Hey I'm Jack, 28, working full time. I've arrived back home to Melbs after travelling the world solo for about 15months and I'm looking for a place that has some work professionals who are social and enjoy their downtime. I'm into marketing, health, and personal development. Pretty flexible with the rent costs and move in dates. Was living in East Richmond previously, but would love somewhere closer to work near Chapel St/Church St, St.Kilda Rd, Prahran. Willing to contribute to furnishings if you need them! Prefer a medium to long term stay. More than happy to have a quick chat on the phone, or over coffee. Shoot through a message whenever you're free and looking forward to catching up! Cheers, Jack
Hi I’m Yuka from Japan. I’ll move to Melborne on 30 of May. I’ll work there with working holiday visa. I’m looking for own room and the place cooking allowed.(I often cook Japanese food. Let’s have dinner together!) I promise to keep the kitchen clean after cooking and not to get the place mess. (I’ve been sharing a flat over five years.) I’m chilly and tidy person. Like yoga, workout, cooking, baking, drawing:)
Ehh yo, I'm a Canadian teacher looking to escape the cold. I'm really outgoing, adventurous, and I enjoy a great time out, as much as a quiet night in. You're typical kind of guy who enjoys to cook, socialize, and enjoy everything that life has to offer.
Hey! We are a couple Daniel (29) and Paloma (25) from Colombia, we just got our PR Visa so we are moving to Melbourne from Brisbane. We have been in Australia for almost 2 years. We are easy going, extremely tidy and clean with a healthy lifestyle. I am a chef and will work full-time and my partner, Paloma, is an architect. We are looking for a place where to stay for the long term, where we can chill and rest after a busy day. We don't have pets, but we love them. We are not into the party, we prefer to have a good time at a restaurant or a Netflix and wine night at home. Paloma and I are pretty active, I enjoy going jobbing or swimming and Paloma loves to train most of the days after work. If you have any questions about us don't hesitate to contact us. Cheers!
Hey! We are both full time hospitality workers and we’re quiet, clean, and courteous housemates. When home we mostly like to chill and watch films as we are tired from work! But we also love checking out food places and going climbing. We’re looking for someone or a couple of people like us who are pretty chill but friendly too!
Hey there, I'm Adrian and have recently moved down south to Melbourne from Sydney. I’m an account manager for an IT company and enjoy the usual suspects of exploring new cafes/bars and hangouts with friends (and housemates) along with fitting in boxing & swing dancing in between. I'm up for living with a 2-3 housemates and am flexible whichever (couples etc) who are easy going, appreciate and respectful of privacy when needed, and are generally balanced human beings all round! Tidiness is a big plus as always :D. Hope to meet you soon. Cheers!
I am easy-going, friendly and social. I moved to Melbourne from Slovakia to study marine biology at the university of Melbourne. When I'm not at uni, I work at a Creperie in the CBD, and I like to go out with my friends when I have time. I respect everyone's privacy and know how to live in a shared house and keep it cleaned.

Hey! My name is David and I just moved to Melbourne from Spain. I'm an Engineer and I moved here to work in Business Development for a Spanish engineering company. I'm 27, single and straight. I'm a very chill and sociable person, I love doing things and meeting new people. I'm really into music, arts, food, sports, going out every now and then, traveling... I'm really up for almost everything, so you can count on me for all kinds of plans! I want to get to know the city as well as I can. I also like chilling at home every now and then, watching a movie, etc. I'm looking for a place with people that are organised and have similar interests, that want to do things together but can also respect my privacy if I want to have some alone time. I'm looking to share with 1-2 people, but I'm open to other options!
Hey! I’m Joel! Basically live at my job, but it’s at the Melbourne Museum which is exciting... I normally come home with plenty of interesting stories to share - or another plant I’ve ‘accidently’ bought. Originally from Adelaide and have been in Melbourne for over a year now. Love to eat good food, watch movies, read and just generally chill out. Love an excellent coffee and a cheeky bev. I’m really relax, clean and friendly! Looking to move into a sharehome with other awesome folk!
Graphic designer person who recently left their job in Sydney and moving back to Melbourne (I do have savings and will be looking for other work, of course). I'm quiet but can talk a lot once comfortable. I don't drive so close to public transport is a must. I do have a large monstera philodendron that would love to move with me. Cat person but don't hate dogs. I drink a lot of tea.
