I'm a Brazilian musician/music teacher who just moved to Melbourne to take a course in Steiner Education. I love music and arts in general. Also happy to share meals and have some booze once in a while, but I need peace and privacy to keep my mind (and heart) focused on my career projects. I've been gigging with a few bands, volunteering in some cafes and restaurants to help people and gain experience in hospitality aiming at getting a job as soon as possible, but DON'T WORRY about the RENT as I have saved some money. I'm clean, tidy, reliable, and respectful! I'm looking for a place to call home and a family within!!! Shall we give it bash?
Hey! I will be moving from Toronto, Canada in September to Melbourne. I am looking for a place to stay! I will be working full-time in the CBD. I am looking for a place which will be within 20 minute walking distance. I like to have pretty chill week but don't mind having a few drinks and going out on weekends. I'm hoping to pay around 230 PW bills included but that is not a strict budget. I have a 6 month contract so hoping to get a place for that long or even longer! Let me know if you gave anything available, looking forward to hearing from you! Kelly
My sister and I are both students receiving regular payments from Centrelink. Im currently in the middle of moving to Melbourne for study & work opportunities as a model. I am available to move in asap with my older sister. We are both quiet natured, clean and easy to live with!
I am really easy going, super tidy and I am looking for somewhere I can call home rather than somewhere I'm renting. I love to meet new people and I am very approachable. I have an active healthy lifestyle and try and eat well ...... just dont put biscuits near me or thats it! Im the type of girl who'l put the kettle on when your having a bad day and listen to it all :) I like all kinds of music ...just not that heavy metal ish... and love a good car karaoke (think more smelly cat than mariah carey). I love exploring new places and enjoy a good road trip, I am looking at living with single gals ideally :) I will be looking to move to Melbs 4th august onwards from Brisbane, I have a full time job in the city as a consultant :) Please note- Only interested in living with females Not interested in sharing with a couple Not interested in sharing a room Not interested in student housing Thank you :)
My name is Natalia and I am a Child Psychologist, on a working holiday from Chile, with a friendly and positive disposition. I am currently working as a full time Nanny. I have a passion for keeping myself healthy, doing yoga, dancing, exploring new things, drinking wine, and most importantly keeping great company!
Stef and I are a clean, quiet and respectful couple who have stayed in sharehouses and apartments before. We have just moved here from Newcastle and are both full-time students, who work as well. We enjoy a coffee or five and brunch at cute cafes :)
Hi! We're a couple who are new to Melbourne. We're hoping to find a room to share for 2-3 months while we get settled. I'm studying winemaking while also working in wine retail. Oliver is studying software engineering and is a bartender at a music venue. We've both lived in share houses for 9-10 years so we're very well house-trained. We're clean, tidy and never have any trouble paying bills on time. We're equally happy to hang out with housemates or do our own thing. We're not party animals - we're much more into enjoying good food and wine than getting rowdy. I have a lot of diverse interests - cooking, sport (especially cricket), cinema (especially foreign and independent films), music, camping and hiking, history, learning new languages, etc. I'm a bit of a trivia buff and will never say no to a pub trivia night. I'm also very open to meeting new people and trying new things. Oliver's into sports (particularly cricket and AFL), fitness, music, web dev and puppies.
Looking for potential housemates to team up with to create a new home! Or to move into an established home! My current lease is up on Nov 20 2017, so ideally would like to have somewhere leased 3 or so weeks before then! I'm working full time in Fashion, I am super duper clean, and a total introvert! Prefer apartments, based on being more secure. Currently living in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in South Bank, with a close friend, he is moving away which is why I'm looking for a new place, my current apartment is super pricey, so hoping this move can help me save some money/downsize. My priorities for a new home: 1. Proximity to public transport (ideally a train line) 2. Proximity to a major super market (Woolies/Coles) or if super close to a train line, knowing that I could simply catch the train to a supermarket. I have a lot of new (1-2 years old) items to contribute to common areas including - a 7kg bosche washing machine, 4 seater glass dining table with 4 black leather chairs, 2 black leather bench stools, all kitchen items except a fridge, 2 seater black leather couch, small coffee table, decorative items etc. However, if these items are not required EG couch, I can send some of these items back to my mums house. My personal interior style is very feminine and modern, with a decorative colour palette of hot pink, light pink, mint, grey, white. So hopefully you'd be cool with that in the common areas.
Hey! I have been backpacking in Asia for the past year and am moving to Melbourne for a year. I'm a friendly, outgoing guy who likes to chill at home but more than happy to check out the area and go to bars on weekends, Im also 420 friendly. Hopefully I will get to be friends with anyone that I room with but am a very independent person. Looking to forward to meeting you :)
Hi, my name is Chiara and I am a full-time teacher. I have lived in Victoria for more than four years and now I am moving to Melbourne in August. I would like to find a place to share in the Eastern suburbs. I am easy going, clean, reserved and tidy.
