I am self employed & a bit of a rolling stone. I travel constantly for work - 3 to 4 times per week as a general rule. Will consider up to $450 for perfect home, that makes me swoon & is a lil paradise - feel free to message me up to that, if you have a place you think ticks all the boxes for a social gal that likes urban & nature. I'm looking for a central home base, in the CBD, but also open to the lower noth shore (as far as Gore Hill). Also the Inner West, I like the Camperdown & Broadway areas, not sure about Newtown, but great flatmates could sway me to being certain its my next home hood. On my days off I'm about catching up on sleep, seeing friends & perhaps hanging with my cool new flatmates. I like a glass of wine or vodka. I do enjoy the occasional joint, but I'm about moderation - far to old to pull up well after any kind of indulgence or indulging. I watch interesting tv & utter commercial shit - my music taste is similar to my tv. I'm not keen to live with anyone ultra conservative, that is the traditional family values type. Gay, lesbian, bi, pans, trans, part time drag queen, demon in the sheets, non gendered, slightly twisted, slapper, green, gender neutral, blue, striped or polka dots - I don't care what race you are, if or how you label your sexuality or gender, as long as it makes you happy. I do mind if you like to believe in bigotry, racism, sexism, homophobia, descrimination or support hate, engage your rage or believe in a superior race. I'm not a tree hugging hippy or raving feminist, I am into equality, but I've got a really bad sense of humor than can push pc boundaries. I'm open to other opinions & not a jerk so you can tell me. I'm not a clean freak, but I am tidy. I don't want to live with a control freak, that has confused it witn OCD & self diagnosed themself a sufferer. I'm a go with the flow type & will occasionally leave something somewhere. I have a pet hate of moaning about a basic inconvenience for longer than it inconvenienced you. Well I wrote a bloody novel, could have just gone with something short, that said something that meant nothing, but sounded cool. If no one answers, I'm just deleting this & saying 'open minded female in 30's, self employed, dte, ktmp of all persuasions, seeks room in interesting household free of negativity. Home 3 or 4 nights most weeks, sometimes less. Slightly crazy, but saving to be eccentric.'
Despite being social out of the home, I am really quiet and respectful towards others I live with and neighbours. I would never compromise others comfort / peace. Myself and my 1.8 kg teeny tiny Pom spend most weekends away with friends. I am house proud and keep my surroundings clean and tidy; as it's the way I like to live! Having said that I'm really easy going, happy and drama free! I've lived with so many lovely people since arriving in Sydney and had no problems, maintaining good relationships with whomever I've resided with! I am happy to answer questions, have taken on leases and never missed or been late with a rental payment. I'm trustworthy and would rather be upfront about circumstances to determine suitability! Teddy and I love beach walks and getting outdoors as much as we love eating scrumptious food and exploring new areas! Even people who describe themselves as 'not dog people' fall in love with Mr. Ted so there aren't issues on that front! He's hopelessly adorable! I'm pretty flexible with move dates etc Thanks for taking the time to read! Any questions, fire away!
Looking for somehwrre to stay long term-ish while I work full time as an engineer. Very easy going and easy to get on with. I tend to be out of the house most nights between the gym and training and enjoy the odd drink at the weekend. Lived in shared houses for years now so I'm well house trained 😁 Would prefer a furnished room if possible.
Hi everyone, I am from South Africa and moved to Sydney last year to study medicine at UNSW (currently in my second year). I study hard, so prefer a place that is quieter, but I am also very friendly and am always down for a chat over dinner etc. I enjoy traveling, exploring Sydney, good books and movies, exercising and great food. Place must be walking distance to UNSW and Royal Randwick Shops (no more than 10 minutes walk). A room with its own bathroom would be ideal.
I am a chilled easy going chick from NZ, adventure nut, loves all food, movie buff, live gigs, getting creative in kitchen and more recently motorbikes. Looking at something semi permanent for the next 2-3 months, currently working in hospitality and doing part time study. I'm a very respectful, courteous human who loves being social, respectful of fellow humans and is always up for a cook off. <3
I'm originally from San Diego, California and I am currently studying child development and work as a nanny and as an early childhood educator at Kanga's House Long Daycare at UNSW. I keep to myself, but am outgoing and I am very clean, but not germophobe clean haha.
