Hey, looking to move closer to the city. I would prefer to live with one other person only, and have own bathroom. I think i am easy to live with. I am clean and fun to be around. I respect others property and their privacy, as i expect others to value mine. During the week i live at work and the gym. In the weekends i love going hiking, socialising with friends, downtime i binge watch tv series. I have recently started part-time study, so that will take priority first. My lease runs out in june, that is when ill be wanting to move. Please contact me if i sound like the ideal flatmate, thanks!!
**Undercover Parking required, please!** I am laid back, respectful and all about communication. Alongside that i really value Honesty and being fair which is all integral for a happy household. I generally keep busy with a full time job and busy social life so when I am home and locked away in my room it's because I'm super sleepy! I don't mind sharing toilet paper, and oils and all of that as long as everyone is fair. Courtesy is also key. In my experiences in house share I have really grown to appreciate knowing how clean someone is especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Pretty easy going overall anyway and I don't mind if anyone has friends over. All about a happy home!
Hi, I'm Jess. I'm currently living on the Gold Coast but I'm about to begin work as a Travel Agent at Griffith Uni at Nathan, and want to move closer to avoid the commute. Reasons why I'm a great housemate: I have excellent taste in tv shows, and am willing to discuss and develop crazy fan theories with you. I like to be social but I'm not a party animal, going to the pub for a few drinks and listening to some live music or having a relaxing bbq are my ideas of fun. I've lived in many share houses before so I know how important it is to respect my fellow housemates, clean up after myself, take the rubbish out when it's full and I will only squash it down and hope the next person will take it out occasionally :/ I'm an easy-going and positive person. In my spare time I love being outdoors, hiking, exploring national parks and taking roadtrips. I also love going out for a nice meal, trying to find the perfect cup of coffee and reading a good book. Looking for somewhere furnished, a short-drive to Griffith Uni Nathan, or even better within walking distance.
Hi, my name is Josh. I'm 24 and work full time in banking. As a housemate I'm a friendly, clean and considerate guy who enjoys time alone but also likes to hang out with housemates. I don't have a particular timeframe for lease length at this stage.
I'm very considerate of my surroundings and the people I live with. I work part time from home as a screen composer and also as a waiter. I'm social and always up for a chat but very respectful of other people's space.
WANTED: private, unfurnished room with own bathroom, must have parking. Looking to join an existing share house or to start a new one with 1 or 2 people. I'm a mature 21 year old, a very tidy person, pretty much a neat freak, enjoy my own space and company but definitely don't shy away from being social with my housemates! I'm a pretty active person and love to go paddle boarding on the weekends and I play social volleyball (indoor and beach) a few days a week. I work in Albion as a receptionist/admin assistant so would prefer to live somewhere around there. VERY allergic to cats.. so if you have any it absolutely wont work out between us... budget is max $250 a week unless bills aren't included in rent. in that case obviously I would prefer a lower rent price. my move date is very flexible, i can basically move as soon as i find the right place for me :) If you have a place I might be interested in please feel free to contact me!
I'm super chilled yet punctual with bills on top of my chores, I'm independent and a skater/museo. Keen for a beer? Your shout!, Ha ha, just kidding.
I compliment an easy-going housemate dynamic. for the past 18 months I've shared a great home with 2 amazing guys but it's time to look ahead and find someplace new. I am quite content with my own company and have interests from social dancing to cooking fresh food, to binging on movies and occasionally getting out & reconnecting with nature in the great outdoors. I love having people's company but I also enjoy just chilling out and keeping it pretty low-key. I value respectful co-living habits but pretty much get along by being relaxed, funny (occasionally) and being open-minded. I should add that my preference would be living in a non smoking household.
I am relocating to Upper mount gravatt for 1 year studies. I'm a Seychelles citizen n .I like to tidy up , take care of my two dogs which are in Seychelles and will not join me.I love the outdoors, the nature,A good movie and keeping fit and a good chat.Respectful of others privacy, honest and trouble free , i can be really quiet . No party person.Looking for sale place to call home with friendly share mates.
****I HAVE A DOG**** Nice easy going guy looking to rent a room in a house with a yard as I have a 5 month old dog (Husky) which will need some room to move. In saying that I walk her daily to burn off some energy. I work full time Monday to Friday in a management position and gym 5-6 times a week which is usually mid-week nights. I don't smoke and I'm not one to go out drinking and party as I rarely drink at all. Weekends I'm usually chilling or heading to the beach with my dog. I'm very respectful in regards to the people I live with and looking to live with others who are the same.
Hi, I'm Claire. I am starting a new full time job in Greenslopes at the beginning of June. I work in the childcare industry and absolutely love it. I'm a quite and a very tidy person. I love to bake, hang out with my friends and spend my weekends at home with a good book or out seeing a movie. I'm not a party person. I don't drink alcohol or smoke but still know how to have fun. Please feel free to message me for more details.
