Hey guys, looking for team ups to get a magnificent place! I'm Kimberley, 21 this year and I'm a 3rd year student at Monash University. I'm doing a Bachelor of Computer Science and I am currently working as a pool lifeguard with Active Monash. A little bit about myself: I'm easy-going, respectful, and fun to be around with (or so I'm told) haha! I love cooking, baking, travelling, hiking and rock climbing. I am pretty neat and looking forward to making a bunch of new friends to conjoin mutual interests or find new commons interests :)
I'm easy going, energetic, and approachable. Incredibly clean and respectful. Love socialising, whisky, and going out to comedy/art/music festivals. In my spare time I do a lot of sport, gym and photography great at making cocktails too ;)
I am a bubbly, fun loving person. I work full-time and am looking for some awesome people to share with. Its time for me to move out of my parents home. I like to socialise, go out and kick back.
Im a fulltime student studying Visual Arts to get a career either teaching art at a secondary schools and/or mental health art therapy. Although I am unemployed, I always pay my way constantly on time ( usually ;P ) BUT I am looking for part time/ casual cash work otherwise Im on centrelink payments. Im easy going, laid back, alternative and very tidy/clean person with an unfiltered, quirky, blunt and honest personality. I am often up most night's with insomnia but have mastered being as quiet as possible. I am very aware and respectful of the people around me. Also I can help out with errands/ cooking/ cleaning when/if required for a small discount on rent/bills. I mention this optional arrangement to potential housemates because it has worked incredibly well and smoothly for both myself and a few previous housemates. Feel free to msg back with any question s you might have :) BEFORE MESSAGING WITH ROOM OFFERS PLEASE NOTE: Any offers for rooms that are over $160 p/w NOT Including utilities won't be a priority and when possible please make initial contact via this site, email or SMS. Cold callers seem to get me when I'm not able to talk in detail or in the middle of something but don't want to be rude and cut the first contact/ conversation short. It also catches me off guard which makes me feel unprepared/ unorganized and nervous :P
My name is Jacob, I'm a 17 year old from Melbourne, I usually keep to myself and am very clean. Although I am young I am quite mature- I have lived alone for 3 months in the past before resigning from my old job. If I see something dirty around the house I'll usually clean it. I am currently unemployed however that may change very soon. In my spare time I am a transport enthusiast and will take photos of transport when possible (If you need an event photographer let me know- I may be able to assist)
Hi. I'm looking for a place to rent preferrably a studio apartment, granny flat or a master bedroom. I like to be self-contained and enjoy my alone time. I'm a Monash Uni student and would prefer a place that has easy transport to Uni and females only.
Hey peeps, a little about us: We are both super busy with work and by the end of the week happy to spend quality time together, but if there is a party, we won't ever say no. We are super social, not party animals but not introverted either. I am good at cooking exotic stuff and at baking, and being easy. Josh knows everything about sports and history and makes everyone laugh super hard. We both work in sales, love going to movies and we are foodies :) Josh is Aussie but I am German, and just paid for my student visa for the next two years, which is why we lack any kind of bond but we are more than happy to pay double rent every week to make up for bond and I am also offering my Passport as security. If anyone out there is willing to help, we would really be grateful and will be probably the most funny and awesome housemates you will ever come across. Cheers Amely and Josh
I'm easy going very friendly and clean! I respect other people's privacy. I can help with anything you need around the house, squeaking door or broken TV maybe? I'm an engineer recently moved to Australia, looking forward to make new friends.
Hi mates, We're a couple who's looking for a flat-share or house-share. A bit about me, I have been living one year in Queensland and now I'm a student in Greenwich English College until January 2018 and then at Monash university for 5 years (Clayton Campus). I am also doing a lot of sports and dance. My boyfriend, 25, Jason, is just arriving in Melbourne to work first and then to study Logistics. We're working most of the time, easy going, clean, friendly and quite even though we enjoy having a drink on the weekends. We're looking for a private double room for at least 9 months lease - fully furnished will be a must. Let us know if you'd like more information about us! Cheers :-)
Hey there! My name is Sophie, I'm 28 and moved here to Melbourne in February from NZ. I am a graphic designer currently in the process of job hunting for nice and tidy place! I have savings to pay for rent etc until I get a job. Happy to pay rent in advance with bond. Rent and bills have always been a priority to me, they come first before anything and I have never missed a rent payment or bill in my life. I enjoy exploring the city, a drink or two and eating! I also enjoy quiet nights in and relaxing. Love music, finding rooftop bars and I love to cook too (amazing kitchens are a seller for me!) but I still appreciate Uber Eats! I'm really easy to get along with, very tidy and always clean up after myself - one of those clean as you go people! I want to live in a home where everyone takes pride in how the place looks. I am available to move in as soon as possible and happy to discuss length of stay. I am a very happy person and looking forward to making new friends along the way! I promise you won't regret living with me!

