Hey guysss, A friend and I have Just made the move from London to Sydney and are looking for somewhere to live until the new year. I'm 28 and work as a Camera Operator and Liv is 24 and works in Music. We're both tidy, up for a laugh and keen to find somewhere asap. Hit me up if you think we might work. Max
Hi guys, My boyfriend Nicolas and I are coming this January and we are currently looking for a place near Bondi Beach/ Coogee / Manly Beach. We're Canadians, calm, respectful and clean. We're both in the mid twenties and we've been together for 6years and more. We like outdoors, books, surfing, healthy food and of course traveling. (oh, and good restaurants). We will be working part-time / maybe full-time. (we'd like to enjoy the Aussie life as much as we can) If you think your place will be free this January for a period of 2-3 months, let me know, let us know. Thank you x Jessica
*** NB NOT MOVING OUT UNTIL NOVEMBER *** Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
i liove to cook, meditate, laugh. discover new things, walk, swim, be quiet, dance, listen, sing i'm lucky enough not to have to work anymore i have a secure income i worked for 20 years in the university sector in research and teaching
Hello future awesome roommates! -- I’m French, so please be indulgent with my english :) I grew up and live in Tahiti. I will be moving in Australia on the 26th of October, for one year, more or less. I am vegetarian (flexible Vegan), spontaneous, positive, creative, outspoken, well educated, adventurous, generous, and fluent in sarcasm. Burner at heart. I try to go to Burning Man every year. I am passionately curious and live from day to day. I travel, learn, and explore as much as I can, until I feel ready to settle and start my professional career. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, road trips, sleeping in a van, beer and pizza, meeting spirituals and positives minds, getting out my comfort zone, as much as I enjoy a comfy hotel, fine wine and gastronomy (I’m french :p). I am a free spiritually-minded person creator of my own journey. My beliefs are founded on the universe, the power of infinite possibilities and the power of shared intention. I exalt a life free from all preconceived ideas, letting the endless possibilities open to me go free. I have no fears of stating the truth, always (did and do) try to lead a life in true transparency and honesty, aligned with my path. I like to wakeboard, trying to learn to surf, I like to cruse around with my bike beach cruiser (so yea I plan to get one, once I will be there!), I like to hangout with my friends, go out or chill at home with wine and netflix! :) From a "house sharing" standpoint, I am willing to share a room with others girls, already did it while I lived in San Diego. I truly would like to find a place not so far from the beach, I am used to live near the ocean, and I can't think about living a life far from it... I need the ocean! ^^ Also, it is important for me to find roommates I can be friend and share activities with, not only to share a rent. If that sounds a good match for you, feel free to contact me! ^^
Hi Everyone! Myself (Irish) and my boyfriend, Jamie (English), have just arrived in Sydney. Would love to teamup with another couple to get a really great place! We are hoping to get somewhere close enough to the beach but with good transport into the city. We have a place until 6th November but could move before this!
Hi, my name is Sach and I'm looking for a great home (not just a house) to move into. I work full-time in Communications at Westpac (not as boring as it sounds, promise) and my days are usually 7am to 7pm. I love keeping active and weekends usually involve brunching, a swim and hanging out with friends. In the evening, it's always nice catching up with housemates and have a chat over a wine or good/bad TV! But I also respect everyone having their own space.
I'm Rocio, 24, working professionally in finance. I'm very social outside of working hours and like to fill my weekends with different activities. I am looking for somewhere to stay a rather longer term, just need a clean & tidy place to share with people nice to be around with. I am up for anything, respect independence and also like hanging out together if something comes up. If you are interested in finding out some more, just ask :)
Hi, I am a Spanish engineer, just arrived to Sydney this week. I am looking for new challenges in Australia and I want to share a flat in a good environment. I am sociable, tidy and like cooking. I have always shared flat during last 10 years.
Hi, my name is Judith and am looking for a flatshare to move into from the beginning of november. I'm spanish and arrived in Australia almost 1 year ago. I am looking for a room to rent in a friendly house share. I am easy going, love sport, and enjoy socialising with friends and new people. I am quite, clean and respectable. If you have any availability please get in touch.
Hi, I'm form the states and decided to join you guys down under for the Summer. Me and my Aussie are looking for accommodations near the beach. We work, we cook, we drink and party. We can sing (not too well), but have some sick DJ skills. We like to travel and are outgoing. We are sarcastic, funny and are easy going. We could be the best friends you never had or give you all the space you require in the world... like I said easy going! If you're as awesome as us send me a message!
Hi, I work full time in the city for a global property company. I'm easy going, clean and tidy. During the week I focus on work and staying fit. On the weekends I like to be outdoors, catch up with friends, eat out, go for drinks and love the beach during summer.
Friendly, kind, active and out going girl from Norway. I'm currently looking for full time work in Sydney, but i have sufficient savings to support me in the meanwhile. I'm looking for flatmate(s) who likes to hang out, making dinner, watching movies, drinking wine etc. And who also enjoys nights out partying. I'm really into hiking, working out, surfing, hanging at the beach and exploring Australia. I also like cooking and food. As a person I'm very clean and tidy.
