Im a well-organized, open-minded and positive person who respects personal privacy and cultural diversity. I will start my PhD at Monash in March 2018 and am now looking for a furnished room from $200-270/week in a shared house, preferably in walking distance to Clayton campus.
I'm looking for a nice house with a max rent of about $180/week (inclusive of all bills and internet). I'm a 4th year mechanical engineering student at Monash University, Clayton campus. I'm a responsible and tidy person and I've worked as a waiter so cleaning up is definitely not a problem for me.
Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. The only exception being disabled people and army veterans. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.

Hello there! I'm a pretty cheerful midget moving interstate to Melbourne, I don't mind having a drink or two, but not too much of a wild party person. My hobbies include art & craft and eating, so do expect me cooking up occasional meals for the house :) I'm studying fulltime and expecting to work part time, all other times will be spent home. I'm hoping to move in in February for the new semester, if possible i'm interested in staying put for the next year or two. I'm totally cool with pets (that don't bite) and don't mind pet sitting if housemates are away. (: I MAY have friends and family that will visit and crash in my room. It's preferred if I can find a place that doesn't mind an occasional guest. (They're all pretty decent folks and I promise they'll be quiet!)
We are a married couple from India, will be reaching Melbourne on March 14th. as new PR immigrants. Looking to share an accommodation with any India family. Private room/private bathroom/ sharing kitchen/furnished room etc
I'm a international student studying at Monash university, Clayton. I'm just looking for a clean and neat place to live. I'm friendly, reliable and clean. I enjoy socialising with my housemates but also know how to find the right balance and I enjoy my own space occasionally.
I'm a final year medical student looking for short term accommodation in the South East between 9th March-21st April. I will be going overseas for 6 weeks then returning for the remainder of the year when I will need accommodation again. A bit convoluted, but if the right place comes up I might stay in one for the whole time and pay dead rent rather than move around. I will be at placement full time but when I am home I tend to be either cooking, studying or chilling out on my computer. I'm neat and clean with a friendly, easygoing personality, up for a chat but respectful of your space. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hi there! I am a 24-year-old postgrad student at Monash University. I work part-time and like spending most of my time at school. I am an easy going and friendly. I am a clean and tidy person. I know how to respect someone else's personal space and expect the same in return.
I am a 25 years old Indian guy, coming to Melbourne for work (sometime in the first 2 weeks of March), for 3 months. I will be working at a company in Mulgrave. This is my first trip down under. Weekdays I'll be busy at work. Weekends, I hope to explore the city and whatever Australia can offer in my limited amount of time. I love travelling! Looking to live with like minded people who would want to join me in such endeavours. It can be hiking, going to the beach, or something as simple as eating junk food(once in a while) and drinking beer. I don't have any concerns about food (veg, non-veg, vegan - I'll eat anything as long as it tastes good). I am not restricted to living with just Indians. In fact I want to live with people from all sorts of different countries and/or the locals. Also, I love a clean place. And will do my part in keeping it clean too.
Hi, I'm 21 years old from Sweden. I'm usually a student but I have taken this year off to work and travel in Australia. I'm working in Clayton and is looking for place to stay nearby. I'm very easy going and tidy, don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks.
We are both neat, quiet, enjoy cooking and super friendly. As students we will mostly be busy working at home or at Uni but we love spending time relaxing and socialising when home!
I'm Richard, a first year studying a double in Engineering/Comp Sci at Monash Clayton. I'm a pretty chill guy, but I enjoy a good night out every now and then. I play some piano, enjoy robotics and hobby DIY, and play a few video games here and there. I can cook, and I'm pretty easy to get along with. I've got a stable source of income, and I'm clean, so don't hesitate to get in touch :)
