Hi there! My name is Lauren and I’m relocating to Sydney from Perth for a new job in Marketing/PR. I’ve just turned 26 yrs old and am very mature for my age. I’d love to share a house with a person/people who I can chat and socialise with but are understanding of me having time to myself. I’ll be working in the city with standard Monday-Friday work hours; occasionally I may work a day on the weekend. Ideally I am looking for a room that is big enough for a double bed and isn’t the size of a matchbox. I don’t mind if my housemates are guys or girls, as long as they are clean and considerate. I’m super tidy and will always clean up after myself. Looking forward to hearing from you ☺ Lauren
Hey there! My name is Claudia, I am 18 years old and have just moved over from Adelaide. I am currently studying a diploma of Musical Theatre at the Australian Institute of Music. I'm very neat, polite and am always down for a good chat! Hope to hear from you soon, Claudia x
A couple looking to find a room somewhere. Our current lease is up on the 5th of March and we would like to move sometime after that (we potentially have somewhere we can stay until we find suitable long term accommodation). Max rent we would like to pay is $320/week total ($160 each per week) but would prefer around $280/week total). We have been house-sharing for a year near Parramatta and are looking to move closer to our university campus (UNSW). Kiegan is working part-time (currently 4 days a week) and Kira is able to choose to work 2 - 6 days a week. Looking to share with someone who is independent and easygoing, with a clean and tidy home. Proximity to public transport would be a plus and we also need a pet friendly house (2 lovely cats). Preferably somewhere that does not get TOO hot (our current flat gets over 40 degrees inside). Unfurnished room is preferred as we have a bedroom set up already, we have a fridge and washing machine we can bring with us or just sell and we also have our own kitchen items (crockery, cutlery, etc). Kiegan studies a Bachelor of Fine Arts at UNSW Art and Design and Kira studies Social Work & Criminology. We have always consistently paid rent on time and have had experience with uncooperative house mates and will not put you through that stress. Please get in touch if you may have something available or any questions.

Hey! Myself and my friend are looking for a room to rent. I am 24 and from Wales, UK and my friend is 20 (almost 21) and from the Netherlands. We both work full time, I work in hospitality and my friend works in retail. My friend will also be starting her studies as of next month. We are both easy to get along with, friendly and very clean. If we sound like your ideal room mates and you would like to meet us, please message me or call/text me. We look forward to hearing from our future roomies :-)

I am quiet neat and easy-going, I love to go on hikes, gym, cooking, and a few wines. Just looking for someone who is also really easy going, neat, respects personal space is hygienic and friendly. I have been looking online and I have seen nice places for around $500 - $600 for 2 bedroom places not really willing to go any more than that expensive at the moment. Just looking for a team up so we can pick an ideal apartment that suits us! $300 PW. Split internet bills/ water bill/ electric. Hoping for car space or street parking also. Send me some links for apartments you've seen listed for under $500 max $600 and we can team up or private bedrooms only sharing with one other female :)

I work full time in hospitality as a bartender, and I love it. - & right now I live in Marrickville, looking to live right at the beaches with a younger and lively + upbeat house environment. I really enjoy meeting new people and being social. So when I'm not working I love to get out there and get things done. I also enjoy going out for a drink, and rock climbing (currently saving up for a van to travel around in my ventures. I'm also pretty active too, as I enjoy going for runs. In my job, I meet so many different types of people, so I tend to get along with most. So, if you like what you hear, then SWEET.

Hi there, I'm a 28yo male working as a software engineer. I've been living in the US for the past decade but originally from Brisbane. I've just moved to Sydney and looking for a place to live near the eastern beaches. I've got a full-time job starting in Feb. I keep an active and healthy lifestyle and will likely be off somewhere surfing for part of the weekend. I’m very social but don't spend much time in the bar/club scene and like to keep a quiet home where I can recharge. Having a tidy and clean place is important to me and always respectful of the people I’m living with. I’ve been living in sharehousing for the past 4 years in California and have done a lot of backpacking and traveling over the years. I’m used to sharing space with people and am always mindful of the people around me. Hope to hear from you!

