I'm about to start studying Medicine at Monash Uni and would be looking also for some part time work. I would need some study time but also love to just chill out and watch some Netflix. I also love the beach, dancing and hanging out. I would love to get to know some new people, but also need my own space and would respect other people's privacy.
I am a very outgoing person who likes to socialise but at times also keep to myself. Easy going and happy if you love good convo too. I do a lot of sports and I am happy to introduce you to some of my hobbies like road cycling, mountain biking, weight lifting. I am not really a party guy any more but I do like to go out once in 2 months. I love healthy food so I cook almost every day (even for others if they chip in). BTW I am working as a Sales rep. and studying a Bachelors degree in Mechatronics. Currently I am living in Sydney but I will be moving to down to Melbourne on the 31st of Jan. I am serious about the enquiry cause I will need a room asap. Pls send me a msg if you have some questions or if you want to chat on the phone to get to know me better. Cheers Nelli
Hi, I'm an easy going very chill clean person. I do have an Aussie Bulldog who is way too spoilt. 😊. I work full time and in my free time I love to spend time with family and friends. I do enjoy company but also my time alone. I am looking for someone who is happy to do things and possibly become more friends than just flatmates. I enjoy the occasional drink and never smoke inside (slowly giving up). I have found a house 4 bed 2 bath 2 car modern home to move to in banyo in March and lojoking for flatmates 😊
Hey future housemates, I'm Alex and I'm looking for my next home as my lease is up in my current sharehouse in mid Feb. I've been in a couple of sharehouses now and am looking for a place for at least 6 months, preferably a year, while I finish up the last year of my Business/Law degree. I'd like to live in a house rather than an apartment and I like to have a backyard or deck - need somewhere to chill out in the fresh air and put all my plants that live in my homemade pots. I like to keep it fairly quiet during the week with my work, study and sport. I play a bit of netball, touch footy and like to swim. Would be a plus if I found a housemate who would like to join me at the gym. On the weekends, I'll usually be out and about with friends and like to unwind with few drinks. I'm really looking for housemates I can be friends with - I enjoy chatting over tea, watching Netflix or playing some house board games. I also come with a little cat called Clive who my previous housemates have all loved and accepted as our extra housemate. I'll need a room that can fit a double bed, desk and wardrobe at least (off street parking would also be great but not essential). I've always enjoyed living in sharehouses with 3 or more people. If you've got a room that sounds like would be a good fit or if you're interested in teaming up to start a new place, I can't wait to hear from you.
Hello future flatmate!! My name is Nick and I am looking for a place to move into around Caulfield-Springvale areas. I'm a farm kid so someone who has pets is not an issue for me (I don't have one personally). I'm very laid back but always keen to pitch in with the cooking and cleaning. But also enjoy eating out, going out and experiencing new and exciting activities. I fly for a job, reaching people to fly at Tyabb. I also enjoy Camping and being outdoors. The accommodation I'm looking for is a house with 1-2 other housemates. Looking for good, relaxed vibes while having respect for one another's privacy and study/work commitments. If you think I could fill the spot that you have, feel free to message me or send me a text! :)
Hey, My name is Caro and I just moved from Sydney to Melbourne to start studying here. I'm looking for a place with nice flatmates that is not too expensive. I am interested in sports and movies and love to hang out with friends. Also I'm pretty much open for everything. Just let me know if you think you might have a place I might be interested in. Cheers; Caro
Hey! I‘m a 23 year old student from Germany looking for a room in Melbourne East for my year abroad at Monash. I’ve been living in shared flats since I was an undergrad student and I would like to proceed this tradition abroad 😉 I am also looking forward meeting new people to make the most of my time in Australia. I would describe myself as a laidback and reliable person. I like memes, doing sports, video games and netflix, and going out. So, I guess what everybody likes to 😉. As a roommate, I mainly qualify by cooking not only fairly passable, but also regularly too much for myself. I’m also clean and tidy and respect others private space. I will be moving to Melbourne on 10th February, so unfortunately, I can’t come to inspect the flat/house before, but it would be great to get to know each other via skype. Cheers, Leon
I am a friendly, down-to-earth, easy-going and a tidy housemate. I'm studying at Monash university and working part time. I am a bit flexible with move in dates too. I am also open for teaming up with other students and people to look or move into a new house.
