Hi everyone! My name is Paulina. I am 24 years old fresh Economics graduate from Poland. I am coming to Melbourne in November as I got Work and Holiday visa. My plan is to stay there up to a year, working, meeting new people, overally having fun and gathering good experience. It would be awesome to share a space with friendly people around my age, as I am easygoing, positive, sociable person. But at the same time, I respect my own and others' space. As for my spare time - I love music, enjoy watching good series (compulsively), doing sports and hanging out with friends. What I'm seeking to is a single room in a tidy sharehouse or an apartment with 2-3 flatmates at most. Available from 24th Novmeber. I prefer rather female or mixed company. My preferable rent duration is 1 month at least, up to 6 months, generally flexible, according to how it's gonna work. If you feel that we could get along well living together, please feel free to contact me!

Im a 26 year old digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for health and fitness! I work full time, and am clean, fun, and always down for a chat. I like the occasional wine and getting dressed up but by no means a party animal. I am a north queensland girl born and bred and used to the heat and humidity so moving to melbourne is definately going to put my wardrobe to the test. Being the eldest in a family of 9, i am very patient, used to sharing a bathroom and being considerate of other people's space. I don't mind living with males or females and am looking forward to getting set up on a long term basis
Hello there. My names Roberto I'm a 25 year old Barber from England and I've just recently moved to Melbourne and I'm working full time in Prahran. I'd say I'm a pretty easy going person. I'm always keen to meet new people and go out every now and then, but also like my own company from time to time aswell. Like most people I guess. I'm a tidy person and like to keep up things in order but not one of these OCD neat freaks, I don't think I could live with someone like that. Preferably looking for young like minded, easy going flat mates. Feel free to drop me a message if you'd like to know more Cheers
A great gal looking for some fab room mates who enjoy a good glass of wine and some good banter. I am a drama and stress free Beauty Therapist from the Sunshine Coast who loves a good meal and good music. Looking for some girls to live with in Feb next year
Moving to Melbourne from Queensland to take up a position with CPB Contractors as a contract administrator. I can cook, clean, am resectful and responsible. I enjoy queit times and socialising. I am also a qualified carpenter who like to play the guitar.
My partner and I are two dorky queers who would love a house with other LGBT+ individuals, or those with similar interests. We are LARPers (Live Action Role Play), sex positive, love animals and are pretty damn nerdy. We are both working casual/part time jobs but are actively seeking full time employment. We are crafty, love video games and quite sociable. We are not huge party people but don't mind the occasional gathering with drinks. We have no problems with smokers. We are both from the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and due to our work would prefer to stay here. As housemates we're very respectful and open. We will let you know if we are having people over or going away, communication is essential for us. We keep communal areas tidy and are very helpful around the house. Please let us know if you have any questions, we're very open and honest and would be happy to answer. :)
Needing to find temporary accommodation for myself and my 2 kids (7yo girl and 15 yo boy) - they attend local schools so I need to stay in the area (Clarinda/clayton south) but am willing to move a bit out as I can drive them to school. Nonetheless, I am a university student who is on the cusp of graduating, just waiting for my results actually.. I am currently looking for a home to rent, but there isn't really anything suitable at this stage, and I need to leave where I am staying ASAP, hence me looking in the flat mates classifications to see if there's anything temporary. I have quite a lot of furniture and a JetSki (however I will be putting this into storage) which is giving me trouble to find the right property, otherwise I'd move into the next available house for rent. I am also clean and fussy, most houses seem to be dumping places for people's rubbish which is offputting, I don't know how people can rent and then leave the property like a tip and then the agencies expect that it's good enough! So I will be taking my time to find the right place, but I will also endeavour to find the right place ASAP.
I am a young professional who is seeking a room at a house somewhere in the eastern suburbs. I consider myself to be a quiet, independent person who is easy to live with. I like to keep active during the week and play various sports on the weekends, but I still like some downtime to relax and have a beer or two. If you feel as if I am the right fit for your household please don't hesitate to contact me. Hope to speak soon!
