I am looking to move to North Melbourne from the 26th of June with a budget of around $150-$160. I am a VERY polite, clean and tidy person. I will not leave a room without cleaning up after myself! Cleanliness is key. I like to keep to myself but of course always up for a cup of tea or coffee! I spend most of the week studying, when I'm not I like to dabble between many creative hobbies or I'll be out and about! I am very respectful of others, their property and beliefs! I hope to find my future roommate/s that I can feel at home with. I would love to hear from you. Thank you, Tanielle :)
Hi, My name is Dani, 29yr old professional looking for a place to house share. I do have my own bedroom furniture to bring. I am looking for either a 6-month or longer term arrangement. I am super easy going, would be more than happy to share meals or drinks but also respect privacy and keep to myself as well. Non-smoker. I am tidy and always keep my place clean so that wouldn't be an issue.
I'm a financial analyst working full-time looking for a convenient place with easy access to the city. I'm a neat and tidy guy who respects other people and their space and expect the same in return. I don't smoke, not the party/clubbing type, and all my friends are professionals mostly in the finance field. I'm a quiet laid back guy who enjoys doing charity work during the weekend, going out with friends, and learning to cook new dishes. I'm looking for a clean place, close to a station, and with an ensuite bathroom and toilet to move into for the long-term. I come with a car, so I'd appreciate if the property comes with parking, or safe on street parking. I would love to visit the property for an inspection and to introduce myself personally.
Easygoing. Love my reggae music and hip hop mostly but throw in some rock for sure. Travelling. Being outdoors. Clean and friendly up for a chat or chill out veg. Generally quiet but open to many things. Work as an archaeologist. Eco friendly. Looking for a relaxed place I can call home feel comfortable and be myself!
Hi there! I'm 31 yo postgrad student. I'm looking for a quiet place to go home to, sort of like a sanctuary. I am looking for flatmates that are 30-39ish and not crazy. In London I had a flatmate who would WhatsApp me pictures of kernels of rice that he found on the kitchen bench the night before. I would like to live with people that are not like that guy. I am particularly keen on a studio/1 bedroom apartment, even if it's just for the short-term. I would also be up for teaming up with one or two other people.
About me My name is Amy. I'm 24 years old currently living in Perth. I am moving to Melbourne in July and will be looking for a place to live as soon as I get there. Ideally my own bathroom would be great but not essential. I will need a place for my car also, does not need to be a garage as such but at least off the street would be preferable. I won't have a bed so if one is available (queen) that would be ideal. Although if I need to get a bed I can. I also don't have wardrobes so built ins would be handy to. (i'm not moving over with much!) I am clean, respectful and wouldn't mind an house mate or two who would be potential friends as well as I will be new to Melbourne. I enjoy going out to social events and anything music related (I am a huge fan of house music and love going to live bands) I like to keep fit also, so if you know of a good crossfit gym in the area let me know! I am a bit of an old soul so prefer to live with older people, however age doesn't matter as long as you are easy going and chilled. Cleanliness is important to me so hoping to live with someone/people who can appreciate a tidy living area.. so if you are looking for a clean housemate I am perfect for you :) I am looking for a place not too far from the city, no more than 15/20ish minutes from the CBD. Flexible with location as the suburbs I have chosen are just a rough idea.
I have recently started working full-time as a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Melbourne CBD. I currently live at home with my parents in Wallan, but I am looking to live closer to the city in an effort to cut my travel times to work, friends and social activities. I have decided I am ready to take this step in independence. I clean after myself in all common areas, and try to keep my personal areas tidy. I am always up for a chat, but am happy to give people space when required. I enjoy watching the footy, playing games (board games or video games), seeing friends, going to gigs, and when I have spare time, photography. My weekdays are generally busy. Apart from work, I spend a lot of time after work seeing my friends and partaking in social activities. When I am not doing that, I like to chill at home, playing games, watching YouTube or just lazing about listening to music. My weekends are very similar, but I try to get one day at home to recharge for the week ahead. Looking for something which will be around 800pcm including bills.
I'm a fun loving geek with a love of cooking, sharing a meal, beer, Netflix and miniature wargaming. I'm a well trained housemate with over 10 years sharing experience. I want to start a share house with some nice trustworthy people who want a home. I'm past my party house stage and I really want an adult house with experienced sharehouser where i know all the bills and rent will be paid on time. Also my possession will be treated with respect in the same way i will treat yours. I also need a garage to set up my workshop in and will happily pay more because of that. About me: I'm a clean, respectful and considerate housemate. I work full-time as a sales representative for a local snackfood company. I cook alot and really enjoy sitting down for a meal with people. Anything that doesn't get eaten gets frozen for those lazy nights. I'm also a Home Brewer and make beer, cider and ginger beer regularly and that goes on tap from my beer fridge so you guessed it beer on tap in the house but i don't often get drunk. I'm also a Vaper(e-cigarette) which is why i put down non-smoking. I'm a cat man i currently don't have one but im looking to move in with a cat or get a kitten myself. The reason i require a garage for my workshop is, i collect and paint miniatures for a number of games and i also make dioramas for displaying the models i create which means i have quite a few tools as well as a workbench so it takes up alot of room The things i have to contribute to the shared space are: Fridge/freezer, full upright freezer, washing machine, dining table and 6 chairs, lots of framed art, coffee machine, quite a bit of kitchen gadgets/ware, mower, whipper snipper and a range of succulents. So if you would like to meet me please get in contact and we can see if we like each other and take it from there. Thanks and have a good day
Im a friendly, compassionate, kind hearted soul that tries to see the best in everyone even if it is hard to do so at times. Nursing student at ACU, currently on gap year to find work and take some time for myself. Happy to keep to myself reading, listening to music or playing games when at home. I have no issue with parties or people being over but not looking for a party house. P.s the rent budget is set at 160 for a reason. Please dont send me messages about your rooms on offer if they are more then that. Thanks :)
Hi, I am looking for renting a whole property or making a team up so I can live comfortable without supervised. the houses I lived before were nice, but the landlords kept being demanding and it was very uncomfortable. I prefer a team up. being friends and making new house rules would be fun!