Currently looking for long term accommodation as I have moved out of my old place. I work in IT in the public sector full time. I play Gridiron and women Rugby league, so I am always out most days for game days or training, during my days off I like to relax with video games, friends or movies. I own a pug however my dog usually stays at my parents place as I would be busy, though when my off time I like to bring her over. She sleeps all day and is house trained.
I'm a very easy-going, clean and tidy person. I'm a full time vet nurse, currently working mostly nights. I'm pretty social and often up for a chat but also like my own space and am respectful of others. In my free time I like traveling, scuba diving, relaxing on the beach and binge watching netflix. I'm looking to move in with like-minded people. I come with a big, beautiful, very lazy K9 so I need to move in with people who have a mutual love for dogs and have a property that is dog friendly with a decent sized yard.
I'm currently a college student in China and I'm going to study in UNSW for master degree.I'm an easygoing guy who like to socialize while respect other's personal space and time. I like music, outdoor activities and fit in gym... I cook Chinese food from time to time and I LOVE BBQ and most of the western foods. I will arrive in Sydney on 19/Jun/2017, Sydney is a strange land for me since it's my first time to be there. Accommodations near UNSW are desirable and I prefer to live with students or young professionals.
American Student coming to Sydney for the summer to work for Football United, an organization that uses the power of football to support refugee youth. Very easy-going and really excited to be in Australia for the first time.
Hi! I'm 24. I'm French. I come from Paris. I've been studying business administration in France and now I will enjoy my life. I'm in Sydney since the 20 of May for one year in WHV. I want to discover a new culture and meet lots of people. I'm an easygoing guy with a good energy and always happy! I'm looking for a private room in Sydney from the 16 of June.
Hello! I'm a happy, friendly, mature and considerate house mate -I'm also clean, tidy and quiet. I'm a professional working full time, in my early 30s. My partying days are done! I work fairly long hours as a marketing manager in Bondi Junction for an innovation consulting company. I'm into healthy living...but like the odd glass of wine and chat with my house mate! I'm often out and about, I have lots of friends locally. I'm a non smoker. Some of my interests are: art, reading, writing, yoga, meditation, and the beach! I'm willing to pay close to $500 for a really nice roomy place with my own bathroom. Otherwise a nice quiet simple clean place in the right location for $300-$400 or so. I'm fairly particular in what I want from a living situation, but think it's good to be clear on what I want : - I'm looking for a place in between Bondi beach and Bondi Junction (south Bondi, Bondi Junction or Bellevue Hill) - Ideally only sharing with one other person (or couple) - I'd like my own bathroom, or if sharing, with one other who isn't always in, whose schedule fits mine (I don't spend long in the bathroom) - Top floor flat or house - I've had issues with noisy neighbours above twice now and I'm a light sleeper so would only consider middle floor if it's a super modern quiet block - A quiet street away from road noise - A cool, happy friendly housemate who's similar to me
Clean & quiet, I love my space but also enjoy socialising over a glass of red and dinner. I have a cat named Panda who is house trained. I am moving from Melbourne and will continue working in Real Estate once I move.
I'm looking for a room in a house/flat with clean, social and considerate housemates. I'm an easy-going, social and considerate individual who works in the Financial Services industry. I like traveling, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. I enjoy good food and wine, going out for dinners, and brunches with friends. Please get in touch if you have a room in my preferred areas or would like to team up to rent a house.
HELLO SYDNEY I'm not much of a list person but I'll list all the reasons why I'm great to live with. 1.) I have a sense of humor. A very dry, sarcastic kiwi humor 2.) I love cooking and am more than happy to provide for everyone 3.) I am clean and tidy about 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time I spend procrastinating about tidying 4.) I respect people from all walks of life and love to converse with people about anything and everything 5.) I very much enjoy meeting new people and making new friends 6.) I brew Kombucha 7.) I have a decent sized collection of wine glasses and am always down to have a cheeky one or two All of this and more!
