Hey I'm Flo and I'm a Registered Nurse from the Gold Coast (QLD). I've been living in Melbourne for just over 2 years now. I have a pretty chilled personality and get along well with other people (and their doggos and cats). When I'm not at work, I'm usually binge watching a series on Netflix, at the gym, reading a book at the park/beach, exploring new places, driving to far places for short distances of time, going out for a few (or many) bevs, attending gigs and festivals or I'm napping (nurse life). I enjoy cooking and usually like to meal prep for the week depending on how busy my week will be. I love having a chat and spending time with my housemates but I also enjoy my alone time too and respect others and their needs. I'm essentially looking to join an already existing share house but I'm also open to team-up! :)
Hi I’m Nick! I’m a 30 year old carpenter. Looking for a share house in and around Fitzroy Carlton collingwood areas, I’m clean tidy and respectful, I love cooking socialising over a glass of red. Surfing and cycling, I have an active social life but like to keep it fairly quiet at home. I do have a little staffy named Carl, ideally looking for a home for both of us but he can also stay where he is at the moment so no issue if you can’t have pets!
Super friendly, very respectful and considerate, quite easy going and chill, always carrying a positive vibe, professional gamer, interested in every aspect and field of life and love exploring it, keen observer. I'm improving everyday✌🏼
I am open for short and long term potential house mates. :) I am super friendly, considerate, easy going. And tidy, especially in the kitchen. Have a bit of a sense of humour. Good communicator. Have had previous share housing experience and quite good at it. Previously almost 19 years in inner city melbourne. I have lots of passions like health and cooking, art (aspiring artist), meditation, reading, travelling, cycling around melbourne. My long term goal right now is to get back into art, and maybe start a vegetarian/vegan place in melbourne.. I have a little online business that trades in health supplements. Financially stable. Love to keep myself busy.
Well hello there... As you have probably realised, with your high observational skill level, my name is Clare. I am 26, from the UK, and have lived in Melbourne for the last 2.5 years. My current lease isn't up until July 2018, so ideally I am looking to meet some people who are interested in starting a long-term share house. Work FT in the CBD, so I am looking for a place that isn't too far so I can easily cycle to work and my gym which is in Fitzroy. Looking for a social household, dinners and drinks together would be great. That said, everyone needs their own space don't they? I think most people know how to respect boundaries though so not too worried about that. My job can be pretty full-on at times, I spend all day talking to strangers, so I do like to decompress after a long day at the office. I'm looking for a house share, rather than a flat share. Having lived in an apartment the last 18 months, I am super keen for some outdoor space to bbq in the summer or potter about in. I am looking for somewhere with a fairly modern kitchen and AC/Heating too. I am hoping to find somewhere in the following suburbs: Carlton North Carlton Fitzroy North Collingwood Brunswick East Clifton Hill Princes Hill Northcote Get in touch if you have a place for me in your home, or your hearts, or if you are thinking about starting a house share. C x :)
I’m in my early 30s and looking for a place for me and my excellent cat, Bear. For fun I dance and play basketball and occasionally get addicted to those weird free games that instagram always shows you ads for. For money I’m a graphic designer. When I’m at home I love being in a space that can be a sanctuary from busy life but also a welcoming fun place where friends are welcome for dinner and housemates enjoy each other’s company.
I’m a female in my late 20’s working in events and studying project management full time. I’m a environmentally contentious, organised and respectful indiviual looking for someone likeminded to share a home with. I like having the occasional friend over for a a cup of tea or dinner but also highly regrd quiet/down time in the house. I have a 6 year old dog who’s stupidly house trained and loves being around people in general. Happy to provide a rental referral for both myself and my pooch upon moving :)
I am relocating to Melbourne from Perth in early May for a new job. I am super excited about moving over and starting in this new role and hoping to find a place which I can call home. I work in the sport industry and love what I do. My degree is in Sport Science and my job particularly focuses on participation and community sport initiatives at a national sporting organisation. I love to get out and about and definitely do my own thing (I am quite busy!) but I do enjoy being around home and hanging out. I will be working a typical week 8am-5pm but will occasionally work weekends or travel interstate for the role. I am a very tidy and clean person (no one like having dirty dishes in the sink!) and love to cook too (I am a mean brunch and I have the best blender for smoothies) and would definitely get around house activities or pitch in when needed. On the weekends I find myself going on walks or to the gym, catching up with friends for brunch or coffee and heading to a local basketball game or just out for casual drinks with friends. In Perth I spend a lot of time at the beach but I guess I will have to switch the beach for Edinburgh Gardens! There is probably a lot more I could tell you about me but hopefully we can discuss later.
Both working non smokers. Easy going, clean, respectful. Enjoy music, bands, travel, food.
I'm a recent Uni graduate (bachelor of Arts, specialising in fashion) and have recently moved to Melbourne. My plan is to find work, then go up the career ladder in my own field when opportunity allows. I'm tolerant of other cultures, lifestyles, etc. I mind my own business normally. I'm pretty quiet, I don't drink to excess, I have never smoked and never taken illegal drugs. All I ask for is a room, bed, wardrobe and somewhere to put my computer. I would like a private room in an existing share house. Sorry, not interested in teamups or room sharing. Dealbreakers: - nowhere to store my clothes or set up a desktop computer - smoker who smokes inside - illegal drug use - intolerant / nasty
Hello there. My name is Mia, I am 30 years old female, and I am coming with my beloved fluffy cat Bruno. We are both very easy going, clean and tidy and love to live life fully. I am originally from Czech Republic, but now with PR, I am staying in Australia for good. I am working as kindergarten teacher assistant part time at the moment. I love to spend time in nature, connecting spiritually, meditate with holistic approach to life.