Hi there! I'm Shanae, I'm 19 years old looking to move in to a furnished room in Richmond with my partner who is 21. I am a working professional in the real estate industry and my boyfriend works in construction. We are both very clean and respectful and enjoy a chat, we are very friendly and bubbly. We are always out and about either going to the gym or catching up with friends. We would be looking to move in somewhere in the next couple weeks. We are happy to pay couple weeks in advance. Please let me know if you have anything that suits. Thankyou :)
Hello, I'm Elliot, currently in the suburbs of Melbourne. Looking to move sometime in the near future. In no rush, but would be good to meet new people and find a great place. I am a fairly normal guy, friendly and generally a happy person. I just got into full time work and around that I like to exercise most days and socialise when I can. Also like days to really chill too, respectful that people need to relax, I'm a pretty laidback person. Around that I like to go out for drinks and eat out more than I should.. Not a neat freak but would definitely say I'm clean and like to live in a clean space. 6 months was a guide, would like to stay in a place longer if all works out well

(so if you break something this is the best way to break the news) - Currently living solo so I have (most of) the furniture and appliances needed to start up a new place with like minded people, however I can find somewhere else for it if you just have a room for me! What I'm looking for: - Close to public transport - Social and friendly room mate/s. Pretty flexible and easy going, If you think we'd get a long send me a message and we could grab a coffee and have a chat! Note: My current lease finishes towards the end of September but if the right opportunity comes up sooner I can move a little earlier. Happy to team up with the right people too.
I'm originally from Perth but moved to Melbourne last year to study at RMIT. I've been living in the cbd which has its ups and downs, but I'm ready to get out and live in the suburbs, preferably Bayside area but really anywhere out of the city sounds good right now. I'm just looking for a place to stay until the end of this uni semester, but theres a good chance I could extend my lease for a full year or more. Coming from a Croatian background, I picked up some good cooking skills which i'm more than willing to show off. When i'm not busy I usually like to chill, watch tv shows, or do something creative like sewing, or just go for long runs. I used to be all about dat night life when I lived in Perth but now I find myself having more chilled weekends which sometime include cheeky bottles of red. I spend quite a bit of time at uni, especially by the end of semester (which i'm not excited for). I'm very social, but I also like my own time. But in saying that I want to respect my housemate/s as much as possible, giving as much space as you need, or happy to have the communal dinners etc. I'm more than willing to start up a share if anyones also keen :)
I am open-minded and easy going person. I like having good conversations with people. If we become mates, I am sure I want to hang out and have party with you after working hours, because my slogan is "work hard, play harder". I am looking for housemates who are friendly, polite, well-ordered and able to have fun with, but understanding other people privacy in some cases.
Hi. My name is Peter, Korean male in late 20's, and recently moved from Sydney to start my post-grad degree. I'm looking for a nice place to call home in Melbourne and flatmates I can consider as buddies. I like to think I'm very open-minded. I respect every and any sexual orientation, religion, beliefs, and perspectives on life in general. I don't drink or smoke (quit a few months ago, yipee) but enjoy the odd social or deep chats. I'm a sports fanatic, especially soccer. I know it's not big in Melbourne but I could talk about soccer 24/7. I can also hold my own in most video games and am willing to wager a weeks rent on a console game (jks). I also love historical/action/sci-fi/thriller movies. Can't stand romantic comedies. But did enjoy La La Land. I only watch one TV series. Game of Thrones. Enough said. I also like.. LOTR Marvel Movies Dogs Cats Documentaries Conspiracy theories Music of all sorts (except heavy metal). I just like anything with a good beat. Even tried to make something of my own on my laptop. Didn't go too well though. Can cook but only to survive (teach me n I'll teach you something!) Clean. Very tidy. Like OCD almost but not actually. I also like having the common areas neat and tidy and all for cleaning rosters if you're keen. I usually put things back to its original state or where it belongs. But if I forget, just slap me real hard so I don't do it again. Last but not least, I've lived with girls before so I know how to keep the toilet seat/lid down and I don't usually miss ; ) Slap me if I do. So yeah. Get in touch if you think I'm the right fit! Thank you!!
Hey I'm Mel. I am an outgoing person, I have a good sense of humour and am easy to get along with. I have lived in Share House situations most of my adult life and am a considerate and respectful housemate. I play netball and like to stay active. I enjoy travelling, music, and getting out and about and exploring new places. I am looking for a place in the Outer Eastern / South Eastern suburbs.
Hi guys! I'm Lucie, I'm a musician and artist (so naturally I work in hospo) and I'm looking for somewhere nice, chill, and clean to live. I've been living in a sharehouse for three years, mainly with dudes, but right now I'd love to live with some other gals for once haha (unless you're cleaner than my friends!). I like a lil beer every now and then, but I also like some time to myself to work. I've just come back from travelling around Russia, and I have nowhere to live, so I'm basically ready to move in whenever!
I work in the film industry as a graphic designer. I enjoy seeing a good film, attending the occasional life drawing class, annoying cats, and hanging out with good people.
I am a friendly, easy going, positive, clean, tidy and respectful housemate and tenant. I am happy to have a chat over a meal or tv show or to respect your personal space and privacy if you like to keep to yourself. I am a vegetarian, animal lover and LGBTQI+ ally. I keep busy most of the week with study, work and exploring all Melbourne has to offer. I will need to be walking distance to a train station and will need a house with pre-existing appliances such as a washing machine and fridge. My hobbies include playing and listening to music, going to music concerts, watching tennis, reading, cooking, travel, watching film, going to art galleries and museums, going out, hanging out with friends, exercising/team sports, crafts and trying new things. I have spent the past 4 or so years renting with others so I have lots of experience. I would like not only a house but a home and if living with others would like to form friendships. :) Please get in touch if you think you have the place for me! Cheers.
