I'm looking to share a house, apartment with one or two other females or my own granny flat. I'd prefer something close to public transport and shops. I'm an animal lover so a small quiet dog or a cat would be ok. I also have a fully automatic coffee machine so coffee lovers, no need to go to a cafe for a good coffee. PLEASE READ THE AREAS I'M LOOKING TO RENT IN before contacting me, if you're not in an area listed please don't waste your time contacting me
I have elected part time because I work casually at a few jobs. Im also an online coach so i do that from home or a cafe dependent upon whether I feel like sitting in my pjs all day. Im super organised and very clean and tidy. I don't mind lending the odd helping hand either. I also have a green thumb so i have a few veggies and fruits coming with me. I do a fair amount of meditation so a quiet household is preferred. This isn't to say i do drugs wear hemp or grow excessive body hair either. Just rather Im quiet and relaxed. But should you get me going on good topic I do love a chat and a laugh.
Moving from Newcastle (NSW) to Perth for work. I will be Commuting to Mandurah so would love to be close to public transport. I also have no furniture, so a furnished place would be great. -Easy to get along with -Clean and tidy
Hi There, My name is Arjuna & I'm moving in to Perth from Sri Lanka with my company - Sana Commerce. I'm a Sales Manager at Sana Commerce, an e-commerce company from The Netherlands. I will be working all weekdays & doing some travelling inside & outside Australia. We are opening up a office at Forrest Center & I'm looking for an accommodation on sharing basis for at least 3 months closer to the office. I would love to get in touch with you to discuss more & see if I could fit in at your apartment. I will be travelling to Perth on the 1st of March. I'm always there with a smile & would call my-self quite extrovert (Happy to team up for a drink, night out or a music session). I'm a backpacker my-self & have done quite some travelling in East Asia and Europe. Thank you &feel free to get in touch with me Best AJ
Hey! I'm Desiree and I will be moving to Perth this coming Feb. I'm an international postgraduate student at UWA, so will preferably be looking for accomodation near the university or close to the city. Overall, I'm clean and tidy, quiet, respectful, rather easygoing, and also have experience living in a sharehouse before. As I'll be juggling both studies and work placements, I don't foresee having much free time, but on the rare occasion that I do, I'll be more than happy to hang out! Ensuite / own bathroom preferred but not a must.
I'm looking for a furnished room for sublet, for 1-4 weeks. I'm in Perth for an short research internship, but I'm originally from Sydney. A bit more info about me- I'm a 25 year old recent linguistics/indigenous studies graduate, in sydney I work teaching ESL at a college in the CBD a few days a week. I'm into politics (huge leftie), languages, cooking (keen for a gas stove if possible), documentaries, radio national (basically an old man). I like the outdoors- mostly that means going to the beach and sitting in dog parks, but I occasionally get adventurous and go camping/hiking. In terms of running a house, I'm into everyone taking responsibility for their stuff- cleaning up after yourself, and being generally respectful of others and their needs. Ill be working full time while I'm in Perth and I don't know many people there so if you have great tips for things to do or are keen to be an enthusiastic guide that would be delightful, but I'm also capable and independent enough to find my own way if that's not your jam. If I sound like the kind of person you might like to have stay with let me know :) if you have any other questions I'm happy to answer them!
My name is Danielle, in 28 from the Netherlands. Moving to WA for a year this April and looking for a nice place to stay. I don't make a lot of noise and like keep things clean! Would love to live with other travellers or working people. I need a place close to bus/trainstation because i don't own a car. Hoping to find a nice job and staying in/around Perth for about 9 months.
Engineering graduate from UWA and still both working and studying part time. Neither a smoker nor a party animal. Consider my self as a tidy person, easy enough to get along, up for good conversation. Hobby including anything related to soccer, running, reading, and doing something good! Currently, I can only allocate $160 budget per week including bills and internet. Prefer not to live with more than 5 people (including myself), and not with couples. I also need a spot to park my car.
I'm a Brazilian engineer living in Perth for 6 months. I've just arrived in Perth and I've been exploring this wonderful city. I like music, beer, BBQ and make friends. I'm 30.
I'm a very outgoing young female, who loves to have a chat, but I also like to chill out in my own space a lot of the time. I look after special needs kids and dancing is a hobby which takes up quite a bit of my time. I always pay my bills on time, and love to cook and bake for my roommates every now and then.
I'm an easy going guy from Brazil. I am studying english during the week and working on weekends. I am m looking for a quiet place that I have access to public transport to get a school and work. in my free time I like to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful beaches.
I have just started studying graphic design at North Metro Tafe and I work at a game arcade in Westfield Carousel whenever I can. I’m very clean, very low maintenace and reliable.
I am a British professional, working full time in Real Estate in Northbridge, looking for a place to call home for now. I am very sociable but also enjoy my own space. I enjoy keeping fit and eating healthily where possible but far from a fitness freak. I am ambitious but enjoy a work, life balance. I am looking for a place I can relax in the evening after a long day in the office. Not looking for a party house but would like to have friends over on occasion for a few drinks and a catch up.
My name is Stephen, I'm a FIFO worker, week on week off. Moving over from the East coast. I like to keep things pretty clean and tidy. Lived in, but not messy. I keep to myself mostly, so when I am home you probably wont notice I'm there. I'm not a big socializer, however if there's some good times to be had, I'm in. I like footy, soccer etc. Typical bloke stuff.