**Looking for 2 rooms** Hi guys! My sister and I are looking for a place to move into at the start of November (can move sooner). Budget is up to 220/week each. Ideally the rooms will be furnished. Looking at east/inner east/bayside basically anywhere from Richmond through to Caulfield. Close to the Frankston train line would be ideal (Richmond, Armadale, Caulfield North, Prahran, South Yarra, Malvern, etc) We're easy-going, very clean, social and both enjoy a bit of adventure! Would love to move into a young professional and social household, respectful of others space but keen to hang out here and there. I'm 24, work full time in Sales and am starting a digital agency on the side so will be working long hours 5-6 days a week. I'm into the gym, eating healthy, reading and love to chat some shit over a few drinks on the weekends. My sister is 20, works as a hotel reception supervisor, she's super friendly and social and likes to cook. Also enjoys a wine and a laugh. A cheeky bonus to living with us is that we have a holiday home in Phillip Island we love to stay at, which is obviously awesome during Summer and you'll be more than welcome to join! Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm looking to create or join a pretty chilled creative comfortable home. I work full time at an acting school mostly in producing events. I come home to chill and relax so not looking for a party house...that said I don't mind a good party. I'm a clean, considerate and respectful housemate. It's important for me that everyone feels like it's their place, communication is key. I keep busy and respect people need to do their own thing but very happy to share a meal too. For more info enquire within..

Hey roomies. I clean up after myself and I am generally tidy. I respect others privacy and space and I am happy to do my part with chores. I usually keep to myself being a fairly quite person and I rarely party or go clubbing, but I do enjoy sociallising and getting out and about. Throughout the week I will be studying, going to gym and working part time. I love animals so pets are not a problem for me. All this aside I am pretty easy going and not much bothers me haha. Feel free to message me! Thanks
I'm moving back to Melbourne after 2 years in Mildura. I've got previous experience housesharing both here and in Adelaide and am looking forward to getting back into a share house after renting on my own in Mildura. I'm from the UK originally, moving to Australia at 21. I have a solid, full-time government job and in my spare time I enjoy going out, doing interesting stuff and travelling. I'd be great to live with as I'm a relatively low-maintenance housemate, I enjoy a laugh and having a good convo, but I have enough of my own interests that I won't be a pain. Bills and rent will be paid on time, cleaning will be done and a good time will be had by all!
I am making this post for a mate of mine zach, he is moving down from the gold coast.Has Full time job driving fork lifts. Hello, my name is Jasmine, I'm currently 19 and Studying full time at University. My current lease ends at the end of the year, and I would love to share a home with like minded individuals. I'm fun and will guarantee to tell you a few horrible jokes on the daily. I'm honest, and will of course pay rent and bills on time. I'm easy to get a long with, don't mind a few drinks but also like a bit of spare time to myself. I write novels in my spare time, so if I ever looked stressed, never fear it's just the good old writers block! I'd be quite happy to cook dinner one or two nights a week, bear in mind that I am a Terrible cook though so eat at your own risk!! Otherwise I I'm currently unemployed, however since being published, I am gaining freelance work and I am also looking for jobs around the areas I have listed and won't stop until I snag one! I've had four years of shared house experience as I moved out of home at a young age, I'd like to think I've matured beyond my years. I appreciate a clean home as I'm sure most people do, so I'm very clean! I'm willing to also team up with someone or a few people in getting our own home also. Hope to hear from you soon! :)
I'm a fourth year Monash University student studying a Bachelor of Arts/Education, next year will be my final year of my degree! I'm extremely friendly and outgoing- I love to socialise with lots of different people, and go out with my friends. I have been described as someone who is very easy to get along with. I'm a very hardworking person and really apply myself to any commitments/jobs/tasks I'm allocated to. I tend to have a very busy schedule working 3 part-time jobs, as well as studying, and this makes me really value the time I have to myself. Even though I am a very social person, I love to fill my free time by relaxing on my own, drinking cups of tea and reading novels. I fuel my energy into regularly taking dance classes, and have an intense passion for admiring dogs, and listening to music.
My name is Alix. Originally from France, I am 22 years old and working full time as a Receptionist. I am easy going and friendly. Respectful and mindfull of peoples own space, I am not difficult to live with! I am not a party animal and usually love keeping things quiet during the week and weekend. Although i am not a hermit and love exploring on the weekends. I am looking for somewhere to share preferably with a girl! Or a couple.
