Hey there potential new homemate! Just so you get a little bit of am idea about me... I work full time as a bartender in the CBD, while also returning to studying at RMIT for one finial unit in semester 2 next year. I some how I manage to make it all work, while maintaining a social life. I'm not one throwing house parties often, usually just a housewarming, then I can never be bothered ever again haha! I am naturally a night owl, due to my industry, and I love have a drink after work on the weekend, while my days off are usually pretty low key or just at home making sure everything is clean. I come with a super cute, small, friendly, well trained dog, so im looking for a place that is open to taking in a furry pup. I love all animals and my dog is pretty good with all types as well. When I am home I enjoy a couple of glasses of wine or cold beer in summer, while cooking and a good chat over dinner. I'm super passionate about food and good drinks, hence working in hospitality! I also love art, painting, seeing exhibitions, reading and trying out new activities like burlesque and pottery. I'm a big fan of indoor plants and greenery, so I will probably fill the house with that. I'm hoping to find a place that isn't just a place, but a space that feels like home, and would love to find someone that is sociable and friendly, not just strictly a housemate who keeps to themselves. Would really love to start a new house with some easy going, social, friendly and like-minded person!
Hi! My name is Rose. I am respectful of others space, clean and tidy, friendly, and happy to chat but also to keep to myself. I work full time in the inner north and have a pet cat that will need to come with me :) Am more than happy to start a share house with another or move into an already existing one. I am also looking for a long term stay.
Just a humble man looking for a place to to live. Happy to socialise in common areas, respect other people’s space. I clean up after myself, and think a general schedule for cleaning is also fair. Pays bills on time. Share house trained. Smoker, outside though.
I'm a 34yo kiwi bloke, I've been living in Melbourne for 9 years, I currently work in corporate travel (work from home) and study Remedial massage full time. I'm tidy, easy going and enjoy socialising. I enjoy meeting new people, traveling, music (DJing), film, mountain biking, surfing, anything outdoors really!

Hey, I'm Tiffany I'm 20 years old and studying psychology at Latrobe university. I also work full time in the city in a call centre but when uni comes around it will be around 3/4 days a week. I have a particularly busy schedule, but I'm really friendly, easy going and enjoy hanging out in my spare time. Open to similar areas, let me know what you have available!
My name is Ari, and I am moving from the United States on 15 February to study journalism at the University of Melbourne. I am 23, and completed my Bachelor’s in history from Florida International University last April. I love nature, adventure, arts, and good times. I also love travel, and have been to 19 countries, on 4 continents! As such, I’m really excited to come to Australia, and explore Melbourne and its environs. As I am pursuing a master’s degree, I take my schooling very seriously, and as such, will not be the kind of flatmate to go out partying every night. All the same, I’m definitely the type to want to hang out, get a couple pints, and enjoy all the opportunities Melbourne has on offer. I’m pretty easy going, clean, and responsible (will always pay bills on time). Overall, looking for fun, chill, and responsible flatmates with which to have an awesome first year in Australia. I am available to come see the place from 16 February. Hope to hear from you soon.
Hi there! I'm Cecile, I'm a 23 year-old graphic designer on a working holiday (determined to try and stay permanently!) in Melbourne. I'm mixed French/Japanese, and I speak too many languages for no reason at all. I love to draw and make zines, cook and bake, watching movies and tv shows *and* discussing movies and tv shows. I also love to walk around and I'm a big fan of hiking. I'm also a skilled op-shopper. I am looking for a place that's convenient and easy to access by public transport (I'm incapable of driving), as I plan to look for a job and I want to be able to get places without much hassle. I have preferences for a furnished place (a place that has at least a bed and a closet) since I can't carry any furniture with me from Europe. I like hanging out but I also like to do stuff on my own. I'm always careful to respect shared spaces and keep them clean. Somehow, cleaning is relaxing to me so you don't have to worry about this aspect! I don't I'm arriving in Melbourne on the 15th of February, I'm okay with both short term and long term deals! If all of this sounds good to you, then let's talk!
hey guys looking for a clean house..im 24 years old student from melbourne, Lebanese background I'm a tidy person and sportive, easy going and I respect others pravicy.
Hi there! I'm a relatively new arrival in Melbourne having relocated from Newcastle last November in pursuit of a new career. Whilst I'm currently unemployed, I don't anticipate being so for a whole lot longer, as offers and interviews are really starting to ramp up. In the meantime, I have no problems meeting my financial obligations as a flatmate, and they would be my priority. You just might see me eating nothing but ramen for a few weeks :p I'm 35, and am mature/clean/tidy and all that good stuff. Enjoy being sociable, but also enjoy my me time, and am respectful of peoples boundaries/personal space. In my free time, I'm listening to music, dabbling in audio production or playing video games. If you feel like I might be a good fit for your home, feel free to get in touch. I'm currently looking to get out of my temporary living situation, and into something more permanent and long term.
Looking for a place to live while I finish my degree!! I enjoy staying active and hanging out with friends. I’m a regular volunteer at the Brotherhood of St Laurence so I get amazing discounts on furniture and bric-a-brac if you’re interested. While I would ultimately love to become mates with my new roomies I fully understand that everyone needs their own space - so do I! I’m currently studying at La Trobe but I want to stay to the east to be near the family. I have two dogs but they are fully vaccinated, well behaved, and mostly sleep all day!!