I'm 22, Canadian, moving to Sydney in early 2017 for school. Since I don't know anyone in Australia I'm looking to find flatmates that will also be friends. I love being outside, and hope to find people to go to the beach, hike & explore with! I enjoy living in a social environment and love a good gathering as much as the next gal, as long as it's quiet when necessary (unfortunately exams are a thing)! I am clean and respectful of the space and the people I live with (though I must admit my bedroom occasionally looks like a tornado passed through it). Let me know if I sound like your kind of person and get in touch if you have any questions :)
Hi I'm Sam, a 25 year old lawyer looking to move to Sydney by the end of the year (preferably in December 2016). I'm easy going and laid-back, loving have a drink and meeting new people - I'm also very reliable! I have a 2 yr old Golden Retriever (male) who is house trained but he will be with me every now and then so I'll need a place that is pet friendly. I will have my own furniture for my room. Suburb preferences are listed but I would consider others as well.
Ive just moved back to Sydney after some travelling, I'm 26 English Currently employed, I'm a carpenter and joiner. Looking for a nice clean place to chill in the evening and maybe have a few drinks on the weekend, with my friend Adam from Ireland, looking for a share room or an apartment that has 2 private rooms. Thanks
I'm a student working part time at University of New South Wales in Biomedical Sciences. I'm Spanish and I moved to Australia a bit more than a year ago. Everyone knows Spanish people are friendly, extroverted, easy going and great friends for anything you're up to! Besides I know how to cook yummy food ;) I love the outdoors and I generally spend my weekends in the Blue mountains or any mountain or doing sport. I rather go rock climbing than partying. It's fairly easy to live with me as long as you clean what you make dirty and you don't smoke. I have had 7 roomies so far from all around the world and all of them were very good experiences! I like things reasonably tidy, silent at night and you won't find my hairs in the shower so same for everyone! (:
Hi, I'm Grace. I like traveling, writing, and cooking. I'm 28. I was born and raised in Alaska. I'm getting a teaching certificate here in Sydney and working part-time as as English teacher. I need a cozy place to stay.
Clean and tidy, yadda, yadda, yadda... love to cook, keep fit, not looking for a party house, but am looking for a place where the roomies are social enough to hang and be friends, but still have their own lives. I work full time in the city and am pretty much early to rise and early to bed (as boring as that sounds!) Happy to meet for a coffee or beer if you'd like discuss.
Friendly, easy going girl from England on a working holiday visa, currently looking for full time work in Sydney (but have sufficient funds to support myself in the meantime)! Have been in hostels since I arrived 8 weeks ago so looking for somewhere clean and calm to call 'home'. Enjoy nights in with a takeaway or nights out with some wine and good music! Love to be outdoors in the sunshine and am very independent, also like cooking and cleaning!
Hi, French couple, we just finished a year all around Australia in our 4wd & it's time for us to come back in Sydney, the city of our first step in Oz. We are here for work, we are clean and orderly. We want to be respectful to the other people who we reside with and also be respected :) Don't hesitate to send us a message 👍
Hello, I am looking for a nice place to share in Coogee as i love it here. I am looking to share a 'home' with a likeminded female or male flatmate, not just rent a room and not with a couple. I am very friendly, very considerate and very respectful of other people's privacy. I'd like to find a nice flatmate with whom i can get along well with, have a laugh and a share a glass of wine with :-) This is what i am looking for in a shared apartment: *A spacious unfurnished bedroom (I have my own bedroom suite) *A place very close to Coogee beach, preferably on the north side of Coogee *A place with a garage or small storage space *A place with no pets, no drugs and no parties *A place with no more than 2 flatmates who would be happy for me to rent my room whilst i go to Africa for an international public health project in August next year for a few months If this sounds like your place and what you're looking for, let me know. Thanks :-) Scarlette

Hey I'm Nicola, 26 from the UK. I've been living in sydney for over a year now, recently been sharing with friends and am now looking for somewhere to call home. Ideally around Bondi junction or Bellevue hill. I'm easy going, friendly and fun and know how to be a good house mate. I'm trustworthy, clean and tidy but not a neat freak and respectful of others - I won't drink the last of the milk or eat the takeaway you've saved from last night! Ideally it would be great if we could be friends and share the odd drink or two! I also have a pretty good social network here. I'd prefer to live with singles rather than a couple. I enjoy a night in as much as a night out. I'm a professional in full time employment in the health sector and sometimes have to work the odd weekend. When I'm not working I enjoy getting out and about, hitting the gym, love heading down to the beach and catching up with friends. I'm flexible with length of the lease. If you think we would get along please get in touch :-)
We are looking for preferably another couple who would be interested in sharing a 2 bed apartment. We are finding a lot of 2 bed apartments available and not so many studios/1 beds (Looking at approximately $450 per week plus a bond). We are working professionals from the UK who work during the week so out from 7:15am until 6pm onwards. We both enjoy a drink and would like to meet another couple who are like us, clean and tidy, hard working and like to let their hair down on a weekend. We both go to the gym and I love playing and watching football. Please do get in touch if you are interested! We are looking for something in the following areas: Redfern, Surry hills, Bondi junction, Darling Harbour. Cheers :)
My name is Nadine and I'm from Adelaide, at this point I am planning to move to Sydney because I want to work and study there. I am a great cleaner and I love cooking (laughs) I mind my own business but I don't mind hanging out with my flat mates and having a good time I'm a fun and bubbly person and very reliable.