Hey all, I'm looking for a room for me +1 quiet and friendly, mature, housetrained cat named Charlie. I work 5 days/week in hospitality, until I go back to uni full time (+ work part time) for a year to finish my degree. On my days off I generally like to get outdoors if the weather is good and am looking forward to getting some beach days in this summer, (if/when it actually arrives in Melbs). Like to enjoy food and drink and chats with my housemates, but equally enjoy my down time and respect others' need for the same. I'm clean and tidy, especially when it comes to communal spaces. Eat mostly vegetarian, but not wigged out by food of any kind. I’m good for paying rent/bills on time, am not touchy about discussing stuff house-related, very into openness and communication. Am well-trained in house-sharing, and don’t possess any sexist, racist, LGBTI-phobic views/sentiments. Can pay a pet bond, 420-friendly. Come with a bunch of plants and make kombucha regularly. Also looking for new house share start-ups! Feel free to fire any questions my way :)
Hey everyone I'm Alli! I'm a 19 year old girl working full time with a casual weekend bar job as well I'm looking for a private room in a fun, friendly but respectful and still generally quiet share house I'm easy to get along with and reliable with bills etc I have a car so a house with a car space is necessary :) I look forward to chatting to you all! :) ~Alli
I'm a full time student, studying science at Melb uni. I am mainly at uni or studying during the week, and I love my privacy and quiet time. I also love a drink on the weekend and am keen to meet new people and have a good chat, but am always respectful of others sleeping/work schedule.
I'm currently a student at Monash, looking for somewhere to live that's closer to the city. I've rented before, so I'm no stranger to cleaning schedules/respecting privacy/keeping noise down etc. When I'm not studying or working I like to go out salsa dancing, see movies/watch Netflix, or just get out of the house and do some sightseeing. I've lived in Melbourne all my life but I like to get out and about. I work casually in retail (10-20 hours a week), and also work at the MCG. I've never had a paying meeting my rent, but wanted to be upfront about my employment situation.
I'm a 24 and currently employed full-time in the construction sector as a civil engineer. I am currently living by myself in a two bedroom town house but would prefer the company of roommates. I consider myself quite outgoing, easy to get along with and very sociable. I am well mannered and like to keep things neat and organised. My ideal room mates would be people of similar age who would rather classify each other as friends and share a couple of drinks every now and then than people who just shut themselves away in their rooms. In my spare time I love to both play and perform music (I'm a guitarist but promise I won't make noise!) and binge watch whatever TV series I'm hooked on at the time. I have had experience living in share houses before so I am familiar with what is expected. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
I am an easy going and cheerful person, who enjoys the outdoors. I am happy to socialise or keep to myself, whatever works. I am clean and respectful of others spaces. We are a couple from Poland. We have recently moved to Melbourne and now we are looking for a room. We are also responsible, tidy, and we respect other people and their privacy. More about us- Kate is a fashion designer, currently working in designer boutique. Primo is a multi-tasking guy, studying English language in the morning, and working in a big warehouse in the evening. We like good food, movies&music, and exploring this beautiful city.
Hey there, my name is Jahla. I'm in the hope of finding a stable and affordable home to share with someone who is reliable, I am NOT looking for a share room. I'd probably describe myself as pretty chilled, respectful, easy going, positive, fun and social person. I am super clean, so i try to keep the mess to a minimum. I have my own car and license which provides independence.. I'd preferably would like to share with another female, but at the end of the day as long as we can live together comfortably and happily that's all that matters. Regardless of my age I am very independent and mature and able to cater to my own needs. I work full time in Docklands so ill be out from Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. If you'd like to know more about me, or ask any questions feel free to message me. Look forward to meeting my future flat mate :)
My name is Son Le. I'm interested in renting a room. I'm currently employed at the Department of Health and Human Services in Box Hill. I can provide reference upon request. Please give me a message or call during daytime.

