I'm a computer science student at Monash (Clayton), working part-time as a front-end developer in the city. Looking for places around the eastern suburbs - ideally somewhere close to transport.
Hi there! My name is Jake and I am an aspiring actor, performance artist, and playwright. I grew up in country Victoria, but have called the northern suburbs of Melbourne home for nearly five years. I work as a theatre usher in the CBD, and will also be looking for another part time job as soon as I am able. I enjoy getting nerdy about theatre, film, and TV, drinking wine, and staying social. I keep myself very busy with creative pursuits and would love to live with a group of fellow creatives/artists if possible, but I'm happy to see if I click with anyone! I am gay, so an open-minded and queer-friendly place is an absolute must. I am vegetarian, but that's a personal decision and I don't mind or judge what other people decide to eat. I will be heading overseas soon, and will be looking for a place when I return in early July. I can be flexible in terms of move in date, get in touch and let's see if we can work something out!
Hi! I’m Lucy a British Nurse working in Melbourne. Love to travel and explore new places. Looking for somewhere to call home for the next 3 months before I continue to travel this beautiful country. - Looking for somewhere furnished - I like to live in a clean and tidy chilled environment. - Have great taste in movies and tv shows! - Enjoy cooking and unwinding with a glass of wine after a long day. - Like to socialise with housemates but can also respect people’s privacy. - Not a party animal but loves a night out every now and then. - Respectful of people’s homes.
I'm Al. I work 2 jobs, love both my jobs and can tend to be out of the house more than in. I would say I'm a social person, easy going and have a good work/life balance. I've lived in share houses for 3 years and understand the importance of personal space but also a bit of household banter. Having a good vibe in the house is important to me, being able to have a wine over dinner or some beers in the backyard whilst the footy is on would be an ideal living arrangement. I'm not home for dinner most nights but when I am I can whip up a mean dish or on the lazier nights a cracking cheese platter. I would appreciate the opportunity to be considered, I need to move out in the next week or so (can be flexible) but the sooner, the better.
I’m a sociable and easy to get along with mid 20’s professional. Work 4 days a week in government which can be long hours some days. Finishing off a masters degree through evening classes as well. I'm always keen to meet new people, and my interests include sports (AFL and basketball in particular), fitness, video games, reading and just generally going on adventures and finding interesting new things to do. I'm gay, a non-smoker, love pets (but don't have any) and always looking for an excuse to get out and try new place to grab some food and/or drinks.
I'm 25 and currently living in Northcote, working part time at a Optometrist and in Hospitality. I'm English but have been living in Australia for 8 years now. Friendly, respectful and relaxed and definitely a cat (and dog) lover so more than happy to live with pets. Basically just looking for like-minded people who enjoy a casual drink every now and then/music and good food but also appreciate and calm/clean house to come home too!
Hi My name is Andressa, I'm Brazilian. Me and my fiance Anderson arrived in Melbourne in search of new experiences from other cultures. We are organized and very convivial. My hobby is cooking. We love animals and we like very good people who respect others.
I can get along with anyone, I like to keep clean and tidy, I'm respectful of others privacy but enjoy a natter and a social beer all the Same. I'm 31 from England and am currently working 5/6 days a week. On my time off I like to chill have food/drinks and catch up with friends when I get a chance. I want to learn to play guitar and also like the idea of going to the gym so if that's you maybe you could show me a thing or two. Anyways I'm looking to move out in around the middle of May so if you like the sound of me or want to ask me anything then don't hesitate. Thanks for looking and have a nice day :)"

Going to study in RMIT, very excited for the new life here in Melbourne. Eventually want to move to Europe for more future career opportunities. I love animals, good movies, video game, tasty alcohols and having fun, relax during weekends. I am working in hospitality, so mainly during the weekends evenings. Will I be your future flatmate?
Hi, I'm Jacky and I work full time as a primary school teacher at Glenroy. I am looking for a home that I would be able to live in long term. Having graduated from Monash University last year and having lived on-campus for the last four years, the experiences of living with a variety of people has made me easygoing and independent as a housemate. I am a huge fan of video games, marvel movies, hiking, corny jokes and brunches. While I will most likely crash in my room after a long tiring day of work, I am always down for bonding opportunities with my housemates and exchanging some amazing banter. (Brownie points if you like Netflix) On occasion, I will go out for drinks. But I can promise you my nightlife stays outside and I will not bring any party racket home. If I ever have friends over, I will make sure noise levels are kept at a minimum and to ask for permission first. Cleanliness has always been a priority for me and would remain the same in all communal areas. Unfortunately, I do not want to live with smokers. Ideally my new home would: - Include all bills & internet with the rent - Be close to the train station and shops (walking distance preferred) - Have space available for parking, because I have a car (on-street or off-street is fine) If there is anything else you'd like to know about me, feel free to send a message! Always happy to meet for a coffee too! **Please don't contact unless within surrounding suburbs of preferred locations ~ getting too many messages for areas way too far**

I love to cook/bake, so lots of goodies for you! Plus I’m a fun and considerate housemate, an unfortunate Demon supporter, and a bit of a goof :) Up for a wine and a chat, silly boardgame, chill night reading, or a boogie. An all rounder, really!
