Fun loving, easy going and sociable. You would be mad not to have me as a flatmate. I've just moved back to Aus after 2 years abroad working in London. Very clean and handy in the kitchen. I've also been told I make an incredible mojito! Work Monday to Friday but I am also new to Melbourne so excited to explore the city and Neighborhood.

I love to cook, I’m a vegan and im intrested in sustainable living💪🏻🌿 I’m tidy and I like to keep things clean. 💕 I’m looking for a place that is cozy for Melbourne winter nights. I’m pretty open, friendly and I do like respect and good communication :) i do enjoy my alone time when i need to recharge. I’m not a party animal, I much prefer to enjoy a cup of tea and rugging up on the couch sketching and sharing a movie. I’ve been in student accomodation , share houses and have always payed rent on time, so I am an experienced and considerate house mate 💪🏻🌿 I have a Crazy little serivce dog in training and love to be somewhere with a yard and our own space. Wesley is with me most of the time and comes with me were i go. so not to worry about looking after him. Non smoker Not 420 friendly.
I'm moving to Melbourne from London on a WHV, looking for somewhere for around 3 months and would love to find likeminded people to live with! Here in London I spend my free time going to gigs, bars/clubs, trying new restaurants. I plan to be working and exploring a lot while living in Melbourne. I'm sociable and really easy going.
I'm Carla, I'm from Argentina and I've been living in Melbourne since May. I'm a CX designer working full time in an innovation consultancy firm in the Paris end of Lt Collins St. I'm looking for a house in the inner city that allows em to easily go to work but to chill on my leisure time. As a house/flatmate, I'm easy going, clean, tidy and very respectful of the space of the others. However, I'm sociable and love to have a great time with people I'm living with by chatting, sharing a meal or a movie and even a few drinks out!
Hey I'm Shernon. I currently have a house in Newham (Macedon Ranges) and I work in Derrimut. So i'm looking for a very small room to rent that is closer to my work that I would use on mostly weeknights. In terms of space I would just need enough for a camp style/single bed and maybe a small desk. As all my belongings except for a backpack would be kept at my house in Newham. A bit about myself. I'm 34 years old. I'm an Australian, I grew up in Perth but have lived in Melbourne for coming up 10 years. I'm a music lover that's into collecting records and going to gigs. I appreciate all things creative especially film, art and photography. All that stuff. I also love to travel, skateboard and I do enjoy a good beer and a good whisky. I feel i'm a chilled out, respectful and open person and would be happy to live in a house where everyone can feel comfortable and be themselves. I've been working in warehousing/logistics for the last 10 years as a storeman/forklift driver.
Presently I live in London, though I am moving home to Melbourne in Feb 2019. In the final stages of interviewing so work will be sorted as soon as I get back. I'm 31, professionally employed 9-6, occasionally I drink too much and I enjoy traveling, exploring restaurants and catching up with friends and family.
Allo! I am moving to Melbourne at the start of 2019 as I’ll be studying an Advanced Diploma of Music Industry Full-time in Southbank from February onwards. Originally from Adelaide, currently residing in the Gold Coast. I am pretty easy going, sociable and open minded. I enjoy meeting new people, going out, and travelling, but also appreciate my alone time to recharge. I aim to eventually get a part time or casual job on the side of my studies. I love anything to do with music, food, alcohol or exploring new places. I am looking for somewhere clean, simple and interchangeable, with my own room, that has at least a bed to sleep on and somewhere to put my clothes & items. I am flexible with sharing a bathroom, toilet, kitchen and common areas. I don’t mind living with a few people but would prefer not to live in a big share house with 5 or more people as I find this can be quite overwhelming. I also like to cook, listen to a wide range of music, learn to play an instrument, or watch TV. I also have a Car, so some sort of car park is necessary. I am neat, tidy, and respectful of my surroundings and other people’s belongings. I can be quiet and chill, or fun and loud, depending on the occasion and the people I’m with.
Hi there, I'm Kaitlyn and my friends name is Dee. We are both students and working part time. We are on the look out for apartments to rent or potentially even team up with one more person to start a new share house. We're both pretty chill and love a wine/beer over the weekends. Dee is a journalist and dancer and i'm and illustrator/designer so sharing a house with someone with similar interest would be awesome (but not required). If you'd like to share a really cool spacious safe space with us, message me or get in contact by texting me :)
Hi, I'm Elyse. I'm 31 and a former marketing professional. However I will be moving to Melbourne on 28 December to study a Master of Fine Art at the Melb uni next year and to start a new Sales job in early Jan. Im originally from Perth and have been in Sydney for about 5 years and I spent a couple of years in London before that; and many a year before that travelling, not that I'm the smug travel story person (those people are the worst), I only mention it for context. I like the cinema and theatre, live music and a beer in the sun. I like living in a nice homely, well decorated and clean space and do my part to maintain common areas and am respectful of other peoples furniture and belongings. I'm tidy and clean and have to say living anywhere cluttered or dirty is too oppressive and I just can't do it anymore. Also I'm a bit boring in terms of late nights/clubbing etc. I honestly don't mind housemates waking me up at 3am trying to get their key in the door, I envy those glorious extroverts. I just don't want to be somewhere with weekly house parties or where I'm a disappointment for not participating in all night antics. Catching up at the local for a few drinks is more my thing. I have a miniature dachshund named Lump, sadly he is unemployed but is adorable and only weighs about 4kg so doesn't take up too much room. He's an amateur botanist, collecting leaves and flowers on walks is him living his best life, Barbara McClintock would be his idol if he could speak. An outdoor, secure yard is important.