Hey, I'm a recently single gay 23 man. I work full time in Arts Administration at State Library Victoria. I like to keep very busy with hobbies and activities, as a result I'm not home too often and do not make much mess or take up space in the house. I'm often doing things like performing in amateur musical theatre, writing music and swimming for fitness, and I like to see live theatre as much as I can. I love to cook and like to be a host. I love small low-key get togethers with a few of my closest friends. I know I'm pretty young but I'm very mature for my age. Most of my friends are in their 30s. I'm fun and outgoing but very polite and respectful. I like to meet new people so send me a message :)
Hey everyone. I'm a friendly and easy going guy. Love my sport and fitness, socialising and a bit of house hold banter. I work full time in finance so bills and rent won't be an issue, and I like to keep my house pretty tidy. Looking to team up and share a 3 bedroom house in the Malvern area with at least a small garden for my two little jack Russell's (rusty and spike - they love humans). Looking for someone friendly, and easy going. I have my 7 year old son 5 nights a fortnight (including every second weekend). He's a great little kid, and he's very well mannered, so if having a 7 year old floating around the house from time to time sounds ok to you, then we'll get along fine! I'd be looking to take one bedroom for me, and the smallest bedroom for Ethan, you take the largest bedroom and we split the rent 60% (me) / 40% (you), kind of deal, if that seems fair. I also come with all major household items... fridge, washer, dryer, 60 inch LED tv, couches, etc

Hi! My name is Lauri and I'm a 28 year old guy from Helsinki, Finland. I'm a multimedia designer by trade and usually work in the creative fields. I'm in Australia on a working holiday visa and planning to spend the following months in the awesome city of Melbourne. Currently my long term plans are pretty open so therefore I'm looking for a short term lease on a private room in a nice shared house/apartment with nice roommates. Ideally I would like to rent a room for the next 3 months or so, but I'm also open for shorter and maybe longer deals. I'm a responsible, clean, open-minded and an easy-going person. Accountant - Clean, responsible and reliable Snowboarder/Traveller - Extremely social and easy going, love chilling at home with friends or getting a drink after work Outdoorsy - Always looking for my next thrill
Born in Vancouver, Canada. Well travelled; lived in Europe, South America and USA for extended periods of time. I have been living in Melbourne for the past year, I work as a PA in the city. I am tidy and clean. I am athletic and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. I am responsible, but I also like to have a good time! I like spending time with friends; going out on the weekend or just taking it easy at home watching movies. I like to cook, but also like dinning out on the occasion.
Hi ! I am a french student in international exchange with Deakin University (Burwood campus). I am staying in AU for about 5 to 6 month so I would like to meet new people and make lot of new friends. So I would like to find nice flatmates who will help me discover the "Australian way of life" while living not too far from campus! Hope to meet you soon !
Hi there, I am a french traveller in my early thirties, looking for a cozy place and great people to live with. I am open-minded, pretty easy-going and chilled, very respectful of my flatmates' privacy and also enjoy sharing some time, ideas and opinions around a glass of wine. I also enjoying running or any kind of sport or exercice, especially outdoor, into photography and music, and enjoy cooking from time to time.
FLEXIBLE WITH MOVE DATE AND LOCATION :) Also, I have pets! Hi potential roomies! My name is Liv; a 26 year old female, working full time and studying Nutrition via distance. About me; I enjoy seeing live music, finding new cafes and eating my way across Melbourne, day trips to the Dandenong Ranges to immerse myself in nature and walking my pocket sized pooches through all of the beautiful parks Melbourne has to offer! I've had over 5 years of experience living in share house arrangements (in other words, I know to empty the bin when it’s full and to put a new roll of toilet paper on when the existing roll has run out!) Ha, but in all seriousness, living in share houses for this long has meant that I am very considerate, very open minded and respectful of others privacy/separate lives. I’m very clean and I take a lot of pride in the house environment. I love homewares and interior decorating- on a budget- (so much love for Kmart!!). I’m fairly easy going and social, so I don’t mind if you have friends over for a couple of drinks on the weekends. More technical stuff: I have a car so I’d need somewhere (free) to park. I have furniture that I can bring if needed (lounge, dining set, fridge, washing machine, hallway/side tables, kitchen utensils/appliances/crockery) and my own bedroom furniture. I would like a large sized room that comfortably fits queen bed, desk, bed side tables and has a built in wardrobe. I would prefer unlimited internet so I’d be happy to set this up and split costs with housemates or chip in to any existing plan. I’m not in a huge rush to move as I would prefer to wait until I find the perfect fit (house and housemates) so I’m fairly flexible with moving dates as I can stay with my folks in the meantime. I'm not too picky on suburb- somewhere East or South East of Melbourne that isn’t too far from the city (e.g 20 minute drive) with nice walking tracks. I come as a "package" as I have pets (2 teeny tiny dogs and 1 cat). The dogs are tiny (the type that you could fit in your hand bag) however they aren’t small yappy dogs. They are toilet trained