Hey there! I'm Sarah, austrian traveller who wants to settle down in Brisbane for a while! I'm looking for a nice place to stay for up to 6 months with immediate start! I've been in Brisbane for a month now and used to live in Annerley the last 3 weeks. Unfortunaetly I have to leave this place bc the owner moves to Goldcoast. I'm working as a waitress in a restaurant at Eagle Street Pier which means I have a weekly income and so I could pay rent weekly or fortnightly. I'm hardly at home as I work fulltime and mostly until 11/12pm. I'm a tidy, honest and easy going person. I like cooking, music, reading books and love travelling. I like going for a run, doing yoga and going out for a drink every now and then. Greets Sarah

Aloha! We, Nora and Marius, we are both Master students from Berlin, and are looking for a place to stay for the next two months. We are both very open minded and are looking for lovely flatmates as we enjoy cooking and good conversations. Let's talk about us: I'm Marius, 26, and am currently working at UQ in a research project. I'm into climbing, hiking and I enjoy outdoor sports such as beach volleyball, biking and surfing. I really like photography and want to get more into videography as well. I have a strong interest in nature and traveling and am looking forward to meet great people. I'm Nora, 25, and a literature student. I'm into modern literature as well as photography. I started climbing in Australia and hope to get a little more practice while I'm here. I want to get more into yoga again and explore as much as I can. We are curious to meet you, so please get in touch :)
I am 33 yrs young, full time firefighter working in the city, I love the outdoors so on days off I'm up or down the coast or on the JetSki. I am very neat, tidy and considerate, I am fairly quiet but will always be up for a chat, I do like to socialise, however I enjoy my own company and will respect your space and privacy, easy to get along with.
My name is Conrad. Im 29 years old. I am working full time. Up at 5.30am mon-friday and home by 6pm. I dont mind a drink every now and then. Just getting back into exercise so ill be hitting the gym a couple times a week. I enjoy hanging out and having a good laugh but also my personal time and space is also important to me. I would like my own bathroom if possible. I clean up after myself and it would be great if my flatmate/s would do the same although im not a cleaning nazi. I also have a few items such as a pretty new washing machine and a 60" smart tv to contribute to a flatting situation. I have a couple of couches but they are starting to get a bit faded so ill just get rid of them if they arent needed.
Hi! I'm Amanda, 23, studying business at UQ. I moved from Melbourne last year and am an experienced, friendly flatmate. I am looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable where I can come home to study and relax. I love coffee, cooking and running. In the evenings I like to enjoy a wine and relax with a movie. On weekends and in my spare time I like to head up to the coast or to the bush to hike. I'm looking for somewhere riding distance to university.
Happy, positive and fit person. Clean and tidy so looking for a room mate likewise 😊! Quite reserved during my busy weekdays but happy to socialise on weekends 😊! Respectful of people's space, quietness, property and privacy👌. Looking for a modern new property with private bathroom and no more than 2 other room mates please xx
I compliment an easy-going housemate dynamic. for the past 18 months I've shared a great home with 2 amazing guys but it's time to look ahead and find someplace new. I am quite content with my own company and have interests from social dancing to cooking fresh food, to binging on movies and occasionally getting out & reconnecting with nature in the great outdoors. I love having people's company but I also enjoy just chilling out and keeping it pretty low-key. I value respectful co-living habits but pretty much get along by being relaxed, funny (occasionally) and being open-minded. I should add that my preference would be living in a non smoking household.
I love to cook, travel, listen to music and spend time outdoors. Passionate about healthy, sustainable living and the environment. Doing my second year in Masters and placement, hopefully, I will be working full-time next year.
I am 25, clean, self employed as a personal trainer and I also train full time as a muay thai athlete. I am kind and considerate, I am social and friendly, but I also enjoy and respect personal space. I think the most important thing about sharing a home with somebody is that everyone feels as comfortable as possible, and communication is open. 😊
Professional that works in the CBD here, looking for a quite and relaxed environment to come home too, I don't smoke or drink (maybe a couple beers a month). I am also a vegan so prefer to make my own meals. I am not a party animal. I love a good laugh and to hang around people with positive vibes and good intellectual conversation. I'm a tidy individual, who respects others space and wishes the same for myself. Prefer message here first txt later
Hi there, I'm Sean from Asia who holding a Working Holiday Visa from 2017/Apr. Looking for a share house. I'm a out-going person who is tidy, friendly and open-minded, don't smoke. Hope to find a good place with awesome roommate!!!!
