I'm hoping to find a long-term home for at least a year or longer, if all works out well. I definitely like calm and quiet in my home environment, although I do enjoy relating with people when it happens, and having thoughtful and thought-provoking conversations. But basically I'm quite self-contained, independent and enjoy being quiet. Re shared areas; I believe I'm a very considerate, aware and respectful sharer of space. I leave the most minimal footprint possible and clean up as immediately as possible after creating food in the kitchen. As far as my life style/interests are concerned: I'm a retired teacher who worked with Indigenous adolescents in central Australia for several years, and before that in Wilcannia and northern NSW. I'm now studying a three year Dru Yoga Teacher Training course; I attend two Dru yoga classes a week, one a private class in Mullum, and one in Byron. I'm a regular volunteer at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery in Ballina (one or two shifts a week) I have my own income. I'm a creative who delights in the aesthetic in all aspects of living and I deeply value feeling connected to nature. I'm a keen gardener and enjoy planting food, herbs and flowers. I love eating good food and cooking, particularly different ethnic foods. I eat a vegetarian diet, but I'm not rigid about it. I guess if I were asked to encapsulate what I love and believe in, one word would have to be *diversity* and one concept would have to be *unity in diversity*. I'm a traveller and a seeker and always will be. Suffice it to say I can wax lyrical about things I feel passionate about, and act upon them as well. I look forward to connecting with anyone who shares similar values.
I’m super chill and work hard. My time off I spend with the pup down at the beach or on an adventure. I’m quiet, respectful and am drug free, do not smoke and rarely drink. I’m also a vegetarian. I work in both the hospitality and the fitness industries and live a clean, active life.
Currently living in Brisbane with intention to move to the Northern NSW area ( in July ) I am an extremely clean person, respectful of other peoples privacy, belongings and space. I work fulltime ( week on -week off), so I will be there only 50% of the time. Would rather a house to share with one other person. I have a little dog, however when away at work he will stay with a friend. I am very easy to get along with. I can cook AND clean up !! I am domesticated .. Would prefer someone who is mature minded and working full time. I would like a 6 to 12 month lease on a property. Fee free to contact me
Hi, I’m moving to the area to work with the Northern NSW Health health promotion team and looking for a place to live as I’m moving here from Newcastle. I’m easy going, a respectful housemate, clean and tidy. I try to lead a pretty healthy lifestyle and like going on adventures. I enjoy meeting new people and love going to new places and trying new foods. I have no pets but I love animals and would be happy to live with someone with pets.

Hey! I'm from Brisbane and I recently got a promotion with work and need to move to Lismore asap. I'm easy to get along with, honest and upfront, and always clean up after myself. I like going to the gym, to the beach, going hiking, playing volleyball, and eating my weight in chocolate. If you have a Netflix addiction, we will get along fine 😊 I'm just looking for someone who's easy to get along with and has a good sense of humour.
I am chilled out and relaxed, I love gardening and maintaining an organised raised garden bed with a variety of vegies and herbs, I brew my own beer and like experimenting with what ever produce is in excess during that season, I am handy around the home and like to fix and build things with what ever is available to reduce waste.

I surf and love the ocean, this is the main reason I want to come to Byron. I’m neat, tidy, social, healthy, private and would make a fun housemate. I work as a marketing contractor in Byron at the moment. I'm used to being in share houses. On weekends I surf and do some creative writing. notimeforpostcards.com Currently in Suffolk Park, and liking it very much.
I've just landed my dream job!! I'll be working for an amazing start up in Newrybar from April. I currently live in Melbourne but am looking to find somewhere within an hours drive from my new job and living with some awesome people. I'm friendly, clean, tidy, funny, thoughtful/considerate and uber-chilled. I'm looking forward to the change in scene so I'll be swapping my Melbourne woolies and lattes for my Stand Up Paddleboard and bathers and (hopefully ) also taking surfing lessons too. Initially I'll be spending quite a few weekends back in Melbourne, so will probably only be home Mon-Thu while I settle in. I'm working full time and looking for somewhere for at least 6 months. Maybe more if I find the right place / flatmates. I can't wait. :-)
Dear potential housemates, Hi. My name is Lexi and I'm 31. I've started with a company in Ewingsdale and need to stay in the Byron area for 2-3 months (not an ideal length of time but better than nothing) starting some time in April. I love music, having a wine after work and socialising but am just as happy absorbed in a book. I'm respectful of other housemates space, omnivorous and a non smoker. I don't have a pet but love animals. I'll hopefully find your listed share house but please get in touch if I sound like someone you could live with. Cheers
Hi I'm really easy going and let people be who they are (expecting the same in return). I am relocating from the Gold Coast to Lennox Head or the surrounding area. I am a yoga teacher, horticulturist and have a small dog - she is very loving and friendly (ok then, a bit needy.... ). From there it's the typical scenario. I love the beach, I like to keep things simple, I eat very healthily, don't really watch much tv and love the northern NSW area. I don't mind getting to know those I live with, however I like my privacy as well. Let's see what happens!!!! :)
Greg Murray 32, Easy going, friendly, clean, respectful, not a massive party dude however I enjoy the occasional night out to check out a good band or just to socialise a little. I love the beach, surfing and just relaxing with good people in the afternoon. I have a bar job in town and I work mostly nights so you won’t see me all that much. I’m a heavy sleeper and generally a pretty relaxed person so you won’t hear many complaints from me.
Leaving the bright lights of Sydney behind for a Byron Bay seachange. Moving late March/ early April Looking for a fellow hospo to live with or someone who doesn't mind late hours on the weekend and sleeping in during the day. I'm a very chill person, I love snuggling up with a fluffy blanket and some chocolate and watching crappy tv on Netflix and stan. I like seeing pleasure in the little things in life. I enjoy camping, hiking, exploring nature as well as paddle boarding and surfing. Will be getting around town by bike so would prefer Byron town/ Suffolk Park area. I also freelance event work at lots of festivals so my weekends are normally booked up. I like to socialise during the week instead. I'm looking for a housemate(s) that isn't opposed to friends visiting and sharing dinner from time to time. I'm hoping to be a part of your home and not just a random lodger, please be my friend. I'm moving up knowing only a few people in town. I'm a bit of a free spirit but also quite domestic, I cook, clean, knit, sew, crochet, read. I love reptiles and can tolerate spiders as long as I can't see their eyes. I've been in sharehousing for many many years so understand the importance of clean common areas and cleaning up after you cook. I'm putting most of my stuff in storage so happy for a furnished place or can bring up my stuff. I'll be working at Blues Fest so will be in Byron from Wednesday 28th March so can come check out places from then.
I am a personable 44yo non smoking female with a dry wit and easy smile. I have integrity, reliability and am tidy. I recently accepted an interstate job transfer and am seeking suitable accommodation preferably with an on-site pool and / or gym. I welcome the opportunity to chat about your offering at the earliest convenience.
About me, I'm a 20 year old gal with a love for the ocean, music, outdoors and anything that makes my hands dirty (paints, charcoal, gardening etc). Preferably, I'd like to share with people of similar age with similar ideals and enjoy a night of jamming and drinking wine. I enjoy a good night out with friends but you'll mostly find me curled up with a tea, watching a doco or reading a book. If you think you'd like to house share with me please feel free to message me :)