Hello ! My name is Pauline and I'm 20. I'm currently living in Brunswick, in a share house where I've been staying for seven months. I'm from France and I'm on a student visa: I'm studying Urban Planning and German at the University of Melbourne as an exchange student. I'm also casually teaching French, I'm dogsitting (but I never bring the dogs at home with me, I just walk them in parks, and go to their owner's houses), and I'm doing some childcare work at a psychology office. I'm dancing, I've been practicing contemporary dance since I was 10 years old and I've always loved it. I also like hiking and doing some ice-skating. I love music and go regularly to some gigs and festivals, I like drawing, writing, doing photography, and what I prefer is sharing conversations about everything. :) I can move in anytime from now. I'm looking for a place until the 1st of July, so that would be a short-term stay. I've been living in share houses and share flats since I was 17 years old, in France and in Melbourne, and it's always going well. I'm convinced living in a big city as Melbourne can be tiring and sometimes you just need to have a rest in a calm atmosphere. But I'd also appreciate spending time talking with my housemates about their life and adventures, our hobbies, listening to music or watching some movies together. I like being involved in the house's life, doing some decorations or gardening, doing these things that make you feel "at home". Feel free to message me if you're looking for someone to join your house. I can't wait to be a part of a new little team of housemates ! :)
Hello prospective housemate! We are an easy-going couple looking for a room! Erik, 27, Swedish – I’m currently a full-time Master student at La Trobe where I study Political Economy. I enjoy travelling and experiencing new cultures, and have spent most of my adult years abroad, both as a student and a worker, including countries like the UK, U.S. and Aus. I like to get out and do things, and am really into cooking and music. Love to learn and read; topics include the above plus philosophy, history, and the social sciences. Sarah, 27, Aussie - I’m doing extended study in Film Production after being at NIDA in Sydney. I’ve previously lived in Brunswick for 2.5 years. I love the arts and food scene in Melbourne, so when I’m not working or studying I’d say 99% of what I enjoy doing falls into these two categories.Hello prospective housemates! We are friendly and outgoing people looking for a place that everyone respects e.g. cleaning up dishes and kitchen areas after cooking, paying bills on time, tidying communal areas and just enjoying a stress free happy house with some genuine people. We're hoping to find flatmates who prefer to do their partying outside of the house - like we do, who are not into hosting house parties ( unless the whole house is aware and involved) or kick ons, but we’d love to share meals with a beer and a chat. If your house sounds like our description and you think you’d like to meet us, we would love to hear from you !
I'm 27 and work full time as a legal aid lawyer. I like reading, exploring markets, yoga, and the occasional life drawing session. I enjoy living in a friendly and relaxed environment, I value my quiet time (especially during the week) but like to have a chat and a cup of tea or share dinner now and again with my housemates. I'm used to sharehousing and am considerate and clean :)
Hi there! I worked for 5 years as a college educator before currently working on a master's programme in urban planning and design at monash university. I did my bachelor's degree in english literature, with a focus on film and philosophy halfway through that, leading to an honours year. I love reading, but I also enjoy going to film, music, and urban festivals. I partake in good filter coffee, gin, and red wine. I'm probably an ambivert - I need time on my own, but I love spontaneous meet ups and plans too. I'm also a respectful and tidy flatmate - my current landlord/flatmate can attest to that!
Hey peeps - Looking for somewhere to stay close-ish to the CBD, if anyone has a room free please let me know! I am also open to starting a new sharehouse if anyone is looking for someone to join up. About me: I recently moved from Perth - enjoy a bunch of things like cooking, gardening, camping/outdoors, seeing live music, festivals, skateboarding and taking photos. I'm pretty easygoing and respectful to my housemates, always tidy and considerate. I like a good balance between spending time on my own and with housemates and would be up for dinners and drinks together. I don't have a car so will not require parking space. I'm flexible with move-in date and length of stay, I'll be studying at the unimelb for the next two years.