I am from India, I will be studying Master of Management (Project Management) in La Trobe University City Campus. I am extrovert and open-minded.I am a non-smoker and non-drinker ( not even occasional), I don't mind smoking or drinking around me unless I'm insisted, so please take a note of it. Also I'm quite possessive to my religious aspects (like eating halaal food and offering prayers also avoidin eating pork and others) but not extreme. I respect privacy and never do something that will embarrass or disappoint my fellow roommates. Apart from this I like to go out, play games (indoor or outdoor), gym, cooking, reading, swimming, helping the fellow roommates the best from my side, being clean and hygienic, taking care of myself and little OCD to few things :P. I don't mind sharing room with people from any background. If you are from India or Muslim, I would love to be with you. So either way I will be fine. If you have pets like cats or dogs, that will also not be a problem ( I'm a cat-lover :P but wouldn't mind a dog. ) Also, If there is any accommodation like Paying Guest (PG) or Homestays in the city or suburbs I will also consider that. :) P.S : Once again, I am great to live with.
I am sociable, friendly and easy going. I value cleanliness and respect privacy. I am a nurse by profession. I will be relocating from Alice Springs around the first week of April. I enjoy watching movies, tv shows, reading books and playing computer games.
Hi ! We are two French students who are coming to Australia for a 5-month internship in Clayton. We are 21 and are both studying chemistry in an engineering school. We are looking for a double room from the beginning of April to the end of August 2017. Our ideal location is between Melbourne and Clayton, near a railway station (Pakenham line). We are responsible, clean and easy going. We don't smoke. We are very interested in meeting new people and live a unique experience during these 5 months in Australia. Elodie & Vincent :)
Hi, I'm Marla, I'm a science student and a trans woman. I love to cook (and I'm not too bad at it) and I think good communication is the best thing in a house. Whether housemates are social or private, neat or messy, making sure we can communicate clearly and openly about the house means things can always be settled and run smoothly without any bitterness, stress or inconvenience. When I'm not studying, I like women's sports, card games and watching shows with friends.
In desperate need of a third housemate to join my group to create a new share house. Looking for someone willing to move within the next two weeks with the latest date being 10th April. Willing to consider all possibilities but preference for someone of similar age to myself and reasonably clean and easygoing. I am currently studying part time and teaming up with someone studying full time so not looking for a party house. We are currently looking for a place in all the areas listed on my profile, particularly within distance of a station on the Cranbourne/Pakenham line Please feel free to message me if you are interested either on here or via text using the number in my listing

We are quiet laid back people. Just relocated from Queensland and need somewhere until we find the perfect house for our little family ( two dogs and two cats) lol. I am currently unemployed as we only have one vehicle at this point in time. I would like to find somewhere within walking distance of amenities so I feel I can be a reliable employee! I'm a chef by trade. My husband is currently working full-time.
Hey, I'm Sven from Bavaria, Germany, and I’ve been offered the opportunity to work on a research project at Monash University School of Chemistry, Campus Clayton. My stay will be from 1. Mai to 4. September. I would describe myself as an open-minded, enthusiastic, joyful and active student. When I’m not at university, I spend my free time on working in associations, supporting refugees in German cultural integration or organizing events for Christian Union at university. Moreover, I like to do sports particularly with friends, e.g. table tennis, swimming, squash or hiking. It would be fantastic to share a flat with some locals since I love to learn more about Australian culture and having a good time during cooking, sports or discussions. I could also provide you with some German-Bavarian Culture and dishes ;). A personal highlight and aim of my stay is to get involved in Aussie Rules culture, so If you could teach me rules or even go out and train together, it would be awesome :) . Concerning some organizational details, I’ve considered living in a reachable periphery to the School of Chemistry and paying around ~190 AUD/week (negotiable). I’m looking forward to hearing from you and I could also provide more information or we arrange an interview on skype, if you like. Best regards and greetings from Germany Sven

Hello !! I'm Eveline, recently graduated from Monash, currently working full time. I'm super easy-going, a non-smoker, clean, reliable and respectful, looking a roommate that's the same and someone I can get along with :) Look forward to hearing from you !
I am a female in my thirties I am currently in the process of moving myself back up to Melbourne from Philip Island. I had recently taken a little time out of work leaving my job down the Island to study full time (online) giving me the freedom to be able to relocate myself back up in Melbourne which is where I truly want to be (I’m a Melbourne girl born and bred.) I have just started back working full time with a new job as a Customer Service Advisor for City Holdings in Mulgrave so I am now looking to find a place to live somewhere around that area. My previous work history has been in finance administration, banking and customer service so I am looking forward to something a little bit different heading in a new direction with lots of opportunity to learn new things. I am also still completing my online study for my Dip.in Business Administration, just reducing the work load now I’m back working full time. I am pretty laid back easy going person, extremely respectful of other people. I like meeting new people and learning about them and their experiences in life. I like to spend my spare time watching movies and catching up with family/friends and heading out for the occasional night on the town hitting the hit the dance floor with my besties. I am a Melbourne girl through and through I have been lucky enough to meet some amazing friends here who have now become my family. I count myself very lucky to be able to live in the greatest city in Australia maybe even the world. :)
I'm an easy going fun male with a gorgeous little dog, enjoy chilled nights at home and head out with friends on occasion for drinks/dinner/footy. Have a foxtel account and my own furniture and appliances if needed. I also have a turtle tank. I work full time and always pay rent/bills on time. I have an investment property so I know the importance of cleanliness and rent being on time.
