I am a semi retired researcher/musician, moving to the Sunshine Coast to be closer to my family. I love music, reading, art, nature, gardening/growing vegies, bush walking, travel, and enjoy being in peaceful environments. I am a quiet, but communicative, thoughtful and considerate sort of person, play the flute/piano, am a non smoker, a social drinker, and enjoy fresh food and home cooking. I enjoy watching TV (news, documentaries, good movies etc.), visiting local markets, music festivals, national parks, and spending time with my family.
I pay my bills on time or in advance Independant Keep to myself Non-drinker Non-gambler No TV, Radio or partying Vices include the ciggies and coffee. Pros are a bit more subjective. Sense of humour, for example. Would prefer to have housemates that are primarily women. I have no problem with guys, it's just common wisdom to not move into a place with a strange man. When you're female. Although some guys are way nicer than some women! We are all taking a risk! I also have no issue with age actually older is sometimes better for me because of the quiet. With the young ones I am more concerned about why you are branching out so young and wanting to be sure you're with people that can look out for you, than thinking ok I wont flat with young ones cos they arent responsible (that isn't true is it, some young ones are more responsible than older ones!). So with young ones reading this, maybe contact Anglicare or Centercare or a Community Neighborhood Centre about help for you, as being so young its not either of our faults that some of the commercial structures could be more youth friendly than they are. And these people might be able to help you with accomodation and bonds, depending on location and other paperwork stuff. Good luck and believe in and love yourself. It's a big decision to move out of home, it doesn't need to be scary, help is out there please do look for it, to have an easier transition 😊

I'm a softy at heart, have been sharing and touring for 20+ years, been a drummer most of my life but now returning to Uni in brissy to study science. Will stay a night or two in bris sometimes, and often in Mullum/Byron so I'm looking for a ZEN DEN in NATURE to be my base. I see myself living in an environment that feels like I'm in nature, with space, light, fresh air, birds, frogs, hopefully dogs, an outside-in feel, and people who care about the energy of the house, the world, community and creativity. I am open to coming to the area any time between mid to late feb, and think 3 months might be a minimum with a view to live there while I do my undergrad (3 - 4 years) I have been based in the same house in Bondi, NSW for the last 12 years. I enjoy cooking, like to garden, love animals, do a spot of yoga, am well-travelled, holistic and diverse in my world-views. Naturally introverted, though known for a big personality when the occasion calls for it! I ultimately hope to share a peaceful, clean and natural environment, with gentle souls. I enjoy a great chat, very caring, and thoughtful. I also enjoy my own company, and will be resting, re-charging, studying, reading, writing a lot when home.
Hi Im Steve from Hervey Bay moving to Sunshine coast due to work. Looking for 6 mths to start. Im quiet and usually hang in my room after Dinner time doing internet courses / TV. Have a road work contract operating from Nambour to Maleny.Im easy going and prefer quiet housemate/s. Most time off work as in weekends will be spent back in Hervey bay ... some weekends on the Sunshine coast. Work is basically the reason for me needing extra accommodation.
I’m looking for a bunch of people that love to chillax, 420 it up and are really nice and fun! I love to work and not always at home too. I do like my privacy as I can be pretty un social, but I am trying to break that! I play fortnite, love music and up for anything really. Don’t mind sharing with guys too, as long as they aren’t sketchy 😂 not looking for a party house, just looking for a place where there’s still fun and life in it and everyone hangs out after a long day 👌
Hi, My name is Brooke and I'm a uni student, cafe manager and dog mum to a chilled out, cuddly wolfhound cross. I'm creative, quiet, respectful and clean with fantastic rental references. My hobbies are spent mostly with my dog Leo, which include beach walks, park runs, oh, and he comes to work with me most days too. I'm studying creative writing and literature at USC and am entering my third year in 2019. So most of the time you'll find me reading books. Thanks!

I'm a friendly 35yo single female. I'm kind, respectful and considerate of others. I'm a self employed massage therapist. I'm gentle and sensitive, spiritually minded. I am not looking for a party house. People who are positive, healthy and kind will suit me very well. I like to be social and have a chat with those I live with. I also like my own space as well. I love nature and the beach. Looking for a room, granny flat, studio or space to call home. Open to teaming up with others to find an awesome affordable house. Ideally, somewhere that i could live and also have a treatment room as well would be wonderful. I am flexible with the move in date. It could be now, or early in the new year.
Looking for a self contained flat, studio etc that I am able to have my two senior mini sausage dogs live also.
I am a happy easy going 41 year old, I have 4 children who are temporarily living with their father for the next year while I work and study my cert 4 in youth work in Feb. I have my sons 13 and 14 who stay over night on the weekends occasionally, I'm clean, tidy and love to cook. I have the occasional drink while cooking or special event, I am quiet, love music and have music on most the time. Very rarely watch the tele, news depresses me. Love to draw although I'm not great at it. Also love painting, up styling furniture. Would love somewhere that has it's own privacy, but not necessary.. I dont go out and party, think my days of that is over. But could be convinced on occasion... If u think I would be an asset to your home then give me a message, I would love to meet u. Rach
