I am an easy-going and open-minded person. I am looking forward to share a place in your area! I am a Language teacher and have been in Sydney for many years now. I just came back from Tanzania where I am involved in a School and had the most wonderful time! Really looking forward to share in a friendly and relaxed home. I enjoy kayaking, art exhibitions and spending time with my friends from different nationalities. I also enjoy Tai Chi and meditation.
Tidy, ambitious, athletic and fun-loving - that's me in a nutshell. I am coming to Sydney in late February for studying at UTS Business School. Coming all the way from snowy Norway I am looking for something nice and affordable near the beaches. Sport and outdoor activities are my passions. Being used to having forest right outside my door, staying close to nature is essential to me. Looking forward to meet some likeminded adventurous girls out there!
Actually, I am looking for a home paying 240-250 max. I'm never late paying the rent. Like tonstay clean and tidy. I am very friendly as well, love to meet new people. Not looking for a party house, but love to stay talking with a glass of wine everytime in a while after work. I work full time in hospitality.
I'm Stanley, 31 year old professional working in the city. Outside of work; I'm fit and active, I enjoy a great coffee, food and wine. I'm a social person but I also enjoy my quiet downtime. I'm looking for place to share with people that are clean/tidy, know how to enjoy life but also respectful of others and I would of course offer the same in return. I don't have a set moving date nor set length of stay at this stage, however would ideally be moving prior to holiday break and minimum 3 months with the view to extend long-term if everything works out and everyone is in agreement. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers
Hello future flatmate/s! My name is Shaye, 20. Just a bit about myself - I'm a very friendly person. I'm clean, tidy, respectful of other people's personal space. I enjoy cooking , I LOVE coffee, and I don't mind the occassional beer or so. I'm currently in Canberra and I've just recently been offered a grad job in Sydney - looking forward to making the move up there! Shaye
Hey! My name is Marina, I'm 19, work full-time at a hotel and am looking at moving out of the parents' house to a place that is either in or really close to the city for work. I like to think of myself as a cheerful, respectful, easy-going girl! I tend to get on great with a bunch of different personalities, and I like to make people laugh. I'm someone who cleans up after themselves so keeping the place clean won't be an issue! You'll often find me out and about exploring or spending quality time with close friends, and at the end of the day in a deep sleep not bothering a single soul. My work hours are somewhat demanding, so I just want to live in an area that isn't a whole hour away!
Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers Kathy&Andy
Hi, Im 27 year old Estonian girl. Have been in Sydney for 5 years. Im working full time and studing aswell. Im really into fitness and being active and healthy. I like to keep myself busy. Im friendly and really easy going.
I'm chilled out, social, clean, lots of experience sharing homes, fit, healthy and understand the term personal space. I'm also a wicked cook and love a good yarn over a drink every now and then.
Relocated to Sydney 18 months ago for work. Currently living in Glebe and working in the CBD. Am a considerate housemate that will respect others belongings and space. I know how to cook, and happy to do so for my housemate(s). More importantly, I know how to clean up after himself. Am a non-smoker and exercise most mornings (boxing, Muay Thai, running, pilates). I don't mind socialising and some drinks on the weekend, but I'm no party animal. Looking for a chilled shared house, no dramas, just relaxing good times. Hoping to move in Dec 2016 or Jan 2017.
Looking for a room to occupy in a home with like minded individuals. I travel a lot for work but when I'm home l love being at the beach, cooking and spending time with friends. I'm an easy going person to live with, clean and tidy and like to look after my surroundings.
Hi, I'm Joanna, 27 years old. I work a 9-5 job in the City. I'm moving up from Melbourne to Sydney for a bit of a change in scenery in January 2017! During the weekdays I like to exercise after work and chill at home or with mates. On the weekends I like going out for brunch and trying new places. I love socialising (but respectful of people's personal space too), learning new things and being adventurous! I'm looking for socialable housemates who don't mind having a chat. I'm tidy and respectful of communal areas so I expect my housemates to be the same. I want to live with people who are honest, chilled and caring. I'm happy to cook communal meals or occasionally go out as a group.
We are 3 maybe 4 professionals in our thirties looking for a share house, each needing a room. We all work full time, and are all from the South Coast, so we travel away a lot of weekends. Personally I travel to Bali a lot for my business. Another is in the army and is away on base a lot. The other (s) spend a lot of weekends down the coast too. But we are all extremely respectable, work hard, love a Sunday BBQ and spend most of our spare time at the beach. All in all, very respectable and reliable. We are flexible with a move date, anywhere from two weeks onward. But could work around whatever suits. Budget wise we are open to this also. And flexible with length of stay. Can do anywhere from 3 months to 12 months. Happy to discuss this with you. Thanks, and hopefully chat soon!
Me and my Partner are looking to move out together in a share house or studio. We are both very easy going and work full time. I Luzia work in childcare and my partner Renee in Security. We are both very creative. Renee makes cigar box guitars and I love to pain and make make candles. We love our music and enjoy going to see bands and gigs here and there. we are always up for a chat and a drink but also love our own space too. Renee has a little rat called Jetty and I have a beautiful rabbit called JPR. Hes very easy going but would love a space to run outside on his leash. We hope to move in with working professionals who are clean and respectful like us. would love to have a chat and meet you :)
I live half of my time in Dural and half my time in town. So I am looking for a house/flat/unit that's clean and tidy which I can basically just sleep at! No party gal here but I do go out a lot so you'd hardly see me. I can furnish a room as well if required (probably preferred)
Hi there, My name is Jasper Stam, 25 years old and originally from the Netherlands. I am a very easy going, social, sportsmen looking for an accommodation near Coogee. I love the beach and swimming, that's why I like the Coogee area so much. Living with me is very easy and fun. I am an easy going, great cook, full time employed person, that loves a tranquil home space. Love the beach and nature. Don't want a party atmosphere. I have a small extremely gorgeous pomeranian dog ... so the most important thing I am looking for is someone or a house that would like a small dog. I'm from the Sunshine Coast moving down for work for a year or so (maybe more). I will be working in retail homewares full time, and hang out with my grown up daughter in Sydney, and also love being outdoors and walking my dog, so won't be hanging around that much. Im 48, but have a very young personality, so don't mind living with younger people. Like a tidy house though.