Hi potential flatmates! Myself, my best friend Georgia Lea and her lover boy Jared are looking for a funky abode to call our own! 🏡 We've been on the hunt for a good 5 - 6 months, and Jareds lease is up so he needs a place ASAP. Because of this we aren't too fussy about location, although we're hoping for somewhere north of the CBD. Anywhere with a room for a couple and a room for a single within reasonable access to public transport would be brilliant! A bit about us: Georgia Lea - I study social work at La Trobe, passionate about memes and musicals particularly the sound of music, pun enthusiast, loves a good conspiracy theory, and is generally top notch, bubbly, clean and organised gal to live with! hit us up fam Jared: Just ur typical bloke that works part time at BWS so can recommend some lovely beverages, studies Media at Deakin, and loves him a good video game or wrestling match. Likes music and literally obsessed with movies. Ask him about his simpsons tattoo Georgia Anne: Studying youth work at ACU, as well as working 2 casual jobs to feed her Toblerone addiction. Quotes way too many irrelevant tv shows. Passionate about aquatic facts and SFX makeup. 10/10 will bake questionable sweets for you on her quest to become supreme baking genius When not working or studying, we're all up for a good chat and a few drinks, but also enjoy down time and personal space. We are homeless and sad and cant wait to hear from you!
Hi there, I am 32 from Italy, I am a fairly busy guy, but I always have time for a chat or a beer. I study and work, so i'll be out of the house during weekdays. I am quiet, mostly a home buddy, but I don't mind to go out for a gig and share a laugh every now and then. I also like to spend a sunny day in a park, away from the urban noise. If you like movie nights, count me in. I like to have my privacy and I respect the others'. At the same time I'll not be the guy who is always in his room. If we end up sharing a house, let's try to make the most of it, let's make it a good memory, not just a motel sort of thing. That's why I'd like to share with good and genuine people. My hobbies include meditation, guitar, yoga and technology. If this sounds good to you, please, send me a message and let's arrange an inspection. If you have any further question just message me please. cheers
*Pub Trivia host + Corporate event MC. *A professional VO artist & presenter. *Black belt in karate (12+ yrs) *Biomedical Scientist. *Speaks English, German & basic Spanish. Most people find that I'm kind of like the boy next door that you became good mates with when you were younger, who is almost like family as he will always be up for a chat, a drink or hanging out if you are around but also always has a few projects that he's working on so wouldn't be in your hair & annoying.... Think of..... A Golden Retriever.... but in human form.... (sounds weird until you get to know me haha)
Hi Future Housemate, I am looking for a good sized room to rent, with easy going people, near my workplace at Roxburgh Park. Hopefully, the place preferably is furnished, has parking, ample fridge space, within 15 min drive to Rox Park, and has flexible length of stay. ;) I work full time as a physiotherapist so I am out most of the day. I rarely use power. Ideally, I go to the gym daily before work so it saves water (but I fail to do sometimes haha). I usually go out on the weekends to meet/catch up with friends (sometimes I will come home late like at 2am but I try my best to not wake anyone). I pride myself of being pretty adaptable just let me know politely. I am easy to get along with, outgoing, respect people's space, adaptable, considerate, pay bills on time. I appreciate openness and harmony; I understand that each household has their own systems in place and I appreciate if you could let me know how I can align myself with your systems. Or not. I'm not that fuzzy lol ;) Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards, Kat
Hello! I'm an Aussie looking to move to Melbourne from the countryside of New South Wales. I'm an artist/barista combo, and finished my Fine Arts degree last year. I've spent the last year saving up to move somewhere fun, and to possibly continue my studies. I am comfortable in most settings and don't make much noise unless it's the right time and place. Ideally I'd like to be immersed in a creative space full of like-minded people. I've lived in lots of sharehouses before and know the drill, I'm clean and I don't hide away in my room! Not looking for a shared room, sorry!
I am a calm, easy going and bubbly person ! currently living with the parents but looking for independence. I work part time and studying at uni but will be deferring uni soon and working full time. I would like housemates who are friendly and adventurous. I would prefer girls who are around my age 18-22 to be able to also build friendships and good memories :)
My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. My current conundrum is that the house I live in will be up for sale and thus, I have to vacate no later than September. Hopefully I'll be in a new home by then :)