Hey, my name is Rebecca, I am 23 years old recently moved to Sydney from the UK. New to the area and looking for a place to call home! I am preferably looking for a private room but open to share a twin room with one other person. I am currently working full-time in bondi, both during the week and weekends. I enjoy going out for drinks at the weekend and meeting new people, equally enjoy a chilled night in with friends! I would love to hear from you if you have a private room available or interested in teaming up for a shared room :)

I'm 27, originally from Canada, and am working full-time as a Lawyer in the city. Our landlord just told us (after 5 years!) that they will be taking over our flat. So, I'm looking for a place asap. I love anything that has to do with being outside, play soccer, and am usually only home at nights during the week. I work quite long hours during the day and like to spend my weekends with friends. I'm looking for a "home away from home". Am quite social but respectful and love my beers. I ride a motorbike to work so I don't necessarily need parking or public transport, however it would be nice to be near a place that is close to a bus stop :) Ideally, I'm looking for somewhere that is close to the beach, but am happy to move towards Paddington and Woollahra. I'm currently living in Bondi and would prefer to stay out east.
I'm a clean, respectful and chilled out guy. I used to live with 5 friends back in the UK so I have become accustomed to a variety of differently attributes and personalities. I love music and am a musician myself. I like to go out as much as I like to cook food and chill out at home ! Although I don't currently have work, I am on the search and hope to have a job in the next week. Even so, I have the funds to pay rent for the next three months so it isn't a problem. I'm looking to meet open minded and chilled out people while I'm here, so get in touch !

My name is Jess, I am 25 years old and a part-time HR student, also working within the marketing industry. My boyfriend Dan is 28 years old and is employed full-time in the health care recruitment industry. We are a fun, friendly couple who love to socialise and stay active. It is important to feel at ease and be able to relax within your own home!
Hi! I'm Hannah (23yrs), I am currently working part time while studying a Cert. IV in Fitness. I'm a pretty chilled out chick - I love a chat over a cheeky cider or two, but know my boundaries and am respectful of personal space and quiet times. I'm looking for like minded people to share a beautiful home with! Send me a message!
I'm clean and respectful of people's space. Like to be social and friendly with housemates. I do not bring parties back home and prefer others to not bring parties home. I work at a music studio 2 days a week, and on weekends do wedding/corporate live music gigs. The week days that I'm off I tend to stay home and do some practise (singing/guitar/djing/producing) so you'll probably hear musical sounds coming from my room if you're home. :) I try not to practise while people are home at night as I'm wary of disturbing others. I'm into healthy eating (when I'm not too busy and have time to prep) and yoga/meditation (although I'm no expert). Hoping to live with people of a similar nature! :)
Hi, looking for a new place to live from late feb as my brother is moving back to Sydney and wants his room back. So a bit about myself...I'm 30 and have just moved to Sydney from England yesterday. I start my permanent job next week on a 4 year visa so will be staying around for a while. I would say I'm a bubbly social person who is clean and respectful of others. I enjoy travelling, reading, drinking the occasional glass of wine, dancing etc. All pretty normal stuff. Though now I'm in Sydney I'm keen to enjoy the beach :) I'm currently looking for a room to rent in a friendly houseshare in the Coogee area.
Very friendly, energetic group of guys. We are a group of three graduates from England who have travelled for a while and are excited for our second year in Australia, escaping the horrific English weather in the process. We work in a combination of retail, catering and sales so will be out of the house for large periods. However, we also love to socialise and make the most of our days off! We are all big sport fans including, soccer (football), cricket, rugby and tennis. Having spent time living in Melbourne and Sydney previously we have never had any problems with flat mates or landlords and are also very respectful of the property we are living in and ensure it stays tidy.
