Hi! I'm Charlie and I am moving from the UK to Melbourne on the 3rd of August to do some temp work at a travel company I currently work for in the UK which also has an office in Melbourne. I am 22, love going to the gym, a massive foodie, going out for cocktails with friends, but at the same time I love a quiet night in watching movies etc! I also love to cook! I'm going to be moving to Melbourne on my own not knowing anyone so would love a flat/house mate(s) to help settle me in. I am a country girl where I live in a tiny little village where everyone knows everyone and I am really keen to experience the city life! My office will be based in the Essendon North area so need to live reasonably close to good transport so I can reach here each day, I will be working Mon-Fri 9-5. My boyfriend will also be flying out to join me during September so we are ideally looking for somewhere which will accept couples after a month or so of being on my own.
Hi there! I'm Héloïse, a 22-year-old Master student studying Communications and Marketing in Paris :). I just moved to Melbourne for the whole year: I'm studying a semester at University of Melbourne and then I want to do an internship here to have a professional experience in an english speaking country. I'm looking for a 12 months accommodation. I'm a joyful and tidy person who loves travelling, running, watching good films as well as Harry Potter, Lord of the Ring, GOT, going out with my friends, socializing... I always have a smile on my face and laugh a lot (you will soon discover that I have the most funny laugh on earth ahaha!). I like to do my own things but I also search housemates I can be friends with and do what friends usually do: drink a glass of wine in the evening (or maybe more like four or five glasses #frenchpeoplestyle), share meals, cook together and go out together on the weekends. Hope to hear from you very soon!
Hey there my names Chey I'm a full time student studying sports science as well as working part time at grilld (although it's more like full time with the hours they give me) I like to think I'm pretty funny and a cool bloke to be around and I love talking to people. Abit more about me I'm from New Zealand and moved here to Australia by myself two years ago. I'm clean and tidy and love to cook when I'm at home and I love to entertain by playing my guitar and singing. Some of my hobbies include surfing, dancing, singing, playing guitar, reading and writing. I'm also very into my fitness and health. I'm currently looking for a new more suitable place for myself but in saying that I'm in no big rush to find a new place and will gladly take my time in finding the right one :) I also understand that I am abit young but I have been looking after myself and have been paying rent and bills for the past two years. I am reliable and consistent and am very mature for my age.
I'm new to Melbourne; young professional with 14 years experience in share-house living. I like keeping things neat, I lead an active and healthy lifestyle and I'm social, though I really enjoy having my own space and I respect the privacy of others. I tend to go adventuring most weekends and I will travel with my job, so will often not be around. I also love animals and wouldn't mind looking after any furry friends.
About me I'm Danny, I'm a 33yo with a 1 yo cat (gambit) We are looking for a place to call home We are moving back to Melbourne I am a clean, trustworthy, honest and reliable person (so is gambit) who will be working full time and have a landscaping business that I do on the side that I will start in a few months I'm an easy going person who is pretty chilled. All-round chill housemate that just wants to get along with my housemates and have a fairly neat house. I love to cook and read, so expect me to force feed you and lend you my books. Always down for Netflix binges and getting stuff on Ubereats together. I respect others' privacy and do like my own quiet time as well, but don't mind if you have friends over from time to time, and I'd like the same for myself as well. Wanting to start up a new share house with awesome like-minded people (preferably females) where we get to start a home from scratch together! :)
I am an open-minded person, respectful and tidy. I like music, travels, to meet new people, to share with them and discover/learn about their culture, job or passions in life. I worked in sales, advertising, and now in construction to finance my living here and my next travels. Currently I'm trying to discover and enjoy australia and to improve my English because I like this universal language. I always enjoy to share a beer or a glass of wine and I like to go out on weekends or just to enjoy a evening chatting/dancing with nice humans.

Hi I'm Kellie, I'm newly single and looking for a place to call home. I'm really easy going, personable and always up for a wine or a cup of tea if it's going. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. I work in Finance for a Fashion house in Carlton so would like to find somewhere preferably North side. I like to keep it pretty quiet and routine during the week but on weekends I'm usually out and about or at home chilling. I like music, sport, dancing, wine, fashion, cooking and lots of laughs. Cheers Kellie
Hi everyone, We're 2 guys, British and French, looking for a third person to join us and start a lease. Mark is 36, but looks 26, he just arrived in Melbourne and he works in HR and I, Axel, am 29, working in a pub, finishing my Master. We're both chill and sociable. We're looking for the right housemate, someone sociable but clean and responsable, guys and girls are welcome to contact us. We'll try to get on a lease in the next two weeks, a 3 bed appartement/house, about $280 per person and close to the CBD, probably around Carlton, Fitzroy, Richmond. We'll share the bond 3 ways between us, bills and rent. We already have some furniture (fridge, couch, washing machine, etc) so you'll just have to furnish your room. Just send us a message if interested with a quick description of your profil. We can the meet around a drink/coffee and see how it goes. Thanks everyone. Mark and Axel
Hi there! Myself (Amy) a 21 year old Photographer and Jonn a 23 year old Personal Trainer are getting pretty desperate to find an apartment to move into on the 7th August. We're looking for any accommodation that is suitable for couples, even in shared houses. We would like to be as close to the CBD as possible as that is where we both work. However up to a 40 minute tram ride is cool with us. We both work, myself full time and Jonn on a contract basis so he may be around during the week sometimes. We're both really chilled and up for socialising BUT we both fully respect privacy and quiet time. We enjoy cooking, exploring and having movie nights. We're totally fine with ANY pets and have absolutely no issues with any backgrounds. We're looking for somewhere ideally below $450 including bills & WIFI and somewhere furnished however for a lower price weekly we don't mind buying our own furniture.
