Hello Im after a large bedroom with a good sized window or more the better, hopefully overlooking beach or river or very close but must be a nice view out my window, not a wall or fence, I like water n trees. Hopefully only to share with one person if possible, who doesn't mind me bringing friends over- and I don't want to have to ask.Clean, friendly, busy outdoors, non smoker, non drinker, good communicator, good reference from utopia rentals, pay rent on time, or in advance, happy to help out. I'm looking for some one to rent with and I have some furniture. Thanks. Em
Hi, I'm a student a UQ doing part time univeristy and working as well studying Civil and Environmental Engineering. I'm 20, keen surfer, healthy lifestyle and absolutely love the beach so somewhere walking distance to a surf beach on the sunny coast is what I'm after. I'm pretty chilled, fairly quiet and keep to myself mostly but always up for a chat, hang out etc. I also have a boyfriend who would of course come around and stay some nights. I'll be in Brisbane (for uni) / Noosa (boyfriend lives) a bit as well so I won't be there all the time. I just need a good base and a awesome place to stay near the beach! I tend to get up earlyish and not huge on partying but will do on special occasions etc. I'm very much an outdoors person, love animals, hiking adventures, but also a good meal and tv show and some music.
Looking for somewhere walking distance to the beach that is relaxed and tidy. I would prefer my own bathroom, and to share a house with no more than two others. Looking to stay till mid 2019-ish. I work 6 days a week and spent most of my free time outdoors, learning to surf, hiking, going for coffee. I'm learning the piano so I spend most nights on that. I'm pretty cruisy, I mind my own business and appreciate my own space, but am still social.
Hey guys, my names Emily. I am looking for a room in a share house with some fun, friendly people. I am studying primary school teaching at USC and also work at a cafe on Noosa river. I am super bubbly and easy to get along with. I enjoy hanging out with others as well as my own down time. In my spare time I like to get to the beach, gym or catch up with friends and family. I am very clean, considerate and respectful. If you think I would make a good contribute to your house or if you have any questions, please feel free to message me :)
Gabby is 29, studying Nursing full time at TAFE QLD and finishes in November. Originally from Melbourne, moved to the Coast in March 2017. I am currently working casually as an Assistant in Nursing. Ian is 27 and from Scotland currently on his Second Year Visa. Works full time in between the Coast and Brisbane. We have been together since November 2017. We are very easy to live with, very clean and respectful. Both non-smokers. (I know everyone says this but its legit ... I hate mess and people that don't consider those they share their space with) We also have a little cat, her name is Pippa! She is super cute and the most annoying thing she does is head butt you for attention when she is feeling needy. Other than that she mostly naps, inside or outside. PS. We tried to upload a photo of us but for some reason it likes Ian's face way more than mine and it won't let me delete it either lol.
Hello, my name is Summer Rose, I work part time as a Nurse. I like cooking, mostly baking. I am very considerate and tidy. I have a beautiful blue staffy named Lola that I hope to keep by my side because she is my everything. She is house trained and very well behaved and listens to just about everything I tell her to. I would love to meet you and have a coffee. Thank you - Summer Rose
Hey guys, I've been living in the UK for the past two years and my visa is sadly coming to an end which means I need to find a place to live back on the coast. Having lived out of home since the age of 17, I'm a very independent person who loves to socialise but I also like to have time to myself. Before coming over here, I lived around Marcoola/Mudjimba area for 6 ish years. In my down time I love to cook, be at the beach or anywhere outdoors really. I'm not a massive party person but I do enjoy the odd drink here and there. Let me know if you think I'm the right person for your place :)
Hi guys, We are a young couple, both 25, returning from a few months of travelling abroad and hopefully looking to team up with another couple and find an awesome house close to the beach! I'm back to work full time in early september as a building Surveyor and Maria will be working part time as a hairdresser while finishing off a course part time. We are both active and like to spend a lot of our time at the beach or away camping. We also have a lot of friends and family down on the Gold Coast so we will spend a lot of weekends away. We enjoy our own privacy but we also enjoy a bbq or shared dinner with a few drinks. With regards to the shared area of the house we are definitely respectful of our housemates! We would like to find someone with similar views that likes to share the cleaning evenly and can keep the place tidy :) We are looking for anywhere within walking distance of the beach between Noosa and Mooloolaba. We are still away on holiday at the moment so please send us a message on here , we can't receive texts. We will be back in Noosa the first weekend of September so will be happy to check out any potential places then. Looking to move in around the 15th of September or later. Feel free to send us a message on here Daniel Eichhorn & Maria.

I am an Australian that has recently returned from living abroad for some time and have returned for the beautiful beaches and relaxed lifestyle that Australia offers. I enjoy many outdoor activities and living a healthy, mindful way of life. I consider myself to be a friendly, honest and respectful person, one who is also very clean and tidy. I am looking to share with a like minded person/people in a comfortable place where I can relax and unwind - Ideally walking distance to the beach :)
I'm easy going, love to surf and live a healthy lifestyle. I thoroughly enjoy time in the kitchen and a glass of quality wine. Not a big partying bloke but I certainly enjoy a beer or two at the end of a working week. I'd say I'm a tidy and domesticated bloke and like my privacy and respect others but enjoy the balance of a social household as well.
I am very respectful, extremely clean and tidy with excellent references. Enjoy healthy living and don't smoke or drink/drugs. I have a well behaved dog and cat and some savings. I'm currently winding up managing a farmstay to go back to living on the coast from Brisbane area and looking to move as soon as possible but happy if I need to wait a few weeks too. I have a craft business and also nanny to supplement this when I move back. I love animals, nature and meditation/yoga. Thanks kindly ☺
I am very independent but love meeting new people, venturing outdoors, keeping fit & travelling! I’m easy to get along with and happy to to socialise over a meal or drink every once and a while! I’ve recently moved to the area from interstate and work in the aged care and hospitality industry!

I’m a 23 year old university graduate on a break from studying this year. I have my bachelors in Creative Writing, and in my spare time I like to play music, cook and read. I live a fairly quiet life, and enjoy the simple things. I generally work around 20 hours a week, but more during school holiday time, and if I’m not working you can also find me hiking, at the beach or hunting for a bargain at the markets or an op shop.
Looking to find a place to live in the Coolum Beach area, preferably with people roughly my age. I have rented in Brisbane for the past 1.5 years and I am familiar with housemate etiquette, i.e. not leaving messes in common areas etc. I love dogs but I don't have one, but bonus points if you do. I'm good at saving money, so you'll never have to chase me up for bills or rent. I basically just work at Coles since ditching uni, and I don't want to live at home with my parents so pls halp me find a place to call my own.
I've lived in Coolum for 13 years and owned my home until February this year. I keep everything maintained, clean and tidy and live a quiet simple and healthy life, love the beach, yoga and meditation. I'm a marriage celebrant and also work part-time. My 14 year old cat is well behaved, sleeps most of the time and know the birds rule. I can offer good references for your peace of mind. Looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful, clean and light.
PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE A SMALL DOG & No Sharehousing! Two people who are Looking for a granny flat or unit with one or two bedrooms or more. Thank you