Hi. I am Chris and I am looking for a place in a shared house/apartment. I work full time as a public servant. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, reading and listening to music. I've lived in several share houses over the last 12 years and enjoy the social aspect of share houses. I'm looking for easy going sociable flatmates. As I work full time during the week, I would prefer a household that was reasonably quiet on weeknights.
Hi, I’m Victoria(Vicky) from Colombia. I’m 25 years old. I’m easygoing and tidy. I love dance (salsa, bachata, reggaeton...) so I can teach you :-p I’m going to stay in Melbourne for 3 years, so I’m looking for a long-term place. Looking forward to hear about you Vicky
I'm looking for a nice bunch of folks to live with somewhere in the inner suburbs. A fairly easy-going housemate, I like to socialise with the people I live with, but respect the privacy of others. I love a good bike ride- motorcycle or bicycle. I love all things aviation, and with a glider licence under my belt would also like to learn how to paraglide and/or hang glide sometime soon! I've spent a few years travelling around the place and doing different kinds of work including a lot of English teaching, but now would like to settle back into Melbourne, at least for the time being. Look forward to meeting you!
Hey guys! I’m 32 years old and run my own business. We’re currently building a studio in Collingwood, so i’ll be there mostly when it’s up and running. I generally lay pretty low during the week as I also do some digital marketing work on the side. For fun I have a radio show and even run an NBA podcast too, so all and all I’m generally pretty busy. I also swim and play basketball during the week, so I like to keep pretty active. I’ve lived in share houses for the last 8 years so I know how it all works, so I’m also very respectful of everyones space. I’m also happy to pay two months rent upfront and bond too if that works? Happy to answer anymore questions Look forward to meeting you Matty
Heyya! I am Sagar (35) living in Melbourne from last 15 years. I am a professional working full time in IT industry. I am very neat and tidy person and like my surroundings to be the same. I can be a good in-house handyman for things need fixing or fine tuning. I am a smoker but never inside the house and trying to cut down and quit soon. Not a chatter box but would always love a chat over cuppa or a beer. I am full of humour you see!! I am looking to move around late January early February and happy to buy furniture or any other stuff if needed so no issues. About the length of stay, currently for around 4-6 months and then might extend but we can negotiate that. If you have any spare room for offer then would love to hear from you. Thanks. Regards, Sagar
Hi, I'm looking for a long term home, am easy-going; open-minded; creative; down to earth; relaxed; clean but not OCD and respectful. I dance and am an aerial artist, I work and can pay the bills/rent on time. If you think I'd be a good fit to the home, contact me. Thanks! :)
Hey! We are Ned and Molly and we are looking for a couple room around the inner north. We both work full time; Ned works is a consultant in the environmental sector working mostly on renewable projects and Molly works in community radio at the youth station as a membership experience manager. Hi, I'm Fran. Born and raised in Melbourne. I'm a 29 y/o secondary teacher working full-time in South Yarra. I teach German, History and Philosophy. I generally work from 8.30-4.30 but often have to take marking home. During the week I am pretty quiet and like coming home to relax and destress. On the weekends I enjoy going to yoga/exercising and getting out in Melbourne and catching up with friends for brunch/drinks etc. I am looking to move out of my current sharehouse because my housemate is moving overseas next year for work and I would like to move into a house with more housemates and therefore slightly cheaper rent. I'm a good listener and easy to get along with. I like to socialise and be friends with my housemates but also respect that everyone needs their own space. I am definitely a fan of creating a home rather than just co-existing with other housemates. My current housemate and I regularly cook for each other and this creates a really nice homely atmosphere. I would like to think I'm a pretty good cook and occasional baker and I enjoy trying out new recipes. I'm not a vegetarian but don't eat a lot of red meat and will happily eat 2-3 meat-free meals per week. I have a house full of furniture including a fridge and washing machine that I bought new 3 years ago. I can take stuff with me or sell it if needed. I also have quite a few pot plants which I would love to take with me if there is room. I have an adorable 4 year old black cat named Gaia. She defies a lot of the stereotypes about cats. She's very affectionate and loves nothing better than jumping up onto my lap for pats and will happily purr away and go to sleep.
Hey! I'm a warm, open minded and respectful housemate always up for a good belly laugh, house movie nights, or just chilling on my own in the hammock with a good book. Huge animal lover, so pets are a plus. Vego, but anything but preachy. Musician, but respectful of the quiet hours. Ideally I'd love to find a place with a good garden to help out in, a bath, and I'm hoping for more of a sociable, friendly household; somewhere that's not afraid to go and grab beers together sometimes, while still keeping up a healthy respect for space and privacy too. Not looking for an immediate move, but just testing out the waters, and if the shoe sounds like it fits, let me know!
Hi, I am 30 yr old Indian girl, looking an accommodation near the hospital, where I work as a nurse.I am easy to get along with, a fun loving person with a good sense of humor and positive attitude, always keep things neat and tidy. I am hoping to live with someone who is up for a chat or wouldn't mind watching tv shows or movies together and also respecting each other's space, privacy and alone time.I like spending my free time by watching movies, reading and listening music.I don't drink and smoke but I respect other peoples space and privacy, so I hope they will do the same.
I'm ultra chill and I'm looking for people who are independent. I'm an MBA grad in the making and a digital marketing specialist by profession. I write at times and am hoping to create a meme that gets 100k likes one day :P I'm not a smoker but I can't promise the same when I'm under the influence of alcohol. I'm from Mumbai, India btw. I also own a PS3 which I use to socialize with people :P
