I am a 25 year old working part time as a Bartender (about 30 hours a week), I am good fun, easy going and enjoy others company. I am from Melbourne and am very respectful of others well being and privacy. I do not smoke or have any pets but am happy to live with smokers and pets. I have lived in share houses for over 2 years and have been very comfortable moving in with people I have just met. I am keen to move in as soon as possible.
Hi there, My name's Daniel, 28 year old living in Melbourne by way of Miami. I speak English and Spanish. Currently working full-time as an administrator in a call centre. I've been living with housemates for ten years and am very courteous of the shared space. I keep a low volume and always clean up after myself. During the week, I'm working by day and running errands, reading, or going to the gym at night. During the weekend I like hanging out at the park, going for a hike, checking out the op shops, or exploring a new suburb. Looking for a room in the inner suburbs, not picky on north or south side. A furnished room (aka just a bed) is preferable. Would be wanting to move in by the second week of April, until mid June. I'm laid back and happy to give you your space but also happy to do activities with housemates and socialise over a meal or drink. Although I don't have any pets, I absolutely love animals and would gladly move in to a home with pets. Message me so we can set up a meeting or skype! Danny

Hello! I'm an outgoing, creative and friendly individual looking for an easygoing house/people. I'm a recent graduate working part time but considering seeking additional work or going full time. My dream house/housemates won't be too pedantic about me having a mate or two over, get along well enough to just chill out and have a chat but will respect my space and privacy when necessary and are willing to co host the odd social event. Worth putting out there that a queer friendly environment is a must and that I have a long distance partner who would stay from time to time. I enjoy reading, cooking, painting and playing the guitar. If you've got any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
Hello! We're Nick and Hazel, from the US and UK respectively. We're currently looking for somewhere to settle down in Melbourne for 6-7 months while we save money on our Working Holiday Visas.
Currently working a casual internship for a media consulting business. Looking for an extra part time job though. I'm from NZ, but did all high school here in Melbourne! Looking to join an existing share house :)
I am from Taiwan. I will move to Melbourne, but not too long. Just a few weeks. I am looking for a casual job and comfortable room to stay in Melbourne. I like traveling and singing.
Hey I’m Laura, 29 year old originally from Sydney but have called Melbourne home for the last 5 years. I work in medical device sales so I sometimes work from home or travel interstate for work. I’m quite chilled during the week-usually try and do some exercise after work either swimming or Pilates and take it easy. On weekends I like to be out exploring Melbourne and catching up with family and friends. I’m a very clean and considerate housemate and up for the occasional dinner with housemates but also know how to give someone space! I do have a car so need either a carpark or permit.
Hi! My partner and I just moved to Melbourne after traveling the world for a bit. We are easy going and like to watch too much Netflix and chill at home during the week. On the weekends we usually go out for meals and drinks or take the car to a nice national park to explore. Ideally we are looking for a furnished room in a share house. We are vegetarians, clean, respectful and non smokers and love pets!
Myself and my sister (25 and 26) are moving to Melbourne, we've just arrived a few weeks ago from NZ. We've been travelling for a few months now and are ready to settle down! We're both very easy going and can keep to ourselves but also keen to meet new people as we'll be new to the city. Occupation wise we left our jobs at home to travel and will be looking for jobs asap on arrival to Melbourne. We both worked in office roles, Jen in Marketing and Lorna in Compliance. We are interested in sports, food and cooking, culture, watching TV and movies and are keen to explore Melbourne and make the most of our time there.
31 and working in Architecture, I've been travelling to Melbourne from Sydney for work every few weeks this past year and decided to make the move a permanent one. I am looking for a clean, bright and happy house North or East of the city (e.g. Carlton/Fitzroy North to Richmond) to make my morning commute to Brunswick as quick and painless as possible. I am originally from Perth and lived in London for a few years before returning to the east coast, so I already have quite a few friends in Melbourne and like to think I'll be out for dinner a few nights a week and exploring on the weekend - but when I’m home I do like to relax, have a glass of wine and dissect the latest Netflix/Podcast recommendation. I am looking for an easygoing housemate(s) who wants to create a home to relax in and is happy to hang out over a few drinks/dinner from time-to-time. I survived my uni party days and am not looking to relive them, but do like having friends over for a beer when the weather calls for it. They call me the Queen of Cheeseboards for a reason. Bonus points: - I have a quick wit and dry sense of humour - I can’t run to save my life, but try to get to yoga or pilates a couple of times a week - I know a good red wine from a bad one (but will drink both) and am often complimented on my cheese platters - I am housetrained and well-travelled (but not a wanker about it) I'm flexible on move dates (anytime from early March through April) and would rather wait for the right house.
I'm from Brazil and I'm 28 years old. I'm going to Melbourne to study for a Ph.D. in Philosophy at La Trobe. I am respectful of everyone personal space but I love to chat and drink a few beers on the weekends. I am looking for a private bedroom in a comfortable home :)
I’m in my final year of Masters while interning at a public health start up. I also work at a bar in Collingwood. I really like music, cooking and sewing when I get some time. Although I enjoy socialising I like my home to be a pretty peaceful place
Hey there I'm Jamie. I'm 29 and from Glasgow , Scotland. Been in Australia around 7 years but just recently moved to Melbourne. Play guitar here and there and also do the odd MMA/ Jui jitsu class for fun when I can be bothered going .I'm laid back and get on with anyone really. Just looking for a decent clean place to live with decent people. If you have anything give me a shout :)

Looking to rent for 9-12 months.
My name is Tara and I work full-time at a tech start-up in Abbotsford. I love sport, music and the outdoors. I am an introvert who loves to read and listen to podcasts, however I am a foodie so I love the occasional wine and have a busy and social lifestyle. I play women's footy and enjoy a run/walk, I love plants and relaxed environments. I am looking for housemates who are clean and tidy, respectful and friendly.
Hi potential new roomies. I’m Emma, I’ve just turned 30 (eek), originally from county Vic and I’ve called myself a Melbournian for the past year. I love the Melbourne life, I’m a city girl at heart. I’m employed full time for the Department of Justice and Community Safety and look after all things healthcare for prisoners in Victoria. I work the standard business hours and am usually out of the house in the morning by 7am. My interests include checking out new, fun places to have a cocktail or two and finding the best happy hour for Friday night drinks, catching up with friends in the city for dinner, netball and yoga (although I am terrible at both) and patting random dogs in the street. I try to stay fairly healthy and a non smoker. I'm share house trained, I pay bills on time and do my share of the cleaning. I’m genuinely a fun person to have a chat with at the end of the day, but also love some downtime and respect others space and need for the same. I'm a terrible cook, but I get points for trying. I love a sneaky glass of wine, and a Netflix or doco binge, oh and chocolate, I love chocolate. I’m looking for a place to call home and not just a room in a house. I'm a social person entertaining friends occasionally, but mostly catches up with them outside of the house. I'm not into the party scene, so looking for like minded housemates that don't want to party until 4am on a Tuesday. Ultimately I am looking to share with people around my age with similar interests. If you have a room that sounds like I would be a good fit, and I’ve managed to sound normal enough, get in touch :)