Hi! My name is Isabelle, or Issy for short. I'm 17 years old (18 in aug) and recently finished highschool. I moved from Mackay (North Queensland) to study my Diploma in Specialist Make up Services and in December this year I will be a qualified make up artist. After that I'm wanting to start my hair dressing appreticeship. Although I am young I am not stupid, I'm mature for my age but I'm definitely not mr serious. I'm pretty layed back and hate putting people out. I'm out going, fun and confident. I play guitar and sing, adie hard triple j fan but I also love my old tunes. I love to cook and don't mind making extra for fellow housemates. I love a relatively clean house; the basic concept of cleaning up after yourself. I'm looking for younger housemates, under 25 as I love to party on ocassion. I'm looking for house mates to fill up a potential house. $455 pw, 3 bed 1 bath, also a 1 bed 1bath for $255 pw. A done up Queenslander with renovated bathroom, wooden floors through out, large windows, very spacious and even has a fire place hence the reason why I want to move ASAP because my current place is freezing. I really love the beach shack sort of vibe, the cheap version of "Beach Hamilton". I love indoor plants, putting Prints up on iconic actors/singers/etc. just overall making it feel like a home rather than a "place to stay". I don't mind couples or singles, guys and girls are welcome, LGBTQI+ friendly, I don't care about ra e or where you're from as long as we get along I'm completely ok. The house is very close (walking distance) to Auchenflower Train Station, Brisbane Yoga Space, Grill'd, Yesterdays Thrift Shop Rosalie, 2 sushi places, Indian, the Burrito Bar and many more. *420 friendly* PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR ADDRESS. I have the forms ready to email to you. So excited too hear your responses.
My name is Jamie and I'm 22, I'm currently living in NSW but will be relocating to Brisbane in mid June for study purposes. I will be studying at Griffith Uni Nathan campus. I'm working full time at the moment and I plan to be working part-time or casual while studying. I like my own space so I won't be in your hair or much of a bother. I'm polite, respectful of others spaces, privacy and lifestyles and I like to keep a clean space. I'm after a furnished room (bed + study desk would be ideal) in a share house though I'm also interested in team ups and unfurnished rooms. A place where I could stay long term (1 or more years) would be preferable. I'd like to have a place close by public transport. I love animals so rooms in a house with pets would be no issue to me but I myself don't have any pets. I also enjoy socializing and wouldn't mind having a chat and hanging out with other flatmates but I'm also fine with keeping to myself if that is preferable. My approximate moving date is June 16th. I will be out of the country from April 28th to May 22nd so I just wanted to get on top of things.
My name is Zach Welsh and just got back from a holiday in Europe. I'm a 23 year old male student currently studying my PhD in Mechanical engineering at QUT . I'm currently based on the Gold coast and travelling to Brisbane daily for uni. I'm looking for a place to live during the week (Mon-fri/sat) to reduce my travel time. I will be returning to the Gold Coast on the weekends to work up until the end of July when i plan to completely move up to Brisbane. I'm currently working part time doing nightfill at Woolworths and have a scholarship at uni. About Myself: I'm a clean housemate who always respects other people space. I'm looking for relaxed friendly people who can hold a conversation. I lived in Germany for 3 months in 2014/2015 and a share house in Brisbane last year. I am not someone to drink regularly/daily however i do enjoy a drink casually on a Friday night or to celebrate an occasion. Looking to move asap. I'm highly reliable and always paid my rent and bills on time.
I'm a 20 year old 2nd year apprentice hairdresser, so I come with personal stylist perks for when you need it ;) In all seriousness I'm a super easy going person, love some good banter, a nap or 5, and a couple of (quiet) drinks every now and then as I'm sure we can all relate on the wanting to wind down after a long week at work. I also love fur babies! Most of the time when I'm not at work I'm probably watching bulk Netflix series or going out for a good brew with the boyfriend. (Who's a lovely polite man I must add) I don't drive/have a car so I'm looking for somewhere close to transport and my work (Garden City). I'm also looking for somewhere I'll feel at home so getting along with my roomies is a big must for me would even be a perk if I find a friend (or multiple) for life. Hoping to move in with a similar age group too :) ***I will also add that my rent max is strictly limited to $180 a week as I have to move out on SUPER short notice (other person is moving to the coast) and I earn next to nothing an hour as an apprentice but it's enough to get me by ! :)
Happy, positive and fit person. Clean and tidy so looking for a room mate likewise 😊! Quite reserved during my busy weekdays but happy to socialise on weekends 😊! Respectful of people's space, quietness, property and privacy👌.
I am really easy going, flexible person. I can pretty much get along with everyone. I am currently living with a family in the outer suburbs of Brisbane and are looking to move closer to the city around June/July. I'm currently studying a diploma of paralegal services externally. I love going to the beach, being at the gym and I have family in Bris who I like to see on weekends. I don't have any pets but I'm such an animal person!
I've just come back from 6 months doing an internship in the USA. I think I'm a pretty decent housemate - I like things relatively clean and tidy, but I'm not too fastidious about other's habits (if you're allergic to doing the dishes we probably won't mesh well, though). I've never paid a bill late in my life. I'd like to live with someone/some someones who like to have a chat over a drink/watch a movie together/generally interact sometimes, but I also value my solitude (and time to study... or procrastinate study... ahem). I'd like to become friends with whoever I live with. Not expecting to be BFFs, but who wants to live with people you aren't comfortable around? Personality-wise I'm pretty friendly and open minded. I have a sarcastic sense of humour (tending to offbeat once I get to know people) and love a good pun... or a terrible pun, if I'm honest. I'm interested in science, being annoyed about politics and the state of the environment/humanity in general but also not doing a lot about it. I also enjoy art (though I know nothing about it), music (though it might take a while before I fess up to my tastes), and keeping fit.
Quite easy going couple honest always looks after the house seeking urgent housing as from Saturday we have no where to live any help will be muchly appreciated