I am Kristin, 24 years old, from Germany and coming as a grad exchange student in psychology to Monash University. I am a friendly, tidy, open-minded and uncomplicated person. I lived in shared flats not only in Germany but also for one year in India and for another ten months in Argentina. I like it to spend time with my flatmates and cook together or go out for a beer but also sometimes just spending time by my own. I love to sing and play the guitar, hike, read books and I am addicted to good (vegetarian) food and coffee. I am keen to learn new things and I try to play an active part in society for example in the feminist or the climate justice movement. Besides I like travelling and getting to know new places and people - hence I would love to get to know you too!
We're two international students from Vietnam in need of off-campus accommodation, as we'll start our courses at Monash University from March 2018. We're not a pain in the ass. We don't bump loud music at night, so your sleeping schedule will not be disturbed. We don't steal food in the fridge. We don't litter. We're very negotiable when it comes to chores. Overall, we're reasonable people (or at least we think so). Living with international students could be a refreshing experience too. Don't worry about the cartoon picture, we just don't have a picture we can upload at the moment, so that'll be used temporarily.
I'm from Singapore and currently doing a law degree, first-year. I'm very easy-going and tidy. I do ultimate frisbee and visit the gym often. I also enjoy playing games and reading novels. I prefer to live with Singaporean/Malaysians in order to enjoy occasional games of mahjong and steamboat. OR law/arts students, so we can form study groups. Looking for a place to stay till July/Nov, and if I like staying with you, till the end of my course.
I am studying a Master degree in Monash University. I get along with both chatty and quiet roommates very well. I always clean after myself so the room and the common area will always be clean and comfortable to use ;)
I am an easy going, fun and bubbly Indian girl! Loves to socialize and have some good conversations. Kindergarten teacher by profession back in India. Ready to hang out, have a drink, binge watch Netflix or up for some adventure. Will be studying Masters of Teaching at Monash Clayton this coming February. Going to be a Newbie in Melbourne, so looking for Room mates/ room mate who would love to explore Melbourne and go on spontaneous trips with me. Big foodie, love to cook occasionally. A dog lover as i will be leaving my dog behind in India, i don't mind someone with a dog, would make me feel better. I promise to not let you have a dull day. Feel free to message! Much Love :) PS: Moving date could change due to my anticipated arrival.
Hi, I'm Aditya, from Mangalore, India. I have just completed my Bachelors in civil Engineering and I have taken up a masters program at Monash university. I would be moving to Melbourne by February 2018. I'm looking forward for a shared accommodation with an understanding and a friendly housemate.
I'm joining Monash as a Chemistry PhD student. A lil something about me, I'm from San Diego, California and I really need a place to stay. I do not smoke or have pets, and I will most likely be spending most of my time at school so I won't bother you much. I enjoy playing football, surfing, and drinking socially. I have been living alone for 5 years, so I'm pretty used to not having a parent around. I like tidiness and cleanliness, and I'm pretty chill with everything.
Hello! My name is Georgia and I am a 18 yo uni student. I tend to keep to myself, but can be fun and social! I spend a lot of my time studying during the uni semester, and the rest watching movies, being active, having a few drinks and what not. I am a very respectful and clean person, so you won't have to worry about any mess etc. Typically looking for no more than 3 housemates (negotiable). The max budget of $210 includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, internet etc.), and I am not looking to share a room with others... So I kindly ask that you don't message me if this is the case. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm Chanelle, I'm 26 and studying a master of nursing. From late February I'll be going to uni in Clayton two days a week, have placement at the Alfred three days a week, and will be working 3-4 shifts per week. I'm very neat, respectful of other people's space and belongings, I really like to cook, and I enjoy a glass of wine here and there. I'm social but too busy to party all the time so I'm looking for a room in an established share house with likeminded, friendly people :)
I'm a Theater student at Monash University and work back stage on shows. I'm quiet, clean and organised. I like a good conversation with a cup of tea, cooking and reading.