Hi there, I'm a friendly easy going guy and I work full time. Looking a for a nice place to live with nice people. I'm clean and respectful of others and enjoy being social whilst respecting others privacy. Look forward to talking with you. Michael
Respectful Australian guy looking for a room in an established home or to collaborate with people who want to make a new place. My work focuses on understanding how distinctive environments and organizational cultures impact creativity and innovation for community wellbeing. Not interested in a partyhouse. Rather, I appreciate a friendly and relaxed vibe - ideally making a sanctuary, balancing private and shared space. That said, my interests range from a love of exploring nature to storytelling, conversation and an occasional social drink or cooking a meal for friends. Simon
Hey! Looking for a housemate /room/team up. Clichè check: tidy, clean, relaxed and friendly. Full time Mon-Fri professional, like my space but enjoy sharing a meal or a drink now and then, as we would be sharing a home. Out and about for the most part but I do like the occasional weekend in. Considerate of personal space. No mad parties but I'll come to yours. Like/love: design, architecture, dance, whisky, martinis, tennis... & more. I don't usually cook, I 'assemble' or grill but love cooking a nice meal every now and then to share. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey! I'm Julia and I'm a relatively recent Sydney-side convert from New Zealand. I've been here just under a year now and looking to find my first place to call home - I work full time in Research and Strategy at a Marketing agency based in Ultimo. Hi, my name is George and I am a 21-year-old who is moving from Melbourne to Sydney in order to begin working a full-time job in a industry that I love, hospitality. Looking for a relaxing house share with people of similar age to myself. I am clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples space. I am a nurse so people who are understanding of my shift pattern would be ideal, sometimes needing to sleep during the day when on night shifts. In my spare time I love to relax on the beach, go to the gyms and head to gigs. I am easy going and would like the mix of some social time with my flatmates but also some time alone especially after a busy day at work. I am originally from the UK but have been in Sydney for over 3 years. I currently live on my own in Coogee but due to crazy rent prices and getting a bit lonely at times I am wanting to go into a flat share. I have my own furniture but willing to sell if the place I move into is furnished. Also own a car so a place with parking or plenty of on street parking would be ideal.
I'm a balanced person in general, social but understanding of personal space, tidy but not a control freak, I like going out but not a party animal, etc. I'm easy going, thats all I can say :)

I am originally a Colombian guy, who lives in Sydney since almost a year. Personally I am a clean and tidy person, very sociable but also understands and respects the privacy of others. Living in a flatshare to me means: a friendly, honest and fun atmosphere between all tenants - with a good communication among each other. Furthermore some shared dinners or movies, an easy going contact with each other. I am a part-time worker and student, focusing on Marketing and Management but deepening my knowledge in alternative therapy and all that has to do with a healthy and balanced life style. I would love to find likeminded people to share a house or flat with each other, or moving into an existing shared apartment.
Hi I'm Alice, 21 years old and a young professional working 30-40 hours per week. Looking for a room to rent in an existing share house/apartment. Ideally looking to live with males/females or a couple. I'm easy going, friendly, fun, and trustworthy. I like my personal space and time at home but also like to socialise and always keep my house respected and clean and tidy. I'm into the gym and my music, and do a lot of reading, cooking, and watch movies but also like to go out for drinks now and then. Looking to live with people long term who are respectful of personal space and tidy, but someone who I can socialise with. I'm Aussie by citizenship but originally from England and lived in Sydney for 2 years.
Neat and tidy, fun people with a very cute and well behaved dog (who is trained for visiting hospitals and clinics). We're looking to live with people who are friendly and like to have a good time but also enjoy times of quiet.
Easy going, respectful and understanding of house shares. 26 year old Australian, just returned from the UK and looking for a place to call home. I'm clean and tidy, enjoy a mid week sneaky wine or dinner but mostly enjoy down time during the working week. Enjoy the beach, netball and BBQ's over summer. French consultant from Paris taking a 3 months break in Australia Looking for a quiet place close to the sea to rest, read, write, take time, live... will work very little from here as I am freelancer and can choose planning and contracts Love music, swimming, SUP, kanoe, Jetsurf... or basically water activities. Discrete but helpful if needed, highly respectful of other's property and privacy, clean and tidy, I know how to make really good scrambled eggs :) and a few french specialties, although cooking is not my best skill Not a party animal, prefer fun coming unexpectedly
Hi, I'm Jean-Michel, freshly arrived from France, I am working at Bathers' Pavilion. Planing into settling done for a while I am looking for a room to rent. I'm easy going, respectfull, like to leave in a clean place and of course I am always willing to help keep it clean. Working in hospitality, means I go to work in the morning but never really know when I'll be home. i'm very shill and like to share a glass of wine or a beer time to time. I do smoke but never inside the home of course, and I try to stay away from people that doesn't smoke while i do (per example, if you're relaxing on a balcony, I'll get out of the appartment to have my cigarette). When I see that the rubush bag is full.... I take it out, I'm not the kind that presse it down to close it and leave it for the next one, same as everything (I wont let an empty toilet paper roll). It might sounds silly but if we have to leave together, it has to be in armony and I think that little detail like that help everyone enjoying the flat. Do not hesitate in contacting me for any information.