indoor dogs however are allowed outside when I am home. They are walked almost everyday however are just as happy to snuggle up together on my bed and wait for me to get home. They are both very clean and go to the dog groomers every 6 weeks (Boo doesn’t lose any hair, Ruby loses minimal). They are very happy little dogs that simply LOVE people and are always happy to be on someone’s (generally, anyone’s!) lap getting attention! My cat Dexter is an indoor/outdoor cat (not allowed outside when it is dark). He is petrified of other cats so I cannot take him into a house where there were existing cats. Although he is scared of other cats, he loves dogs. I can provide rental references for the pets! I need somewhere with a backyard / some form of a grassed area that I can easily access to take the dogs out to the toilet. They often wake me up during the night to take them out so apartments above ground floor are not suitable :( About YOU; I am looking for friendly and social housemates (with experience living in share houses), who are happy to have a chat/laugh when we cross paths and share the odd glass of wine together. HOWEVER I am also a very independent person that appreciates time to myself- so suitable housemates would be respectful of eachothers space. Suitable housemates must LOVE animals and be happy to let my dogs outside to the toilet (if you’re home and I’m not). Suitable housemates would also be clean and share house jobs (rotating rosters have worked well in the past!). I have always lived with strangers who have ended up friends and I see myself living with like-minded people who wish to make a house a home- if I sound like someone you would like to live with, please get in touch :)
Hello all, I'm an easy going, chill girl from California. I enjoy mellow nights at home, but I can also be really fun and energetic when I'm in the mood. I am an artist I love music, theater and cinema- i also love science. I am a nutrition major and holistic health minor. I like to practice yoga and be outdoors. I love camping, nature and being active. I can be clear and direct when needed, but I always make sure to be respectful to the people I live with. I like my own space, but I also enjoy socializing around the house. I do my dishes and keep my area tidy for the most part. I plan to help with chores and supplies of course. I am studying abroad from San Francisco to Swinburne University. I will get into Sydney Feb. 1st and after visiting some friends I hope to land a place by March 1st.
Currently living in the United States, and am looking to move into a share house upon my return. I enjoy travelling, acting, and I currently study Psychology, Criminology and Environmental Health at Deakin University. $135 is more or less the most I am willing to pay, though obviously the lower the better!
I'm a full time medical research PhD student at Monash Uni. Currently working as a research assistant and tutor at uni as well. Looking for a place with air-con and off street parking (preferably a garage), away from main road. Team up also welcome, would like to stay long-term
I get along well with people and I respect every person. I am also very clean. I have been living with roommates/housemates since I was 17 so I am very used to living with others. While I enjoy having a drink and chatting about pretty much anything under the sun, I do value privacy and I would prefer to have my own room as there are times when I just want to be alone and watch Netflix on my laptop. I am currently taking my master's degree at Deakin University Burwood Campus. I grew up in the Philippines and I can speak English fluently.
Hi everyone! I'm an Italian girl arrived in September with my boyfriend. We are very riable persons, clean and geat Italian cookers :-) We work all day but we are looking for good chatting housemates to improve our English and make really friends! See you soon!
I am a fun, outgoing girl who's decided to uproot from Canada and move down under! I am teaching while i'm here, as well as travelling when I can. I am a musician, a beach bum, and a huge sports fan (not sure how those work together but hey lol) I prefer going to local pubs and having a few drinks rather than a club, but also enjoy some wine or a few beers with the housemates at home. I LOVE animals, and had to leave my puppy behind(I think i'll miss him more than my family haha) so if you have dogs or cats, it's no bother to me, i'll take them in as my own.
I am easy going and friendly! I do try my hardest to keep everything clean around me, as It keeps my mind in a clearer zone to work and to live in general! I work as a security officer on the train lines, so I need a place that is walking distance from the train line so I can make my travels to work! I can cook! Woo! I am not like most 18 year olds, I do not 'party hard', infact I love to meditate and I am very quiet and peaceful, and love a good philosophical chat from time to time! I am not all too serious though, I do have a funny side! ;) I go to gym every chance I get, so I would only ever be home to sleep, or on my days off! It would be wonderful to meet some new people too! I love making friends so this should be great!
I'm an Architect, single, 37, but more like a 28... got a great full time job in CBD Melbourne and relocating based on 2 years of sponsorship visa, from Israel. hopefully I would like Australia and stay forever. I like music and standup shows - live/Internet. Pilates, and I like to have friends at home, but mostly one on one talks in my room. Don't like to discuss politics very much. I consider myself a loving human person, friendly, laid back, with sens of humor and positive thinking . I like animals but don't have any.. Very fond of ecological environment, and home made furniture 😝, reusing and etc. If it sounds right for you, or for any forther questions, pls contact.