Im open minded and chill. I'm looking to stay in the Brisbane area, but am open to moving down to the GC to be closer to work. Fairly clean and quite. Looking to move into an established share house or start a new one with some fun and laid back characters. absolute max rent I can afford is $180 per week plus bills. Wouldn't mind a place close to the beach. I'll mostly be at work or uni during the week. I'm not looking for just house mates but also mates too, who would be open to hanging out on weekends. I'm a student and contractor in the profession I study. I also have a casual catering job. Please get in contact if you have any questions or queries.
Clean, respectful and easy going. note- 6 months is selected as a minimal time frame :)
6 mth or more. Very clean. Love to cook. Respectful of others and their space. Looking for something because my current flatter wants her gf to move in. Non smoker....hate smoking. I have LOTS shoes and clothes so something with space would be nice. I dont want to share a bathroom. But otherwise easy going. Not a loud party animal!!! Look forewarned to meeting you.
Fun quiet clean and respectful, love casual drinks and a binge on Netflix. We have a 7 month old kitten named turtle who sleeps all day completely litter trained.
My name is Lauren and I am very friendly, reliable, honest and easy going. I am also very tidy and considerate. I am currently working casually as a musician on the weekends and I am 17 weeks pregnant. I have an indoor cat and am looking for somewhere to live for 4-5 months while I wait for my partner to move interstate so we can move out together before the baby is born.
***Please be aware of the move date*** I am a teacher, currently studying my masters full-time. This means I am home a lot when not working (short-term contracts), visiting family or travelling. For the most part, I put most of my energy into my research. I am looking to share with 1 or 2 like-minded females (or landlord couple/family). I can live with: * females (quiet, respectful) * non-smokers (non-negotiable) * no partying, excessive drinking, etc * drug-free household * a cat I want to live somewhere where I feel safe and comfortable. Basically someone who has a lifestyle that doesn't impose on mine, or impact my overall well-being. I appreciate others with similar values, and are considerate of their housemates. I have a long-term partner who lives away for work, so no random overnight guests on my part. I like: * a tidy home * tv/netflix/board games/reading in my downtime, I am sociable but a frugal introvert at heart * hikes and walks in groups * cooking (but this is often a once-a-week meal prep) * yoga * sense of humour * people who are down-to-earth - not afraid to communicate in order to achieve balance and happiness in the house. If sharing with a landlord couple (preferably separate living spaces i.e. upstairs/downstairs) - I am able to pay my rent well in advance in exchange for a rent reduction. I know you have bills to pay too so if you're looking for a reliable income, I can give you that piece of mind!
My name is Zach Welsh and just got back from a holiday in Europe. I'm a 23 year old male student currently studying my PhD in Mechanical engineering at QUT . I'm currently based on the Gold coast and travelling to Brisbane daily for uni. I'm looking for a place to live during the week (Mon-fri/sat) to reduce my travel time. I will be returning to the Gold Coast on the weekends to work, up until the end of July when i plan to completely move up to Brisbane. I'm currently working part time doing nightfill at Woolworths and have a scholarship at uni. About Myself: I'm a clean housemate who always respects other people space. I'm looking for relaxed friendly people who can hold a conversation. I lived in Germany for 3 months in 2014/2015 and a share house in Brisbane last year. I am not someone to drink regularly/daily however i do enjoy a drink casually on a Friday night or to celebrate an occasion. Looking to move asap. I'm highly reliable and always paid my rent and bills on time.
**Undercover Parking required, please!** I am laid back, respectful and all about communication. Alongside that i really value Honesty and being fair which is all integral for a happy household. I generally keep busy with a full time job and busy social life so when I am home and locked away in my room it's because I'm super sleepy! I don't mind sharing toilet paper, and oils and all of that as long as everyone is fair. Courtesy is also key. In my experiences in house share I have really grown to appreciate knowing how clean someone is especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Pretty easy going overall anyway and I don't mind if anyone has friends over. All about a happy home!
