Hi I work full time in the real estate industry. I have been working in property management and leasing for over 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. I need to live near Burswood Peninsula. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male & preferably the owner of the property). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes etc. I wouldn't want to spend more than what I already am ($180 per week including all bills). I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
Socially quiet, friendly, non-smoker, tidy & clean, enjoy goin to the movies & out to my social dances
I am a great mate because I know how to share space, to engage and connect but I also know when to retreat and how to create a little sanctuary! I'm easy going, open and fun but also conscious and care about the environment I live. I don't watch TV, I'm a vegetarian who reads books! After living on my own for a year I'm read to get back into a share house with like minds who are open to having a pretty special dog in the family but there are no other exisiting pets.
Hey guys, I am searching a shared house/room around Victoria park. At the moment I am in a job change but I definitely will work 2 days per week but search something to work full time. To my person: I love to cook after a long day and just relax and talk a little to my house mates. I am a clean and funny person who keeps everything tidy. Also I am no one of these party backpackers, just trying to find a job and a good place to stay to earn and save money. It would be awesome if some animals would live in the house! Cheers Jan
Hi there! I'm a 19 year old Curtin student currently on a semester break from uni (returning in 2018). My current lease at Cockburn ends on the 6th of January 2018, however I am looking to move in somewhere with my brother mid-late Decemeber. We're both looking for two rooms in a team up situation around that time . We both have part-time/full time work to support us and have a fair bit of furniture and household stuff we are happy to share. If any of this sounds appealing to you, please don't hesitate to contact me! :)
Hey there :) I find myself to be easy going, open minded, clean and tidy and very respectful of other humans space. I enjoy cooking, live music, exercise, camping/outdoors, few casual drinks here and there but love alone time also! I do have a furbaby Marley (cat) he has an awesome personallity, toilet trained and has lived with other animals previously :) Please message me for any further questions etc Thanks!
I am a mature age student looking to live with like minded people in a quiet environment, who don't mind an occassional drink (Not a party house), or a meal/Coffee catch up with other housemates. I work in a Childcare as a casual childcare assistant. I am originally from Country Victoria, and have lived in Perth for Four years now. I am involved in Scouts as a leader with the Venturer scout section, which keeps me busy. I love water based sports, and am looking for other housemates who would enjoy getting outdoors for a walk, or a quick paddle on weekends.
Moving to Perth from Sydney early January 2018 (8th). Non smoker. Clean and very tidy, quiet, reliable & pragmatic 58 y/o single hetero male. University educated (BA Hons.,MA). Hospitality shift worker, good references. Looking to share long term with other M/F professional. Interests: Cinema & part time financial market trader. Swim daily. Properly house-trained. 25 year Vegan but no issues with carnivores. Prefer to share with straight person, but gender/sexual preference not an issue if personalities connect. I do not work regular 'office' hours (often weekends / evenings). Drink alcohol infrequently & in extreme moderation. Well behaved socially but enjoy own company as I work with the public. Security conscious and handy around the home if required. I know how to use a vacuum cleaner & clean a toilet. Garden & pet friendly. Ideal situation for home owner with spare room. Older person (35+) best. Scooter owner. No car, no pets, no partners. Straight shooter - good communication important.
My name is Nisha, and I'm a full time student at UWA. I work 4 days a week at a GP in Bentley as a receptionist- and I'm looking for a house close to work as I sometimes work very early mornings. I'm easy-going and friendly, and love to have a chat and a giggle with anyone. I value my personal space, and will respect yours. I like to spend my free nights doing face masks and binge watching reality tv with my boyfriend. Looking for something within the next couple of months, with a short term lease- preferably 3 months.
Pretty much stay in my room and game the whole time, just looking for a nice place to live for 6 to 12 months while I evaluate where I'm moving to out of Perth (or if depending on y'know, anything, but I'm in a stable position here and I always give plenty of advance notice of changes). Just me and my little buddy Peaches (love bird, chirps during the day but that's about it, lives in a cage). Looking for someone who can keep the place nice, tidy and quiet. A place with a lovely kitchen and reasonably modern. Aiming in the $350 - $500 region split with me and +1. Suburb choice is pretty limited to East Vic Park / Vic Park / Bentley / St. James / Rivervale and some surrounding areas with NBN (as listed on the NBNCo Rollout map) as shit internet is the number one cause of anger amongst housemates. Looking for a 4 x 2 place so we each have 2 bed 1 bath each. (or a 3 x 2 if you want to pay less and only get one room and a bathroom but up for discussion) If you need help with your budgeting, I work in Analytics / Finance so I can give you a pretty good idea of costs. Based on my current estimates (which over-estimate just to be on the safe side), bills add about $30 a week to your rental costs. I expect to split everything 50/50 if we're aiming for a 4 x 2 place (compromising on space divisions) or a split closer to 65/35 (for rent, still 50/50 on services of course) if we're aiming for a 3 x 2 place and you intend on only having one room and a bathroom to yourself. I work full time at Crown, been there 8 years so pretty stable. Able to move ASAP
Hi, I'm 28 years old, easy going and work full time. I have a 9 year old, mostly indoors cat and we're looking for a place to share or open to a team up. I'd prefer to only share with one other person, not fussed on gender and it would be great to have my own bathroom and car space. Looking around the Kewdale/Belmont/Rivervale areas as I work in the city and go to a gym in Belmont. I'm a clean person and a pretty good cook too. If you have any other questions about me or my cat, please let me know. Hopefully hear from you soon!
Hi ALL... I work in the building/mining industry. I'm a very clean, tidy, responsible and respectful flatmate with references to back it up. I am social but also like my own space. I enjoy chilling with good music, taking in some sport, sampling craft beers and hitting the beach whenever possible. I am searching for a drama/drug free residence with friendly people who are clean and tidy. I will require a furnished bedroom. To have my own bathroom would be preferable but not essential. And if it's not asking to much, a secure garage space in which to store some personal items and for a car in the near future would be great. So please don't hesitate to contact me if I meet your flatmate requirements and or if you wish to know more about me. Thanks... Andrew.

Hi, I'm Hannah, I've lived in South Australia my whole life and been working with an elite South Australian jewellery company for over a year now, however I am now looking to move interstate and going back into study, studying Dental Assistance and working part time in Perth. I am in my 20's, down to earth and friendly, love a good laugh, a wine here and there and to be around good company as well as have time to myself. I'm a vegetarian but don't let the title scare you away! I am a passionate animal lover but won't make you feel bad for eating meat. I have a cat, his name is Thor. He's 4 years old and has had experience living with other animals, having lived with a small dog and two other cats in his lifetime and although it takes him a while to warm up he eventually does and really enjoys the company; he'll even play hide and seek chasey if you initiate the game. He loves people and getting cuddles, he is toilet trained, friendly with other cats and people and is dessexed and micro-chipped as well. He is an indoor and outdoor cat. I'll leave it there for now, please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions about the above. Kind Regards, Hannah
I am home grown from Perth. Working full time as a factory worker. I am clean and respectful. I'm chatty and pretty much always in high spirits. I am easy to get along with and relaxed. I am active and like to try new things. At the moment I am interested in diet, jogging and hiking. One day I would like to climb a mountain. I am looking for a homely atmosphere, not just a bunch of people sharing a roof. Wouldn't mind the occasional communal meal too. I love animals and the great outdoors. I don't smoke or do drugs, but i do enjoy a drink on the weekend. I am looking to share a place with 1 - 3 housemates for about six months or maybe longer.
