What's up People I'm Marco, I'm looking for a shared house and nice people to live with. About me I can tell you that I love to cook a lot and ride my bike everywhere, listen to music and play it, one passion I have is to talk about physics/universe and psicology/spirituality aaaand I work in the hospitality industry, obviously I sound like a very normal person...but I'm not hahaha!! I love to travel and I can offer free language lessons in Italian, Spanish and a little bit of Portuguese and French. I play the drum but don't worry never too late or too early and I play it good ;) I'm very respectful of housemates spaces and I'm clean, I've got a lot of experience sharing houses around the world. I'm very keen as well to team up with anybody, hopefully before the 2nd of August, which is when I'll leave the house where I'm living now.
We are Colombians, Very clean, Tidy and We are very quiet and responsible. We like to travel, watch movies, go out with friends, we look for organized, clean and quiet people of housemates, we are not parties, we don't smoke or drink. We are looking room without sharing, If you have a private bathroom better, near the train station and sharing the maximum house with 2 o 3 persons.
I'm very easy going. I like spending time with my flatmates, but I am also quite busy during the week. I never say no to a good chat though! I enjoy a lot having a nice chat while having a glass of wine or a beer at the end of the day :) I am very active, I play soccer twice a week and I am always keen on playing any other sport! I like going out, but I take very seriously my studies, so I'm not a crazy party animal.
Interested in a fun flatmate joining you for 9 months to a year? I'm moving down to Melbs for work and keen to fit into an existing flat team. Work: On a 3 year engineering graduate program in the energy sector, won't have any issues with rent Play: Very into rowing in Sydney, but considering swapping sports for a change, got any suggestions? Other hobbies include gym, trekking, movies, a good book, tech enthusiast...but very keen to expand horizons Flatmate traits: Positive, laid back and organised Random tidbit: UK, US and AU citizen
Hi there! I'm Kristjana. I am an incoming exchange student from Amsterdam. I am 20 years old and raised in Rotterdam (the Netherlands). I am coming to Melbourne on the 10th of July and I will stay for 6 months and in this time I definitely want to learn surfing. During the past three summers (so wintertime for you guys - keeps confusing me) I worked in Italy on a camping. I love the country (and the food <3) and have been trying to learn the language for the past 2 years now. I love the sun and like to hang out with friends. I also love dogs - so if you have one in the house that's a plus :). I like to go out dancing, but you will definitely find chilling in bed from time to time listening to music or watching netflix. I am looking to move into a share house with roommates that like to get together to eat/drink/chill. Ciaociao, Kristjana
Hi! I am an open-minded student who has just moved to Melbourne from London for a year. I am a tidy person who likes silence during the week and does not mind having someone over on the weekends.
Hey :) I've just started working full time at the Vic Aborginal Legal Service and looking for a place Northside. I'm 26, vego (sometimes flexitarian..) and love outdoorsy things. I'm flexible but ideally looking for somewhere by the end of this month. Hope to meet you soon!

Can rent short term / long term, furnished / unfurnished. • Friendly, outgoing and easy to live with, sociable yet respectful of privacy/ space. • A typical week for me if we lived together, you would see me leave at 7:30-8 and get back 5:30-6 from and most chilled nights in preparation for the next day. Enjoy checking out melbourne on the weekends. • Always pay my bills on time, Respect and understand household structure, lived in many house shares in Australia and overseas. • Active with sports, touch Rugby, training for Melb marathon. Unwind with TV, love live music, surfing. • Hope to find the right place to live, stay long term, call it home and make some friends. Thanks for reading! Cheers Nick
Hi! My name's Georgia. I'm a 19-year-old student at the University of Melbourne- studying art history, literature and social theory. I like creating poetry and visual art. I recently started life model for artists outside of studying to supplement my studies. I tend to be a very chill, low-maintenance, cooperative person to live with. I have furniture/appliances to share with any future housemates- table/chairs, tv, toaster, lawn mower, rice cooker etc. I love to be able to be friendly/friends with housemates and have conversations etc, but I also appreciate being able to live our own lives and have alone time. I can pay/move in asap. I love pets so if you have any that's 100% cool- I've lived with most domestic animals before. I mostly want to be closer to the music/art scene than I currently am living in South Yarra. I do have a boyfriend I spend a lot of time with so I would want any potential housemates to be okay with his presence in the household (don't worry though- I'm not tricking you into moving in two people rather than one). He's a barista and musician and a very friendly and chilled out guy. I like to think I'm a decent housemate- I am respectful, punctual with rent and more than willing to follow any ground rules you have. I don't like being passive aggressive and I'm not good at it either- I'd rather just gently and transparently bring issues up if they occur. I don't make much noise and believe strongly in respecting the privacy and property of the people I live with. At the same time, I'm the type of person who's really, genuinely not going to care if my housemates make a mess or take a little of my food or want to have people over and blast some music at 2 am. Easy going, relaxed and a little quirky I just need a little space to call my own. If you think you have a place to offer me, feel free to shoot me a message whenever. happy housemate hunting
Hi everyone! I'm looking for something furnished and short-term for three months up until the end of October as my summer plans are uncertain. I'm happy to look at subletting for shorter periods between now and end of Oct too, so please get in touch if this is you! I'm flexible as to area but I need to be near public transport. I don't have a car, but somewhere safe to lock up my bike would be great! I'm Australian, currently studying a Master degree full time at RMIT and working part time. In my spare time I like hiking, cycling and dancing. I'm friendly and considerate of flatmates. I love travelling and I've seen a lot of the world and have lots of flatmate experience! (Before coming to Melbourne I lived in Peru, Chile, UK, Ireland...) I don't watch much TV but I watch a few docos and the occasional movie or footy match. I prefer to live with people who are environmentally-conscious. Any questions just get in touch! Thanks for reading :)
Hey, I'm Ashley and I'm 22 years old, I work full time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm for an insurance company in Southbank. I am originally from the Gold Coast, been living in Melbourne for the past 8 months. I have the qualities that would make me an ideal housemate as I'm quite familiar with living in share houses with multiple people. I am looking for some down to earth, open minded roommates who I can share a drink and chat with at the end of the day. Talk soon!
