Just arrived in Sydney, I'm looking for a room in a shared house in Surry Hills - Darlinghurst - Redfern. I will study in UTS this semester and will work part time Please let me know if the room still available in your house ! I'm free to visit from now :) Cheers
I'm Justine Glen from the Philippines. I'm a film-make, will be studying a communication course in Sydney, NSW. I used to work as a Production Associate in the largest film production company in the Philippines. I love to cook.
Hi my names Renate and I'm 24 and work full time as a graduate lawyer in North Sydney. I grew up on the south coast of nsw and have been living in the eastern suburbs for the past 6 months. My lease is up and the landlord now wants to renovate. I'm clean, considerate and like to have fun. Whether that be at home watching tv, cooking, or out at the bar! During the week I work long hours and then gym and/or run every day so am not home until late. In summer I love to head to the beach, I enjoy a good coffee and sunshine and getting out and socialising as much as possible on the weekends. Looking for a room in a share house with like minded professionals, people who are independent and respect privacy but those who I can still enjoy a few beverages and a bit of banter with too Also interested in teaming up :)
We are Jennifer and Paulina, two 23 year old swedes, who will be studying at UNSW and Sydney Film School. We are both very social, easy going and love meeting new people, as well we value respect for personal space. We love going on little trips, cooking, watching films and having some glasses of wine in the weekend. If you would like to have two friendly, clean and fun roommates, we would love to hear from you!
Hey, I am looking for a relaxed household in the innerwest, where I can hang out with my housemates but also relax and wind down on my own. Ideally close to a train station as I do not drive. I work fulltime at an IT Company. I am in my early 20s, preferably looking for a place with people in their 20s as well. I'm neat and tidy and interested in art.
We are both students, Daniel is completing a doctorate in physio and I am studying high school teaching. We are fairly social people, and still relatively new to Sydney (1 yr) so we are always happy to make new friends. Daniel is a runner (400m sprints) and enjoys running and gym, I studied acting and am working on that as well as uni and having a part time job.
I'm from the UK 🇬🇧 I work full time as a engineer and don't drink a lot so won't ever bring people home for house party's! I'm in Australia on my own so really won't have anyone over at all. I work 5-6days a week so only be around in the evenings. I'm tidy and clean and like to socialise! I won't just hide away in my room all night. I would like to live with people that our willing to watch movies together and maybe take turns cooking meals for each other for more of a family vibe!
Hi! I'm a social yet independent young professional looking for a relaxed, tidy and fun place in Sydney. I'm moving from NZ to Sydney for work (strategy and planning role at a tech startup in the city) and ideally looking for a place <10 minute walk to a train station and if not, being close enough to town for a short bus/uber to work would be great. Start date flexible between 27 July and 5 August - happy to wait for a great place with friendly and fun people - with preferably other professionals in their 20s. I've been living in shared houses with friends since 2013 (including one place for 3 years) so have plenty of experience living with others. I enjoy cooking and catching up with friends for casual drinks/brunch in the weekend as well as a good movie/drinks/meal and chat at the flat. Feel free to get in touch via flatmates, whatsapp, imessage, facebook or linkedin :) Cheers! David
Hi everyone, I’m looking to find a place to stay in Coogee from early August and looking for a place in the long term. I have recently moved back from London and working full time in the city. I’ll be out of the place most weekdays from around 7am-7pm and as part of the job will have to travel. I'm originally from Adelaide and know the Coogee area well. I am easy going, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful person who also enjoys a good laugh. I enjoy a casual wine and drink on weekends and getting to know new people. I am a keen tennis player who likes to stay active (swim, run, workout etc). If you have a good opportunity and think I'll be a good fit feel free to contact me. Cheers
I'm an easygoing, friendly and tidy person looking for a house that can enjoy the occasional dinner and drinks together, but also can respect each other's personal space. I don't have any pets but I love animals, and I do have plenty of houseplants that I'd be hoping to bring along! I'm a full time science student at Sydney Uni, and my hobbies are reading, op shopping, hiking, swimming at the beach and just relaxing with friends.
I'm a young professional who is easy going and loves going out, eating at restaurants and having a good time. I work in customer service for a global financial company which is situated in the city so a place near the city would be great!
