Hey Im Jules, Im a 30 YO Full time worker, I have a Full Time management job in the liquor industry (not bar work), as well as my own little Facebook/instagram book art business. I try mostly to only work Mon - Fri but in the liquor industry big weekends means im working (Xmas, Easter, New Years, Aus Day) along with having to work one weekend day a fortnight, My hours do change but the lastest I ever work is 10.30pm, Home by 11pm, but its very rare i work that late (Once every 2 months if that). In a share situation I would like a unfurnished room, my own bathroom, along with my own car parking (either covered or not, but just off the street). Not looking to move in with a large share house, prefer 1-2 housemates max, I have a lot of house hold items from 7 years of living alone but I also have somewhere to store what's not needed, Im extremely relible and trust worthy, I never miss payment, I'd treat your things like they are mine and expect you to do the same, I dont need a choir list to no what needs done, very tidy and clean, Im friendly and adaptable, But I do like rountine (Sun - Thurs), I like the idea of living together, but living solo, by this I mean, i'll get my own dinner, do my own washing, clean my own mess but on the odd few night that we are home at the same time, im happy for a joint dinner and a chat, The reason for moving out of my current situation is due to my housemate wanting to take the next step in his relationship and move in with his girlfriend, I can move out anytime but must be moved by September, looking for 6 or more months as everyone hate moving house right :) If my working hours suit your living arrangement then send me a email. :)
Honest hard working full time government employee that has newly moved to the GC in the last 18 months. Have very much kept to myself so far and have an extremely small circle of friends here so no visitors to pester anyone. Love a chat and a beer/wine after work some days and must say that I am a good cook and enjoy it. I don't smoke or do drugs. Have been spending my spare time (which hasn't been much lately as its been only 1 day a week off for the last 12 months) exploring my new surroundings - LOVE walking and bushwalking and finding somewhere nice to watch the world go by for an hour or two. On the weekends THATS where I will be. More than happy for a Netflix binge if in the right frame of mind. Can cook a mean bbq! I now have a good idea of when I will be leaving Palm Beach which is around the 27th July (give or take a week either side) So I will either find a rental myself and then try and find someone to share that or if you have something that would suit a mature person who is single and way not into parties or having a house full of people every day then please let me know. I would really prefer to only share with one other person and although its been many many years since my last share, I think sharing with a mature female might work best. 100% I need secure off street parking I'm afraid so please if that's not available for your property then I cant consider your room (sorry).
20 years old, I'm pretty quiet, don't drink or smoke, I study full time at Griffith University and work part-time I'm a pretty avid musician, and gigantic Doctor Who fan! I'm not too fussed whether the place is a long or short term stay, as long as the vibes are good! :)
Things about myself I like to think are true and at least one other person would back up: I'm friendly, easy going, a bit of a ham, definite dork and conscientious house sharer. I'm a teacher-turned-copywriter who loves the theatre, a good glass of wine and sleep-ins. Hoping to find a rad pad or cool dude to share with.

Kiwi couple, we've been here for 5weeks now. My partner works full-time and I'm trying to get work. We're both easy going, tidy and friendly. We like to have a beer every now and then. We're respectful and enjoy socializing in saying that we also like down time and our own space, especially weekdays because my partner needs to be up for work quite early. We enjoy going to the beach daily, and in time hopefully travel on weekends... We would like a room with ensuite, and pool or close to the beach. We would prefer a house with not too many people too. But in saying that just give me a buzz anyway. Thanks
❣Must allow a 7 yr old Jack Russell❣ 🐶 He comes as a package with me ! 😄 Ideally after a furnished: * Master/ensuite * Granny flat * Self contained studio Looking for some form of heaven and solace when I come home 😎🏖🌊🏄 * Beach or river front/back living * Air con 😂 * Pool/spa - The actual duration and specifics I'd be more than happy to discuss this over an Acai Bowl, fresh juice or chilled beer?! 🍻 Cheers & best wishes 😊
I'm from Brazil, recently graduated in biology, going to Australia to study english. I'm a calm and quiet person, i'm organised and clean. I don't drink or smoke, my addiction is sports, soccer, basketball, voleyball, anything. I love animals, i'm talkative, i like to tell and listen to stories, i love diversity, i don't care if you're black or white, asian, gay, rich or poor, or whatever, your character is what matters to me. I like to stay at home, but also to go out with friends once in a while. I'm looking for a place where respect is mutual and coexistence is good :)
Hi :) I'm respectful of all housemates, I'm quiet and easy to get along with! I have 2 friendly doggies as well that enjoy a cuddle and will greet you with a smile :) I'm studying nursing at uni and when I'm not a uni I enjoy the beach, seeing friends and studying.
Easygoing, honest, friendly, happy, pleasant, reliable, genuine, considerate and more I have an 18 year old house trained cat who enjoys outside and comes in at night. Will stay in my room.
Hey Guys :-) Easy going mid 30s guy here (although I don't look it or feel it) I work two jobs in hospitality and I have a fairly quiet easy going lifestyle. When I'm busy I'm very rarely around (probably a quick hello and sleep and back at work) When I'm not busy I like to Netflix and chill with a good glass of wine. I am looking to stick to the around $220 mark nothing really higher so please dont contact me if your rent is higher than $220 per week I am also a keen traveler and sometimes go away weekends. I also work for a pop convention so i travel interstate a bit. I'm friendly, easy going and would like to share a house with someone of a similar nature! Needing somewhere asap!
Hi, I'm a french student who will study at Griffith University for an academic semester. I'm looking for a place to spend my first weeks in Gold Coast available on the 11th of July. I'm 22, tidy and easy going. I live on my own since i'm 18 and i have roomates for 2 years and a half. Contact me :) Pierre-Olivier
I’m a mature age student transferring to Griffiths University. Ideally I’d like to live at Main Beach or Labrador, but Surfers or central Southport would be ok for the right place. I don’t mind if my flatmates are male or female, but don’t wish to share with a couple. I’m VERY clean. Would like to move in on 3/7/17 but a week or so earlier/later is ok for right place. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
My partner Zane and I are halfway through our first year at Endeavour College of Natural Health. We are friendly, creative, love socialising but also enjoy quiet chill times. Both of us have lived in shared houses before. Love healthy cooking, yoga, and music. We would love to share space with some lovely folk! Send us a message. Kora & Zane xx
This is Ash, I work full time on the Gold Coast & I have lived most of the time in Brisbane, travel is getting bit too much & I am thinking of moving close to work. I do not smoke or drink and very easy to get along. I like to keep everything neat & clean around me. I would go for 3-6 months arrangements & see how it all goes. Budget could vary from $150-250 however I'm not looking for a crowded place. My ideal place could be 2-3 people max including me. I have lived most of my time in overseas Malaysia | Singapore | Thailand | hence has lots of friends all over the world, I am always engaged and up to date with my family and friends. I love travelling, outdoor activities, cricket & photography are BIG things in my world. I hope the above information would be helpful. Thank you! Cheers xxx
I am a fairly laid back person, quieter type, not a party person but don't mind a chat too. I am considerate of other's privacy and personal space and belongings and hope for the same in return. I am a non-smoker and would prefer living in a place with like-minded people. Currently I live and work in Brisbane but relocating to the Gold Coast for a full-time position. I don't have any pets but certainly love having animals around the home, especially dogs and birds.
Hi I'm Eve! Im Kenyan, moving to Australia to start uni. I'm a pretty laid back person, love animals, and do enjoy meeting new people. Basically just looking forward to the new experience and hope to find some good housemates! If you've got any further questions feel free to get in touch. :)