I am a journo moving to Melbourne from Sydney for work with my partner Arisha (who is a mad cook btw) and hoping to find a place handy for work and exploring a new city. As we're fresh from the horrors of Sydney we'd be really keen for someone to show us around or at least point us in the right direction. We're pretty quiet; love pets (particularly dogs), music and good food. Always keen for a chat or you know silently leaving you well alone.
Hi my name is Lilly, a bit about myself in simple dot point form: - I'm quite social. Not a massive going out party person but I can be easily peer pressured for a night out - I enjoy playing a lot of sport (still constantly unfit but) - I love chilled drinks and house gatherings every now and then - I enjoy a good board game, Netflix binge and movie nights in general - I work as a CRT (Casual Relief Teacher) at various schools. Despite the job being 'casual' I'm still working full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. - Clean and tidy but relaxed; I'll clean up after myself in the bathroom, kitchen and any shared spaces. - I just graduated last year from a Medical and Health Sciences Degree; specialising in Physical Education and English (basically I'm a qualified PE teacher)
Hello! My name is Chloe, i'm 21 years young and looking to move into a household with people I could call friends. I'm a full-time student, studying Natural medicine and Naturopathy. If you develop illness, i'll do my best to ease your symptoms. I love old school literature, baby greyhounds and my favourite TV show is pending.. as i'm basically up for anything upbeat. Leisurely, I enjoy spending all my life savings on poke bowls, sushi, cider jugs and over priced soy flat whites (yes i am that person). When motivated, I practice a lot of yoga and pilates, and love a good weights session - whether or not I am good at it is yet to be discovered. As a housemate, I am clean and respectful. Always down for a chat and adventure, but totally understand alone and personal time. As i'm studying a lot at the moment I may be a little bit 'lower-key' than usual. Anyway!... I hope I have charmed somebody with my ridiculous life story and riveting passions. Thanks guys!
Hello, I am Iraaj, 22, Indian. I just moved to Melbourne, starting my masters degree at The University of Melbourne this month. I consider myself easy going and an ambivert, i respect everyones space though im always up for a drink or to hang out whenever i can. Looking forward to meeting some like minded people.
Hello! I'm a student looking for somewhere to live ASAP! but im happy to wait a bit for the right place. 6-12 month lease is ideal, happy to sign or not :) I'm 21, born in Scotland but I've moved around a bit and have lived in Australia before. I study Politics and Sociology in Birmingham (England) and I'm coming to Melbourne for 1 year as part of my degree. I'm excited for amazing food, gigs and the general artsy vibes of melbourne!! I try to keep up some creative stuff outside of uni, it'd be cool to live with people also into that sort of thing, I'm happy to live with people who practice instruments etc. I'm vegan but relaxed about it, I don't mind living with meat eaters. I would prefer to not live with conservatives. I've lived in sharehouses before and I know to clean up after myself and respect other's space and belongings. I'm fine with cleaning bathrooms etc and helping out with grosser stuff that needs to be done, and I changed a kitchen tap by myself once, essential skill in a new housemate imo. I would love to live in a friendly house that likes to hang out together a bit, like most people I love + value alone time but I also love + value my friends and it'd be great to live with mates!! 420 friendly please (outside of course)
I'm a easy going nurse from Englang, I like to relax in the evenings with good food and maybe a glass or two. I'm looking to live with someone similar minded who likes to socialise but doesn't mind my crazy shifts ☺
Sociable but also loves downtime. I'm very easy going and love to cook. I recently moved to Melbourne from the UK and am looking for a great place to live with friendly people. I'm currently on a six month contract but that could be extended with sponsorship.