I'm a 34 y.o. engineer working in North Sydney, from Newcastle originally and been living in Sydney for 2 years. Lived and worked in France for a few years, looking for a friendly awesome place to live, get out and about a lot and looking for similar. I'm considerate, respectful, up for the occasional binge-TV session but generally exploring Sydney parks, beaches, and local watering holes, etc. Oh yes. And studying part time while working. So busy!
I've just started uni here in Sydney from the UK and am looking for some fab flatmates. I'm pretty relaxed and get on well with everyone, and love meeting new people. It's great to hangout in the evenings for dinner and drinks but I would also respect your privacy. I'm a pretty nifty cook and can turn my hand to cleaning when needs be! I like to be active, and spend time outdoors. Shout if you would like a new fun loving flatmate! xx
Hi guys! ***Looking for a place to stay ASAP!*** After travelling South East Asia for 3 months, we are now both moving to Sydney on the 20th July 2017 on a 1 year working holiday visa. Need a separate single furnished room with attached or combined wash room. I'm a Civil engineer moving from Wagga Wagga, NSW. Initially need shared accommodation for two to four weeks and it might be extended depends upon my situation and mutual understanding. Calm, decent and honest guy. Maximum budget $125 to $175 or close to these (All inclusive). Expecting close to train station and bus stop. Willing to relocate last week of July or 1st week of August. Please message me. Many thanks.
I'm from Sydney, currently live in Chippo, work in retail and am about to start studying Fine Arts. I adore a good book, natter and cup of tea. I also like my britcoms, music and broad city. I have a green thumb, bake the occasional treat and frequently have pizza leftovers for breakfast. I'm down to earth, pretty tidy and keen to move asap into an unfurnished room with like minded people!
I'm pretty easy to live with. I am a nerd and love movies, tv shows, games and comics. I'm single, not particularly fussed about relationships. I'm religious but my thing is that it's to each their own so don't worry if you're not or a different faith, I don't care. I work full time on the edge of Crows Nest and North Sydney. I love a good laugh and a good book. My current ambition is to learn Auslan. I'm looking for a home. Somewhere that I feel comfortable in the common areas, not just hidden away in my room. Want to know anything else, just ask!
Sociable, clean and tidy person. I'm looking for a furnished room and a place to live with like-minded people. Professional working in the city from the UK. Enjoy sports, keeping fit and a good beer or two.
Hello hello! Fingers and toes crossed here in hopes of finding a new room soon (before August 10th). I am a Journalism student at UTS and when I am not annoying the public, I enjoy surfing, watching art house films, touching everything at markets, and having a groove at small music gigs. I have lived in a plethora amount of shared houses so I know how to respect people's space and plants, and lucky for you I am quite the avid cleaner!! Ideally I am looking at finding a place around Bondi as I am an ocean being; however also open to other inner city areas if the right house / housemates come along! Thankssssss, And see you soon
Hola!! I've just recently moved from the city of churches (adelaide) to the big smoke as I got an amazing new job with the Fire Department! I've been a firefighter for over 6 years with 4 years being in Darwin and the last 2.5 in Adelaide and it really is the best job in the world... I'm currently locked into a lease until the start of September which is just as I complete my training with FRNSW. I'll be rolling into full time shift work hours which will be 24hrs on 24hrs off 24hrs on with 5 days off to follow (8am-8am). Which basically means 2 out of 8 days I won't even be home, perfect house to yourself time ✌🏾 I'll also be getting a second job somewhere possibly a bar, cafe, retail for some extra coin on my days off. I've lived in share houses for many, many years and know how important it is to find the best housemate. Someone clean and tidy is always ideal, I possibly borderline OCD, love a clean and tidy house, somewhere to call a home. I've always pretty active not only for my job but in general life! I spend a lot of time down the beach in summer and winter, surfing also keen to get back involved down the surfclub and start surfboats again, love running and if you have a dog that needs walking I'll literally do it every day!! Miss my dog back in adelaide sooo much!! Love a glass of wine or a sneaky couple of espresso martinis over the weekend and am more a music listener to a tv watcher. I enjoy just chilling out but also love being social and going out and meeting new interesting and fun people! Ideally looking around the Coogee abs surrounding areas, preferable as close to the beach as possible haha Looking forward to hearing back from you.....
