Hi there, so i am 23 years old and I have recently moved from London after completing my undergraduate degree. I am currently living in Dubai however, I will be moving to Melbourne in February to pursue master degree at Monash University clayton campus. I would be a tidy, social/fun but would respect other people’s belongings and privacy. I'm always up to hang out , and I like to socialise at the weekends, so sociable housemates who are up for hanging out is always a positive! Ideally looking for a fully furnished flat with a double bedroom, something accessible to CBD and other cool places around the city. I have a flexible budget, max pw being 375 AUD I don't mind commuting to campus as long as I find a good flat and flatmates. Please let me know if interested Cheers Faizan
Hey potential housemate(s), Here are a few things about me. I don't smoke, rarely drink, and I don't eat chocolates either (I know, I know...). Right now, I'm trying really hard to catch up with my netflix commitments. I even bought a projector to achieve this goal ;) I don't cook too much but when I do, I've been told by previous flatmates that they could tell someone was in the kitchen because of the smell of the food (hopefully a good one?! they actually never mentioned anything about this... hmm) and the music. I'm from a country that loves music! Don't get me wrong, I don't like loud music, and I'm not a party guy. I just want (I think need might be a better word here) something to try to keep my feet hitting the floor on the beat. I reckon I have an eclectic music taste. And don't worry I clean up all my mess straight afterwords, I promise. I just finished my doctorate degree and I'm working full time, so I'm pretty sure I don't know much about celebrities' life or any other tv shows really. But I'm always up for a chat about random stuff, a games night or a more deep debate if you like. And if we have some cheese on the table, we can go on for a long time :) If you have a private room available, please send me a message and feel free to tell me a little bit about yourself.
Currently, i am a student at Monash and doing IT. I am Chinese, so, I wanna find a really nice and respectful foreigner housemate. I respect others privacy but enjoy a chat with people. I am very easy going and tidy and i enjoy a good laugh or two. I also practice taekwondo, love to go to the gym, which makes the life meaningful. I’m 26, I’m pretty social and often out and about on the weekends, love going to dinner, breakfast, out for wines, but I also like my downtime at home as well. My ideal flat mate would be similar to me and people who are happy to have a chat and occasional dinner together at home as well. hope my future housemate can message me . :)
I'm looking for a nice house with a max rent of about $180/week (inclusive of all bills and internet). I'm a 4th year mechanical engineering student at Monash University, Clayton campus. I'm a responsible and tidy person and I've worked as a waiter so cleaning up is definitely not a problem for me.
Hi I’m Shivani! I’m looking for a place to move into from approximately 21st of Jan 2018. The place will need to be pet friendly as I have an 8yo mini dachshund (6.0kg). His name is Jono and he’s the most awesome dog you’ll ever meet. But best of all he’s 100% house trained. I will be commencing full time employment at Monash Medical Centre in Feb 2018. So ideally I am looking for a place that’s a maximum 30minutes from there. I will be doing shift work, but rest assured you will not be required to look after my dog. I'm a quiet person and I'm looking for a quiet and clean (ish) place to live long term.
Hey there! It would be nice to meet you! We are four exchange students (honours program, chemistry) at Monash University from Germany. Besides our studies we love to travel, meet new people and get in touch with the Australian culture. We are looking forward to meet you and maybe introduce you into the German culture. :)
I'm a PhD student in literary studies at Monash University. Really easy-going, clean, don't mind housemates who are a bit quieter or more sociable. I come with two very friendly young cats, Chelsea and Charlotte. I enjoy gaming (Overwatch and Switch), going out or just spending a quiet night in with a glass of wine.
Hi, my potential house mate! I am from China. I have been doing PhD (Engineering) in Monash Uni for nearly two years. I am looking to have a new living environment for the coming year. I am a easygoing person, and love neat, tidy living space. I could be chatty when chilled or be quite and focused when working. I respect others' privacy and lifestyle. I have a good balance between my work and my life and like to go swimming at times.
Heyho! We are four german students from Leipzig University and we'll come to Melbourne from Feb till Aug 2018 to study at Monash University. We are looking for accomodation somewhere close to the main campus or with easy access to public transport. We'd be very glad to find accomodation for all of us in the same place, but we don't mind sharing it with more people or to be in several apartments close to each other. We look forward to making new contacts and exploring Melbourne and Australia! :)
Hi everyone, I am looking for a room with a non-carpeted flooring with en suite / own bathroom and preferably close to a train station as I don't own a car; I am easy going, respectful of other's privacy, tidy and clean. I am quiet (not a party person) but great to be friends with! :) I am studying for my masters degree and I have a stable job so I am always on time when paying rent.
I just graduated from Monash University this semester and was looking for a new place near the city with an ensuite bathroom, preferably a studio apartment. I'm a friendly person who likes to keep her room clean.
We are a young married couple looking for accomplish our dreams, we are Colombian with a bachelor degree in engineering, and we are going to start a postgraduate course at Monash University in Clayton campus in February 2018. We, are looking for a good place to stay while we are studying. We prefer a quiet place that we can keep organized and clean, where we can arrive after long study hours at the University and feel comfortable to rest. We enjoy cooking, do home tasks, have a healthy lifestyle, and be active most of the time. It is very important for us to live in peace, in a pleasant environment, preferably without pets or smokers. It would be great for us to share time with the host family and learn about their culture. Since our master degree last 2 years, we would like a long stay since the beginning. We applied for an economic government aid in our country, and both of us won a scholar-aid to study a master degree in engineering at Monash University. We collect our savings and completed the necessary budget to study there. We are sure that giving the best of us we are going to achieve our goals and give a contribution to the world since our professional knowledge. We would like to know with certainty the following things: - How much is the month fee ($AUD) and what does it include? (meals, wi-fi, laundry, bills?) - How far is the house from Clayton Campus? We would love to use bike! - How much time and budget we would have to spend in transport daily? (From house to university) - Is it possible to send us more pictures of the house spaces? Sincerely, Julián y Lorena
Hello! I'm British and French, studying in Belgium and I will be spending 4 months studying at Monash University in business (mid-Feb to mid-June 2018). I'm looking a flat/house full of friendly students, happy yo socialize and go out/visit/eat/do sport together. I like to party as much as I like my peace and quiet; a good book and a cup of tea... I like music, travel and meeting new people.

My budget is maximum $280 per week. Regarding the length of stay i am flexible to rent a room for anything between 6 months to a year. I prefer to move in by mid January or latest by 1st week of February. Please get in touch if you're interested!
