and work in fashion and home interiors. I also tutor English on the side, basically I’m reliable in terms of paying rent. I’m no stranger to the flatmate realm and understand the dynamics of living with other people, I am clean (very), respectful and a truly good cook. If any of this sounds suitable for your setup then please, set me up :)
Hello future roomie/flatmate ! I am a part time culinary student and a part time chef currently working in a greek restaurant. I am looking for a place to live near Hyde Park as i plan on working full time from the month of April as I would prefer to cut down on my travelling time. I am a super fun person who likes to drink beer occasionally and loves to travel. I am neat and clean with my belongings and prefer a relatively tidy place to live in. I also respect someone else's privacy.
Hey! To keep this simple, I'm a pretty ordinary and easygoing flatmate. I work full time at Single O coffee roasters. I usually keep to myself while home, but love spending time with people while cooking, just having a chat, or over a couple of bevs. I'm pretty quiet when home and am very respective of everyone's space, and I'm notoriously tidy! Whenever I'm not home or working, I love to check out nearby cafes, bars, shops or whatever else is around, and go bouldering (if anyone is into that??). I'm looking for something stable and long term, preferably a team-up. But am happy to join as a flatmate. Shoot me a message and we can have a chat! :)
Kind and respectful Argentinian student. I'm a dancer, actress and dance teacher. I like cooking and eating healthy food, going out with friends or alone if I can't find proper company. Really enjoy cultural outings. Don't have any problem with shearing my things. If you want, I can also help with Spanish lessons :)
Respectable, open-minded and quiet. Loves to have peace and quiet at home, but is always open for a chat, dinner or a few drinks. Will be starting a new job so will be out most of the day as well.
Having recently moved to Sydney for work, I am keen to find a sociable house share that will be a clean, comfortable and friendly base for me to explore the city. I love my sports, so keeping fit and healthy is important to me, but equally I enjoy my food and drink, and am really looking forward to sampling some of Sydney's restaurants and bars. Having stayed in a number of house-shares in my time, I am well housetrained, nonsmoking, clean and tidy, enjoy spending time with housemates, but equally respect the need for personal space, and having own social groups!
Hey! I'm in my mid twenties and am new to Sydney. I am looking for a 2 room apartment with ensuited bathroom. Let me know if you are keen on getting to know me and potentially teaming up. Or if you had an extra room you were looking to rent out for a year, i'd be keen on that too. I am a friendly, reliable, clean and easygoing person. I am pursuing a masters at USYD and possibly teaching part time, but would fancy good company to grab a drink with occasionally or a yummy brunch (which ever you prefer ...or both) I am respectful of personal space and am easily adjustable. Pop me a message if you’d like to have a chat and know a little more. xx **Please only message me if you are female and are looking to sign a lease for at least 1 year starting as soon as possible honestly!**
Hi there! I'm Hayasa, my parents are Japanese and I'm Australian born and raised. I teach at two high schools around the North Shore area, and I'll also be studying my Masters of Commerce part-time at USyd. Something important that I should mention in the beginning of my profile: I play the viola (it's like a larger violin, but not the one you sit down to play for). But- I can practice at work and I'll schedule my practice times while you're away, so hopefully you won't hear a peep. I love to bake (everyone must try my baked cheesecake!), tackle crosswords, and I'm slowly working my towards cultivating my green thumb (if you like fresh herbs and there's enough space, I can bring along my plants for us all to enjoy!). I'm also keen to start running one day, but that day hasn't arrived yet... Other essentials: I've lived with other people before. I'm also in a relationship but my boyfriend lives overseas so it'll only be with me that you'll be living with. I'm clean but I'm not a germaphobe. I shower at night. Sometimes I work on weekends so you might not see me, and other times I might be catching up on emails and doing boring admin stuff. I'm quiet but that doesn't mean I love a good banter and drinks if the occasion arises. I've been an avid cider drinker but I've slowly started to discover beer and I wouldn't mind exploring that more! I also don't smoke. I'm looking to live somewhere long-term, and having my own room. Ideally, I'm looking at a place near a train line (preferably T1 North Shore Line). I can move in at any time. Looking forward to hearing from you! Hayasa
My name is Lucas, I live in Sydney since 2 months and I would like to stay here for several month. I work in full time in construction. I am very clean and friendly, I like to share different cultures. I am passionate about travel, sports, cinema and I also like to cook french food or other. Before leaving for Australia, I finished my Master degree in Sports Management, and I decided to come here to improve my English and discover a new culture. Cheers
Hey everyone, Well, having lived in Sydney for more than 3 years, I know from experience that tidiness is one of the most important "commodities" that one can offer. I know a lot of people like to say that, but I really am tidy. I am about to finish my Business degree at UTS and then I plan on working full-time. I love sport and anything that involves outdoor activities. I do a lot of CrossFit in the CBD and rock climbing too!