Down to earth people, love to cook (VEGAN), outdoors, reading, boardgames, social interaction with like minded people, respectful towards others ideologies. Looking for a very respectful and fair household living with grownups :) Not really into party or alcohol. Please message me with any other questions as we are looking to move in asap :) Both have jobs with 30+ hours a week. Very reliable with cleanliness, bills etc. Honestly think we would be a lovely couple to live with. :) <3
Hi! My names Terri, I'm 19 and a full time student. (Philosophy major) I'm also a freelance artist and designer. I'm clean, respectable, very breezy and easy going. I'm happy to have a chat and be friendly with anyone or just wind down after work. I also have a dog; his name is Dobby and he's a Jack Russell. He's a bundle of fun and raised to be a very good boy! Besides his taste for my socks and habit of napping where people want to sit. He also gets along with other dogs and cats. I'm also a light smoker (only at night) but am more than happy to smoke outside.
I'm Anna, I'll be 18 at the time of moving. I'm a full time Bachelor of Global Studies student at Monash Clayton, I'm very easy going, neat, quiet but super happy to socialise with everyone :) I don't smoke or have any pets, but am very open to a place with pets! Always up for a drink and a chat!
Hi, I'm a student of Monash uni, I'm looking for a room near the school. I prefer to live in the room for 6 month or longer. I'm Chinese, I'm very easy-going, I'm also good at cooking delicious Chinese food, if you have 1 or 2 rooms near the school, please call me: thank you.
Generally easy going, fairly clean and low key, not noisy and respectful of others' personal space. At the same time open to socialising and being part of a group
Hello, we are migrating to Melbourne and planning to be there in mid May. Keen to meet new people & make friends with them. We do love cooking. Friendly, respectful of everyones background and livelihood. No children & non-smoker too.
hello, my names Lilly and i am 23 years old almost 24, i do not work or get centrelink benifits but do get a source of income which i will gladly tell to whoever would be interested in me living with them. Also it would be me and my mum who are trying to find a place, she is 50 (although she doesnt look it! ) lol. she gets centelink benifits and also works casual as a pca. we do have a small dog who should be okay with other dogs...and is fine with people,he will just bark and thats it for a day or two lol. and also i do have some cats... so would definitely need somewhere pet friendly. if i was allowed to have the animals, i would provide a aviary shed or a big chicken coup for the cats so they wouldnt have to be inside, if that helps.. me and my mum are pretty outgoing and get along with just about anyone...especially my mum. id like to think we are respectable and are clean highgenic people so you would not have to worry about us keeping your place a mess! i do actually love to cook/bake.. so that could always be a plus to me living with you? :P we are looking for something permanent/long term..or atleast a year. we wouldnt mind sharing a bedroom if we had to,if you did only have 1 bedroom available but would prefer are own rooms.
I'm looking for stable accommodation Preferably long term. ** ABOUT MYSELF ** Im currently unemployed, on government payments BUT I'm very reliable when it comes to paying rent etc I'm very quiet and like to keep to myself BUT I'm also very friendly and very respectable I need a place to move into just for myself but I have a daughter who from time to time would have to stay over one night I also might not always stay in I do spend some time out over night eles where , hopfully that's no bother and not a bother for me to go in and out (not always) and not being loud etc. - Ideally I'd love a room with an attached bathroom - A room with a lock on door would be great. - in furnished or semi unfinished would be ideal but I mean if it was furnished wouldn't bother me I'm looking for a drug free environment With genuine people A place to call a home , I pay my rent I live my life you live yours and not get to involved in each others I find that's where things tend to not work out to good but by saying that I'm not a rude person and won't be completely isolated in my room :) I've also got social anxiety which plays a big part in keeping to myself. I am a smoker but I don't smoke inside but wouldn't mind weather it is permitted smoking inside or not I'm very easy going and I'm genuine. I hope you consider me :)
Im a qualified landscaper and from melbourne. Im very social and quite easy to live with but like anyone i keep to myself at times. i love meeting new people and always make an effort to get along with everyone. I dont really like conflict and i believe compromising is the ticket to sharehouse success. I like to help anyone when i can so asking me for a favour is more than ok. I like to keep things neat and tidy but im no clean freak mopping floors every 30min. I like to keep busy so handyman jobs are my go to at home, especially outside. I enjoy socialising, travelling, camping, skiing, anything sport related, keeping fit, hitting the local for a few drinks. I do have a 3y/o german shephard whos very friendly and well trained, but have alternative solutions for her.
Hi there. I'm an international student (Indonesian) about to start studying in Melbourne this coming July. I just finished my bachelor in Singapore and I'm great to live with because people told me I'm quite an organized person. I enjoy listening and talking to people while at the same time also enjoy my private time. I like to read novels as past time, but I very much enjoy traveling especially to nature sites. Preferably close to Monash Uni (either Clayton or Caulfield is fine)
