My name is Tinkerbelle (yes really!) but my friends call me Tink for short, i grew up in belmont and have always been around the newcastle area. I am a very easy going person, always open to making new friends! i find it easy to get along with people as i have many interests that range from sporting and outdoor activities to beauty and makeup and always find someone who likes something similar. In my spare time i like to read and listen to music then on my days that i'm really feeling alive i'll go on random trips with friends down to Sydney/Nelsons Bay and go shopping, visit attractions, go hiking etc. As well as being fun and out going i am also respectful and polite, i can cook and find myself to be quite tidy. I am currently studying Outdoor Recreational Activities at tafe so i'll be out 4/7 days a week and with the other 3 days i'll most likely be studying. I also understand completely that i'm very young and most of you want to share accommodation with someone older and more 'mature' but i can assure you just from meeting me once that you'll see i have my head screwed on more then most teenagers these days, i'm over the 'partying and drugs' stage, i want to do and be better. I've seen friends go down paths i'd rather not follow hence why i'm trying so hard in life now. My aim is to succeed but in order to do so i need to get out of this refuge and be in a better environment. Sorry about the documentary but a little honesty goes a long way.
I work and study in hospitality and generally do 5 night shifts a week. However, on the precious nights off I do get, I like to have a drink (maybe a bottle of wine). And on mornings where I don't snooze my alarm 500 times, I like going to yoga or for a nice walk. Ideally looking to live with one other person who has likes good music, food and an all round legend.
I am currently finishing up in the ski season down in Victoria. I am moving up to the Newcastle area for a new job and I currently don't have anywhere to stay. Ideally I would like to start with a month and see how it goes after that. I would prefer Port Stephens/ Nelson bay area, however anywhere in Newcastle will also be ok. I will start driving up on Sunday and get there on Tuesday. Ideally no more than $220 a week for rent. I will be working full time in a Reservations role. I'm not too sure about the hours yet but I think it will be day time work. I am quiet and friendly, always up for a chat. Ideally a place where there aren't too many late night parties would be great.
I am a PhD student in Structural Engineering, happy to meet new people, sociable, tidy and keen for social drinking if all the other tenants are ok and happy with. I'm not a difficult guy to get along with. I am a completely flexible guy and easygoing. So, feel free to message me :)
Hi everyone, I'm Annabella - just arrived on the Central Coast (ex Adelaide) Life for me is about being positive and making a contribution, staying healthy, well-balanced and harmonious living. I have two little pooches, Buddy and Jimmy - both very sweet Chihuahua boys you can fit in each hand. They tend to enjoy being indoors, even when the doors wide-open! We're hoping for likeminded people to join in a shared situation or perhaps occupy a space you want tenants who'll look after it for you...either way we'd love to hear from you!
Hey! I'm Jess, I'm 21 years old and am looking to move further into the city of Newcastle. I work full time at Bunnings so I'm at work Most of the day/afternoon, but spend my spare time tending to my many plants, baking sweets, reading thriller novels and spending time with my ferrets. I tend to keep to myself mostly but am always crack open a bottle of wine or go out for dinner and drinks, and am always up for meeting new people. I have two beautiful pet ferrets (of whom you're welcome to meet!) who are house and litter trained (yet they do have a cage). There's a bad stigma about ferrets but I'm more than happy to explain about them in more detail! So if you don't mind a bit of added foliage to the house and the smell of baked goods and the chance to cuddle a ferret, send me a message!
Pretty chilled and relaxed. Live a social life, so I'm out and about a lot - inclusive, so you are always welcome to come hang whatever I'm doing. Work full-time, 9-5pm Monday to Friday. Love my basketball, AFL, and most sports on TV. Play music and record and such. Looking for people that like to hang out and have a beer, but are also fine with me hanging in my room. Thanks guys, Angus
Hi, I'm Gabrielle. 31yo non smoker, social drinker and love to keep fit by way of yoga, gym, dancing and running. I enjoy heading to the farmers markets and cooking up my purchases, listening to music (and I must confess also singing along 😬), I'm a reality tv tragic, a bit of a book worm and do the odd bit of writing too. I'm currently on a sabbatical and looking for a room in Newy as close to the beach as possible as the ocean is my happy place 🙂 I've been traveling since March, I'm due to arrive in Newy next week and hoping to find a place asap. I'm looking at staying for an initial 3 months before deciding if I'll return to my job in Brissie or make Newy my new hood!
I'm an easy going old 21 yr old guy doing engineering at uon while working part time in hospitality. I'm tidy, easy to get along with and don't drink often( when I do it's not at home). I also don't smoke.
You'll be living with a bubbly, tidy woman who likes to socialize with housemates but is respectful of everyone's personal space and schedules. By day, i'm a full-time applied social science undergrad, mental health worker, and freelance writer; by night, i'm an amateur cook, music junkie, and undefeated Cards Against Humanity champion. I also love riding my bike and playing with my wee pup (though he's pretty old so he's tuckered out before too long). I'm financially responsible and generally quiet (i'm over huge wall-rattling parties). I have plenty of furnishings to set up a place if needed, but can put things in storage if we're doubling up so it's all fair and equal. At this point in life, i'm looking for a place that's friendly, safe, peaceful, and happy! (Note: Not on the market for a single room in student accommodation)
Looking for a room in town, preferably near the beach but not essential. I'm healthy, love going for walks, very clean and respectful and wish to live with like minded people. I love a wine on the weekend but I work most of it so I'm it's usually a pretty chilled lifestyle for me.
Hello, My name is Amber, I'm currently working part-time and also studying part-time. Seeking a pet friendly room. I have two beautiful dogs (lab and cattle cross) so it would be great to find people who are also animal lovers such as myself! I'm friendly, easy going and tidy. Always up for socialising and having a few drinks however I am also content in my own company so whatever works is fine by me :)
Hey I am looking for a place for after I graduate in November. I am an Engineering student currently working in Beresfield whilst finishing off my FYP. I am easy going and I like to play sport and hang out with friends in my free time, I also enjoy cooking. I often get up quite early so I am not interested in being in a party house. I like to relax on the weekends generally involving something like BBQ and drinks. I like to try and keep things tidy and clean. Looking for a place with young professionals that are also easy going.