My name is Mark, I'm from Ireland. I've been living in Sydney for 6 years, 5.5 of which have been in Pyrmont. I recently got my permanent residency and plan on getting citizenship next year. My housemate is moving to Melbourne in December so I'm looking for a new place. I work regular hours, 8:00 to 16:30, in Crows Nest. I work in IT, currently after moving into a development role. I'm a non-smoker, I enjoy eating healthy and going to the gym Monday to Friday and having a couple of beers on the weekend. I like getting out of the house whenever I can and enjoy most of what life has to offer, sports, live music, cultural events, anything really. Sitting at home watching TV can be really boring, unless it's game of thrones or something like that.
I'm a 27 year old English guy working in Recruitment (recently got my sponsorship), looking for a long term move to a nice home that I can settle into and be a new friend, not just a new housemate! Outside of work I'm a singer/songwriter (a good one and a quiet one, don't worry!), I go to the gym, love the beach, surf occasionally, always ready for weekend drinks and adventures, but also love quiet nights in with movies and mates. I'm very easy-going, i find common ground with everyone, and as cliche as it sounds... i'm really looking forward to being clean and tidy, which is impossible in my current house!
Looking to rent an Ensuite with parking or team up. I am Tech engineer who love healthy life style, gym training and swimming. Very tidy and always clean after myself, into clean healthy food.. Always up to socialise and hanging out in weekend going to the beach movie or travel around discover new areas. Non smoker, Never bring party home, Mostly quiet at home but also up for a chat, watch movies and share food every now and then.
I'm originally a Canberran (don't hold it against me), but have been living in Sydney for about 4 years. I loved living near the beach when I was first in Sydney. Been enjoying the inner west life for the past few years, but now I'm keen to move back out east as my lease is about to end. I'm currently employed full time at University of Sydney as a researcher in international development. My job involves a bit of overseas travel, which I love, but it is always nice to come home again to Sydney. Apart from travelling, I'm into surfing, hiking, camping, cycling, ping pong, live music, Wes Anderson films, long lazy weekend brunches, and generally being in or near to the ocean as much as possible. I'm an easy going and respectful housemate. I like to keep things clean and homely. I'm on the quieter side of outgoing, but love a good chat over a beer or glass of wine down the pub, the occasional night out or a good ol' netflix binge. My ideal place would be with flatmates who love the outdoors and the ocean, are up for an occasional drink or shared dinner, but who are also happy to do their own thing and respect each other's space and privacy. If needed, I come with a couch, fridge and various other essentials!
Hi everyone, I'm relocating to Sydney to take on a new marketing role in the Eastern suburbs. I will be working 5 days a week (8:30am-5:30pm) and most afternoons I will be at the gym (CrossFit or F45) or training for some sort of sport depending on the season (running or swimming). I love to travel and recently returned from a stint in Rio where I was working during the Olympics and Paralympic Games (it was my 5th Games experience!). I also run my own online marketing business (social media, copywriting etc) so I am often flat out. I'm looking for somewhere tidy, well maintained, modern and practical. I'm social and love the occasional drink, but by no means will you find me stumbling home when the sun comes up. When I'm not at home, I'll be soaking up the sun at the beach, drinking coffee, reading books in the park or hunting down the latest and greatest bars and restaurants in Sydney. I'm really easy going and get along with anybody. If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch.
Hi, I moved over from London a few months ago and my lease is coming to an end mid December. I'm a full time professional working in the city and looking for a place to rent for 6months (or longer!) I'm pretty chilled out, neat, tidy, very 'normal' and looking to share with someone similar. My ideal scenario would be somewhere close to both the beaches and a semi-decent commute in to work and sharing with a female. If you want to meet up or see if we'd be compatible feel free to drop me a message on here. Thanks Vashi
Hi, I'm looking for decent accommodation with friendly people. Being an entrepreneur I'm quite easy going & adjustable with anyone. Prefer cleanliness, less noise, and respect for personal space. Kindly drop a message if you are looking for teamups, shared room etc.
I am a clean, active and fun person. I like making friends. Looking for someone friendly and clean to share a place with. I am working from Mon to Fri and on Saturday sunday I usually go to gym or other outdoor activities.
Two relaxed girls one from Scotland one from Itlay! We love socialising and meeting new people. Enjoy quiet week nights, like to explore, go to beach and have a few drinks at weekends. Both in second year in Australia! We are used to living with others so no to respect others and are very tidy! :-)