I'm respectful, caring and cooperative around the house. I love cooking , travelling ( when time and money permit ) and discovering new places. Main quality: I'm short and I easily fit anywhere!

HEYYY!! I moved over to Melbourne from Perth only a few days ago, I'm starting a new degree at La Trobe in March so I'm looking for somewhere super cool to live in the North somewhere… I'm a 28 year old lady (yeahhh mature age student…my first degree was in media a million years ago) and certainly I'm looking to live with some cool housemates that will be up for chats and hangsies as I don't know too many people in Melbourne!! I work as an ESL teacher so will be doing that part time during the semester. Erm, I love such things as listening to the radio, checking out divey bars, drinking coffee allll the time, travelling everywhere, eating everything, dancing, drinking wine, meeting interesting people… etc etc. I'm a slight clean freak also!
Clean and tidy. Loves a clean kitchen(If you can't do your own dishes or clean up after yourself, maybe you should be back with your folks haha) Work 40 hours a week in Clifton Hill. Love animals, (Don't have one with me so don't worry) but due to work can probably get you free food for your pet. Enjoys Netflix, and a cold beer after a hard day. Travel to Japan once or twice a year, speaks fluent Japanese. Quite handy, so basic maintenance issue I can probably fix. Have a Car, so street parking or off street parking is required.
Hello, My name is Danish and we are a group of 4 people. We are all Indians and were on holidays for a month and one of our guy is still in Melbourne. We need a house or a place where we can have separate rooms. You can send me a WhatsApp text and my friend will contact you for inspection. Thanks
Working at a University while finishing a Master in Arts Management. Very independent, but love spending time with friends and good times with housemates. Often out and about at art events, work, uni, or the gym. I have good references and would love to find a balanced, homely-home with down to earth, friendly, fun people.
Pretty easy going music student that would love a garden and a bit of space to store my gear.. I can do the communal thing but am happy to do things solo. Ultimately my housemates are mature, respectful and take are aware of their domestic responsibilities.
Hey guys! I am Bao, I'm originally from Adelaide. Moved to Melbourne last night. I have recently completed my Masters in Visual Arts specialising in Photography. I moved to Melbourne solely to be more productive/creative in my work. Working on some new photographs for a group exhibition overseas in July. I'm currently working and able to pay rent/bills on time. I am pretty experienced at living in share houses having done so in the past 3 years in Adelaide. I am rather a shy guy but once you get to know me, I'm fairly talkative haha.... But I do enjoy spending time with house mates, either sharing a dinner, brunch or sharing some wine. quite big on wine! I'm quite neat and enjoy buying plants and gardening (if theres a veggie patch in your garden that's a bonus (have quite a green thumb). I can be pretty active, recently got into bouldering. Feel free to ask me any questions you like cheers :) NOT AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT* appreciate it, if you stop asking me. please.
Hi lovely people! What am I looking for? - Somewhere fun to stay with awesome housemates - Looking to stay for either a few months or for the long haul with the option of subletting my room when I go off for more than a month at a time (e.g. going to europe sometime this year) - Would be great to have outdoors or sports loving housemates that enjoy things like climbing, cycling, hiking, tennis or whatever else - A backyard would be amazing Why would you want me as a housemate? - I'm out of the house most of the time, working, I have things on most evenings and I'm often out for days or longer at a time on outdoorsy adventures - When I'm around, I like to be social, have a chat, share a beer or a wine, a meal, a movie or anything else happening - Got plenty of board games, and always keen on games nights - I have a car with plenty of space and a towball to help cart around big things - I enjoy working on projects around the house, and keen to do some gardening (by way of experimentation!) Frequently asked questions: - I was born here. Lived in NZ for awhile, and now back in Melbourne - I'm house trained. I'm not a neat freak, but believe things work nicer when dishes are cleaned soon after they are used (or the morning after if it's near bed time), objects are not blocking the walkways, and lawns are mowed - No dramas whatsoever about anyone's race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation - Left leaning, not that others need to be, but we'd probably get along better if we all were :) What you should know that might be an issue: - I would like a place where couchsurfers or visitors (anyone's) are welcome time to time - I like dumpster diving and won't hesitate to join anyone else willing or invite others - I'm mostly vegetarian but don't care what others eat / don't eat. Happy to be vegan in the house if others are