Hi, i work full time as a full carpenter. I am 46 and I would much prefer a chilled household instead of a party one I generally only work Monday – Friday but occasionally Saturdays are required depending on specific job requirements and deadlines I’m not massively into one thing or another, if I had to pick a few things I’d say I have a keen interest in sport, History up until a few years ago I was living and working in Africa for just on 9 years, I did a little bit of travelling through Europe and Asia but have since been firmly planted back in Melbourne I would be very grateful to be able to have a chat and even more so if I was to be chosen as your new housemate, I would also like to mention that I would be respectful to your house rules and the dynamics of how you live in your place.
I’m a joyful person who likes to share time together with other flatmates I like to make jokes and talk about different arguments. I’m trying to learn to play guitar so if you are able I’ll be happy to learn from you. I like to drink together sometimes and make crazy parties when there’s something to celebrate. But not always because I’m no more in my 20’s and it may take a little bit longer to recover ;-P. Anyway, I’m also a part-time painter and artist and I’m alway ready to start some new art piece.
My name is Julian and I'm currently looking for a room to rent for around $160 p/w. I am pretty quiet and keep mostly to myself but always friendly and respectful to fellow housemates, I have been doing the sharehouse thing now for around 8 years so I know the basics of whats expected and how to keep everyone happy. I'm currently paying $400 a fortnight and also not currently employed so its a bit much, the only thing I would require is a bed and cable access to the modem for internet. I would be looking for long term stay if we all get along and things work and would also be looking for employment in the area. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon
I'm a very easy going, reliable, responsible, clean, neat and tidy, friendly, outgoing, private, respectful of others space and privacy. I am taking 12months off after returning to melb from 25years in warrnambool & a divorce. I am looking for a long term rental. I have an 11year old fully house trained lap dog, who is the friendliest little dog I ever met! I'm open to sharing with any age group, any race, religion, sexual preference, I'm very open minded. I will spend a lot of my time alone, quietly, and might have some casual work 2days per week. References can be provided if required.
Hi, my name is Leigh and I am a British nurse relocating to Melbourne for work. I am flying from the UK to Melbourne to complete my registration with the Australian nursing board and aim to secure a room during my visit in January. In my spare time I'm interested in all sorts; running, reading, chilling in PJ's all day, socialising, nights out, movies, drinks, dining out, live music, shopping..! Will want to explore and sample all that Melbourne has to offer! As a flatmate I am clean and considerate, I like to have a chat over a cup of tea but will respect your personal space. I enjoy a regular clean of the house and believe everyone should contribute with household supplies. I like to cook but enjoy it more when others can eat with me! If we can cook together then even better! Looking for a private room, don't mind sharing a bathroom. Looking to secure the right room quickly and smoothly within the short window I am in Melbourne.

Hello! I'm Jan from Malaysia. I have been living in Melbourne since March 2018...recently took a trip home to visit the fam bam. Will be back in Melbourne around 14th January 2019 (move in date could be sooner / flexible). Looking for a PRIVATE, furnished room (basic furnishing will do), a house / room that is well insulated. I have a permanent residency, used to work as a financial auditor in the CBD with the Victorian Auditor General's Office. Looking to get back to working once I'm back in Melbourne. Looking to stay long term if all goes well :) I'm 29, clean and respectful of your space - would love to live with people of similar age group, who are socially outgoing. When I'm not at work, I am out with friends (movies and drinks :p), going on dates or snoozing. I have lived in share houses before, while in Melbourne. Had to give up my room as I had to leave for a long holiday and was not allowed to sub-lease the room. Happy to provide references if need be. Women preferred, but not fussed with gender as long as everyone is respectful and maintains a clean space. Prefer working adults rather than students. Happy to discuss / participate in a cleaning roster or hire a cleaner for the common areas. Cheers!
I'm kind, easy going, clean, multi faceted, and love a broad variety of music. I'm a full time residential painter. I make music but dont have instruments here so just use my headphones and laptop. I skateboard, snowboard, and play basketball. I love philosophy and psychology. At home in Canada I promote local musicians. I tend to keep it mellow during the week and like to have a few drinks on the weekend. Generally live a pretty balanced lifestyle.
I’m working in hospitality, love a couple of drinks on a rare night off but mostly love chilling out after work with a good book or a movie. I’m from the UK and I’m tidy but not a clean freak. Looking for fun friendly people to live with, not too fussy otherwise :)
I'm really easy going, love to go to the gym and get outside to exercise, I love animals and especially love cooking. I'm studying my Master of Marketing Communications at the university of Melbourne and I'm really just looking for a nice bunch of people to make the move from Brisbane a bit nicer
Moving to Melbourne in Jan/Feb. I'm a Hairdresser w/ previous share house experience. Pretty easy to live with- happy to hang out and be social but also happy just doing my own thing! I love going to gigs, markets, making art & watching the footy (Carn Pies!). I’m hoping to have secured work before I move if not it then hopefully not soon after. Cheers :)