I'm doing a PhD in physics at the University of Melbourne. Australia is a very generous country so they decided to give me a salary/scholarship, which means that I can always pay my rent and bills in time, without having to rob any Woolies. In my spare time I like to do sports (running, swimming, yoga, soccer etc), annoy people around me playing my guitar, read books and travel as much as I can even if that just means going for on an adventure to the nearby pub. This is my 5th year living abroad in shared houses, before coming to Melbourne I lived in Ireland and Canada, so I am an international expert in the art of sharing a house. I value a lot the relationship with my housemates, so I'm looking for a bunch of people I can feel comfortable with, inside and outside the house, sharing dinners, drinks, lazy afternoons and any random moment life brings about. Luckily I also know how to respect others' privacy so I promise I won't follow you inside the bathroom. Living in a clean house is fundamental for me, so I hereby solemnly commit to put my efforts in keeping the place tidy and neat, and cleaning regularly.
Hi! We're Aisha, Ana and Quentin, three friends that met in Australia while travelling. We shared the same room for weeks, so we're definitely sure we can be flatmates as well! We're looking for 2 rooms in a nice apartment/house in Melbourne. Ana (Colombian/Canadian) is a nurse, Quentin (French) works in hospitality and Aisha (Dutch) is a content writer and nanny. We all love cooking, Ana and Quentin are especially good in cooking delicious vegetarian meals. Besides that we're all wine/beer lovers and love to go out for a drink. We are creative, friendly and flexible people with an open mind and we'd love to find a home with similar people!
Hello, my name is Germano, I'm 40 years old, from Brazil. I have been living in Sydney for the past 3 years but now I am moving to Melbourne due to my work. I am clean, organized, honest and respectful of others people privacy. If you are interested let me know when can I have a look at the room :) PS. I will be moving to Melbourne on July 28th (to a friend's home until I find my place)
I am 20 years old. Very sociable and easy to get a long with. Very interested in working hard on my studies, working and also having a good time and making the most of my time in Australia as I am there on a years student visa from Leeds Beckett University in England and I will be Studying at VU in Australia. I am very good at cleaning up after myself and contributing to cleaning shared areas. I would like to be in an area that is easy to get to CBD via the transport links, but do not need to be in the CBD.
I am a 22 year old full time student at RMIT. I am respectful of others space and am always available for a drink or a chat. When I am not at uni, I am either working part time or you will find me in my room making music, I am an electronic music aficionado. So, hit me up if you are looking for a housemate or a team-up Cheers!
Hey! friendly gay Irish guy who recently moved to Melbourne. I don't drink, I'm easy to live with and I like to keep a house clean and tidy! I'm friendly and social but like to keep to myself at times also!
Hiya, I'm moving to Melbourne from Perth to come study Interior Design at RMIT Uni. ideally, looking for my own small unit ...partly furnished with white goods would be even better! Will also consider house shares but no room shares. Up to $200pw is what id be looking at spending (ahh the life of a student) I'm 34 years old, so my partying days are quite behind me. Much prefer quiet nights in reading, listening to music- huuuuge music lover...though don't ask me what i listen to because i have a huge range of tastes ranging from ska, rocksteady, Old R&B, rockabilly, to old funky hip hop and old school metal... coming from a family with musicians i was always taught to keep my music tastes open! Love watching documentaries- mainly true crime, paranormal, Nat Geo, and environmental. Drinking tea, health & wellbeing, aromatherapy, cooking, drawing and potting plants makes me happy...but then so does the occasional social drink and going out to a good gig and dinner with friends from time to time. I would consider myself respectful to others ,easy to get along with and very clean and tidy. Though i'am quite a private person, i get along with all walks of life. Also will be looking for a casual job 2 days or 3 nights a week.. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to know more.
Hey, Joey and I are great people to live with as we are clean and considerate. We like to socialise but also giving you space. We go away for hikes on weekends and busy during the week with work or playing sports.