Hi, my name is Youri. I'm a 21-year old traveler from The Netherlands. I've arrived in Australia in September last year. I'm in Melbourne for a month for work. I'm looking for an accomodation from March 24 till April 13. I'm a social person and i'm always up for a beer and a good talk. I'm working fulltime in an engineering company so i'll only be around in the evening. I'm organized tidy and always helpfull. My interests: traveling, going out, festivals, sports (soccer, fitness, running) and other social activities. Send me a message if you have any suggestions! Cheers
I am a 32 years old lecturer with a PhD in early childhood education and will be teaching at RMIT and Deakin Uni this year. I am moving from Adelaide that’s why I am looking for a place in Melbourne. I have travelled a lot including Japan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Spain, Germany etc. I enjoy connecting with people. I am respectful, organised and easy to get along with. I love dancing (tango), hiking, nature, yoga, eating, as well as wine over chat and netflix. I’d love to live with some easygoing likeminded people.
Hi there, I’m currently looking for a place to call home for Roxy (my puppy) and myself. A little bit about us: I’m 33yo, working full time in hospitality (trying to stick to daytime hours as much as possible). I’m clean, tidy, eco friendly, almost vegetarian, and been living in share houses for many years. I’m quite sociable and always up for a chat but also independent, respectful of other people space and enjoy some time by myself as well. Roxy is an adorable little Beagle, she’s just over 1yo, still a bit of a pup but well house trained, obedient and really chilled. She’s very sociable and gets along with absolutely everyone: dogs (big or small), cats and people, she just loves to make friends! We’re looking for a place long term north side (Thornbury, Northcote, Coburg, Brunswick, Preston, Reservoir) within a budget of roughly $180/week and a decent sized backyard for Rox to play. If that sounds like we could be a good match, please hit me up. Thank you. Joannie & Roxy 😊
Hi I'm Shae, 25, engineer, moving to Melbourne in late March (flexible date) for work and currently living in regional VIC. I'm looking for a comfortable place that feels like home with great housemates. I am friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful of others, have great rental history and would like to live with similar people who are up for hanging out but are also independent and happy to do their own thing. Working full-time so usually my time at home is to relax but would also like to have friends and family over from time to time for dinner or board games! In my spare time I like to chill out, catch up on shows and movies, hang out with friends, try new cafes and restaurants, explore the city/events going on! Please message me if you have a room available or if you think we would get along and want to find a place together. Prefer a place with easy access to Southern Cross Station. Thanks :)
A recent graduate who works part-time as a salad artist until she finds a full-time job. Not a vegetarian but somehow there's no meat in my pantry and fridge. A senior but not expensive housemate, featuring: • 3+ years experience in house-sharing • Always clean, respectful and responsible • Above-average friendliness • Hosted 1 garage sale, 3 birthday surprises and 2 welcome parties for the housemates • Owns a 50" television, a wireless printer, a bike and a ukulele • Fluent in English and Mandarin (I'm also a private Mandarin teacher) • Overall, a very likeable young woman The place I currently live in is actually awesome but I would like to move to a more interesting location and meet new wonderful people.
Hi I'm Matt. 27 years from UK. I work as a civil engineer designing railways on a regular 9-5. I enjoy sports both playing and watching, as well as cooking, going for drinks and socialising. I'm looking to move into a house that has a little bit of life to it but also respects peoples privacy
Hi everyone, I'm Arjun, I work full-time in the CBD in the energy industry, and I'm looking to move a little bit closer towards the city! I've lived both in sharehouses and on my own, so I'm neat and tidy and will be very good at helping out with housework. When I'm home I tend to read a lot so I'm not a noisy housemate, but that being said, I love a good after-work chat (and would never say no to a G&T!) and have been known to stress-bake delicious cookies on occasion. I'm looking for somewhere that's friendly, neat, and respectful. Happy with somewhere quieter or a bit more social, but I'm probably too much of an old fogey to live in a party house! A longer-term place would be better than shorter term, but I'm happy with anything >8-9 months. Also, if you're short of literally any kitchen stuff at all, I have a million and one kitchen utensils and tools (big trays, shallow trays, huge pots, little pots, you name it) that I can either keep in storage (where they are now) or bring along :) Looking forward to getting in touch!
Hi! I’m Josh, 27 year old kiwi new to Melbourne from seven years living in Brisbane. I come from a performing arts background and work between hospo and labour jobs. I’m looking for a room ideally around the Northcote/Fitzroy area as I’m studying music performance at Melbourne Polytechnic in July, but open to anywhere around the inner city. Into most things creative and health & fitness oriented. So if anyone’s looking for a gym buddy flatmate then hit me up! I’m a tidy and quiet flatmate but also up for socialisng.
